Booked ticket on MSRTC site on 8th and 9th May, Also booked ticket on 19th May on Bildesk and Atom, amount debited but ticket not booked. Even after 10 day, amount is not refunded.

    Booked ticket on MSRTC site dated 8th, 9th and 19th May. 4 times amount debited from account also from credit card but ticket not booked.
    Even after 10 days amount is not refunded from MSRTC.

      Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
      I have sent emails to following ids and call the following phone numbers but no response -

        Hello,

        I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) today. I used UPI while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.285/-has been deducted from my bank account.
        (Merchant transaction no - [[protected]])
        (Atom transaction no [[protected]])
        (Transaction status - success) This msg received instantly, but not my tickets
        I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor have I received booking confirmation sms.
        I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing the seat that I had chosen (seat 9) is available on msrtc site even after my booking.

        Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

          Dear team,
          It's is delay bus more than 2 hour's of Mumbai dapoli sleepers bus.
          I travel with my 13 month's baby and wife.
          I want to travel with good sleep that's why I choose sleeper bus.
          There is no ideal washroom for ledies, and in the middle of night it's look like hounted place.
          I need compansation from you for your poor service.

                    Respected sir,
                    I have traveling from urun Islampur to Pune in 14.05.2023. I reserved ticket for traveling from Bus station before one day of traveling. I had was four reservation ticket. State transport Bus time was 4.00 pm from islampur. When I waiting for bus in islampur bus stand. after some time, I enquiry of bus in islampur stand we received information from bus station bus will be late and you will be ask for coming bus conductor for available seat for reservation. Bus came at 4.30 pm when I ask and communicate bus conductor he tell me only three seat available you need to adjust for four people in Three seat.
                    Same time one guys without reservation seat after me in islampur.
                    When I saw bus there is total five to six seat available. When I ask for seating that seat he told that they are reserved from karad. I request him if reserved person not available from karad can i accommodate that seat. He said ok.
                    After reaching karad. Bus not goes inside karad bus station and Conductor taking seat from karad highway. When I ask for please give one seat for me which is reserved; they told me this people are reserved person. when I doubt something is unfair. I said to conductor please seen those person ticket hard copy or identity proof they deny. We realised that something is unfair happen. I feel that Its goes wrong message to community to against MSRTC. I believe MSRTC team prime function is traveller can’t suffer.
                    My I request you please check truly.

                                  I had booked a ticket for seat no 21 from Parali to Airoli on MSRTC official website for bus 'Parali to Borivali Nancy Colony'on date 14 May 2023 at 09.16 am. The transaction 1015 rs was successful from my phonepe with transaction ID T2305140916039279975946 and UTR[protected]. When transaction was successful browser took me to the official website of MSRTC but ticket was not showing there. Also I had provided my data as a guest user with phone number [protected] and email ID [protected]@gmail.com but i did not get the ticket on my phone number or email ID either.

                                    Today I have booked 2 bus tickets from Pune railway station to Dadar East Mumbai.

                                    Money got deducted but I have not received any confirmation about tickets. I searched for such issue and found that it happened in past with several people. This needs to be fixed.

                                      When I reached the vashi toll plaza of navi mumbai, it showed low balance on the display screen, however it got deducted from my paytm balance. I informed the supervisor the same but he did not listen and forced me to pay the toll in cash and said to ask for a refund if it is deducted.
                                      I dont know why they keep doing this. It has happened before too.
                                      They charge inspite showing the message.
