I am residing at Giridhar Apartment, Gauri pada

Yesterday on 11/06/2019 when rain just started power failure i occurred at 10:00 pm in our 1st wing (other 2 wings power supply was there)
Technicians came informed to our watchman that some cables has burnt that need to be replaced which can be done in morning.
Today(11/96/2019) whole day till 3 pm technicians were working power was kept off during that time.
Later at 7 pm again power gone for 30 kins again at 9 pm.
Now again at 10 pm power failure occurred and when i enquired with our security he said "technicians came and said there some cable issue which we can't so now and will come in morning"

I want to ask is this some kind of joke going on, that technicians come and say that will attend work tomorrow.., why ur working for 3 shifts work for gshift only then.

And after whole day of work still the issue is not solved.
For your information my dad is handicap, mom is a BP patient, I have 5 months baby, me n my wife both are working had sleepless whole night, worked for whole and again will be facing a sleepless night.

i[censored]r technicians are not well competent to do the said job at given time then throw them out as well face in our private job.

Kindly attend the job at the earliest and have a permanent solution.

      I have booked for new connection online on 24.04.2019 and made the payment on 3rd May 2019. I contacted sub Engineer Mr. Ashish Mathankar or Rabale sitting at R-976 but now he is not picking up my phone. When will I get the new connection. My application no. 19796666.

        Sir my office timing is from 8.45 to 4.30pm.my light bill average monthly is 1050 approx... this month i recd bill for 3000...which is too high .i given my complaint in writting ..i paid my last bill...my yearly average is 1050

        kindly check and correct my bills...your jalgaon office not giving proper response... they told y deposit 1700 we will check meter...

        why should i pay charges when my average bill is 1000 approx

            There is a power cut from last five hours in my area, I am trying to reach the service provider by calling the office and to the staff, but no one is bother about the same. From last two hours I am continually trying to get in touch but there numbers are busy from last two hours, I don't know how it's possible.

            Suppose what happens if an emergency situation arrive, to whom should we contact.

              This is a complaint against Mahadiscom regarding my excess electricity bill amount for my flat since past few months.
              I have a flat at Nalasopara west, Soparagaon and my Consumer number is[protected]. I am not staying at this address as I live in Mahim and I have already informed MSED Co. Ltd office at Nalasopara west about the same multiple times but inspite of this, I receive excess bill every month.
              This was not the case earlier as I used to get an average bill of Rs.70 to 80 every month. This has been happening since past few months and everytime I have to travel to Nalasopara Mahavitran Office to get this resolved. But I cant do this every month as I am working and have to take a leave everytime .
              The reading that I get every month is around 50 to 65 units as again I am saying, there is no one staying in the flat. But on the bill it is every month excess. I have to everytime remove the photo or video of the meter readings and submit to the office which is again not my job.
              Kindly resolve it at the earliest so that I will pay the justified amount on time

                This is a problem of every year that in tathawade we face sudden power failures whenever monsoon hits. This is getting highly frustrating as there is no power for 24hours and it is hindering our day today work.. Prople need to sleep and go to office but it is getting very problematic specially in society kumar piccadilly.
                There should be a quick action if such major things like transformer failure happens but no action is taken on time.
                This is very disappointing that in a city like Pune such a neglection of duty is there.
                Kindly look into this problem and take action to resolve it.

                  I am the citizen of Ghansoli sector 21. We people daily facing power failure issue within a hour. Today I am counting the power cut off which is 5 count till it is 2 pm. Till half day needs to go. We people fade up with the mahadiscom service. They only gives workarround but we need permanent solution. Due to this fluctuations last year my lcd got damaged. When I explained the same thing then they told us please try to use inverter.
                  Shame of mahadiscom. Shame of your answer as well. Shame shame..

