Bus no 8977 pp honkal.in nancy colony borivali i told conductor to wait 1 min. But the bus departed from their without any information. Also my bag & company helmet is inside the bus. I have told pimpri vallabh nagar about the issue but they not properly responded to me. Also bus conductor didn't allowed a lady whose reservation was in that bus. The lady was crying in borivali bus depot. Is this the behavior or norms bus conductor should follow. I am giving my no : [protected]. Please help me to take my bag. I have made phone call to vallabh nagar the lady said they are not responsible for your bag. Why they are not responsible. I have already told them they should contact that bus no and should inform them about the issue. Also my money got wasted by taking rickshaw upto thane. The was going from sion side but borivali nancy colony side room officer said it's is going through thane. What is this sir why wrong information these people are giving. My total time & money got wasted.

    Hi,
    Today I m travelling from thane to pune by shivneri bus when I asked driver where to buy tikit he takes 10 min to tell that you have to go and ask cunctor and showed very arrogant behaviour so plz teach them some manners how to behav with customer
    MSRTC is not providing good service and even not at all bothered to satisfy the customer

      Hi,

      Today, I faced an event from which I came to know how stupid I am that I have booked the tickets online for msrtc.

      They are not accepting farwarded ticket booking msg from msrtc to other person who is actually traveling or they will ask him to carry the print of ticket. It means that If I book the ticket for parent at night and they are going to travel next day early in the morning then I need to think which shop would be opened at ''night/early Moring'' to get' the print. If I entered my mob number instead of passenger's mob number while booking the ticket then it means that ticket is not valid. I will say biggest mistake.

      This is all stupid things. If I pay the amount and if the passenger have massage with online ticket number with their identity card then why need of all such stupid things. In railway we use pnr and identity and now a day we do not carry a print to go green and still msrtc is asking for print.

      msrtc person will be so arrogant in such event that they will not respect even passengers are senior citizens and will not allow to seat. They will teach you rule and may ask to read instructions. so be ready.

      I called to one of the authorized number mentioned on the site and they were not in mood to listen anything and they cut my phone immediately.

      Service should be convenient and should be easy but these people will make it complicated. after all this is for the public.

      Anyway, Now I have decided to use some good private buses which allow me online booking and will not annoyed me at the time of travelling and will not response arrogantly.

      while booking the ticket instrea for other passenger so we made mistake that can be corrected.
      Bus is going by speed of 25 to 30 km/hr.
      If pwople from msrtc knew that bus was in very bad condition why to ask passengers to sit in such bus.passengers were not even told about the working condition of the bus. For 3 hours journeybit would be taking around 5 to 6 hours

        I have noticed every time St buses are not attending patas gav bus stop. Every bus uses flyover and bus stop is on service road. So we people from pastas and who use patas bus stop to travel Pune are facing timing problem. specially long root but are not attend the bus stop. They stop bus at start of the flyover and from that point use flyover.
        Kindly look into this problem on very high priority.

          People choose shivneri for time consumption but they don't get services after paying too much amount I travelled on morning 6.30 shivneri from thane to pune bus no 6409 .first of all they started at 6.40 then waited on mulled three times for waiting unnecessary. also not reached on time very late then why people choose shivneri. pls took action.
          service person should be aware that people took services due to urgency but they don't care

          I am worried about my traveling, time punctuality not properly in our corporation. My reporting time is 4:40 pm at travel point Aurangabad but almost 90 % time and energy are wasted in bus.

            Bus (Swargate - borivali bus @7:01am date - 13/feb/2017) driver didnt stop at chandani chowk stop. I had already having a reservation for that bus; was asking him to stop the bus which came there around 7:35am and that driver zoomed the bus even when i was asking him to stop there so that i could on board it. Ridiculous service!! I had to board another bus as there was no shivneri bus scheduled for the next couple of hours.
            I lost 550 bucks on booking the ticket!! Really pathetic condition and i will never again rely on this transport.

              I travel daily from last 8 year from wai to pune for job. Last 15 day wai dm decided to localize all pune buses. Because of that we reaching in pune to late. Dm is not understand public requirements, we required 1st bus 6.30am from wai & last bus should be 9.30 from pune & every ½ hr. 50% supper (Maryadit thamba (Wai to khandala all stop then only shirwal after direct pune & above the brize at shirval & khandala) & 50% localize (Sadi bus), intentionally or no proper thinking dm started all localize bus service or direct non stop non conductor bus service, no any bus run on time form wai or pune. Always for wai/pune bus so much crowd of this bus. Need proper planning as per requirements of public.

