Order #[protected] for webcam wasn't delivered for reason quoting lock down when I asked to cancel and refund, they only cancelled immediately after that no response on refund till not, fraud company. Order placed on May 18th and cancelled on May 27th

I gave a order of Logitech C270 HD webcame, 720p/30fps on 14 Jun 2020 at 01:58 pm Total Rs. 1740.50 paid through debit card and there order no. #[protected] but till now order status is showing processing. So many times I try to contact them over phone but they don't pick up the phone.

I had ordered Amazon fire tv stick on April 5th with order no #[protected], but never received the product or refund. Tried calling customer care and also emailed many times but still nill response. If this is the way you treat your customers then its a fraud store. Kindly refund the amount or deliver the product.

Ordered one Logitech C270 HD Webcam (720p/30fps) on 04/06/2020. The order is still in the processing stage even after 4 months. Whenever I call their Customer care numbers, I found all the lines either busy or ringing. Nobody cares to attend the call. Now please ship my product immediately or give me a full refund.

I ordered a camera as on 16 june but my order not delivered and showing status 'processing' so kindly take action against lt online store

They are not picking phone and i request to cancel my order and provide refund. As they don't have item in stock.
Now they are not replying on mail either on any of the phone numbers

I had placed this order on 15th september and expected the delivery in new delhi. It says in your email that in metropolitan cities you will deliver in 2 days time, however it has been long and i have not recieved any update.
Moreover, none of your numbers which you have given are ever answered by your representatives so, i cannot even get to know by when i will recieve the order or what is causing the delay.
This is highly unprofessional of you and very disappointing.
I really want answers:
1) date on which i will receive my order
2) a phone number which will be answered by your representative.

If you do not resolve this, i will not only use social media to spread the fact that how inefficient lt cartridges are, but also file a law suit against you for cheating your customer.

I ordered two items on june 05, 2020 and paid for these two. But i never received any product. I have written many times to the company but never got any satisfactory reply only a general reply of receiving email was received. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. Now i want to cancel the order and refund the amount i paid.

I put in an order on June 17, 2020 for two pieces of headset with mic on the above mentioned company website costing ₹1, 149/-, I-GST -18% ₹191.52 and Shipping ₹90/- which totalled ₹1, 255.52.
After a month, I called the company on the numbers given on the website and they said that due to coronavirus, there will be a delay of two months. I said but this has to be informed to the customers. They did not do anything about it. I called them after another month on the numbers and they again gave the same reason. In the meantime I have sent them several emails, but the emails have a standard reply.
Today i.e. Sept 18, 2020 I called the phone numbers and they said that it is a wrong number. I sent them an email to cancel my order and I received it back saying that the order will be processed soon. I think that there is some type of fraud involved in this company, hence I am reporting it for you to take action against this online store.

I have booked on 06/06/2020 for the item as stated in the above subject paid an amount of rs.495.60 (460.70 + shyplite rs.55/-).

I have sent totally 35 reminders via e-mails, only i am receiving auto generated replies and also i made a several phone calls to your concern, but nobody will pick the call.

Request you to look into the matter and resolve my compliant on priority and obliged as you know we are facing lot of financial hardship now every 1/- rupee is important. Don't play with poor people. Take this on priority and resolve my complaint.

In 27 july i have placed canon dry ink black and colour of one each pc's.. It's will conform and amount will be debited from my account but the shipment status is in bluedart courier partner it's was mentioned.. I waiting for more than one month no notification and status for my order.. Please check and update my order..

I had ordered a router and a headset on 27 apr 2020 [ 3, 069.18 /- rs ], but still my order is not delivered to me, i asked to cancel my order [ on 10 june 2020] as per their return policy section.

So mailed to "[protected]@ltonlinestore.in", but no response, only the automatic mail. Please cancel my order and refund my money back.

Yesterday they sent a mail notifying the order payment status as refunded. But i don't receive any refund. Please look into the matter.

After many days not receiving calls nd not responding. I ordered but not delivered.

Wed, jul 29, 6:12 pm, i haven't received my order till date and these customer support no. S in the website don't even answer the calls. I mailed them several times, but not response there too.

My previous complaint number was closed without any resolution.

I placed this order on 17th may, 2020. It is understandable there is a delay due to covid 19 but now it has been 4 months still they haven't delivered. They have poor customer service and do not respond to mails. The least they could do is give an estimated time to dispatch the product.

I have ordered logitech h150 stereo headset on july 1st, amount and shipping charges paid. Still i haven't received. I have called customer support almost all the numbers available, they are busy and not connecting and not responding. I have sent mails also regarding the order delivery still i haven't replied.

I placed order for the wacom graphic tablet on 17.07.2020 and paid rs. 4521 in advance via order number #[protected], and the mail said the product shall be delivered to you in three days. After three-four working days i contacted the helpline, i was informed that the tablet is out of stock and if you cancel the order right now, we will deduct 5% penalty. Kindly cancel your order after 10 days so that there is no penalty. Ever since that day i am reaching out to lt online store for calcellation of order and a refund, but i am not able to reach them, neither get a refund.
Kindly help me with my refund of full amount or else i will contact the police for cyber crime.
