Sir, my electric meter is faulty. I have submitted all requisite documents still date no faulty meter has been replaced after repeatedly follow-up. Since last 4 months i am paid huge amount against no consumption unit. This month also i have to pay amount of inr 2600/-. Requested to look into matter urgently & expedite the replacement on high priority.

      My meter started in august 18 as new, i have paid 4520/- in the month oct 18 for charges applied to me even my meter was off. They put unit jun -577, july -100, august-100 but as of now my current reading is 217/-. Where the 577 unit come from? I didn't get.

      For last 4 months the amount was adjusted against bill respectively.
      Suddenly i got bill having amount 560/-
      Showing net arrears -2960.57/- adjustments 3019.25
      No prior intimation and details why they adjusted 3019.25/-

        I m 26 december 1470 rs. Bill paid with gpay but bill not paid but my account debited 1470 rs upi ref no.[protected] and customer no[protected] please refund my money to my account

        We have received high bill in the month of Nov-18, of Rs 1390 .as we have been received every month approximately 400to 600.but this time we have received very high bill.we have not afford that much of amount.

        I have received a bill of Rs.7960/-. Generally I receive a bill of Rs.2000/-. The units consumed is 240 on an average whereas, this month it is 1566 units. When raised a dispute I get a message that the bill is not for any revision and I have to pay the bill

          Our meter didn't work for quite a few months and the actual unit consumption wasn't shown. For the month of november, the meter was completely not working and in spite of all this, a previous unit usage was shown as our energy consumption for 5 consecutive months giving us a bill of 2290 per month.

          We made two online complaints and get not receive any follow up and when we finally filed a written complaint, they still did not fix the meter immediately. Instead they cut off the power supply after failure of payment of a single month and force us to pay the big sum of money just to register our complaint. Our usage during the later half of the year is always worth 500 to 1000 rs.

          The occupants of the house are two female students and it is extremely hard for us to take out time and go through this ordeal time and again just for the executives at msedcl to not take us seriously. We have had to spend a lot when it isn't our fault and we deserve a refund for all the money that they have falsely accumulated from us.

          Major part of outstanding amount is due to excessive amount charged by considering connected load of 20.01 KW instead of 3.00 KW the consumer is a shop having 210 square feet area.Since July 2018 we are following the matter on regular basis but awaiting for full correction. we are ready to pay correct amount of due immediately.

            This is to inform you that i rajesh a kansara is the owner of flat no 202, bldg no.-ii-05, new haven, tata housing at betegaon. My msedcl billing unit is 4159 :boisar (R) s/dn, consumer no is[protected] and meter no. 12640232. But since from 18th june 2016, i am getting high amount of electricity bill even after zero meter reading as i am not staying over there. Also meter status showing faulty in electricity bill since inception without any reason.
            Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Even after repeated complaints twice there is no response from the Electricity dept. responsible for this zone. Even the customer care response is so poor. They have registered a complaint from their side but of no use.
            Still to avoid problems I have paid two months bill as generated. Hoping that the issue gets resolved.

            I’m trying To pay my bill from last 6 days but it’s not yet working!

              I have paid nov month current bill twice.
              I paid 390/- on 3rd of dec, and again i paid 400/- (With fine 390+10) on 23rd of dec. I have attached the image of msed payment history tab, in that also it was showing twice. Please check and confirm me.
              Please deposit the amount of 400/-

              And one suggestion, if i pay current bill once for particular month, again it should show the status that i paid.

                I have registered complaints many times on mahavitaran app as well as by customer care and also by email but not solved till today.
                My complaint about correction in address is as follows:

                  November month billed without meter reading i. E. 238 units and bill also paid amount rs 2090/-
                  Previous reading 11202- current reading 11202, billing amount 238 units

                  On 25th december meter reading consumption shown much higher 364 units (Previous reading considered for october (Previous reading 11202- current reading 11566, billing units 364)

                  I request to reduce 238 units billed in november month without reading and provide bill for 126 units only for december month

                    Mseb in pune had disconnected my meter connection @ megapolis splendour society, hinjewadi, phase-3, pune, due to non payment of a meager bill amount of 250/- inr. However, 20+days since payment of the entire outstanding bill amount (Plus interest!) + reconnection charge + deposit, the meter still hasn't been reinstalled. The reason quoted is - unavailability of meters with mseb!!! The authorities are very prompt to disconnect meters upon non-receipt of dues; however, the same agility isn't observed whilst reconnecting the same meter!!!
                    I've signed a rent agreement, which was to start from the 25th of dec, and now stand a risk of losing out on the tenancy, due to inaction by the mseb officials!!!

                      I made all payments including meter re connection charges on date 26.12.2018 but till time above meter not installed. I called on mobile number [protected] on 26.12.2018 at 12.30 hrs but he told this area not belongs to him. (This number was provided by office staff)

                      I have provided all payments xerox copy ot office.

                      Same are attached herewith for your information and necessary action please.

                      Please it is requested to arrange the reconnection of electric meter urgently.

The old meter which was said to be faulty has been replaced but i continue to get average reading which is very high. I had visited the local electricity office more than a month back and was assured that i would start getting the correct bill reading but i continue to get the average bill. Despite compliant no action has been taken

Which almost higher. My units is very less.The complain has been logged (request no 8004299, 9504811) on mseb portal but did not received any satisfactory response. Kindly help me.
                        This to inform you our electricity bill amount has been increasing tremendously since few months and consumption has reduced even then bills amount has been increasing.You are requested to look into the matter at the earliest.

                            I have given request for change the meter in month of may, they have replaced the meter but still i am getting bill for average readings alo whenever i visited at office every time getting same answer sir not available please come tomorrow. Very rude attitude persons seating over there in sec15 office. There is no readings toto attached in last two-three bills. Request you to please resolve my issue asap. I want to know if meter changed then why average bill coming? I awaiting for positive response.

                              I got a mseb connection in jul 2014, since then i have been paying my electricity bills in time, my average consumption is 10-30 units per month but suddenly in dec 2018, mseb added 8099 units as adjustable unit and bill amount 68290 due on 29 dec 18. This erratic behaviour of billing is putting lot of mental tension on me. Please rectify the bill and send the correct bill.

                                      Hi,

                                      My electricity power was disconnected by mseb without any formal/casual information/intimation as i late to pay the bill of 3 months & which was rs. 2150/- including late payment charges. The payment was done online on 19th dec'18.

                                      I did not get any intimation/legal notice about disconnection about disconnection from mseb.

                                      When called the wakad mseb officer in charge he said that they are not obliged to provide any notice to the consumer.

                                      They can disconnect the power supply without the notice to consumer.

                                      For re-connection additional charges of rs. 118/- were levied on me.

                                      Can you kindly take appropriate action against mseb wakad officials for this illegal practice.

                                        Dear sir, i am getting higher mseb bill for last 4 months. September, october, november and december without any new addtional electicity devices. Which almost higher and double than avg. Of last of 4 months. The complain has been logged on mseb portal but did not received any satisfactory response. Kindly help me. Thanks ramraje bhosale.