              I requested to sinners look in the matter & take good solution, give instruction to drive bus on proper as per schedule time. I already submit manual request & phone call to dm so many times.
              On date 27/02/2017.I am travelling by bus . I am observe. That the bus conductor is Corpt. He will not Known the GR of the keeping hankchip on seat. He will badly conduct with peoples

                I booked on-line msrtc bus reservation from pune to shirdi for date of journey on 23-2-17. 4 seats with 2 sr citizens. My ticket no# pnem0007025.
                Bus no# mh14bi3409
                Conductor name birajdar d.
                Conductor mobile no [protected].
                As per msrtc online faq only the photo id card needs to be shown for verification. My parents showed their pan card issued by the govt of india, the conductor did not accept the pan card as been issued from the different state in india, and he charged extra and i had to pay full ticket fare.
                I have both the tickets as evidence.
                I need justice why pan card is not accepted for id proof in maharashtra state transport corporation

                    My Wife and In-law were travelling from this bus,
                    boarding time was approx 08:20am as per ticket,
                    we got call from reservation desk at around 07:45am and asked to reach asap at panvel stand and bus is waiting for you, we reached at 8am (before 20mins of approx boarding time),
                    but then the bus driver started shouting at my Father-in-law, was using abusive words and saying "If you don't know the timing then why you book tickets??" we tried explaining him the thing but he was not listening at all, Conductor was good person he agreed that that was not our fault,

                    but what made conductor so rude ? do he has right to talk using abusive words to the passengers and that also without their mistake ?

                    such drivers are spoiling the name of MSRTC and also Maharashtra, such people should not be in anywhere in Govt. sector.

                    Request strict action on that driver.

                    There are significant number of peoples daily travel from Mira Bhayander to Thane on daily basis for work, but the number of buses available are too less.
                    Earlier private vehicles were available, but they have been stopped due to police, but no alternative has been provided.

                      I had booked e-ticket no. 27577788, trip no. Pnem0007229.
                      Service start from "swargate, pune" to "borivali nancy colony".
                      No. Of seats : 2 under senior citizen quota.
                      Bus service type : semi luxury

                      we went to the passenger boarding point "chandani chowk" at 7:05 am on 18/02/2017. The bus did not arrive till 8:15 am.
                      The helpless lady conductor at the boarding point informed us about the cancellation of the scheduled bus due to non-availability of driver. She also mentioned about recurring instances of of this embarrassing situation.

                      We had no option but to take another bus to reach our destination to attend to urgent work spending extra rs.450/-
                      the photo copy of the ticket is attached.

                      This has been very bad experience with msrtc towards senior citizens with no care for the customer and demotivated staff.

                      Yesterday while traveling from supa ahmednagar the bus stop on Shiv sagar hotel owner of hotel Tarte place-palwe on ahmednagar pune road..talk where rudlly with the customer and arguning with them, the charges of food items are also high ..

                        On 18th February at 11.30 noon I boarded the ST bus no MH 20 D 9182 from By Pass ( Kalyan Road Jn) in order to come to Majiwada, Thane. The conductor Mr.N.V.Kale issued the ticket of Rs.23/- vide ticket number 008652 up to Thane Railway station. The bus was full. I had to stand . Later on I found the seat no 1 made vacant by Conductor saab for his own sitting arrangement. I sat for a while but he asked me to vacate as it is his seat .
                        I am a senior citizen of 67 years old having tremendous back ache. Had to travel by standing up to Majiwada Naka. The seats for the senior citizens and Handicapped were occupied by common passengers!
                        My questions are (1) Why the conductor issued ticket of Thane Railway station when I told for Majiwada? His hearing devise to be checked.
                        (2) I am a senior citizen having full fledged I card, but forgot to show him.I am a fully white haired old man. Is it not the duty of the conductor saab to ask whether I have a I Card of senior citizen so that I could avail the benefit?
                        (3) He asked me vacate the seat number 1 as it is his seat. Was not his duty to make the sitting arrangement for me in the Senior citizens Seat ? It is a courtesy he should have shown to me .
                        All it happens because (i) The Management of the M.S.R.T.C does not train these half qualified employees what is the courtesy. (ii) They come from the families / schools where the courtesy is not taught (iii) Soon they become a conductor, they feel that they have become the boss of the Public.
                        Another Important point is that (1) In all the ST buses so many seats are reserved for MLA, Journalist, swatantra Sainik etc. But it is what for? Who avails it ? Please delete all . It is rubbish system (2) Please keep the seats for the ladies, Senior Ladies, Handicapped parsons and Senior citizens male.
                        M.S.R.T.C and the Management, please train all the conductors about the sober, polite and courtesy . This is a good system.
                        If you can not, I can do it at a free of cost.

                          Sub: Refund of online reservation money due to cancellation of bus trip
                          Sir,
                          I Pradip R Saraf have booked the ticket online through your site by net banking for chinchwad to Chiplun bus. The trip no. is PNEL0005693 & TICKET NO is 27604664.The journey date was 16/02/2017 6.05hrs.My journey was from swargate to koynanagar. I reported at swargate bus depot at 5.50hrs and waited for one hour. Bus did not come. After enquiry I came to know that Bus Trip is cancelled as conductor of the bus has not reported on duty. It is really funny to digest this.
                          As I have missed my further important works due to mismanagement of MSRTC, I suffered a huge incovinience.I asked about refund of money, no proper information is given. The higher officers were not in the chair. For refund of money, the enquiry counter person told me to bring hard copy of ticket which was not possible at that time. Already I missed my scheduled bus, I have to postpone my important works.
                          As I have booked my ticket on line through net banking, I request you to refund me my money by reverting the amount to my bank account. As per all govt. rules, the online transaction refunds were deposited to the respective bank account. In this case the bus trip itself is cancelled by MSRTC, so there is no question of cancellation of reservation. As I had a great inconvenience, you need to pay me compensation just you charge for cancellation.
                          I once again request you to deposit my refund to my bank account. Hence forth I will avoid to book online tickets and avoid to travel by MSRTC. For your reference I am attaching the bus ticket herewith.

