    Today15 oct 2017 i received sms from msedcl
    The meter reading noted by the man is 910 on 14 oct 2017 at 16:55.
    Therefore i checked meter reading taday at 21:15. I see a meter reading is 902 only.
    What is this?
    The man appointed for taking meter reading is careless. Why the consumer pay large bills. At our home we have 1cfl, 1 zero bulb (Lightening at night only) and one 60 watt bulb.
    Apart from this one mobile charging is there. We get bill of month for the unit more than 40 units.
    Most of the time my father complaint moraly to the office and the he get reduced bill. But it happens repeatadly

      A sectional engineer from santacruz inspection division, industry, energy and labour department, mumbai is harassing and (After having done some mutual understanding with the electrical contractor) is asking bribe in the name of safety compliance.

      I have provided all the legal documents the sectional engineer asked for. I am doing a lawful humble business and my premises and all connections are also legal.

      What can i do? Kindly help. I am willing to launch a written complaint disclosing relevant details.

        All ready 3 to 4 time complaints in mseb office at dhamod, tal - radhanagari & 2 time complaints in mseb office shirgon, tal - radhanagari they're saying we will arrange any repair machine but till time not solved my problem.

        Reason = rain lighting heigh holatage within 2 years ago

        So please solve my problem

Even then no representative from your office has come to resolve the issue. Request you to look into the matter urgently as we are finding it difficult to come personally to your office due to health problems.

              It is to inform you that the electricity board of tal-chopda, distt-jalgaon is not doing there work. They are collecting free salary. They will not take readings for many months and will send any how bill. I m residing in shivram nagar at post - vele near to chopda. Here we are facing problem of electric bills. The electrician is not coming on regular basis to take the readings for which we had complaint many times. They will send bill without actual meter readings. After a couple of months they will come to check the actual readings and after that they will send a huge amount of bill which is totally inadequate. Please look into the matter seriously or i have to fill a case against mseb.
              The office is located in chopda of electricity board. Below is the attached bill copy. Bill is of plus 13000 rupees and bill is on the name of mrs. Kusumbai raghunath patil (Shivram nagar at post-vele tal - chopda)

                This is to inform you that every month i am finding the payment through ecs against my consumer no.,[protected] meter no.[protected] is being realized by msedcl very late. The current bill of sep 2017 of rs.1190/- due on 13/10/2017 has not been debited to my account till date when i went to bank to check the same. This is the second time it is happening. Please note you should not charge any penalty for no fault of my part for any late realization of payment since i have given the mandate to you 4 months back. Please check the same and ensur that this recurrence is avoided.

                  I want to complaint regarding the mseb regarding faulty electric bills they are sending. They don't take proper readings for a couple of months and then after that, they just send a bill of 13, 000 plus for a month. Electricity board is located in chopda tal of distt-jalgaon. Please look into the matter as electricity board people are not doing there job seriously.

                    Dear sir, with a sense of dissatisfaction, i am writing this to you with a sincere request of your kind attention and resolution of the issue. I am forced to write such an e-mail on the subject excess billing. There is hardly consumption of an average of 15-17 units for every month and suddenly the bill for the period
                    Of 09-aug-17 to 07-sep-17 shows that we have consumed 798 units. How can it would be possible we don't have any such kind of gadgets / appliances like television, fridge, washing machine, which could have consumed high electric units. I am also attaching herewith my bill for the said mentioned period and billing history in this regard, i sincerely request you to probe the matter and resolve the issue, as i strongly suspect that the meter reading is not being done correctly and an abstract average billing is being provided to us on the electricity bill.
                    Please treat this as an urgent issue and do the needful.

                      I would like to raise a complaint again msed (Ramtek) about not taking any action against the complaint been raised sept 29th.

                      We are getting unnecessary bill amount despite my house is locked for more than a month. How is it possible that i get a bill of rs. 1990 despite no one in the house. The guy who notes the reading doesn't even look at the meter reading and enter any reading of his choice. This is absolutely ridiculous. When call the customer care[protected], they gave this no.[protected], but no one is even bothered to pick up the receiver.

                      I request someone to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  I am living in nagpur city and in our area many of the who illegally using the electricity regularly and i complaint many time to mseb but no one takes action against those people or i request you to take action against those who using electricity or i regularly visited mseb office for taking action no one is interested to come and search please do something through this site i believe you give response to my complaint.

                                  Sir no action is taken people using illegal electricity and there people they freely using things not expected such response from your side no action why sir
                                  Always Fire in Electric Pole of Sr46, Lane 2, Opp new Grace School. This always a case in every 2 months.
                                  There is no such kind of inquiry to be done. Please do something related to nagpur area because of the people who consuming illegal electricity in our area strictly take action against those check the poll you see the wire on that and these wires are hidden in the tree.

                                    Reason for writing this i am getting a faulty meter reading bill since sep 2016 or before that

                                    Meter checking guy doesn't even bother to check consumption unit bill for last 15-16 months although i did paid inr 150 in april 2016 for meter check they just came and said their is no mistake then why we always get bill which is written faulty meter and my bill is always on higher side

                                    On top of that i received bill of inr 7680 for this month which not at all accepted every time i get bill of more then 800 which does not make any sense to pay huge amount

                                    Honestly i have only 3 tubelights., 2fans at home with no fridge, a/c, washing machine or any other electronic gadgets rather we used get bill of inr between 400-600 1 and half year back then why we are getting this huge amount

                                    Hope i get a proper solution

                                      Hi,
                                      I am being billed for average 225 units since 6 months. We have done all the process mseb officials have said but still no action has been taken and bill amount keeps on adding for us. From the month of march i have shifted we made a complaint at below address-

                                      Section office phase 2, hinjawadi, pune - 411057, near wipro tech international biotech park

                                      After which documents were submitted at -
                                      +[protected] kalewadi, pune - 411017

                                      We were told by mseb official to pay rs200/- and units will be corrected in next bill but no action was taken and still we were billed average for 225 units. Since then we have been paying 500 each month.

                                      My owner has made complaint and then meter testing was done after chasing many times and again documents were submitted in mseb office.

                                      The lady who got our meter tested said the meter is correct then why are we still being billed for 225units on average. Below are the appliances at our place-

                                      Gyser - 1
                                      Fridge - 1
                                      Tubelights - 4 (Daily 2 tubelights in usage)
                                      Cfls-6 (3 are in use daily)
                                      Exhaust -3
                                      Fan - 5 (2 are in use on daily basis)

                                      We are working people and are not at home during day time 11:00am to 9:00pm everyday. The only consumption is at night and on weekends.

                                      Due to this our owner has asked us to vacate the flat in 20 days and this has caused so much inconvinience to us.

                                      Any help in this matter at the earliest would be appreciated.

                                        My complaints is about power cut daily from 4pm to to 9 pm.
                                        For about 5hrs atleast.

                                        Its very problematic in this season because temperature is very hot and middle class people dont afford invert-er. My request is that please try to reduce that much of hours.. Almost 2 or 3 hrs its ok.. But we cant afford 5 to 6 hrs of load shading. We are all youth generation from village are doing our education. Its very difficult for us to read/learn if there is no electricity,,,,
