Madhur Courier — movement and delivery issue

I sent my courier on 20/08/2018 from ambikapurto bhilai. And distance between ambikapur to bhilai it just aprox 360 km. And that courier had arrived on bhilai at 25/08/2018 and that time i saw the tracking detail on that day the product was on out of delivery but still my courier is out of delivery. That couier guys are giving excuse that there is raining that's why they cann't able to deliver the product. That is not right. So what's the difference between ticket post and madhur courier. Bank's daily pickup is not done even after 4-5 phone calls and delivery is such poor that a parcell despatched on 4/08/18 is not deliverd till 21/08/18 while from same place a parcell sent on 16/08/18 on dtdc recieved on 21/08/2018 and the local dealer donot bother all that
