Maine ek courier Bhopal se chandrapur bheja lekin us packet se 2 product lost ho gye puchne pe bola gya ki rat ne kha liya lekin baad me pta chala ki WO 2 chocolate ke product ka rapper aur box madhur courier ke office ke dustbin me mila chocolate office wale kha gye aur ab bol rhe ki rat ne kha liya to mujhe batayen rat box khol ke khata hai ya kutter ke box tuta hua tha na ki kuttra hua aur agar rat ne khaya to sath me shoes bhi the unko kyu nai khaya sirf chocolate kha ke chala gya WO bhi box open krke
I m very disappointed with madhur courier service very poor service not to recommend any one for this courier I never ever use this courier in future.

I've sent three courier from Jabalpur city to different location i.e. Rewa, Katni, and Jabalpur but after five days none of the courier reached to destination. After using online tracking, came to know that all courier have been returned.
But after Ten days they are neither delivering courier to destination nor returned to me. I visited several time to given address of courier branch but they are not providing any information.

I'd attached scan copies of respective screenshots of tracking details.

I have booked consignment no [protected] for Seoni to Nagpur on 25.08.2016 on evening. and NAGPUR IS ONLY 150 KM far from Seoni and continue bus services are available. but It is so shameful for your services that It is not reached up to 30.08.2016 at morning. what a quality of your services. now I will never send courier from your services in future or never advice any one to use your services for important documents.

My courier is not delievered yet nd not shown in the tracking system too...
I think it is the greater fault of courier office... Who will full fill my loss.. Who is responsible.. Plz give me answer...

My consignment no. Is[protected] but this can't track... How much delay in delivering. We are sending the courier on 10/08/2016 but stil today is[protected] courier is does not dispatched and no any body taken to responsibility. Please solved this problem.

Maine fazilka se abohar ke liye 17 aug ko courier karwaya tha. par 23 aug tak wo courier nahi mila jab is bare me maine abohar madhur courier se bola to ulta waha par subhash name ka parson tha usne bola ki maine daliver nahi krna aap is marzi se complate kar do. jab maine yahi baat fazilka wale bande sanjeev se ki to yahi answer uska tha.
Logo ko parshan karne se aapki courier company hi bekar hogi
Is bikar courier service se main bhut parshan hu.

They took the consignment from customer and consignment wiil not reach to the person. After few days the wiil let you know that your consignment is return due to bala bala reasons. If you complaint then no body is taking the responsbilites of anything they just provide yoy the next number. I need some important document but because of bad service of the madhur courier i have to bear the loss of 10k and nodbody is going to conmpensate it.

Hello, I am very disappointed with madhur courier because my sister send me Rakhi on 12/08/16 from Jamshedpur to me (Pune) but till yet parcel has been not received. Now this is very embarrassed situation that so many days passed and Rakhi till yet not delivered by courier service. I tried to call so many no. even no buddy picking the phone.
I was continuously tracking courier on Madhur portal also but from 16th Aug onwards there is no updates ( last update is dispatching from Mumbai).

I am very disappointed with the service of madhur courier company. I haven't received my parcel from last 7 days still it's showing that it's in delhi hub. This is my tracking no. P[protected]. All given contact no. S are incorrect. If we call to any other branch to know about the status of the parcel they said they don't have any information about it when asked for the contact no. Of that particular branch they disconnect your call. Very poor services guys. Don't trust on them.

The courier was sent on 13th August with C.No. [protected] to be delivered by air. It's been 6 days the courier has not been delivered and when i contacted customer care they informed that it is going by surface. The non- responsive attitude and the mistake committed by your staff has led us suffer by not getting the packet delivered.

Today i am expecting my parcel from bilaspur c. g..in tracking details it showing courier is reached at near branch office on 11th aug 16, and it is out for delivery. but i didn't receive parcel yet and the delivery boy number provided in tracking is switched off. experience is v v v horrible.in future i will not use madhur courier services. i suggest all people to pls don't use madhur courier.

My sister sent me rakhi by madhur courier from sagar to bangalore 08/08/16 and your tracking site showing its reached at 10/08/16 bangalore but still i didnt received till 18/08/16 and i am calling to that franchisee person they dont give proper responce, its wrost service i have ever seen.

I was expecting a parcel ([protected]) from chittorgarh for rakhi but people at madhur courier services told me to collect the parcel myself from their office and above all mr. anil who was there at the courier office was very rude and misbehaved too. overall the experience was horrible.in future i guess i will think twice using madhur courier services.

Dear sir,
My brother in law, had courier come envelope to me with ref no.[protected], but while i am tracking this it showing material reached chattisgarh raipur, but it was book for chittorgarh rajasthan 312001.
It seems it was wrong placed, so request to arrange delivery in chittorgarh rajasthan as mention in envelop... I need it on urgent that tha reason i do courier request you give your best service

This is regarding docket no. [protected] from kota (Raj) dt. 6/8/2016, contains rakhi.

As i tracked this packet was reached in delhi on 9th aug, and in gurgaon on 12th aug.

I just called to [protected] to gurgaon branch to track this and request for deliver this to our gurgaon sec-56 address.
The person talk very rude, as him he cam to deliver this on sunday, and press the bell and with no response he walk out without delivering the packet.
We told him why he not tried to contact on mobile no. Given on the packet. We were at home all the time on sunday, i don't think that he approach us for this packet on that day.

He told that this is not thier duty and start talking rudely, we asked him to when he will deliver this since there are rakhi in this, he said we will deliver day after tomorrow, i said that we have to move out day after tomorrow evening to some other place for rakhi.

He said rakhi is on thursday and said that he is now return back this packet to head office and not deliver to us.
Pleas look into the matter and deliver the same to us on today and to maintain reputation of you organisation please appoint well manner person for this crucial job-or train them how they talk to customer.

I sent an parcel to bangalore from jodhpur on the date 6 aug 16. Still my brother waiting there for the parcel no.([protected])
I have paid 340 Rs. For it. But very much disappointed with ur service. When i am calling then no one giving response & franchise person not giving answer.
I will complain & request to consumer forum to cancel ur license.

My consignment details is [protected] is shipped from delhi on 25th july and reached raipur hub at 28th july as per your tracking website showing details. But still is pending 8th august for delivery. I had sent many mails to [protected]@gmail.Com but no replay from team of madhur courier. Your details of phone number is given in website is wrong.
If you not able to deliver so call me and give your address i'll be pick up
I m very disappointed from class of service of madhur courier because no call, no mails reply,
No responsibility for consignment.

Hi,

I had couriered some document from delhi on 3rd august 2016 by madhur courier that reached on jabalpur, m. P on 5th august 2016. However their representative harish pandey (Mobile-[protected]) is refusing to delivery it to my given address saying that it's a single consignment and he will not delivery it to given address. He is saying that either someone come to ranjhi office and collect it or he will send it to some shop at his will.

I even talked to him and his response is very inappropriate, he said complaint it to his superior if you want but he will do what he want.

What the use of your service if someone has to go and collect it personally.
