Inspite of giving lot of calls to cse of nagpur, bhopal, hoshangabad i still could not locate my parcel even after 7 days of dispatching it from nagpur. i was a 1st time customer and i am very unsatisfied by your service. the customer service executives whom i called at all the 3 centres are giving me three different reasons for not being able to deliver my parcel to my client and till date they could not locate it. the parcel contained some important items needed at my client site (hospital) which has not reached them till now and has caused us both a lot of trouble. the customer service executive at bhopal location (ph no.[protected] is not at all co operative. kindly let me know the status of my courier as soon as possible. i would need a full compensation from them for the loss caused to me and my clients in these 7 days which amounts to almost a 10, 000rs.

I sent my courier on date 18 june 16 for bhopal. but not receive at receiver side at bhopal location, i not get prior information on your tracking site.

and i call to person from where i sent my certificate they do not give me information about my courier. please let me know and update what would be i do for that.

Even after repetitive calls and followup they didnt delivered the parcel in 12 days and after 12 days they came to know that the new delhi area for which the parcel is booked is not serviceable by them. What the hell, didnt they knew at the time of booking. Liars. Its just a scam they are not at all professional

Madhur Courier Service from Porbandar for Bombay kamothe.
After few days when we can't get parcel and inquir so they reply with miss behavior that " your parcel is returned because there is no branch in kamothe area.
So why your branch collect from us and when parcel reach Bombay, they must inform us instead of return.
Now we want compensate for the losses of our parcel undelivered.

We are into Madura Microfinance Limited-Pune. we haven't receive any Courier since from 6 months keep on waiting and Searching but not received. today Courier by came and delivered all Courier and in Courier two cheques got Bums. and he not delivered all courier which were pending from three Months.
when we asked spoke person name and Contract but he didn't detailed.

I had sent one parcel containing important medicine to ram agya tiwari i.T.I. Co. Naini, allahabad vide c.No.[protected] on dated 27.05.2016 from azadpur, delhi and pay charge of rs.60/ for urgent delivery and booking office of courier co. Promise for delivery of courier on 30.05.2016 but till today courier has not delivered and on inquiry it has informed that to take the number of allhabad branch and talk directly regarding courier and provided the number [protected] and your courier co. At ald. Informed on phone that it shall be delivered tomorrow. The promise at the time of booking is false and the delay of three days in promising to delivery is not genuine and your company is liable to be compensated to the customer for delay delivery in-spite of personal promise of delivery by next monday. If the said courier is not delivered by 01.06.2016, then i will take proper legal action in accordance with law against your company for not prompt delivery as promised. So please take appropriate action and inform us accordingly.

Courier dispatched on 16may2016 from jaipur to ajmer with docket no. [protected] is still not sent to the receiving party. The courier person in jaipur mr aziz in chaura rasta is not giving proper answer.
This is the second time courier got misplaced by these guys
The service is extremely poor and more over thesr giys are treating the customer in a very bad manner.

I am perusing the matter with the local office at jail road, raipur since 3-4 days (Mr. Ishwar) but no solution made for the same.

A parcel was booked from rsacs jaipur on the 10th of may 2016 with and the parcel has not been received till 19th may 2016. We were regularly in touch with the through whom the booking was his mobile number is [protected], but since last two days he is neither answering our calls nor is he forwarding any message regarding the delivery. This is absolutely irresponsible behaviour as the consignment contains empty blood bags which require a specific temperature the absence of which will make the bags unfit for use. This is a serious matter as this is related to human life.

Unfortunately this is an very bad experience with your courier services, we have booked an parcel on[protected] from bhopal to katni with ur cc note no.[protected], and after 7 day when the parcel not reached to katni we asked the madhur courier services person about the courier, he told us that the parcel has dispatched from bhopal on[protected], after a week they had dispatched the parcel, that also after calling them and asking them about the parcel. This shows an highly irresponsibility against the customer, as we have faith about ur services the we can send thing which we have to send on urgent basis, but after this kind of service how we can trust you. You can't even imagine how much problem we have faced due to this delay.
This an request for you to see the reason for delay and take some action against the concern person for such kind of irresponsibility,

I have booked a courier docket no vide P[protected] from Delhi to Vindyanagar, Singraulli, MP on 29.04.2016. The tracking details are there upto 2/05/2016, as of 2/5/2016 my packet is in Rewa. Nobody is picking phone at the Rewa office. Kindly do the needful in this regard..It is a birthday gift and it must reach the destination by 5/5/2016.
This is for your immediate necessary action.

The courier was reach delhi on 30.04.2016 & delived today 04.05.2016.in this courier some accosries was lost and courier was previosly open .please check & take necessary action .

This consignment not reached to destination as per your tracking it is sent to ho mumbai on 28/04/ 16 to return origin.But til to day.I could not get it back.
So please find where is it & arrange to send to destination or back immediately.
Secondly when dhanori is not under your service area why sausar branch accepted it i can't understand.
Please inform immediately.

I have sent two cheryl's sunscreen on 26.04.2016 by madhur courier with C-no [protected] to Gurgaon. When the parcel received it was opened and one sunscreen was replaced by empty old gohnsons baby bottle. What the worst experience I am having with courier services first time.
Do the needfull as early as possible otherwise I will complaint to consumer forum about this company's they do with their customers.

I have sent a parcel through madhur courier to Gurgaon. It was a costly cream and 2 bottle were sent by madhur courier. When she has received the parcel and open up, one packet was open nd inside Instead off cream one old bottle of johnson baby powder where nothing is in there in box. I was shocked to hear that and ask her to send photo of the same time.
It was too unprofessional and fraud thing has been done by madhur courier. They have exchanged the things in courier. It such a fraud company and fraud employee. I want to know what I can do for justice as this kind of thing is happned first time with me... Please guide..

I did courier for noida on 23.04.2016 from shajapur by air way but madhur courier is doing it by road and shift this courier to ashta. And no response from madhur courier.

One of our parcel received at courier end at 15/04/2016 but they not delivered the same till 18/4/2016. I am speak to courier phone no[protected] two times but they are not responded.

Madhur Courier is the worsted courier service, I have ever experienced, I had couriered one urgent document and asked them for time to reach at destination, they said for 3-4 days and today is 8th day and still I am awaiting for the courier to be delivered it to me.
It was some urgent document and I missed the date on which I wanted to submit somewhere.
I will never use this service and will not suggest anybody to take the same. It is better to use Speed Post at lesser cost.
Please take action legally against this to give the better service to the customer by "Madhur Courier"

I am rajiv virmani from shivpuri (mp) but shifted from .mp 30 yrs back. Heard a lot from shivpuri that everything got change their. By qurocity i just went there n what i got in return was horrible. i was in hurry that's y left something there in hotel. Which my brother handed over a envelop to one of famous courier service called madhur courier service, near shivpuri lodge madhav chock Shivpuri On 05/04/2016. My c/no. Is [protected] & hope today is 16/04 n till date didn't got my envelop for no reason. Just only mistake was i told my brother to send by urgent service. He paid normal career fees n ur company co ordinate themShelves was saying in normal career it will take 10 dYS OR MORE

request u to resolve this issue On first priority.

We had handed over one doument for delivery at rohni, delhi on 3.4.2016. The docket number is [protected].
The consignment is not yet delivered. On enquiring at phone no [protected]. They gave a mobile number [protected].On contacting on this number they asked to contact no [protected]. I told that your number has been rcd form[protected]. But he refused to talk and asked me to lodge the complaint.
Pl let me knoe the status oh my consignment no [protected]