                    I am currently residing at A-05 Panduranga Niwas, Moregoan, Vijay Nagar 401209 Nalasopara East, Which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], BU no. 4708: Nallasopara East S/DN, In previous month i got shocked to receive the current bill for the month of May 2019 of an amount of, 2045 Two thousand forty five. My monthly electricity bill amount generally range between 600 Rs to 700 Rs. The bill for the month of April is almost three to four time more of my regular bill. I had investigated from my side to find out the error and i noticed that the meter reading is much higher for the current bill .which is impossible according to our use.

                    Note they frequently remove electricity in our area and work for those who gives extra money for their work .

                    in our roof they kept many live wires and for us they didn't provide direct connection from the lamp post.

                    please help us in this since they don't fear to any one since they re the only one service provider here .

                      This is to bring into your kind notice that meter reading for consumer no.[protected] is coming very high.I am a working person and from morning to evening all electronic equipments are closed.Most of the electronic devices such as TV, washing machine, bulbs, fans are used only in night. Only refrigerator is used whole day. Then also we are getting bill reading of Rs 2700. In earlier months also we are constantly getting high meter reading. You are requested to look into the matter.

                            We have a red DP (MSEB DP) in a dilapidated state in our compound. The DP is half buried inside the soil and completely rusty. Many times we have observed sparks in the DP during the rainy season as water enters it during heavy rains. I had officially filed a written application with the local MSEB office in 2016 requesting removal of the DP from the private compound ( I will attach the application to this complaint ). There are many trees and grass growing around the DP which may cause a fire. Today, I had a follow up with the Assistant Engineer Erandwane Msedcl ( If required I can provide more details about the person. ) He said that he is not sure when the application will be processed and the DP will be shifted.

I have been paying bills online through mahadiscom's site every month before the due date to avail prompt payment discount. However, to my surprise i am charged rs. 583 arrears in may month bill. Although it should not be charged as there hasn't been any dues. Request you to kindly assist in getting this scrutinized. I have attached the previous month paid bill receipt and current bill print. Let me know if you need any further information to get me refund o[censored]nauthorized charged amount for last so many years.

                                  My cnsumerno[protected] bu 4705 i have paid my bill for the month of april 2019 of rs 1230/- by cheque no 448970 tjsb bank thane to your collection centre [protected] receipt no 5308496 dated 18/04/2019. I got message on 27th april 2019 that your cheque has been dishonoured we will charge you rs 750 +gst in next bill. When i inquired with my bank regarding cheque return they informed me that cheque was not presented by msedcl, in my passbook also no entry of cheque dishonoured. I was waited upto today to received the cheque back from your office whith reason of dishonoured and return cheque, but no return of cheque received by me.
                                  In may 2019 bill you charge me rs 885/- (750+18% gst) for cheque dishonoured charges which is not correct.
                                  I am requesting you to please reversed the amount in june 2019 bill or give me the reason of dishonoured with my cheque.

                                  After receiving you message i have paid rs 1240/-by online payment on 29/4/2019 ref no[protected]. to aviod disconnection.
                                  We are facing electricity problem daily basis. Everyday there is power issue in afternoon and in night. We tried to contact MSEB help line number but no one is picking the call.
                                  I have complained on your website as well as in person to Vasai bhabola office about high bills being charged - more than double! Have requested someone to check the meter.

                                  Just falling on deaf ears.

                                  Send someone urgently and get the needdul done ASAP.

                                    We are facing regular power cut every day in city like thane which is in a smart city list of government. I have a 4 months old baby in house which makes it difficult to survive. Sometimes they do power cut in night at 3 am, 4 am.. Which makes it more irritating. They keep their landline's receiver aside so that no will be able to call them to complaint.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I stay in Mumbai, comes thrice yearly to visit my native place @Alkuti, Parner Taluka, District Ahmednagar, Residential home in Ramoswadi Backside of Shree Sai Nath School.

                                      There is Electricity Pole in front of our house. Front Neighbor residents has taken that pole inside their house. They built their house recently taking pole inside and covering Pole with Pipes to secure them. Attaching images.
                                      Please do take some action before some accident happens this is actually not allowed. But, those residents don't understand. Also, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat of "Alkuti" has not taken any action on it.
