I Ordered web Cam Logitech C310 model through LT online store on 09.06.2020. Still the item has not dispatched, i try to contact them they didn’t attend the call. I send so many mails they didn’t reply to the mail. I am unable to cancel the order also. Order id #[protected].

I had placed order on 6th june 10:49pm for transcend external hard drive 2tb through my credit card, money got debitted but till now i haven't yet received the hard drive.

I placed an order for 1 x HP headphone with mic vide order No 246070 on 02 Jul 20, but the consignment has neither dispatch nor any called attend till date

I have send many email regarding dispatch and cancel the same, no any action has been taken at their end.

I therefore request you to dispatch my order as soon as possible .

I placed orders for 2 numbers of logitech webcam, 1 Numbers of Dell Key Board and Mouse and 1 Number of TPLINK Mini Wifi on 4th June 2020. But key board and mouse got delivered and remaining items are pending from your side and no one is even responding to my mails and phone call. Please note the below orders

I ordered an amazon fire stick from this lt online store and it is showing that my amount was partially refunded but still now i did not receive my refund amount for order id #[protected]

On 17th june 2020, i ordered "verbatim cd-r extra protection, pack of 50-disk" and through icici netbanking, paid the amount of rs. 607.70 which includes:

1) subtotal rs. 460
2) shipping rs. 55
3) i-gst-18% rs. 92.70

Order #[protected] was generated and i received the invoice also. I sent reminder on 26th june 2020 and on 2nd july 2020 inquiring about the order status but only received the following reply with no action taken:

"because of less staff we were not able to reply your mails
We are trying are best to minimize the delay as much as possible to
Reduce your trouble. We have equipped our departments with more
Staffs and with some days your shipments shall be dispatched for
Delivery."

On 9th july 2020, i sent another email asking for refund but still same reply and no action.

I keep dialing the following phone numbers. +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] and they all keep ringing but nobody answers.

These people are taking money and also giving invoice with gst included but no response from them, totally disgusted and a extremely unprofessional for a company who claims to be the india's online it product wholesalers with iso® standards.

Their website does say:

"* important notice : 30% orders will be dispatched after lockdown due to coronavirus *

Due to covid 19, delivery of parcel may be delayed 1 to 2 months."

Its been two months and i certainly deserve a response from them if the take my money.

I understand the covid 19 situation in our country but many o[censored]s customers have things to be done in this tough times and i dont want any excuse from a company like lt online services.

I need a refund and do not want to do any kind of transaction with them ever in the future.

I have received shipment from italy and china also which took less than 40 days and these countries are even worst affected with trade routes blocked and here people are not able to fulfil an order or refund it. This is totally unexpectable.

I ordered headphones in lt online store on 25 jun and the order number is #[protected]

Till now i am not received the product or refund

When i tried calling the number is not attended

Its been more then 2 months since i have placed an order for
Canon ink cartridges. Order status is still processing.

It's been 47 days since i placed the order and paid the full amount which is rs 1600. There is no way i can track my order.
There is no way i can communicate with you guys because i have tried maybe 1000 times but nobody picks up the phone.
I really don't understand if this company really exists.
Seriously feeling cheated and now i am going to take this to consumer court.

Because nobody replying to emails also.

Be aware of lt online. Had very pathetic experience with them. They are not able to ship the order after 28 days of payment. Everyday when i call they No body answer on phone

We had purchased 5 users 3 years quick heal total security and paid online rs. 5487/-. The company sent the product keys in our email [protected]@gmail.com but some one deleted the email containing the product keys inadvertently. We have been trying to contact the company for 6? Months but no one replies to the landline number and sometimes we hear the engaged tone only.. We also sent emails but no one responded to our email.

Kindly ask the company to resend the product keys in our email registered with them again.

Sir, I don't wait for the product, I already complain consumer care, details send you . They told me you receive your money and complain charge rs.450 . I want 1day wait then confirm the next step. kindly told me that you dispatch the material or refund my money within a week.Otherwise I give rs 450 to consumer care for my money.My 1question to you that why accept the payment if your less staff? account maintenance then staff available but dispatch maintenance then less staff .Why cheat the coustomer . you accept money but don't send product. All over India all courier dispatch the material except ltonlinestore.in .If the buyer dead due to covid 19 then total money accepted.Very good policy . This is cheat fund as well as sarada.

From that day it is showing processing, still not received, it is very important for study of child

I've ordered logitech webcam on the ltstoreonline.com website on 10th june, 2020 and paid rs. 5925 online. Its been two months they have not delivered the product and tracking link shows 'processing' for the last two months.

For days together i called all of their telephone no. S they don't pick. I have sent 20 emails asking them to cancel my order and refund, still no response.

Totally fraud company. Please don't buy anything from the website.

I have ordered a bull 6 socket power extension board on 28th june 2020, order number[protected], on 20th july 2020 they send me a mail saying they have shipped the product through shyplite and provide me a tracking number. Till now i haven't received the product i am not able track the product because tracking number is invalid. They are not picking up the phone, they are not giving any replay to my email, i am getting only automated email.

I have moved to different city and unable to update my shipping address
No option to cancel the order
Even if i cancel the order, there is no guarantee that refund will happen as there is no one responding for emails & phone calls.

Pendrive not recd.

Please send my ordered pen drive or else refund the amount.
