Dear service provider,
We have dispatched two mails via pod[protected] &[protected] dated - 5 & 7 nov 2016 respectively.

From last 03 days - local office replied - it is delivered on 16th - but actually it were not received.

Please check & immediately arrange delivery or if delivered - please share date/time/whom to deliver.

Dear sir/madam
Our complaint against madhur courier service provider. We booked two parcel 25 kg each from aditya corporation, bina (M. P.) to redisun bio-tech, bathinda (Punjab) on dated 10/11/2016. Parcel no. Is [protected] and [protected]. Both parcel are not receive us in dated 21/11/2016 and tracking record not found us after dispatched from bhopal to delhi and madhur courier service provider are not giving us suitable information about both parcels. Please take action as soon as against madhur courier service and provide us both parcels.

Hi all,

A courier send by mr. shubam goel (kherapati stone industry) to me.
On address c133b iccs noida sec. 2 pin code 201301 near sec. 15 metro station & annu ka dhaba.

But still i can't check any status because whenever i try to track the courier by pod then it seems as no record found after 5 days.

How it can be possible kindly help here on immediate basis also your all the customer care no. are wrong try to contact you many times always ivr play as "wrong no."

My very important parcel(consignment number :[protected]) is not delivered to me at bhopal till date that is 12th November which was send from Delhi on 12th October.
It can't be even tracked on the site because each time we track that parcel it shows that "Record not found" for the same parcel.
It is not for the first time that we are being troubled for some silly reason.
On 12th October I had also send one parcel to the same location but it was delivered very late completely torn and damaged not only this the courier boy denied to deliver the parcel to my place because according to him it was far away from him and he can't reach to that place so he called me to receive that parcel in midway till where he found it convenient for him to come.
It is very pathetic we use your services because we are not able to go and give parcel on our own therefore we choose to otherwise we don't just want to take help from you pay money and don't get satisfactory results.
Don't misuse helpless of others.

I booked a parcle from madhur courier on 03-nov-2016.from ludhiana to ganjbasoda (mp) .for the name of miss shikha sharma Adress of parcle is MPEB OFFICE JAI STAMBH CHOUK IN FRONT OF POST OFFICE .GANJBASODA (MP) yet i havent recive my courier yet..i called to your madhur courier ludhiana office..and asked for my couriour they said to me tht there was a misunderstanding your docket no. is not right.my docket number was [protected]. again she gave me a docket number and that was [protected] again tht was a wrong docket number which she gave me now today i called again to your office thn ur staff was saying tht your courier is not registerd to our head office...you should do complaint for it we dont have your courier ..now i called to mr. lucky i booked my courier by him . his contact number is [protected] he said to me tht i dont know where is your parcle go wherever you want to go and do complaint..i dont care at all..now wht i have to do for recive my courier i m suffring from truble last 6 days. i want a permanent solution of my parcle.. otherwise i will go for the legal process.

I have delivered a package on 26th oct in sagar, madhya pradesh with a tracing id [protected] which was suppose to deliver to indore within 2-3 days but now it's 3rd oct i. E. Even after more than 7 days it was not delivered at the given address in khatiwala tank indore.
I called them many times they are telling me the courier vehicle had been caught by sales tax and stuck but they are not telling me when it will be suppose to get deliver. It's been long that i am following up with them and getting frustated about my package.

I need a strict action about the courier company as they seems to be the reputed courier firm but they are delivering the values which they promise to.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pathetic is the only word for your services, one of my parcel no [protected]. dispatched on 19-oct2016 to Nagpur, but still not reached to me .

I have called local office yesterday, they are saying that our delivery boy was not well, so we could not able to deliver the same, and as yesterday he has joined back so the parcel will get on today before 11AM.

Now @3.10 parcel has not reached and no one is picking up the calls.

Your company is not at all concerned about timely delivery and even not willing to pickup the calls. Even if complaints are placed no actions are taken and delivery people donot know how to talk with customers.
For placing a complaint its not at all justified to say that the complaint is small and so we cant sovle your problem and thats why i said that this company cant even do its work and at the same time not competant to take complaints too.
This shows that this company is just a fraud.

I have courier a document on 22nd Oct via courier number [protected] from Ghaziabad to Dist Narsinghpur. I am unable to track it. Courier people are making fool of mine. Not giving any specified answer that where my courier is & when it will be delivered. The status is same from past 4 days. The customer care executives are so insensitive, irresponsible & lethargic. Their courier service should be terminated.

Regarding Bhopal Branch Officials..
[protected] is the only available number where a lady picked up the phone and rudely tell to call other numbers ending with 131, 132 and 135 which no one picked.
Tracking details for my parcel says ([protected]) it is out for delivery .. and delivery boy has no clue about it.. it's been two days I am chasing different people but no one is able to locate my parcel.

Pathetic service, I am disappointed, why I chosen Madhur for sending my parcel (It was not cheap at all, only because office is near my home I did so)... better to have another reliable services which are distant but provide full customer support.

I am still not able to locate my parcel.. calling all mailing all and getting frustrated.

Parcel/ post having consignment. no. [protected] had been dispatched on 17/09/2016 from jabalpur to allahabad, at my address. after tracking so many times and contacting their customer care nos. [protected] & [protected] as given in their website, (both mob. nos. are not existing), and contacting their jabalpur mob. no.[protected], where the person receiving call had noted the complaint, as he said. so many effort had been done in this way to secure my consignment but its not been received till date i e 19/10/2016. this madhur courier service, having head office at bhopal, as shown in the website is looking fraud and cheating public. strong action should be taken against this agency/company.

If they cant delivered on time then they should stop their own business start some other work whic they can do esily.

Rewari branch of madhur courier services return my consignment without contact me or coming on my address.
They show the reason for return as party shifted but i am still leaving on this address.

I think i have made a mistake by using madhur courier service. I should have read the customer's reviews first.

Parcel was given on 24th september to the nearest branch under the mentioned c-note (P[protected] and was promised to be delivered by 28th or 29th september.

Parcel is not delivered yet despite several contacts have been done. Every time they have a excuse. If your people cannot work or you do not have sufficient staff then either please close down or hire more people to keep your promises.

Please contact and resolve this or i will be complaining to consumer court for your poor service and fake reports as you guys do not understand the urgency people may have.

I sent one envelop to my hometown, on 9 Aug 2016 from Madhur courier. It was neither delivered to my hometown nor received to me. It is showing in online tracking that it has returned to Mumbai on 22nd Aug 2016, but they are not sending back to me. I did lot of follow up with them but they are giving me only dates. They also took Rs. 50 delivery charges from me. Tracking id is [protected].
Please look into the matter.
