My parcel was dispatched from mumbai to bangalore on Sat Feb 11. The courier guy attempted delivery at my office address on monday Feb 13 at around 5:30 PM. As i had left office at that time, I asked him to come again on tuesday which he did not. Daily followups also did not work. On thursday he told me that if i want my parcel, I need to Pay him extra 100 bucks else he wont give my parcel.Later i called and told the same to the owner who had parcelled me. After having a conversation with her, when I called the courier guy again, he completely denied to deliver my parcel and told do whatever you want to do, I want come

we have received courier no. 161274 from representative Mr. Dharmender yadav (Mobile no is [protected]) on 06.02.2017.

After opening box, one Item found missed in packet & also Internal packet was wrapped with Akash Ganga wrapper, so its very clear that this packet was opened in between transient.

So request to you kindly look on this matter & resolve this issue on priority basis.

I have do follow up with Gurgaon office, but they are not taking any action for responsible person, Also I have register this complaint to Ms. Neha at your Head office, Bhopal, but no response till date.
It's very shameful experience with such a reputed courier company.

Please resolve this issue on priority basis & arrange my refunds for missing of item.

I asked to Bhusawal madhur courier office regarding receipt of my courier at mobile no. [protected] on 21/02/17 at 7:00pm and they replied that it is sent back(without intimating me).Then I enquired Jalgaon office telling docket no.[protected].They told it is with Bhusawal office only. I again asked Bhusawal office, they told nothing can be done now and asked me to call again next day.

Courrier sent by PNB Burhanpur to Circle office PNB Indore, but they said not received.Tracking Nos are [protected] and [protected] in one of this two nos there is one my D.D. related PNB Oriental mediclam renewal my due date is near . today is 14/02/2017 Circle Branch PNB Indore branch official says they have yet not received the D.D. related courier pl do the needful atearliest.

our above letter is dispatched on 30 january 2017 from aurangabad, Maharashtra. And the letter has been posted to MUMBAI but after thirteen days it has not reached to mumbai.There is no reply.
so poor service.

One consigment of docket No. 387208 is dispatched from Bhopal on dated 10-Jan-17, but not received at Jabalpur add. Already talked with Jabalpur Team regarding this & get feedback last week that will be delivered very soon. Today I called Bhopal office & found that consigment is retured back.
Kindly arrange to provide, as important documenet is in this envelop.

Packed Not delivered to Alwar...no proper tracking and no response from a baroda and Alwar offices...no reasons given...parcel was send on 19th Jan and its Been 12 days... did not expected such poor service...
On top of it I have tried asking everywhere on Vadodara panigate, sayajiganj, Jaipur, Ahmedabad...no communication between the offices are there...

We had booked a consignment from Hubli - 580 032, Karnataka to be delivered at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh on 16.1.2017, through your franchise at shop No. 9 USA tower, Coen road, Hubli - 580020.

Even after 15 days the same has not been delivered to the party. Kindly look into the matter.

If your service is of this state, then we feel we should not avail your services.

I regret to inform you that one courier vide Docket no.:[protected], Dt. 27th Dec 2016, was sent from Jhabua to Chennai but the same is pending undelivered at your Chennai Office, I do not understand, why this parcel is not delivered still after a long period of 32 days. I am failed to understand the such reputed company is not taking responsibility in spite of my several request.
I hereby want you if the same is not delivered earlier., I shall take legal action against you, which please note.

I booked my courier from yawatmal maharastra in 11/1/17 to gwalior(mp). my consignment no is- [protected], when i confirmed with branch person after 4 days he assuer me that there is a problem from courier co side on your p.o.d. no, till now i have done 1000 time call to him, he is not picking my ph right now, i don't know what the #### with madhur courier, why they have this mother####er type employee, i suggest to bloody madhur courier co owner, that close your sutter down, if you haven't a good management,

I have not received at Nanded till date as on 13.01.2017, the courier sent on 20.12.2016 from Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) to Nanded (Maharashtra) through Madhur Courier Services (Tracking No.[protected]).
The tracking status is attached herewith. When enquired from Madhur Courier office of Bilaspur (Tel.[protected], it is replied by the staff of Madhur Courier Services Bilaspur that the courier is missing and it cannot be delivered now.
In view of above, I humbly requesting that there was important documents in that courier, and the same was required me by 25.01.21017 at Nanded. Hence you are requested to look into the matter and kindly arrange to resolve the same at the earliest within time period otherwise I will get huge loss due to this.
I will hope that you will promptly act within time and resolve the problem avoid my loss due to missing of courier.

Worst courier service. Irresponsible and loose staffs. Whenever i asked about my product, they always make excuses and give wrong informations. Its been a month i have not received my product yet. I got a call from madhur courier service, kanker that mistakenly my product has been delivered at their place instead of mine. Then the day itself i asked them to post the product to my nearest place and they confirmed to do that. After 4 days i called them to enquire whether they posted or not, and they told me that they did that. Then after 2 weeks i called them asking the phone number of madhur courier service, raipur(where it supposed to go), then they started making excuses and taking no responsiblities over it telling that their manager is not at office since 2 days and he only knows the number.

Courier is dispatched on 6th Jan 2017 from Rajasthan and its lying with the Indore hub since 9th Jan 2017 but till date (12th Jan 2017) they have not delivered it to address in Indore. Since last 2 days they are saying it will be delivered in next two days.

If company is charging money to deliver the document on time then they should deliver it.

I request you to pls. Looking into this matter as this courier consist of very important samples and if i not received it party will charge handsome amount for those samples so i request you to check and deliver all the samples as soon as possible.

It is complaint against to "MADHUR COURIER"

I have book one packet from Korba to Bangalore on 09/12/2016 vide C/No.[protected] from your Korba Branch B-7 Ghantaghar, till date 22/12/2016 my packet was not deliver in my destination, As per online tracker my packet is reached to Bangalore but still delivery by not handover to receiver hand when receiver called him (SANTOSH- [protected]) he lift the call and when receiver is asking about the courier he disconnected the call after that he is not lifting the call and Bangalore branch we tried to call them they are not lifting the phone[protected], packet is reached on 16/12/2016 as per online tracker but still not handover to person.this is very unprofessional work you people are doing i had mistaken to choose madhur courier. take necessary action to find my packet.otherwise I will take action from my end.

One envalope from sbi ichhawar branch is given for dispatch to sbi ccpc ahemdabad on 29/10/2016. Courier tracking number is 0438940, ([protected]) but bank has not received so far, no record found so for, envalope contains a cheque due to this not clear so far and laps (three month), regularly contract with your sehore and ahemdabad office, but matter is not solved. Please help to find the envalope.

Threee day's ago my parcel is comming and the courier severice man call me today and said that you come in my courier and take ur packet i said i am on duty you come here and give it to me in my office or in my home any where you .
