I have observed that for my consumer no.[protected] the meter reading is not taken and the units are charged randomly. Dec 2018 bill shows the previous meter reading as 1120 and current meter reading is 1120. But, 202 units are charged. This is our weekend home and we don’t stay regularly at this house. Visit once in a month.

In spite of this it is surprising that such a consumption is recorded.

The jan 2019 bill also is with 202 units.

    Dear sir,

    Meter reading not taken in one month and not send sms to submit reading in time so i can not submit my meter reading in time after 2 or 3 month unit show to high, mseb calculate per unit rate rs.10 and send to high bill. Please meter reading take to proper time and send to me proper bill amount.

      From last 6 month i am chasing to get meter changed still my meter is not changed yet, can you please take this in consideration.

      I have attached receipt of my request plus application which has been partially treated with confirmation that meter is faulty but no new meter has been installed.

      I have paid more than 10, 000 rupees extra since 6 month and plus more than 8000 rupees extra prior to meter check.

      I am very much in tired of following up with mseb guys and they told be that from last one year they don't have new meter in stock.

      My question is, who will pay me my extra money i have so far paid?

      Please help me!!

        My consumer number for msedcl in pune is[protected].

        My flat gets occupied only 1-2 months in a year and has been unoccupied since october 2018. However, month after month, my electricity bill continues to be charged the same at approximately rupees 1000 every month.

        Either msedcl is committing a fraud by not reading the meter and replicating the power consumption for the earlier months or there is a genuine fault in the meter.

        Kindly let me know if i can have my meter checked by msedcl by paying a separate fee.

          My electricity bill is too high for the month of jan 2019. It is showing 800 units consumed in a month. This is biz are when i compare this to other residents in the society who have only around 100 units. Also when i see the meter reading today at 3rd feb it is showing for 130 units from 29th jan. This really is a serious issue with the meter. Can some please from mseb check this asap.

            My meter is not working for more than an year. I have already complained multiple times, i had been informed there is been shortage in new meter and hence can not be replaced.

            I had been getting exceptionally high bill for more than 6 months and it keeps on increasing every month. I continued to pay all of these high bills just to avoid disconnection.

            My connection is disconnected now without any information and there is no update on faulty meter and high bill.

            I have paid more than 25000 for electricity which i have not consumed at all in past 8 months.

            My details are as below:

              Hi sir/ma'am

              Due to non payment of bill, they took away our meter.
              But after clear all the dues and other charges its been 10 days now i cleared all the dues.
              Still they are not reinstating my meter due to this there is no electricity in my flat.
              Everyday i go to their office (Vishrantwadi branch, pune) and ask the status, they say "metres are not available".

              Really don't know to whom should i approach.

              If anyone can help me on this would be very grateful.

              Mahesh gangurde, the officer here in diva takes goose for fraud electricity suppy . . I stay in 6 floor building and total of 36 flats and only 12 -16 meters . We pay 2-3 k per month without any much o[censored]se . And the officer does nothing . And top of that he sent ppl to cut our electricity.. . I dont know what the ### mseb is doing.

                  I live in thergaon pune. My consumer number is[protected]. I am getting high electricity bill from several months. When checked, it is observed that fixed charges are 300 for me. However, fixed charges for 3 phase customers in chinchwad are still rs 80. Why should i pay almost 4 times the charges which should be uniform across all customers. I have raised complaint 4 days ago which is still not resolved.
                  Please help and do the needful.

                    Who is responsible to cut down the branches of the tree if it is crossing over the pole line in the residential area. I lodged a complaint on their web self-service portal (https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getViewPayBill). But they just closed it marking it as resolved without contacting me or visiting the site.

I am complaining about the electricity was cut of my house because bill was not paid but my due date was 7th february. Why this thing was happening in boisar all time. When i asked him that he told that his higher officer was tol but this was wrong habit doing every time & i was regular paying the bill then also, if i not paid from last month then it will be cut it will be ok.

                          On an average monthly bill for the salon (Only ladies) two shops combined i get an average electricity bill of maximum 6k to 7k.
                          In 2018 frm august or sept onwards i hv been getting a bill of rs. Zero (Rs.0) to which we did go to the electricity department and were told that they are adjusting the amount as we hv paid more... All of a sudden in the month of nov 2018 we get a shocking bill of 198678.. My question to them was how? They hv been telling me the meter hasn't been reading the units consumed.. And all of a sudden in nov 2018 it showed a meter reading o[censored]sed unit 14k+... We did ask them to check if the (Rolex) meter was jumping or something could be wrong, we did pay for meter checking, they say the meter is absolutely fine, and nthngs wrong, i highly doubt that they hv, again in the months of december 2018 i asked them to give me a fresh bill and in that again the meter hasn't caught the reading. Im scared to death if this continues il be always paying a bill of 2lkhs with out it being my fault.. Plz help plz look into this... 2lkhs for a small business like mine is a very big amount.. I hope and pray u can help me in this current issue of the bill...

                                        Hi team,

                                        Have received the bill for the month of dec'18 is rs.300/-. As unit consumption was 16 only and my bill is so high. Don't understand how they are calculating the amount.

                                        Also tried to log a complaint on mseb website but it is rerouting to some another and ask for the login and after that complaint option disappeared.

                                        Please ask them to explain me how consumption bill is calculated. As net arrears, total arrears etc so many things are added. Don't understand.

                                        Please intervene here.

                                        Logging a case on behalf of my aunty.
