Respected sir,

I ordered hdmi to vga convertor cable on 29th july 2020, but still this order has not been shipped (And they sent us invoice same day through email, also payment has been maid to. Them through online) (But, i tried to contact many time to lt store they have not shipped my order) but they never picked up my call, also i have sent an email on "[protected]@ltonlinestore.in", but they never reply, please take an action against lt online store, how they can digest my hard earned money. Sir kindly help me to refund my money, because lt online store is fraud company, who born to cheat innocent people..

They want to have always money, bit they never provide the services as they mentioned on their website, i bought this item because that was showing to his website in stock.

It costed 637.27 rupees which was debited from my bank account. I need a refund as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful.

Ordered sony headphones on 20th july. Today, its 7th august but the product has not been dispatched. Neither are they replying on my emails nor are they picking up the phone. Such a disgrace.

Logitech h151 stereo headset with noise-cancelling mic not deliver after 58 days. at 13 June they change my order number, auto response email and phone also not peaking. i complaint in national consumer helpline and my complaint number is 2130582.

I have ordered equipment from this store so that i can work from home in the month of april now it has been more than 4 months almost august and they have not initiated anything they only replied once with their automated mail. Now the suitation is far most stable that these companies are now back to pavilion but this company has really lost my patience. I request them to kindly refund my amount i dont want anything from this store. Thanks

reached out to them vis support email multiple times but no reply.
The phone numbers listed just rings but no on answer.
It has been more than 2 months.
I had to go buy the webcam elsewhere as it is required for my kids online classes.
pathetic company with no ethics. should be taken serious actions on them

But till there is no any steps for delivery/cancelling or refund of paid amount for prepaid online order . I also mailed (from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@Ltonlinestore.in ) & had sent letter but no any response.It resembles that the LT Online Store may be fraud/fake online seller.

Now I request you to take necessary actions for the above subject matter quickly.For taking necessary actions, suitable documents are attached below.

Ordered for logitech h340 on july 3rd, 2020. Its been more than a months now and i have not received my product. No response from the company on all three phone numbers and to the numerous e-mails sent. Fraud company. We should file a case.

I have placed order for epson 141 cartridges on 8th april 2020. My order number is #[protected]. I am yet to receive my product. Since month of may, i started sending them reminder but apart from automatic reply there is no response from their team. So far i have sent 12 reminder to them but no response. Their contact number are always busy or just keep on ringing but no one want to come on line.

I have demanded for refund but yet no response. If because of covid-19 situation, they may not be sending product but what is stopping them from refund.

On 15 06 20 i placed an order for 3 epson 73n cartridges order no[protected] on 27-07-20 got an email item despatched through dtdc tracking no vpl[protected] l checked with dtdc they said it not their tracking no checked with professional courier tracking got the number but the item delivered to thrichy address my given address is in bangalore online store is giving wrong information and cheeting

I orderd this gaming mouse almost 2 weeks from today... Pls cancel and refund my money

I had ordered a Logitech C-310 HD Webcam worth Rs Product cost 1, 545+
Shipping रु 118+ I-GST-18%रु 299.34= TOTAL रु 1, 962.34 from Lt online store on 03.06.2020 and paid via online. But till now the product has not been delivered to me and it is only showing the status of PROCESSING. No customer service is picking up the helpline phone and no one is responding to the emails. It is very pathetic condition from Lt online. If they cant deliver the product, then why are they accepting the orders. They are just acting like a thieves. I want the full return of my money/Product as soon as possible.
if they will not respond i have to move consumer forum, banking transaction mediators to block LT-online Store from money accepting place like VISA, MASTER Card, Bill-Desk etc. as they people are doing frauds here. remember consumer have now number of rights for this..

On june 7th 2020 i ordered a toner cartridge on lt online store i waited for a month as it was corona virus pandemic but still now they are fooling customers by saying we can't deliver because of corona virus...

