I have been following up with mseb since last one month to change the meter because the meter doesn't show meter reading, the officials say that they have not received meter since last few months, i believe this excuse isn't valid i request you to kindly change the meter at the earliest as the meter isn't in use

    To whomever concern,
    Mahavitaran (App for maharashtra electricity board) is the most horrible app it's not at all user friendly 90% of the time it never works i have complained to the contact center more than 5 times they have not borthered to reply nor any response, the funny bit is the person who come to take the reading doesn't know how to take the reading only for our meter as per him it's high technology meter, which they have provided themselves. Since 5 months i m sending the reading from the app.. Whenever u want to send the reading the app will never respond. There are so many customers who have complained on app everywhere possible but no one has helped not anyone is taking responsibility.

      I have 1 year ago submitted complaint at akola mseb head office as well as gaurakshan road mseb office akola. But no satisfactory reply from office.
      My home build under ramai ambedkar awas yojna located sindhi camp khadan, kawade nagar old dhoor bazar akola 444 004. We are poor family residents in poor home, thanks for maharashtra govt.
      To help poor backward people.
      But my home not complet because of electricity wire, so i and mother humbly request that electricity wire transfer beside at my home.

        My consumer number is[protected] and
        Billing unit 0647:yawal ii subdn.
        I am getting average bill from last 3 month. (July, aug and sept) that is 75 unit.
        Meter status is : locked and getting the same meter reading
        Current reading and previous reading is 3403 unit.
        No one is staying at that place, we visited the place 3, 4 time in yearly only.
        Actually, meter reading should be zero for last 3 months. But every month they added 75 unit for 3 months. They should apply minimal changes if we are not using the electricity for specific time period.

        I register complaint 2 times in msceb site, but no one has taken action on it.
        Please check and taken action asap.

        My electricity line has been disconnected as I was unable to pay the bill. What is the procedure for reconnection of power supply? What are the reconnection charges. I have already paid the due amount immediately after the power cut.
        Dear Sir/Madam.
        My self veerbahadur Singh son of Sheela sherbahadur Singh. I have complain about faulty meter. Previously we are not received any bill so I complained in MSEB office which got resolved and bill received of 2550.00 that we have paid. But after that continuously we are getting same bill of 210.00 for 19 unit, However for 5 months (May, June, July and Aug) my family is not at home we are in my native place.

        I already complain online but not resolved.

        Currently I have got bill of 10.00 for November month which may be wrong bill but I paid that as well.

        So kindly check and resolve the meter billing issue. If meter is faulty Kindly change meter as soon as possible.

        We are using :
        1-seeling fan.
        2-led bulb
        3-fridge
        4-TV

          Dear sir,
          This is regarding the death of 3 cows at our farm due fall of electric wire of line passing through our area when the cows were grazing in area on 01 sep 2017 and subsequent visit of police/recording of statement/ show cause notice to msdcl by govt of maharashtra electrical inspector. On 12 sep 2017.
          The elec inspector was shown on ground the poles and wires status.
          So far no action taken. It is requested to rectify the low hanging electric lines before such more incidence take place and it become pubice issue cow deaths.

            I have following complaints relating to submission of meter reading:
            1. I have downloaded the app on my mobile phone but on selecting option submit meter reading, no site opens to submit the photograph of the meter.

            2. You have created an elaborte website www.mahadiscom.in. it must have been an exhaustative and expensive task. But still it should be considered incomplete especially for the computer users.
            The site should include option for
            Uploading the meter photograph.

            It will be useful for aged people like me who are uncomfortable with small screen and small letter size. We are comfortable with the desktop.
            This will bring completeness to the website as well.

            I notice yuo0r cpmplaints site has option add photograph.
            Introduce this option on the main site a;so.

              In view the above mentioned, we refer your trailing mail & my simple questions raises from your trailing email are,
              U said that "the agency i. E. M/s. Siddhant enterprises, dhule was not performing their task of pc reading"; so my question is that who is responsible for that.?
              Also u said that, this office has split up accumuled units into 37 month and gives accumulated unit adjustment for rs.71231/- so, how you calculated reading of 5768 units, please send us split details.
              Morever, our family of 4 person are staying in small village where continuous electricity supply is wonder and our family is working in farm for whole day, then how it's possible to consume 5768 units of electricity.
              You also mentioned that,
              Please provide me the in details of bill split and consumption of electricity as you said, am waiting for your reply with details information, please provide as early as possible.
              I am not satisfied with your justification, please make necessary correction at your end.

              Meter problmem...I have to change me meter .. i have complaint also about the defect meter but they are not focusing on it... So. I am wrirting this to chnge the meter as fast as possible

                    I am residing in my flat c-105 mahavirdham sarawali since from last 3 and half years. Since last one year my meter (Meter no given below) is not showing reading.

                    Last month ie aug-17 bill faulty meter remark was raised by the concerned authority. And the same was minus billing. I found out through internet. Met officer at mseb boisar, he asked me to give application. Hence the application raised.

                          My running shop is closed since july 2017. Since last 3 bills, i am getting electricity bills amounting around rs.600-700 for a closed shop. Last 2 bills i have complained but all in vain. As a good citizen i paid bills expecting favorable reply. Recently i have received new bill with rs.650. My customer no.[protected] and name is vikas hanumanmal surana. Please get it resolved as they are not responding for the same. The technician from mseb came in the month of august and took photo of meter reading which was 65 units and now at present it is 69 as per the bill but i am charged for 40 units.

