Reminder-2

I have received again one bill asking for bill payment.

No explanation for adjustment charges for rs 15620/-

The meter reading is still the same.

No reply from any responsible person.

Dear sir,

This is to the ref of my complaint[protected] for the meter reading.

I have lost my tenant due to very high billing charged over a period of

Seven months

The meter was not reading any consumption but msedcl had been charging consumption of 298 units every month.

The height was charging for 596 units in january 2018 even though the meter reading was same.

I need refund for the entire amount inr 6200 chargred & rental compensation loss of the tenant & credit for inr 1200 the service charges & inr 5000 as advance bill payment levied in replacing the faulty meter after our complaint.

The meter reading are enclosed for your reference.

I request your immediate help & support to resolve the issue.

    (Customer No.[protected] There is no power supply at BK No.1952, Room No.6, 7, 8 and 9 Ulhasnagar 421 005 since 19:30 (16/7/2018) and on approaching MSEB office it was stated that the complaint will be attended only on 17/7/2018 morning. It will be difficult to carry on full night without power supply. Kindly help in resorting power supply at the earliest. May I request for early action please.

        I am consumer resident of Evershine city, vasai west, wanted to bring to your notice that we are facing severe electricity supply problem daily. There is no current most of the time this is very bad that there is no proper management nor proper response from MSEB. U need to work on the same on priority as there are small kids, senior citizens in ever house and the suffering a lot bcoz of no current supply.

        Sometime or once in week is still manageable but not every 2 day.

        Request you to look into this matter and help us.

          Dear Mr. Sonar,

          Hope you are doing well.

          I am consumer #[protected], want to file a billing complaint. Our bill shows that we consumed 778 units in March 2018 and this electricity consumption is way too much than our regular consumption. We definitely did not consume anything close to 778 units of electricity.

          Can you please look into the matter to see if there is some sort of error made while recording the reading or it is some sort of typographical error!!

          I tried to lodge the complaint on the website but it seems that I cannot lodge complaint on Mahavitaran website. I request you to please take some action and correct our bill.

          Meter reading showing faulty on bill but meter is working condition and readings also getting so plz do needfuly . Rajendra [protected]
          I have been observing very high electricity bill in recent months.
          When compared to neighbours my flat's power bill is enormously high.
          Requesting you to kindly check and do necessary changes and also resend the bill if any issues from your end.

            I m resident of Padmavati Area. Last 10 years i am staying in maharshi nagar and in our area always we are facing shortage of electricity in every season. In opposite of our chaul another chaul people have swaragte area electricity supply...And they never face shortage of electricity.
            Even now when I called in respective complaint office of MSEB, they said they are helpless in this case and if we consumer raised concern then it might help to fix shortage of electricity issue.

              But Previous Attempt Light Bill Amount of rupees 1930, I made payment via union bank of India debit card . Amount was deducted from my account but suddenly page was expired . I made payment on 11th June 2018

              I have paid my bill for month of May via paytm and it shows on the bill paid section of mseb website but the bill for June has not deducted the bill amount for the month of May and it shows paid amount as 0

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have received extremely high electricity bill from MAHADISCOM for the current month, while for the past 6 months i was getting a fixed bill of 250 units, stating that meter is faulty, upon inquiring they said it needs to be replaced, but will only be done after my complaint. And this month suddenly (out of the blue), meter started working and i got a bill of 4000 units for 62, 880 Rs.

                I went to nearest MAHADISCOM office in Pimple Saudagar, they sent a line-man to check the meter. As per the line-man meter is working fine, so i have to pay the bill as per the meter reading.

                Not sure what to do in this regard now.

                Please help me to get this issue sorted or please do advise me on next steps.

