My bill for July towards meter number[protected] amouted to Rs 3060/- was paid vide cheque number 283373 . this cheque was encashed on 30.07.2015. Non collection of bill payments - regularly

The clerk sitting at the window for collection never takes any payment and sends everyone coming to the opposite side for making payments, where there is a private agency appointed for collection. Not deduct online payment

Payment not deduct

Non Refund of deducted Bill Amount

Frequent power failures every week, even on Independence Day (2015)

We, at Akurdi (behind Jai Ganesh Inox), Pune, are experiencing multiple power failures every week, without any notice or reason. There is no rain, nor any other environmental reason. Usually power goes off at 4-5pm, till 7-8pm. Even today, on 15-Aug-2015 (independence day) there was no power for 2-3 hours during the same time period.