                              malfunctioning of energy meter

                              I had submitted a complaint in jan 17 about malfunctioning of the meter to your dahanukar colony office.

                              I was told that your meter is from rolex company and we do not have meters to replace.
                              A reminder was submitted in august.

                              Meter needs to be rectified / replaced.

                              In last one week,
                              Power supply has been cut daily for 3 hours on an average, out of which 3 days for more than 6-10 hours and that too mostly at night which is more annoying.
                              This problem should be solved or people are getting very annoyed worth this power outage.
                              And because it is happening mostly aur night time it's more annoying.
                              These very long power cuts in suburban city near mumbai also creates bad image and dissatisfaction.

                                रेग्यूलस सहकारी गृहरचना संस्था मर्यादित, बालेवाडी -४५, आमच्या या सोसायटीत व बाणेर-बालेवाडी परिसरात महावितरण कडून येणारी विजेची बिले हि वेळेत येत नाहीत व आम्हाला दंड भरावा लागत आहे . आमच्या सोसायटी मध्ये १६० सदनिका व मीटर आहेत . सोसायटीचे १४ इतर मीटर आहेत .
                                सर्वाना येणारी बिले हि पहिली असलेली सूचक तारखेच्या दिवशी किंवा एक दिवस आधी मिळत आहेत. गेली ५-६ महिन्यापासून हा त्रास होत आहे . अनेक वेळा तोंडी किंवा फोन करून तक्रार निवारण विभागाकडे तक्रार केली आहे . तरी पण कोणताही प्रतिसाद मिळाला गेला नाही. आम्ही वेळेवर बिल येत नसल्यामुळे आम्हाला सवलत माफ करावी किंवा दंड आकारण्यात जावु नये, नाहीतर वेळेत बिल मिळावेत हि विनंती.
                                - सोबत सोसायटी मधील सर्व सभासदांचे मीटर क्रमांक व सोसायटीचे मीटर क्रमांकची यादी जोडत आहोत .

                                - विषय - वीज बिल वेळेत न येणे बाबत . गेले अनेक महिने तक्रार करत आहे
                                (पुण्यातील बाणेर-बालेवाडी-औंध स्मार्ट सिटी मधील परिसरात हि अवस्था आहे)

                                महोदय -
                                रेग्यूलस सहकारी गृहरचना संस्था मर्यादित, बालेवाडी -४५, आमच्या या सोसायटीत व बाणेर-बालेवाडी परिसरात महावितरण कडून येणारी विजेची बिले हि वेळेत येत नाहीत व आम्हाला दंड भरावा लागत आहे . आमच्या सोसायटी मध्ये १६० सदनिका व मीटर आहेत . सोसायटीचे १४ इतर मीटर आहेत .
                                सर्वाना येणारी बिले हि पहिली असलेली सूचक तारखेच्या दिवशी किंवा एक दिवस आधी मिळत आहेत. गेली एक वर्ष भर हा त्रास होत आहे . अनेक वेळा तोंडी किंवा फोन करून तक्रार निवारण विभागाकडे तक्रार केली आहे . तरी पण कोणताही प्रतिसाद मिळाला गेला नाही. आम्ही वेळेवर बिल येत नसल्यामुळे आम्हाला सवलत माफ करावी किंवा दंड आकारण्यात जावु नये, नाहीतर वेळेत बिल मिळावेत हि विनंती.
                                - मागील तंत्रात केलेली दिनांक २०/०६/२०१७ व इन वार्ड नंबर - २३१७
                                - मागील तंत्रात केलेली दिनांक २७/०९/२०१७ व इन वार्ड नंबर - ६४०४
                                - मागील तंत्रात केलेली दिनांक २३/०८/२०१७ व इन वार्ड नंबर - ५१७०
                                - प्रत्येक वेळेला तक्रार केली आहे. तरीही आम्हाला लाईट बिले येत नाहीत .
                                - अनेक वेळा तक्रारी करून हि कोणतेही प्रतिसाद मिळत नाही.
                                - पुण्यातील बाणेर-बालेवाडी-औंध स्मार्ट सिटी मधील हि अवस्था आहे

                                  C rly emp. Cons.co. Op. Scty. Ltd thane, runs departmental store's in the premises of c. Rly, near thane station. There is no supply of electricity since 2 pm of 16.9.2017. Manager of society made complain on phone no[protected] they gave complaint no.186. Till now electricity supply not being restored though 48 hrs has been passed. Heavy loss of goods i. E. Ice cream, cold drinks and other perishable items occurred. Consumer no.[protected] billng unit 4727 meter no [protected] pc 2/19/7215//0100/4727582.
                                  Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Our electricity meter is showing reading as "FAULTY" and MSEB is charging us 170 units randomly.
                                  No response from them.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Consumer no.[protected], bill unit 4140.
                                    Date of possession - december 2014. Till february 2017 the bill was zero as no body was using the flat. Suddenly the bill amount has gone upto rs 20000/- for faulty meter reasons and no usage of electricity.
                                    Last month complaint was given still no reaction from msedcl. Again the same amount again this month also.

                                      The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

                                      Please need to make correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
                                      I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing passport.

                                      Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.
