I ordered for hp printer catridge on 'www.ltonlinestore.com' on 16/6/2020 and paid 686.76 rs including shipping charge. But they gave not dispatched the product yet. It has been almost three months already still the order status is shown as "processing".

        I have paid the amount of rs.15104.00 on may 27, 2020 09:10 pm & another amount rs.7552.00 on may 24, 2020 12:19 pm but till today i have not received the materials for the same they are not lifting the call and giving proper reply of mail so please refund the amount or send the materials at the earliest now mumbai is open and all are doing business if they are not in a position then why they are taking on line payment i cannot under stand

          I have ordered a logitech h111 stereo headset on 17th june, 2020 and paid 639.56 inr in advance. Today is 9th september, 2020. I still haven't received the item. It is about 90 days i. E. 3 months already. I have mailed them many times. But haven't got any reply. I have called them more than 21 times on their different customer care number available on their website. But they haven't joined to a single call. Really too much disappointed.
          I want a refund for the product.
          Please, take needed steps as soon as possible.

              Ordered logitech c270 hd webcam, 720p/30fps online on june 4th - for educational purpose - to study at home due to covid-19
              But the product is not delivered till now. It is in processing state for almost 4 months.

              Tried reaching the customer care - line rings no response.
              I have sent numerous emails no response

              Online payment for the product is done but no update.

              Looks like logitech online store is fraud and taken the amount for online order, no update till now.

                        I had ordered a Logitech Z906 multimedia speakers at ltonline store on the 18th of may 2020. Repeated attempts at contacting them failed for more than three months. Ultimately about a month back I succeeded in talking to customer care I was informed that the product is not available and so a refund would be initiated. I was also told that in three days I would receive a message to my email. None of these happened. Now it's more than 14 days since a refund was initiated, my money has not been credited to my account so far

                            I bought 2 logitech webcams on june 09 2020, i havent received my order till date and these customer support no.s in the website dont even answer the calls . I mailed them several times to cancel the order and process my refund they haven't done that too.

                                  They take money in full and products never get delivered. Their customer care numbers are of no use. No one picks it up ever. I tried calling more than 1000 times but it never gets answered. This website should be banned and the person" Dhadhi Dipesh Mandan" should be behind bars for cheating thousands of customers online.

                                      I had placed online order for 2 items that i needed urgently on 7th july and paid a huge 17k amount for the same.

                                      Am still waiting to see the items delivery. The online status remains "processing" and the phone number mentioned on website remain unanswered despite hundreds of call attempts i have made. Never received email reply to the follow up emails i sent to their published email address

                                      Now am stuck with what seem like a dupe case of 17k for which am sharing my experience for everyone to be careful. I'll be taking necessary actions for this a large amount of money that i can't let go