                    Please find below the charges (billed) me by MSEDCL which is because of carelessness in work of MSEDCL.
                    Feb 2018 Light bill - for meter reading from 7914 to 7914 = charged me for 100 units - INR 570 (paid)
                    Mar 2018 Light bill - for meter reading from 7914 to 7914 = charged me for 100 units - INR 590 (paid)
                    Apr 2018 Light bill - for meter reading from 7914 to 7914 = charged me for 100 units - INR 1170 (with arrears INR 601 paid)
                    From above bill it shows that I have paid for total 400 units from Feb to April 2018.
                    Again I got bill for
                    May 2018 Light bill - for meter reading from 7914 to 8288 = charged me for 374 units - INR 3220 (Not paid)
                    This bill don't paid as I already paid for 400 units, where I paid extra for 26 units.
                    I visited Kalwa Engineer Office (MSEDCL, Shivaji Hospital) on 12 June 2018, officer told me it will be all corrected in July month bill

                    Again I got bill for
                    June 2018 Light bill - for meter reading from 8288 to 8414 = charged me for 126 units - INR 4140 (with arrears of 3255 which should not be billed as I have already paid for this)
                    Out from above details I am payable from Feb to June 2018 is (meter reading 7914 to 8414= 500-400(I already paid) is 100 units only
                    Please correct my bill to 100 units as soon as possible and send it to me.

                      Frequent Electricity cutoff..!!!
                      This is the major problem in Ghansoli gaon, Navi mumbai
                      Cut off is on daily basis don't know for what reason even after so many complaints they are not bothered about it
                      The frustrating thing is we have 2-3 CIDCO buildings near us... They don't even know what the cut off is.
                      The location (Ghansoli gaon) is very near to city still we face 2-3hours electric cut offs on daily basis.
                      NEED A STRICT ACTION ON IT.

                        I have to draw quick attention towards HT pole wire which was broken and hanging on our main gate.Its a very surprising thing that I had lodged online complaints on 1912 twice about 3 days ago but till date no response from MSEDCL.Its a very high risk safety issue and it may lead to electric shock because nobody knows whether broken HT wire may cause serious injury.Hence it is my request to sleeping officials of MSEDCL to look into the matter and removed this broken pole wire immediately.

                          I have received High Electricity bill for a months. When I realized in the first month, I contacted Mahadiscom's Officer at MAAN GAO personally.however neither the meter has been replaced, nor the charges have been rectified. Whenever i visited MSEB office team at MAAN GAO, they always say that they not help for this extra charge and you have to pay it. However no solution is provided. During my visit I had spoken with the officer on duty and obtained the phone number of the person who will be replacing the meter and rectifying the bill. But he is not ready to replace the meter or rectify the bills. It seems they need bribe,

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            As shown in attached details, you can cross check the consumption graph from august 2017 (- installed year), the units are between 80 to 100. only in second month i.e. sept 2017, there were 150 units because its was having backlog of some previous months units. After that in every month the bill was between Rs. 500 to 600 and the average units were between 80 to 100. Then how suddenly went to 220 units and i have not added any electrical equipment in recent years as i stay alone at home. Then what is reason behind this. Inspite of following up for last three months no serious step has taken to check the power supply of my home. Further kindly note that i am not going to pay that perticular bill because i have not utilized this heavy electricity as shown in bill. Kindly take serious action against this as there as almost 4 months past for last bill paid. Henceforth i will not be held responsible for delayed/non payment of electricity charges. Assure your quick and favourable response in this matter.

                                      We are Small scale industry in Tungarfata Vasai East area. As we are paying bills as per legal norm, we have right to have reliable and consistent power. It has been noticed that reliability and quality of power in our area is very bad. Everyday power goes for 2-3 times for 2-3 hours. I am not sure how to Government expect to have industrial growth without supplying reliable and consistent power which is very essential.
                                      Hence this complaint. Why don’t we have fines and panelties for power suppliers in case of non-reliable services? It’s not consumers mistake.

                                        There has been power cut since last 24 hours and the boatd officers are unable to provide us the status or timeline as in when can we expect the electricity back. The officer was so rude to reply to our query and everytime we call he has only one answer that we don’t know when the electricity will come.
                                        As a consumer we have rights to know the status of the powercut and when can we expect the electricity back. It’s very disappointing to get an insensitive and irresponsible response from the official.

                                        Electricity utility is increasing day by day earlier it was around Rs 600 and, now it has been increased to Rs 1100 but the daily usage of electricity is same as we used to have earlier.
                                        Please check the meter or else replace the old meter with a new one.
