I am attaching a photo of electrical distribution box located on footpath in Sector 29, Vashi, near Rajiv Gandhi Udyan. It has no doors. All connections are open. There are no fuses but wires for protection. Please
1. Replace the box
2. Replace the wire with proper size of fuses.

This is big safety hazard.

    I am constantly reporting about the high bill. I have raised a complaint from June, 2015 but haven't even received a feedback. Till date, they are saying that we haven't received any feedback from the sub-division. its already been 5 months . how many more years they want to reply ? I wrote a mail to the SDO, but he is also super busy to reply. Then they started sending more high rate bills and whenever I ask the customer care for the details of the charges, they say that they dont have any idea about it, please go and contact the sub-division. What are you guys being paid for then if you dont even know the basic idea of how the billing charges apply? I always get a very fluctuated bill like 2000 in month then 6000 in the other, 7000 in the other month, then again 4000 in the following month. Very depressing conditionof how the government employees work? They should atleast work for their own respect if they cannot work for the company's respect. Please check the meter. i have a strong feeling that my meter is not working properly. My consumer number is[protected]. My contact number is [protected].

      My both tentants manage to get a new connection by submitting false papers to MSEDCL & they have not paid the bill since last 6months still MSEDCL is not disconnecting the connection. I submitted letter to MSEDCL about the same & brought all this to their notice but nothing is being done by them till now. I am really surprise to see all this that inspite of not paying the bill since 6 months the connection is still on. Their consumer no is[protected] last paid is 15th june 2015 amount pending is 10810/-) & other consumer no is[protected]last paid is 29/9/15 amount pending is 3280/-)

        There is an increase in electricity bills on every alternate months. october 2015 billed amount was 1470, November 2015 billed amount is 4600 . Almost 3times higher. I have logged complaint online number:3324524. Also hand delivered complaint to Kalamboli, Khandacolony Office, Navi mumbai.
        The usage / consume of electricity is same every month but still the units increases is very fast and getting inflated bills. Person had visited to check meter and claimed that meter is ok and running fine. The same we asked to give in writing which is not given yet.
        Came to know from other sources that maximum societies are getting inflated bills. The right fact is not yet disclosed to consumer about the inflated bills.
        Need to put some inquiry about the same on priority to get justice to the consumer and pay normal consumption bill regularly.

                    SIR, i have paid bill of amount rs. 8360=00 for month of july 2015 for consumer no.[protected]. the said amount was paid on 10.09.2015; paid amount receipt was misplaced but unfortunately the paid amount of rs. 8360=00 was added in the next bill. we hereby requested to check the same paid bill details for date 10th of sep 2015 at mseb office, but they always said that it will be adjusted in next bill. but that amount is still not adjusted. attached is herewith complaint launched to mseb office. kindly ask them to check details and deduct the amount of rs. 8360=00 from my electric bills. thanks

And the matter is getting more suspicious when many houses in our building are getting the same excess in their bill. So much as one connection, where nobody leaves has got Rs 1300 INR as their bill for the month of November, while August to October shows zero unit consumption.                             Hi Sir/ Madam, This is with regards to MSEB bill reaching the consumer with a delay of more than a month after the period for which bill is generated. It has been noticed that the bill is delivered late and after the "if you pay till" date. For example for consumer#[protected], the bill duration is 18/08/2015 to 20/09/2015, the "antim tarikh" is 20/10/15. If I pay before the antim tarikh bill amount is Rs.1930 while if I miss that date bill amount is Rs.1990. Kindly let me know how is the consumer expected to pay the amount without fine if it reaches on 25/10/2015. Repeated questions to the deliverer has failed to generate any response. I can assure you this is not the first time when the delivery has been delayed. What surprises me even more is that the deliverer never notes the date of delivery to the consumer and drops the bill any time at 8pm or even on a Sunday. When asked why the delay he did not have a satisfactory answer and ranaway when asked about the agency that hired him. Kindly revert with an explanation that holds true in the above case or direct me to someone who can. Thank you, Harsha Shashikanth Vasai

                                Myself, Jogendra Rai, having electricity consumer number[protected]. It has been observed that the bill amount is continuously increasing from last 3 months after changing previous faulty meter. I had already paid Rs.1500/- before 3 months for meter changing and again the bill is coming very high ( Rs.3500/- ). When I had enquire about this to Nallasopara ( E ) MSED office, Mr. Sayyad ( engineer ) had told me to change meter again. It means your new meter don't have any guarantee. Why should I pay again for the meter. This is MSED responsibility to provide proper equipements to there consumers. I request you to take some necessary action and reduce the bill accordingly otherwise I will go to consumer court and also file complaint in RTI act.                                   I am a resident of Mahalaxmi Nagar, Nere, Panvel, and there has been frequent power cuts every now and then. Earlier we used to have power cuts only on Tuesday for about 6-8 hours, now it has become an everyday issue. Sometimes the power cut is like, power comes for 5 minutes and then again goes off and then again comes for five minutes or so and goes off. Because of this the electrical equipments also are getting damaged. Please do something about this frequent power cuts. It is real frustrating.

                                  I am a resident of Mahalaxmi Nagar, Nere, New Panvel, and there has been frequent power cuts every now and then. All people are working from home during the pandemic so is there any need for frequent powercuts????
                                  I don't understand what kind of substation maintenance work happens and if so then why on a working day(Tue) and remaining days 5-15mins. Remove lights on Sat or on Sun when less people are not working. Are you trying to save power supply for future and all that accounts from villages and gaon like Nere, koproli, Chipke, bhokarpada, kamothe etc and not from cities?. Why are you sucking our blood for no reason and increasing our frustration levels...
                                  We need an answer.

                                    This is regarding electricity failure & electricity load shedding problem in Mumbra - Kausa, In mumbra-Kausa there is frequent power failure for a long time and TODAY(28/10/2015) 4hrs 12.30am to 4 00am power failure why who is responsible?

If here happen snake bite so who is responcible on it. If the robbery happen then who paid the stolen things Your service so funny...daily you doing 8-9 hrs load shading...why There are other villages and country is present in india to do the load balance

                                        I would like to bring your attention that, i received electricity bill of month Sep-15 of amount INR 1850 (Consumer No.[protected], billing unit 4359 vasai east) which seems to be very high in compare to my actual consumption. Since my last bill paid amount is INR 870 and i cannot understand this rapidly fluctuation in my electricity charges. So i do request you that kindly review my electricity bill and correct, so that i can pay the actual amount. Your kind consideration and your quick response on my request is always appreciated . For your reference i am giving you load connected to my household as following- CFL Bulb 12 watt - 1 no. + 2 no. CFLof 9watt + 2 zero watt buld using in in toilet and bathroom (which are used in night time only for maximum 1 hours (totaly a day) 2 No. Fans 1 LED TV - 40-45 Watt (hardly using 3-4 hours a day) 5star power rating Refridgrator 190 L- 1 no.
