Would like to inform you that I have mentioned the complete address of delivery despite of that the concerned person at[protected] states that I did not mention it. I have the courier envolepe picture which confirms the same.

I will be filing a consumer complaint if this is not delivered.

Maine 30 july ko bhopal se agra k lie ek courier kia tha, jiska c note no. Hai[protected], wo abi tak agra k lie nikla hi nai hai.. Aisa apke agra office me pata chala.. Please check karein use.. Agar wo nai nikla h to plz humein wapas de dein.. Its really very sad to hear this ki apki services itni achi hone k bad b aisa ho raha h.. Kindly see to it.

Team, i had book my courier for allahabad (U. P.), on dated 25th july-17
But i am not getting any update since 27th july-17 (Last location showing delhi)
I could not able to understand, why courier delivery are still pend yet (01.08.2017)

This is very poor service, i seen my life.

I am roshan and i have send a document through madhur courier[protected] on dated 25/07/2017 from manesar (Gurgaon) to bhubaneswar.
But consignment yet not received in destination. So please confirm me where is consignment.

We send 2 poly bags with clothes and covers 2 polybags with a cardboard but when the reciever recieved the product the clothes were spoiled and poly bags were removed. They found no poly bags and many clothes were also missing so i request you to make a case on courier serviceman who did this fraud.. Kindly make an action on this complaint as soon as possible.

I have couriered medicines through madhur courier service, wide receipt no [protected] dated 20/07/2017 from bhilai (C. G) to burhanpur (M. P) and on 28th july while tracking showing laying at raipur.in eight day transported only 30 kms. Neither in madhur courier website contact number are updated nor at local level. Very poor service. I have mail branch email id [protected]@gmail.com but no response.

I booked a courier from 19 july 2017 from delhi to panchkula whose courier no. Is p[protected]. Which was travelling in a very fast mode as checked by me on net via tracking but it is still not received by the receiver. And the panchkula department is saying that they haven't received my courier yet. Please help me as it is very important courier for me.

We have couriered the parcel on 13/7/2017 from madhur courier service shop no.5 birla mansion bldg. No 1, benham hall lane, mumbai-400004. The party still have not received any courier. They are not answerable to were the courier is and neither they are answerable to why the the number 57834 is not been shown in madhur c-note or ref. No. And they took the whole address again of the party to whom the courier was send.
Kindly take fast action and let us know where are courier is and f r the irresponsible behavior towards the consumer. I doubt whether they have even provided us the correct bill.

Very poor service of your couier services. POD No. [protected] i have dispatch to indore on 2/6/2017 but today is 4/7/2017 still not receive my indore address. can you pls explain the reason of delay or bogus services.

Your bhopal office says courier has been dispatched to Indore office on 3/6/2017 and your indore office says the courier still not inwarded in indore office.

We have book one parcel from mumbai to Lucknow on 23rd July still undelivered & they are not ready to deliver the same also asking for more 200/- (specially Lucknow branch incharge Mr.Shrivastav).

No one is bothered about service & not replying properly, if we call them then giving only fake commitments that they will deliver it by evening (since last 3 days same commitment).

I requested to take this to higher authorities.

My friend booked a courier from dimdri (Mp) to delhi through madhur courier service doc. No. [protected] dated 23.6.2017, and still 28.06.17 not received.

I have already contact since 25.06.17 to till date daily in telephone to jabalpur (Head office), delhi (Branch office) and rohini office they are not giving correct answer, they promised that they will deliver the courier by sunday i. E. 27.6.2017 but in vain. Sir the papers are very important and i have to submit by today, as today is the last date. I need your kind intervention to please help me or is there any responsible person to give correct information about my documents.

I had couriered a parcel from etawah to chanderi, ashok nagar 473446 (Madhya pradesh) on 14 june2017. Still the courier had not been placed and the agency is unable to say anything. I have lose of around 8600 rs. The docket no of madhur courier is p[protected].
Please guide as the courier company customer care phone is not responding.

I have dispatched an letter from bhopal to zonal office bank of india khandawa on 26.05.2017 vide receipt no.[protected] dated 26.05.2017 but till date letter not delivered to bank of india. I have made several calls to [protected] and[protected] but no satisfactory replied given by them. I following up the matter personally to courier at 10 no.. Market bhopal.

I renewed insurance policy for my car from renault dealer at indore. They booked my policy through madhur courier with my address for the last 25 years.
I was shocked to learn that local representative have return the post stating that no body lives there. I asked dealer to resend with mention of mobile number so that i will guide if in confusion.
To my utter surprise again it was sent back next day stating none lives there. Madhur courier did not bother to call on my number mentioned in address.
On contacting mr arvind of local delivery office at city center at gwalior, i was told that it is confusion of thatipur delivery center.
On contacting gwalior franchise owner mr manoj shivhare who first told me wait half an hour and later on switched off the mobile.
This is total negligence and deficiency of service of highest degree and not expected from a reputed courier.
Twice courier not delivered whereas i am getting 15 to 20 courier packets per month from madhur courier.
It is poor service, deficiency and arrogance on behalf of franchise who failed to deliver.

Madhur courier consignment no [protected] booked from bhopal on 2nd may 17 for nagpur is not delivered even after 11 days of booking. Tracking shows out for delivery since 6th june. They are very bad in response over phone. They don't lift phone or if they lift simply ask to call other person who do not lift. The consignments with madhur courier addressed to me are always lost in nagpur, this is fourth incidence.

My friend booked a courier from rewa (Mp) to jaipur (Rj) through madhur courier service doc. No. [protected] dated 31.05.17, and still 09.06.17 not received.

I have already contact since 03.06.17 to 08.06.17 daily in telephone to rewa, bhopal (Head office), delhi (Branch office) and jaipur office they are not giving correct answer, i have already give a mail to rewa and bhopal 2-3 times but no any reply there is no any responsible person to give correct information about coureier because delhi and jaipur branch told we are not received any doc against this no. So that by bhopla branch missing this courier so they have not any clerification.

I have requested to you kindly look the matter and give reply because my important doc missed by madhur courier service bhopal.

C/no.[protected] date 16/3/17, i am going to harda office date 21/3/17 for courier details but my parcel arrived empty. So i am not recived empty. I send a courier from raipur at 10/05/2017 to bhopal. Then i asked them to get it back to me. On 11/05/2017 parcel was send back to raipur. My doc no. Is [protected]. Parcel has to come back on 12/05/2017 still i haven't received. Its being 1 month i am daily visting head office but not getting any response. Please get my parcel back or else get me claim.
