I have applied change of name application with mahavitran kalewadi pune personally and on site but no action taken yet. Can this be escalated.

20067425 application for chane of name has not been actioned. Seems noone works. It's just the machine is working hence getting electric supply. Not sure how do you manage work.

I submit leki compalint in mseb office jule solapur with mr narvane for 3 times but he is avoing by saying no mtre available. untimely power cuts

Hello,

My name is adarsh and i am residing in kalyan east, maharashtra 421306. I am experiencing power cut in an untimely manner... I don't understand why people cut the electricity during night by 10 pm and people comming from office and people who are on medication cannot sleep properly because there is no update regarding the same. Additionally there is no number to contact board to get an eta.

bill amount more than three times of previous bills.

My bill for the month of may 2019, due date 3rd june 2019 has amounted to rs 10240. Prior to april our bill never crossed a total of rs 1500. But in the month of april we installed a ac and tv, which got us a bill of rs 3270, which i understand. But then in may i received a bill which is more than three times of the bill in april. billing complaint for my connection.

I have received an absurdly high and unrealistic electricity bill from mseb for the current period.

For my consumer number[protected], the units consumed is mentioned as 486.

In last 9 years, i have never ever crossed even 120 units in any bill period. Then how can you bill me for such high units??

wrong meter reading resulting in higher bill

payment done but not reflecting on portal

Have paid this month electricity bill through paytm application.in which it shows payment has been done successfully but still it is not reflecting mahadiscom website. That is on website their is payment history tab in which it is not showing i. E. It seems it is still pending. However have logged case with paytm but they asked to first contact to mahadiscom. On 17-feb-2019, i complained to mseb and consumer complaints about high electricity bill issue. And after taking your immediate action, the complaint was solved successfully, thank you so much for that.

They provided me a provisional bill on 7-march-2019 and out of 3 installments i have successfully paid 2 installments, and pending 1 installment i have to pay in next month.

But still, the meter replacement is...

meter reading issue

My march 2019 month consumption was 131 unit. It is increase to 212 in april 2019 month bill. Its practically not possible to increase the consumption unit increase by 81 unit. But i ignored it but this month it increased to 334. So i doubt there is an issue with your meter reading please check and resolve and adjust the bill in in next month bill....

poor service

Sir past from few months we are facing problems because of fluctuations of voltage in electricity what is been provide through MSEDCL, on complaining there is no action taken yet and now from last 5, 6 days around 11pm to 12am at night time in our area electricity trips due to heavy load an on complaining the engineer who is in incharge ( Siddhart Khobragade ) of ballarpur area balaji ward ( district Chandrapur ) is not taking any action...

unscheduled power cuts
