I regret to inform you that one courier vide Docket no.:[protected], Dt. 27th Dec 2016, was sent from Jhabua to Chennai but the same is pending undelivered at your Chennai Office, I do not understand, why this parcel is not delivered still after a long period of 32 days. I am failed to understand the such reputed company is not taking responsibility in spite of my several request.

I booked my courier from yawatmal maharastra in 11/1/17 to gwalior(mp). my consignment no is- [protected], when i confirmed with branch person after 4 days he assuer me that there is a problem from courier co side on your p.o.d. no, till now i have done 1000 time call to him, he is not picking my ph right now, i don't know what the #### with madhur courier, why they have this mother####er type employee, i suggest to bloody madhur courier...

I have not received at Nanded till date as on 13.01.2017, the courier sent on 20.12.2016 from Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) to Nanded (Maharashtra) through Madhur Courier Services (Tracking No.[protected]).
The tracking status is attached herewith. When enquired from Madhur Courier office of Bilaspur (Tel.[protected], it is replied by the staff of Madhur Courier Services Bilaspur that the courier is missing and it cannot be delivered...

Worst courier service. Irresponsible and loose staffs. Whenever i asked about my product, they always make excuses and give wrong informations. Its been a month i have not received my product yet. I got a call from madhur courier service, kanker that mistakenly my product has been delivered at their place instead of mine. Then the day itself i asked them to post the product to my nearest place and they confirmed to do that. After 4 days i...

Courier is dispatched on 6th Jan 2017 from Rajasthan and its lying with the Indore hub since 9th Jan 2017 but till date (12th Jan 2017) they have not delivered it to address in Indore. Since last 2 days they are saying it will be delivered in next two days.

If company is charging money to deliver the document on time then they should deliver it....

I request you to pls. Looking into this matter as this courier consist of very important samples and if i not received it party will charge handsome amount for those samples so i request you to check and deliver all the samples as soon as possible.

It is complaint against to "MADHUR COURIER"

I have book one packet from Korba to Bangalore on 09/12/2016 vide C/No.[protected] from your Korba Branch B-7 Ghantaghar, till date 22/12/2016 my packet was not deliver in my destination, As per online tracker my packet is reached to Bangalore but still delivery by not handover to receiver hand when receiver called him (SANTOSH- [protected]) he lift the call and when receiver is asking...

One envalope from sbi ichhawar branch is given for dispatch to sbi ccpc ahemdabad on 29/10/2016. Courier tracking number is 0438940, ([protected]) but bank has not received so far, no record found so for, envalope contains a cheque due to this not clear so far and laps (three month), regularly contract with your sehore and ahemdabad office, but matter is not solved. Please help to find the envalope....

Threee day's ago my parcel is comming and the courier severice man call me today and said that you come in my courier and take ur packet i said i am on duty you come here and give it to me in my office or in my home any where you . We have dispatched two mails via pod[protected] &[protected] dated - 5 & 7 nov 2016 respectively.

From last 03 days - local office replied - it is delivered on 16th - but actually it were not received.

Please check & immediately arrange delivery or if delivered - please share date/time/whom to deliver.

Our complaint against madhur courier service provider. We booked two parcel 25 kg each from aditya corporation, bina (M. P.) to redisun bio-tech, bathinda (Punjab) on dated 10/11/2016. Parcel no. Is [protected] and [protected]. Both parcel are not receive us in dated 21/11/2016 and tracking record not found us after dispatched from bhopal to delhi and madhur courier service provider are not giving us suitable information...

A courier send by mr. shubam goel (kherapati stone industry) to me.
On address c133b iccs noida sec. 2 pin code 201301 near sec. 15 metro station & annu ka dhaba.

But still i can't check any status because whenever i try to track the courier by pod then it seems as no record found after 5 days.

How it can be possible kindly help here on immediate basis also your all the customer...

My very important parcel(consignment number :[protected]) is not delivered to me at bhopal till date that is 12th November which was send from Delhi on 12th October.
It can't be even tracked on the site because each time we track that parcel it shows that "Record not found" for the same parcel.

I have delivered a package on 26th oct in sagar, madhya pradesh with a tracing id [protected] which was suppose to deliver to indore within 2-3 days but now it's 3rd oct i. E. Even after more than 7 days it was not delivered at the given address in khatiwala tank indore.
I called them many times they are telling me the courier vehicle had been caught by sales tax and stuck but they are not telling me when it will be suppose to get...

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pathetic is the only word for your services, one of my parcel no [protected]. dispatched on 19-oct2016 to Nagpur, but still not reached to me .

I have called local office yesterday, they are saying that our delivery boy was not well, so we could not able to deliver the same, and as yesterday he has joined back so the parcel will get on today before 11AM.

Now @3.10 parcel has not...

Your company is not at all concerned about timely delivery and even not willing to pickup the calls. Even if complaints are placed no actions are taken and delivery people donot know how to talk with customers.
For placing a complaint its not at all justified to say that the complaint is small and so we cant sovle your problem and thats why i said that this company cant even do its work and at the same time not competant to take complaints...

I have courier a document on 22nd Oct via courier number [protected] from Ghaziabad to Dist Narsinghpur. I am unable to track it. Courier people are making fool of mine. Not giving any specified answer that where my courier is & when it will be delivered. The status is same from past 4 days. The customer care executives are so insensitive, irresponsible & lethargic. Their courier service should be terminated....
