This is my consumer number[protected] residing at jalgaon dapoli today on 27th march there was complete loss of power supply without giving notice message to concerned number as it happens number of times reapeated loss of power supply with no answer and your all forums including websites app and consumer centre shows failure to accept it kindly repaire and resolve it as early as possible dr shrikant bade
Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I made online payment of Rs 14423.00 for new connection (application ID[protected] by credit card on 16/3/19. The transaction ID was 85215229075910460557470, The bank has confirmed amount paid to MSEB and deducted from my account. The MSEB still shows that payment not received.

    There is continuous probllem of power supply in sector 8a, when we try to reach officer there number are usally busy and they don’t response. Every day we face this kind of problem
    This is only and only problem which we been faving since long but there is no resolution provided to us.
    Why with out intimidation this happen, if seriously there is lodshading then do that in afternoon times, why in night zone time.
    Its working public which stayes in airoli and atleast in night times there should be proper supply of electricity to us
    This is really pathetic

      I have consumer no[protected].

      I received the first bill of 300 for 38 unit and paid the same. Current month bill is generated online and observed that showing the current reading and previous reading is same as 39. But the total unit used showing 79 and accordingly generated bill for 79 unit is 500 rs.

      This is wrong, i paid the amount already for first 38 unit 300/-. So that units should be deducted from the 79 i, e, 79 -38 = 41 unit.
      So the bill should be generated for 41 unit.

      Can you please look into this and take required action so i can pay my correct bill?

      Please update the bill and tll me how can i get updated bill for my consumer number?

      I am a tenon of flat I lived before 4 months in this flat I don't have a Electrical equipment like giser heater any like this only use CFL bulb and one freeze and one TV either mseb generated every month avarage 1000+ bill

        Long back when i purchased this property, i have applied to mseb.
        I applied for new name as ajay sudhir radke & jyoti ajay radke

        But it is wrongly entered in mseb data as
        Ajay sudhir radke & j m radke.

        I request you to correct it as ajay sudhir radke & jyoti ajay radke.
        The property documents i have submitted to mseb also indicate that it is a property in this joint ownership of ajay sudhir radke & jyoti ajay radke (Wife of ajay).

        Hi, from night onward electricity gone area of shahu mill Kolhapur
        I have made payment successfully against February bill on 7th march through PayTm. And another payment was done on 18 march by cash. Will they credit the amount paid double or How will I get back the excess amount paid.
        Do not pay my bill but date06/02/2019 dated I Am paid thats tragection no[protected] Rs-490 bill no-[protected] didnot pay money but 490Rs dibit my sbi account so recieved my money

          I reside at suresh park chs, devdaya nagar, thane 400606. The bill is in the name of society, keem enterprises. I haven't received the electricity bill since last 2 months. When checked on the msedcl website it is showing negative. Tried calling the msedcl lokmanya office but no one is responsing. I called the help line thrice and each time they said the systems are down and will resolve in 2-3 days but it has never happened. Now i am just worried that they may raise a huge bill along with intertest on arrears. Please some one look into this at the earliest. The details are as below:

            The electricity meter is not working from almost 1 year.. I complained so many times in our nearest men office at bela.. But from last 1 year no one is taking care of this.. Today executive from mseb came at my home to cut power supply.. Meter is jot working but continue bill amount i am paying.. Monthly appro.400 and i have informed the helpline about the same. My enquiry no while notifying about the non-functional electricity meter is [protected].

            Please change the non-functional electricity meter at the earliest.

                I am staying at warje, rahul nisarg society.. There is no power since last 4 hrs.. Why this is happening??? Pls resume the power... I wonder how pune comes under smart city?? With no power..
                These mseb people call us and threaten us to cut the power supply even if we get late for two days for paying there bills but when it comes to service they are pathetic. They don't even inform about power cuts. This happens often in this area. Kind request to address this complaint and resolve it.

                    I Smt.Kanchana V. Khamkar, would like to lodge a complaint regarding faulty electric meter at my house. My electricity consumer No.[protected] with area code 4261, my address is Triveni Sangam CHS. Ltd, 210, 2nd Floor, Old Mumbai Pune Road, Kalwa, Thane- 400605.
                    Generally, my electricity bill per month is around Rs.500/- to 700/-. But last 7-8 months I received bill for a very huge amount. Our regular electricity consumption is almost same and therefore I cannot possible imagine why the bill will be so much.

                    I therefore, request you to kindly send your representative to check our meter and have it replaced. Also I kindly request you to reissue the bills of huge amount as they are wrongly billed. I shall be grateful if my complaint is attended to as soon as possible.

                        My meter has been faulty since June 2016 and no action has been taken till date. Whenever I go to the office they just give excuses that your complaint is in process till such date you will get a new meter.it has been 2 years and 9 months no action has been initiated and they are charging us ₹800 on an average without any consumption for more than a year my consumer no is[protected] and bill unit is 4708.i just want a replacement of a new meter against the faulty meter as early as possible.

                          I am from at post navha, tal: palam, dist: parbhani-431536.

                          I am using this connection for home applicances uses only and earlier i was payting all the bills on time.
                          We got a very high bill for month of jan-2019.
                          From june-2018 to dec-2018 we haven't got a bill as it was showing us my money is deposited earlier. So bill not generated.

                          In jan-2019 month sudden bill unit usages reached to 1400+ units and we got bill of rs. 14500+ rupees. Which is not expected and not possible from my side to pay.

                          Kindly check on this one. I cannot pay this much bill.

                                online name change pending since long time no response

                                  I have complaint to electric office for high electric bill for feb & mar 2019 as only bulb/fan/tv -01 nos each is only active in my flat. The officer denied to check electric meter even through i visited office two times to request them to check electric meter but they said very harsh words that "many other cases still pending since last 01 yrs and we can not do anything so you have to pay what bill comes to pay.

                                  I have submitted a letter with copy of electric bill but nothing seems to be happening from their side.

                                  Kindly help in this regards as we belongs from middle class facmily with limited income.

                                  The meters have not yet been replaced.

                                    My electric meter is not showing reading from last one year i complaint to mseb dombivali west (Unit 4167) office and even they don't received application i informed so many time and try to submit application regarding issue but mseb officer dint respond properly. He said i have note down your name in register and whenever we will have new electric meter we install.

                                    May be they are expecting bribe but dint say clearly i am not sure.

                                    From one year they don't have new meter for installation and they are charging rs-600 to 700 per month. Before out of order my electric meter was showing the electricity consumption worth rs - 250 only. I can show the proof from my all bills.

                                      Hello.

                                      I received message in my mobile for payment of energy bill of consumer no.[protected]/5291 for rs.116850/- which is due on[protected]
                                      The msg has been wrongly sent to me as i am not a consumer of msedcl. My mobile no has been wrongly fed in msedcl database or furnished wrongly by the costumers. Please correct your database and ensure i don't get any future messages.

                                      There is heavy voltage fluctuation in Vartak Nagar, Thane West since yesterday. Immediate attention needed.
                                      Electric wire goes above my house, so I am not able to make the house beautiful.
                                      Plz remove the wire asap. Bcoz, House can fall at any time. Does any such supply.If the wire is not removed, then the case will be done in the court.