To check whether my order is dispatched or not. I tried simultaneous to their customer care number no one answered my calls (Rings sometimes and always busy) and no replies for my emails except an system generated email saying your email has been received... Then i founded their facebook page with a phone number [protected] and i dialed it a lady picked up the call verified my order with my order number and said the product with reach late next week due to corona virus pandemic delays i said ok dispatch soon as soon as possible and i ended the phone call...

After that 3 weeks past still i haven't received the order i called her again but she didn't pick the call and then losing patience i bought a cartridge from my local dealer and i wanted to cancel the order with lt store and i'm trying to contact them till today none my phone calls or emails has been answered... So please refund quick thank you...

And now i'm sharing an incident happened to me on behalf of lt online store

I found another phone number in facebook stating lt online store i dialed that number it was busy so i ignored it but after few minutes a call from another number saying he got a call from my number and said he was from online shopping centre (He does not mention he is from lt online store) as it was surprising for me i asked are you from lt online store he said yes in a disguise way i said i want to know the progress of my order either dispatched or not. He asked my the order number and surprisingly he also asked me the order value and i said the value which indeed made me a little suspicious as the order number is enough for fetching the order details and then he asked me is the order received or not and then suddenly increased his voice said "sir your order has been declined and cancelled" (Which was showing processing in the order page of lt online store) and then i asked why my money is not refunded he said he would refund my money and asked me whether i've a google pay account and i gave him my number linked to my google pay account and surprisingly he asked which bank account is linked to my google pay account and i said him my bank name in a hurry (Which is absolutely not required for sending money in google pay) and it really seemed to be fishy for me.. And then he said wait for few minutes after that he asked whether i have the sim in the same phone which i was talking with him i said its in another phone... Then he said there will be verification code sent to my number linked to google pay account and asked me to tell him the code (Which was a 6 digit otp number) and told him the phone is in another place and i would call back after getting the code he said thank you and i disconnected the call i got the message to my number and message was also supicious with a name of bz xiaomi i was wondering why he is sending a otp from xiaomi and at that moment i confirmed that he is a scammer and some what trying to loot my money then i deleted the message and blocked his number and disabled the transactions of my account he called me back next day but i didn't pick up...
I then searched his number on truecaller and his name was rajiv and was reported scammer by many people... And his location was west bengal..
So i confirmed that he is definitely a scammer as the real lt store is in mumbai...

This new type of scam is now taking place by creating fake facebook pages and stealing money from people whom where already been cheated by other fake online shopping sites like the lt online store and in name getting them refund they loot the customers money who are already been regretting of losing thousands of money in fake websites like lt online store...
They are using the trick of getting a refund in which even i could have been caught so im writing this for the people to beware of such scam taking place seems to be helping you and finally ending up stealing from you...
So please be carefull...

I have sent several emails and made several calls to lt store, but outcome from them is no response either no update through email and tracking system.

I had placed online order (Order #[protected] for logitech c270 hd webcam, 720p∕30fps on 21.06.2020. I made online payment and recd a confirmation on email. The product has not been delivered so far.
Despite several reminders on email ([protected]@ltonlinestore.in) and failed attempts to connect on phone (As their numbers +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] are always busy) i couldnt get any update on the status of my order. Their refund policy states that any order not delivered in 10 days is eligible for refund. I had sent them cancellation request too, but that also went unanswered.
Please help me get either my ordered product or refund.

I have order 6 nos of wireless access point on june 2020, till date item is not supplied, i sent many mail but only replied by automatic system and never reply properly by manually. I also request for cancellation and refund of my money.

I have cancelled the order, but refund was not done, its been more than 5 weeks and no response from the customer care.

After complaint against LT stores in this website. Yesterday, a call received from the mobile number [protected] behalf of LT Online Store. They said that, we will refund the amount for our order. For that they asking details of order and our debit card details, expiry date, CVV code and sending OTP for transaction. So, Don't pick up call from this number. I request you to find this number related person and punish him.
Another call from [protected], asking install Quick Help or SMS to Phone App in our mobile. They are dangerous apps. If you installed, your mobile will be controlled by them.
