My courier not deliver on time when i ask branch they abusing me
And misbehavior.
When i book my courier they said date of delivery 1/june/2017.
But till not gating

We sent a courier from Jalandhar to Bidar. Firstly, Madhur courier service couldn't deliver to the destination. On Enquiry they said they don't provide courier service to Bidar, and said they will send back to Jalandhar. After 25 days, the courier reached Jalandhar office in the worst condition, the packets all torn and 1 item worth RS. 1000 missing from the package. Now, neither they are not responding to this damage done. They are even denying the lost items from the package. This courier service must be shut down for this kind of irresponsible and rude behavior.

I have sent my documents to thane and your site shows different information and your courier boys are not helping neither your branch heads are cooperative. My courier was told that it has reached 23 may but when i complaint several times to the nearest branch the delivery boy delivered it on 26 may. But due to this type of negligence i have to suffer great trouble and money loss. First time i experienced such type misguide and negligence.

Dear sir, I have send dated 22/05/17 important documents through madhur courier Sagar (M.P.) to Gwalior (M.P.) destination Prism Cement Limited office. Docet No. Is [protected]. Our documents not delivered at our Prism cement office till date. Lots of follow up of Sagar brances, Gwalior madhur courier branches but no response. No bady to take responsibility. I m upset to this kind oh services. Please do the needful action .

I ordered something online (clothes), the seller shipped it via madhur Courier on 24th March, 2017. It was not delivered and on asking the noida centre for two weeks they said you have to collect, they won't deliver because your address is out of city. I can't access that area so I gave an alternate address that is in the city.
The amritsar centre doesn't pick up phone, the noida centre takes no responsibility.. Its been 2months now. Still parcel not delivered.

My name is yaseen khan and i live in akaltara, district (Janjgir-champa) chhattisgarh. On date 10 may 2017 i gave my puma company shoes well packed to your service situated near railway station at akaltara. Your service charged me 80 rupees for that. I had to send the shoes to indore but unfortunately it got returned from halfway only. The product dose not went to its destination. And also the returned packet box was empty. There was no shoes. My shoes cost was very high. It was of rupees 5999. Due to this loss i am facing my types of physical, mental and economic problems. This is my humble request to you to please solve my problem as soon as possible. My economic condition will not be able to bear this loss because for me 5999 is a large amount. Please do give me a satisfactory solution for this. My receipt id number is [protected].

I have one courier [protected] and it has reached to Gurgaon but they are not delivering to my home, saying it will take 3 days more because of lack of employee. Is it a service we were looking for if that was the reason you should tell as earlier so that i could manage it accordingly.

I would like to inform you that courier has sent from rajsthan, sirohi branch (Branch code - 185), which will need to reach at my address as provided, but it seems still i couldn;t receiving my courier after 1 - 2 month,

After inquiry, they replied that courier has been reached at given address, but not giving any proof with that. I asked for my courier, but from your courier service branch from both sirohi (Rajsthan), and kalol (Gujarat) branch side, i didn't get satisfied response & they are not providing such support on same.

Sir i have booked a package from sahjapur to hazaribag on 23 apr 17. Id is. [protected]. Items is not delivered till 28 apr 17. I have enquiry from indore and found that item wrongly despatched to nagda. I call to nagda and they told that we have returned to indore. This is very poor service. I will claim for this through rti and will be take legal action

This is in reference to tracking number [protected] of Madhur courier service. This parcel was received in Mumbai on 24/04/2017 where it was to be delivered. After 2 days, I received a call from the courier guy who arrogantly said that he could not deliver at my place and I was to go and collect it from him where he was at that moment. Before I could ask any further details from him about where exactly he was, he disconnected the call and then never answered my call even after almost 15 attempts. Called up at their office and they were more arrogant and spoke very very rudely to my wife. No need to mention that he was a man and had no manners to talk to a lady. On recalling them, they never answered the call even after many attempts. Later when I called from a different number, the person at their office answered and said that I will need to collect the parcel from their office and did not listen anything further.
Next day when I went to collect the parcel at their office, they bluntly said that they have sent the parcel back to the sender.
God knows what is true and where my parcel is.
Their behavior at all the time was extremely rude, blunt and unprofessional. Neither did they even once attempt to deliver the parcel at the address given.