                            When the person went to Visit Bus Stand, they informed that there is no such Bus Available and were reluctant to provide information, also they said why you booked it online and asked to go via another Bus.
                            For Refund it was mentioned to go to Bus Stand which is not possible as was in Hurry to travel.
                            Want to file a complaint with MSRTC employee(Kolhapur Bus Stand) behaviour for harrasing and not helping with the Bus Booking.

                              Sir, after inquiring about stop of bus your inquiry booth person not able to provide information, rejecting with harsh word he said that you should wait till bus arrives n then ask...There are very few buses which stop at kalamb ( Yavatmal district) which I should know beforehand to save my time...I[censored] fail to do so .. Private buses are better option.

                                We undersigned would like to request you to start addition buses for the route of CBS – ADGAON.

                                On the route of CBS – OJHAR MIG, one bus is running at 6:00 pm & other bus runs directly at 7:00 pm. As we all know that school and office leaving timing are around 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm etc at this evening time everybody want to home safely . But due to shortage of buses many people literally climb the buses which may cause accident.

                                It is observed that 70 % of the traveller (wayfarer) in the the OJHAR MIG bus are of Amrutdham stop, Jatra hotel stop, Konark nagar stop, Adgaon stop, etc

                                We kindly request you to look into matter and please arrange to send two more buses for route of CBS TO ADGAON in between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

                                If you have any problem to reach at conclusion please take views of Conductor of evening bus of the same route.

                                  I have been regular passenger for Shivai Nagar -Panvel Bus Time 8.30 am.
                                  As the bridge work is in process the buses are moving in at Ghnasoli MIDC & coming out at MAHAPE Thane belapur road.
                                  However MSRTC buses are not stopping at stops (NMMT) at MIDC. Some drivers stop at passenger request while some are harsh with words.As the construction work will be going on for a year or more request you ask the employees to stop the bus at the stops(ONLY) located in MIDC this will bring additional income.
                                  This may be done with propoer press release & hoardings especilally kalwa circle.
                                  Today I had rude experience with driver who did not stop at Ghansoli (MIDC)for other passengers & MBP MAHAPE for me & other two passengers.Even conductor requested him by pulling bell.
                                  I apprciate rules but can be changed as favourable to MSRTC & public.

                                    We hv travelling today on date 08.02.2017 from Pune to Nasik. Bus timing from pune shivajinagar was 8.45am. the bus stops at Mirchomatuc dhaba.
                                    it's so dirty, uncleaned, and high rates. we have find cold tea with two fly insects. hotel person told they hv not responsible for it and they hv not bring insects from their home. Very Arrogant staff.
                                    Driver said control room has done compulsion to stop at this hotel.
                                    we as travellers always travel by MSRTC, but this type of rudeness and compulson gives a hand for Private Travels.
                                    We all are goven signed statement at Nasik Shivneri Control Room.

                                    Request pls replace the stop with cleaned and convenient with reasonable rates hotel.

                                      Auto Rickshaw drivers has alaways been a pain on when it comes to their work to take the paassengers to their destination in mundhwa area and specially the Auto Rickshaw stand near Florida estate.
                                      Firstly,
                                      they take passengers to their destinations depending on their mood! which is not at all right as they got license for taking passengers to their destinations whatever the situation is along the road. They are misusing thier licensed authourity.

                                      Secondly,
                                      They straightaway tell on face that due to traffic they will not go. This is totally pathetic reason on their part. Roads are meant for traffic and they are bound to face the traffic and do their work.

                                      Thirdly,
                                      They never use their installed meters and always rejects our suggestions to take us according to the meter reading. They always charge exorbitant rates for travel if there is traffic and this is totally unacceptable. They also call strike without any notice.

                                      We urge the concerned authority to please take errant auto drivers at task and take some kind of effective action to eliminate the menace.It is going on for long time.

                                        Sir,
                                        your service is really very poor. Iam an engineering student i daily used to travel from HAL gate to chandwad and i have even took the students pass for ₹1000 still your bus conductor and driver refused to stop at HAL gate. They usually drop me at one stop ahead from there i have to walk about 6 km to my stop every time and they used to misbehave as well as we try to argue with them . they do the same thing with my sister as well . they sometimes dont accept our pass also... And used to its my bus and i will decide whom to take...
                                        I am prashant patil Lived in Nishane(Bk.) Post-Salve Tal-Dharangoan Dist-Jalgoan. In Nishane village from last few years no ST bus is come because of bad condition of road but at this time the road condition is better says that PWD office Jalgoan.
                                        So as per I mention above subject please start ST bus service in my village as soon as possible.
