I was traveling from pune to satara bus no. MH13CU7258 time for the bus was 4.30 from swargate Date:- 12th june, 2023 and i borded from katraj the bus was running late and driver was not driving properly and was faster so i hope you would warn the alloted person for harsh driving.

    When I was going to my village I boarded Latur Agar bus from Pandharpur bus stand, the bus left from the stand, when the bus exited from Pandharpur I didn't have 25 rupees spare for the ticket so I paid 50 rupees and said to give Khardi ticket but they didn't give Khardi ticket.He Gave tickets to Sangola. When I asked him why he did this, he said that there is no stop in Khardi, so I said that before boarding the bus, then he said the opposite. They were not stopping the bus above my stop I asked them to stop the bus they stopped the bus and took back the ticket from me, even though I was not giving back the ticket but they stopped the bus and took the ticket back from me saying the opposite. I took the photo of the ticket and gave the ticket. Then the bus went and I had a ticket of Rs 25 to Khardi and they took a ticket of Rs 55 from me.
    So We expect you to take appropriate action against Bus Driver & Conductor.

      I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

      Bus booking details are as follows:
      MANCHAR to MUMBAI
      Date of Journey : 11/06/2023

      Boarding from: MANCHAR
      Alighting to: VASHI
      Seat number :13, 14, 23, 24

      I have completed payment Rs.928.28 using Debit card. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
      I have done the payment from Atom payment gateway.

      After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id.

      I'm also not able to login into my account through the above mentioned email id. The prompt says that the email id is not registered. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

        Online website has a technical issue while booking ticket for ladies concession quota. While booking amount gets deducted however ticket does not get confirm. When try to contact their Customer care or technical assistance number, no one response on the numbers.

          I was booking tickets for two people from kurla to jamkhed but the money has been deducted from my bank account still the ticket is not booked yet. The booking site showed an error but the money was already debited. The amount is of Rs. 770 so please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

              This is regarding pollution causing by the bus.
              There was so much air pollution caused by bus, we were not able to see road for some time.

                I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to book tickets through the official website of MSRTC for my journey from Jamkhed to Pune on 8 May 2023.

                On the mentioned date, I made a booking through the website and an amount of Rs. 1, 035 was debited from my account. However, I did not receive any confirmation for the booking, and my tickets were not issued. I waited for the stipulated 7 working days, expecting a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received any refund to date.

                I have tried contacting your customer care number multiple times, but it always appears to be busy, making it difficult for me to seek assistance or clarification regarding this matter.

                I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest and initiate the refund process for the deducted amount. I understand that technical glitches can occur, but it is important for the customers to receive proper support and resolution in such cases. I believe prompt action on your part will help restore my faith in the MSRTC service.

                For your reference, I am providing the details of my booking as follows:

                  I had booked three tickets, and for all three tickets transaction successfully done but ticket not received and still didn't get any refund for all three transactions please help me to get my refund because I am trying to contact them but they are not receiving my calls

                      I'm srushti sushil jajoo...was travelling through kolhapur to swargate bus on 25th may 2023, bus no. 3789.
                      The purse was light pink colour with a elephant on it .
                      I lost it around karad, malkapur .
                      There was pan card, aadhar card, atm card, pen drive and cash of about 300-400 ruppes .
                      Please help me find my purse as i had my important documents in it .

                          Dear Team,
                          I am continuously travelling from panvel to shriwardhan. In this journey when I wait for shriwardhan bus in panvel station, due to the local crowd like pen, nagothane, barpada, vadkhal public get priority first in shriwardhan since they are rust. Due to this direct passenger from panvel to shriwardhan don't get seat in shriwardhan bus.
                          There are literally another 2 hr bus will come for shriwardhan and if direct passenger don't get priority first then please look into this situation asap. Due to this poor management everytime we will suffer.
                          Why conductor don't ask for direct passenger first since for local public there are lot of other depos buses are available.
                          Request your action soon this matter.

                            I was trying to book tickets from Pandharpur to Nasik on 13 May 2023 using msrtc website. One full ticket and one ticket under ladies quota. summing up to total or 860- rupees. I paid the amount via Google pay, pfa the screenshot. after successful payment the page did not redirect to msrtc website ever after waiting a long time. Hence the money got debited from my account but i did not get the booked tickets.
                            After this incident i immediately contacted nearest bus stand. I was told that the money will be refunded within 24 hrs. Its been few days now but money is stil not refunded to me
                            As a proof that my ticket was not booked, attaching the screenshot of list of all the tickets i have booked till now from msrtc website. This does not include the tickets on mentioned date.
                            I request you to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I have tried calling helpline numbers but no one receives the calls and no replies to support emails.

                                I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on 26 march 2023 while I was traveling on one of your buses. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of one of your bus conductors, who not only engaged in a heated argument with me but resorted to physical assault by slapping me on the face.