My bag was despatched from ujjain (India) on 18th of april 2017, i was supposed to receive it at bhubaneswar (Odish), which i received today (I. E. 27th april 2017)... But to my shock the stuff from two side pockets of the bag are missing / stolen... Luckily i had locked the main zipper/part of the bag, else i would have received only an empty bag or no bag at all... Disgusting courier service & delivery guarantee, very bad... God knows if it will make any difference to the company, and i dont think they will ever revert back to the complaints... I am from balaghat and I had send my urgent parcel to banglore through madhur courier and the employee told me that book through flight it will reach with in 4 days i.e i booked on 8/4/2017 and he told me that i will be delivered on 9/4/2017 but when checked online it will show the is on jabalpur. its very urgent parcel and whatever will be the fine the company put on me I will claim on madhur courier because of delaying. and dont commit such a false commitment to the people. my docket no-[protected]

Please be informed that your delivery boy VINAY MAITHIL Mobile-[protected] has been consistently using absurd measures to dispense away with his duties. This is the third time I am facing the problem so to the delivery for courier from GWALIOR to my office.

My recent courier tracking no. [protected] shows as DELIVERED in the system on 31.03.2017 BUT yet to reach me. When I called him at the given number, he responded very rudely and denied to deliver it before Monday i.e. 03.04.2017. This is pathetic.

My earlier tracking number i.e. [protected] is another bad story of VINAY MAITHIL’s performance. He never bother to even call at the given mobile number and lazily returned the courier back to GWALIOR.

In the second attempt I had to collect the courier personally. Is this the service that you promises often???

I need strict action against his person else I will move to District Consumer Forum this time..

On 25 march 2017, i have received a call from madhur courier head office that my area that is niyamapura, shajahanabad, bhopal, pincode no. - 462001 is not come under our area to distribute dak and you have to come personally to head office to collect your dak.

On inquiring by the undersigned the area is in well in reach i. E. 1.5 kms from your rajdev nagar, bhopal head office and also cover in your area. It is well in the city area. And previously i have received through madhur courier itself.

On further enquiry in office on telephone i came to know that female that talked to me tells her name jyoti. Who had given me wrong information and doing undue favour of delver person who is distributing dak in our area.

I propose stringent action will be taken against her as he defame the image of your courier agencies.

I have couriered 150 kg of goods from Mhow, M.P. India to Canada on 15 february 2017 through Madhur courier. Out of which only 103kg is been sent to Canada that too in 45 days which they promised to deliver in 5 days. Now the person from Mhow office is not returning the delivery charges for that 48 kg goods

Also we have paid heavy custom duty for the goods recieved in Canada which he didnot mentioned earlier.

Now he has returned only 42 kg of goods out of 48kg. He is also not returning the amount spent on Custom duty and delivery charges for 48kg goods.Delivery charges itself is around Rs.23000/- for the 42kg goods which doesnot include custom duty.

Also he said us to do whatever is in our hand.He said to lodge a complaint if we can.He is not going to be threatened by anything.

I have send a parcel containing Medicines through Madhur courier on[protected] and Till today that is[protected] my parcel has not delivered, i had talk to Ms. Jyoti in the office of Madhur Courier on Ph.No.[protected], She Did not given me any relevant answer regarding my query and she said she need 2-3 hours to find out the problem and she said she will call back to me but till next day she didn't call me and when i called her back the are not picking up the phone.Docket No. they had provided at the time of booking is 424074 . So i just want to take a serious action against this kind of carelessness and behavior, of them.and need my courier back it has an some very medicines which has to be delivered very urgently .

My parcel was dispatched from mumbai to bangalore on Sat Feb 11. The courier guy attempted delivery at my office address on monday Feb 13 at around 5:30 PM. As i had left office at that time, I asked him to come again on tuesday which he did not. Daily followups also did not work.
