I have ordered a hp 852 ink cartridge, black, c8765zz on 5th july 2020 till today it is not delivered nor my money is refunded

Order placed on 20th june 2020, tried reaching them over email - there has been no revert. Even tried calling them but if the phone is not engaged it just keeps ringing.

I have order a Logitech MK275 Wireless Keyboard Mouse worth Rs. 1443.14 on dt. 17.04.2020 having order no. #[protected], since they have not dispatched the order till June 11 (almost two months) i have cancelled the order and applied for refund, the order status was instantly changed to PARTIALLY REFUNDED but till date i have neither received the money nor any communication mail from their side.

I have tried calling/mailing them a lot of time but there is no response.

I ordered four cartridges with lt online store and made the corresponding payment on june 08, 2020, for inr 5389.06. My order number was "order #[protected]".
The company has not processed my order in the last 45 days and counting. I have tried reaching them in the numbers provided almost every single day since jun 20. They have different numbers, which ring, but never get attended.
I have also written several emails and sought a cancellation & refund. Until today, which is 45 days and counting, they haven't responded. This is an utter non-professional behavior.
I earnestly request that the address my refund request. I have no need for these, as i had to procure it elsewhere due to their unprofessional approach.

I ordered on 7 th june still not get my items and i cannot contact you also we already paid so could not buy it from others too you guyz don't have cancle option too please refund my money because i need my headphones urgently. Very worst experience of online shopping

I booked hp b4b09pa headphone on 15th june 2020.. I received the order order confirmation as well via an email.. I paid the whole amount while booking. Till date, no information on delivery of my shipment. I sent multiple mails without getting any reply from lt online.. They are not picking their customer support phones.

Delivered in one day but was not delivered inspite of repeated emails. After
Waiting for 10 days i have placed cancellation request on 26th june. The
Supplier has agreed to refund 95% of amount vide email dated 4th july. I
Have contested this & asked for 100% refund as my cancellation request
Was placed 10 days after placing order & has been confirmed by
Supplier only on 4th july. Till date however no refund has been
Received

It's more thantwo weeks since i placed the order (Order no.[protected] dated 6th july 2020)

Neither have they sent the item, nor any tracking number, no communication, no updates. It is as if they have just vanished taking my money.

Extremeny frustrating.

There is a general notice on their site, regarding delay due to covid. But when each and every courier is working, is the covid impact them only???

Have emailed them a refund... That also has found no response.

I ordered 8 days passed but not yet received. All contact numbers and email address are not working.

I have purchased (Order no. #[protected] dt. 11.07.2020 at 01.45 pm) for 2 nos. EPSON T04D1 Maintenance Box for EPSON L6190

Purchased online from lt online store, in 1786.52 by my credit card in State Bank of India.

These two items not yet delivered to me (21 July 2020).

I have tried to called them several times but phone is never answered by there representatives (Phone no. :[protected] or[protected] or[protected]. I have also tried to email them but they didn't responded on that too (Email : [protected]@ltonlinestore.in)

Due to this scenario I am facing problem and its disturbing my daily printing jobs.

I Ordered web cam with Order #[protected] on Lt Online store o 6th J7un 2020. After 23 days my order not shipped. So that on 29tg Jun 2020 I requested for cancellation of order. According I get email from lt online store about Rs 1357 Refund. But after 22 days i not get refund money in my account.
Seller not lifting phone and not responding email.

Kindly take necessary action to credit my refund Rs1357 in to my account.

On 27 May 2020 I ordered online at LT Online Store the above Printer ink cartridge for 1044, 30 Rs and already paid the full amount online. I waited for about 3 weeks for the delivery which did not come and wrote than every 2 weeks a inquiry mail about the item. They always sent back the same answer that due to the coronavirus circumstances they had reduced their working staff. They would increase it now, and my item would be delivered in a few days.
All their phone nos. do not work. I later saw a info from them that due to coronavirus the delivery of items could be delayed by 1- 2 months.
Now 2 months have passed. And I did not get anything from them.
