Msrtc Bus No MH14B3206 Pandharpur To Swargate pune. Date 30.7.2023 time 4pm.from Pandharpur. Number of passengers more than 70, vehicle observed generating noise at absorbers, even driver observed when raised complaint. Even after requesting, shouting by 8-10 passengers conductor didn't responded not took any action against complaint. Vehicle booked with over capacity and possibility of major accident. Kindly take immediate action we are at jejuri.vehicle is making annoying noise while turning left side.

    I want to make complaint of rash driving and arrogant behavior of driver of vehicle number mh-09 em 9659, dated - 27/07/2023 time - 1:45 am. I was driving my vehicle with my patents on mumbai pume expressway. And i was on middle lane and on my right lane there is one container and the bus driver is behind me but suddenly he tries to overtook by left side which is illegal and he tries to chock me on right and on right theres already a container. Which is forced me to stop my car on the spot. Want some serious action against that bloody driver. And also need to check his mental health as this type od rash driving can cause some serious action.

      I want to make complaint of rash driving and arrogant behavior of driver of vehicle number mh-09-em-9656, dated[protected] time - 1:45 am . I was driving my vehicle with my parents on Mumbai - Pune express way the ST driver overtook me from left side which is illegal. I was on middle lane and on my right there is container and out a nowhere this ### ST driver overtook me from left and pulling bus on my car which is force me to stop my car. Fortunately
      thanks to god there is no harm to my vehicle. I want a strict action against that driver and please do check the mental health of the driver. Because this type of driving is very harmful for anyone and may cause some serious accident.

            Hello,

            I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used upi payment while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.880/- cut from my bank account.
            (Merchant transaction no - ([protected])
            (Atom transaction no[[protected]]
            (Transaction status - success)
            I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
            I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

            Requesting refund for the transactions.

              We took a bus from Jalgaon to Bhusawal and there was a stop near our house we told the conductor that there is a stop but he denied and dropped us more than 750M away from our destination at ashtabuja

                There is no shedhule for Buses due to which the people have to suffer I live on Hatkansgle kolhapur and work in Sangli.At evening time they only send nonstop buses from sangli to kolhapur people in middle have to suffer because are no ordinary buses. So please we are atleast 50 people who suffer due to this.Please kindly note this.

                  Booking Date: 06/07/2023 time: 11.12 am

                  I was booking ticket for MSRTC Shivneri Bus starting from Thane Vandana Bus stop till Swargate Pune dated 9th July 2023 with Departure time as 06:00 hrs. After filling all the details and making payment via ATOM i filled all necessary card details, the amount was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. I haven't received any ticket in my MSRTC account nor any mail from MSRTC.
                  Ticket was booked for 3 people costing total amount Rs.1, 316/-.
                  Kindly initiate the refund in my respective bank account.

                    The time of bus are not correct and very late bus are coming on St stand and the passengers and school students very angry on this timing and new bus also start at kherdi road 6:30 last because many people belong at this time in which passengers are getting dissatisfaction please start new bus at 6:30 and please my humble request is on time bus coming please to dapoli depo at dapoli dist Ratnagiri

                          I have booked ticket from my MSRTC account on 19th May 2023 at 10:11 Am from Pune ( Vallabhnagar to Selu) for travel on 22 May 2023. At time of booking Rs. 1440 deducted from the SBI account ending 4248 which made through Gpay with UPI ID[protected]. After money deducted neither ticket booked nor money refunded. Kindly help in money refund.

                            Booked a ticket thru red bis for 18.15 bus but the bus came in late and the the bus left at 8.15 and I had to reach kalyan junction when asked the driver dint answer wen asked repeatedly said he was the pn who had check the tickets and take the collection for the bus tickets so all the passengers got angry and the bus driver purposely drove the bus on a at 20 so that people could reach late to their destination and could also complain against the bus but the xtion should be taken against the driver who haressed the passengers for his convenience bus no MH06BW 4308

                            KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE BUS DRIVER

                              Hi Team,

                              I am writing this email due to frequent failure for msrtc bus to not allow to drop to wakad bridge pune people.Whenever I/others try to catch bus from satara bus stand to wakad bridge everytime the Mumbai bus conductor does not allow us to sit in Mumbai route bus saying that come in other bus.moreover the others conductors also repeat the same thing don't come.

                              Now as u know swargate bus stand pune and wakad bridge drop has huge distance hence the only option left for us is Mumbai bus which has drop to wakad bridge.
                              The conductors just ask us to run here and there and unfortunately there is no option for wakad bridge drop.Hence I am requesting you to either allow us to drop to wakad bridge through Mumbai bus or else please arrange separate buses as it's really becoming problem day by day for especially girls waiting for longer hours.Please assist in this.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                I would like to raise a complaint about the bus availability in our village.

                                Due to the irregular timetable of the buses from Akkalkot to Salagar and vise versa route. It's a waste of time for working adults and students as well who regularly wait for hours and return home. The irregular bus and their bus timings hamper the life of students.

                                Worst condition of buses and unhygienic make it more worst.

                                Kindly look into the issue.

                                  From igatpuri to nashik there is no school bus for student at morning 5.45, in Ghoti BK 20 to 30 student stand daily bus r late of long route, or some time directly cancel without before notes, student face lot of problem to travel to school / college many time try to content to depo but they don't response properly not a single day bus r on time, but operater adjust timing always if bus r late

                                        The bus is very noisy while running on roads. All the passengers travelling are troubled by the noise. Even the senior citizens travelling in bus are having ear issues.This can damage the ears of passengers travelling.
