After complaint against LT stores in this website. Yesterday, a call received from the mobile number [protected] behalf of LT Online Store. They said that, we will refund the amount for our order. For that they asking details of order and our debit card details, expiry date, CVV code and sending OTP for transaction. So, Don't pick up call from this number. I request you to find this number related person and punish him.
Another call from [protected], asking install Quick Help or SMS to Phone App in our mobile. They are dangerous apps. If you installed, your mobile will be controlled by them.

It is over 10 days I have ordered and paid on Pau-U for a Rapoo headset order Id.[protected] Samarth Aroraa there is no response from the company to my several mails sent
There is no customer care available the numbers provided online are never answered
It looks like a fraud e-commerce company cheating gullible public with their online marketing
It's over 10 days and as no shipping is done I have asked for cancellation and refund with no response
I feel my money is swindled and I have been cheated too
I also want to take action against them do that they don't cheat gullible public
Please help me and save others from theese fraudsters

I order on 29th may 2020, [ at the time of booking the delivery time is 10 days] it's 2 months over [ they are not informing the delivery time], i never expected this type attitude from lt online stores, i hope you will deliver.

I ordered Logitech C310 HD Webcam by paying Rs. 2, 062.64 with order number[protected] on 5th June, 2020. Till now it showing status as processing. I called many times to customer care, no one has lifting. And also mailed 5 times. But, no proper response. I request you to send the product immediately or refund the amount. I already given complaint. I received call from [protected] for refund. It is fake call. And I posted complaint against the call also.

Hi Team,

I ordered Haze 10mtr Cat-6 Patch Cord Lan Cable and USB to LAN Ethernet Adapter having Order No. #[protected] on 09-JUNE-2020 and order is not delivered yet. No response to company's customer care number and email id too.
Can someone please help me to get the items delivered.

I have placed an order for supply one no h p certridge no 901 against my above order and according i have made online payment of rs 1657.00 on 21.07.2020. I have received the tax invoice receipt on 21.07.2020.
But till date i have not received my order.
I want to contact the representative of lt online but failed as there telephones are not working and same for email.
Please inform me the latest status of my order and expected date of delivery.

I have ordered logitech webcam with 1999.66 rs order id[protected] on 9th june, they showed at first that they will supply within 15 days, next within 1 month, now showing in their page 2 months. My order id is[protected]. I ordered epson printer ink on 7th july and from last 3 weeks my order is still not processed. I sent a mail three times regarding my order cancellation and refunding my money. But neither their reply comes nor any type of revert. I have tried so much on their contact number but no one picks up the call no matter how many times you call. I just want my refund as soon as possible.

I have ordered a sony mdr-xb450ap headphone on 05.07.2020 and made payment of rs.2042.58 on that day. But even after my various mail to lt online store regarding the status of my order they have not replied about the status. While i tried to make various phone calls, they have not attended and even the phone was engaged so many times and it prove that the office is not closed and someone is there to attend the call and purposely they avoid the call. I also send mail to cancel my order and arrange to refund my amount and yet there is no response till date. Kindly accept my complaint and take necessary action against the lt online store. I attach herewith my order copy as screenshot for your reference. Kindly do the needful.

Sir,
I bought k7 total security antivirus activation keys for 6 p. C. On 24.07.2020. It will send through email only. All the charges were paid through online. But still they couldn't send me activation keys through mail. The necessary bill attached with this.

I made around 6000 rs. Purchase form lt online on fri 6/19/2020 11:38 am
But lt online neither deliver the material nor refunded the money.
I tried to followup them from email and phone but no reply from them till date.

We released two order with lt online store on july 3rd and july 7 th and the order numbers are[protected] and[protected] even after 25 days they have not sent the materias and there phone is always in busy mode i tried more than 10 days to contact them and failed no reply to emails

But no order confirmation till now received and no information when order is supply, i have continuously email company registered email ID : [protected]@ltonlinestore.in but no reply received regarding order delivery. Even i drop an email refund my amount but no reply received from company moreover, no customer care no response no one pick up the phone.

Till date product is not delivered. When i asked for cancellation or the order they are not doing so. Neither product is received nor refund is initiated. No response for phone calls. Always engaged. I have tried calling them daily. Due to this my pc got infected with viruses. Now want refund from them.
Please help me get the refund. I have also emailed them but no response at all.
