I have just taken the meter, and have not supplied the connection to my flat, and there is no one residing in my flat as well. I was getting the basic minimum amount till now, but for this month i got a bill of rs. 3500. How can i receive such a high bill when no electricity has been used and nor any connection is taken from meter to my flat....

I paid my electricity bill of 1660Rs. Using ICICI mobile app On 05 March 19, for customer no.: 17001567XXXX, Billing Unit: 4598.
Amount got deducted from my icici bank account. and also showing passbook entry that 1660Rs. was paid to
But I don't receive any confirmation message from MSEB on my registered mobile number and your site is still showing 1660Rs. Due for same account.

I have registered complaint via mahavitran app 2 weeks ago for high bill but no response. When called customer a lady said it takes 45 to 50 days. Which i did not agree. The bill reaches more than rs 2000 every month. Please have someone look into this asap. Please escalate this asap....

While i apply for electricity meter, i had given proper documents with correct name i. E kamaluddin sadique shaikh but mseb has been mentioned wrong name i. E kalauddin sadik shaikh, i here by request to you please change in your system my correct name. My consumer no is[protected] due to change in name on electrict bill i can not submit anywhere in government or non government office for as address proof....

I have called the customer care and they have asked for new connection application.
Why new connection is required if i have one connection?
