Good morning
Daily I am travelling from moshi to shivajinagar to moshi. Daily we are facing more issues when we pick the bus at morning like buses didn't stop or they don't have tickets from moshi to shivajinagar I can understand those things. But today's my experience is very horrable.
I want to complaint about driver ( Bus no. MH 14 BT 3389 ) . when I pick the bus my one leg on bus steps and one leg on road also one old person want to pick the bus back of me that time driver race the bus. When I told driver please stop we are entered in bus that time he replied very arrogantly he don't have humanity.

    Dear Transport Team,
    I work in Magarpatta Cyber City, i always take the auto-rickshaw to reach my office Magarpatta City from Keshavnagar Auto Stand. Daily I have to face the problem that Auto-rickshaw drivers refusing to go to the Magarpatta Main Gate, because of short distance. Even they are refusing to go by Meter, and asking for
    extra money, which is completely unethical. I see most of the drivers are always busy in gossiping or roaming here there leaving their rickshaws vacant at auto stand, and all passengers sadly waiting for the next rickshaws to come.
    Please take some necessary and thanks for you supports.

        Dear Sir, I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system . even after around 8 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount.           I made a reservation for Shivneri AC bus from Pune-Nasik for Date: 28/01/17.
          The details are given below.

          I was informed that the bus is not available for the day as it was cancelled by MSRTC and i was asked to make a complain to get the refund of my ticket.

          I am traveling to shrirampur with family mostly between 7pm to 10 pm after office time in Aurangabad Shirdi bus. The bus Aurangabad Shirdi is taking halt at abhishek restaurants. The toilet for ladies and gents are worst facility. Specially for ladies allocated place is horrible.

              I am Abhijit Shinde, an IT engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.

              On 25th January, 2017 I was traveling to Mumbai. I had to board a Bus from Chinchwad. I asked clerk about bus timings who was sitting in the room and his reply was unclear. I did not understand him, hence I asked him to repeat. He, annoyingly, in high voice said that he would not repeat what he said earlier. I explained him it is his job to help customers. He started Shouting and quarreling with me. I said I would complain about him to higher officials. To this, he replied as "I don't care, since I am a government employee. They cannot suspend him. "

              Passengers near by said that he is very short tempered and he behaves with everyone in the same manner.

              I told them don't worry we will lodge a complaint against him.

              Kindly look into it as a serious Issue and take necessary act against that employee.

              If this is not resolved in 5 days, I would definitely file a complaint against MSRTC at a higher level.

                I m.j.phatak.aged 70 residing in sangli- atharv s.no.598/3 Subash nagar akashwani kol.road Sangli- have booked 4 tickets from sangli- to Pune station by ashiad bus no.M08081 on 17/1/17.sr.no.008192 & 008193(SGL05167 A M Naik) .I asked him to issue 4 SR.citizen tickets as we all are above. 60 years.but the window cleark issued 2 SR.cit.tickets and two general tickets I told him that msrrc has accepted the 60years age for SR.citizens but he said that no instructions have been received so far and till then he showed his inability to issue tickets.. Will u please look into the matter and arrange to refund the difference of tickets (702-362=340) and circulate clear instructions please do the needful at your earliest. Thanks

                  Hi myself Imtiaz Attar, Im regular customer of msrtc servic travelling frequntly from Pune to sangli and some time to my native Koyna . I used my own online ID for Reservation for travelling, on 15/01/2017 I have planned to visit my native Koyannagar for attend home fuction and I wanted to return back on same day because on monday, 16/01/17 My dughters exam was there in Pune . I booked to two tickets to go and return . At the time of Bokking i found there is no pick up point for both buses(Going and Coming)But all buses have compulsory stop for Koynanagar .So I booked ticket( Detail of Retrin ticket Ticket No[protected]Bus -Chiplun Chicwad Time 10.30pm For Me, My wife and my 2daughters, one is 8 yr Old and other is 2 yrs old, -Paid 842 +Con Chrges ) From Pune to Popahli and Pophali to Pune (Popali was in list).In Day time, I faced no issue as I dropped properly in Koyana but when coming I may suffer that if i not to convey to chiplun Depot that I was not standing on Pophli, instead of it i was standing ahead At koyana stop .in the eve I went to Koyananagar Bus stand -controller room but it got closed at 5pm, I reached @5.30 pm .At 8.19pm I called Chiplun Depot, numbers taken from internet But only Ringing[protected] I tried again afer some time but no reply, tried other nuber[protected] but ringing, Then I got warrrid then I decided to call Customer Care no s[protected] but ringing . I got shocked, my intention was before deaprture from Chiplun (Satrting point) I can pass my message that I am standing in Koyna .Unfortunately no communication happened that night . I again went to Koyana Bus stand to confirm that all pune buses are really coming on Koyna Bus stand and what time will require to reach from chiplun to Koyana. After finishing our dinner with my family I reached at Bus stand in very cold climate around 11.30pm . Around 12 am one bus chiplun chincwad entred in Bus stand I feel very thank to God and Bus . But my feelig was no more as Bus conducor told that The bus in which your reservation went half hour back with other way called Bypass Helwak . he told that he could not help as there was no seat in his bus .Driver of that bus has given no of bus conductor of missing bus . I called but he was reaching near Umbraj . How could he stop there just for me.
                  It was terrible experience for me, my wife and daughters to return from dark night at my brothers home, We booked ticket but could not travel, Why bus not Came to Koyana Stand ? Why all numbers not functional when I treid ?
                  S T mahamandal and their staff has not reaming humanity Some one may suffer terrible mishap, can happen death also? if Koyna is registered stop, who had given permission to go without visit Bus stand
                  I understood, in debate I may not get my refund back. I may leave that also but management of Bus depot Chiplun, Customer care and Bus Conductor and Driver are responsible for this mistakes ." Pravashyanchya sevesathi" is BridVakaya of ST, but that night It seemed it was not that . I lost t my belief on MSRTC . I always used to praise ST for its good service like Online Reservation, non stop service from satara pune, which is really wander full but with my ex prince henceforth I may not travel in night or even suggest to any one not to travel if you are living in remote area or village
                  I am discussing this issue with advocate to legal complaint in consumer court as i have all details of proof of my calling .
                  Worst service ever since MSRTC doesn't maintain cleanes timelines passanger safety punctuality such poor service ever seen
                  MSRTC must required to upgrade their services as per the fare collecting from public

                    Sir, I stay at sindkheda and go to Hol Railway station daily for my job. Everyday or the other I have to go into an argument over the stoppage at Hol Railway station as they are reluctant on providing halt at the above station. The railway station lies on their sindkheda - dhule route but they say that either I have to get down at Hol village or Dhandarne as ticket for Hol Railway station is not available. I therefore would request you to kindly arrange for a stoppage at Hol Railway station. If you do so I would be highly obliged to you.

                      I travelled from Wai to Swargate Pune with my family on 8|1|2017 at 17.16 hrs on ticket Nos10461 and 10462. I am Senior Citizen. To my sorrow and dismay I saw passengers behaved rashly, indiciplined. Threw their belongings and small children inside from the bus window to mark and catch the seats. There were lot of quarrels in the bus. The wild overcame the weaker. Throwing utesils from window is illegal. Will the MSRTC will follow their own rule so that people will behave themselves and maintain better civil discipline?

                        Either bus is not in good condition or driver is feeling sleepy or not well. Bus no MH 06 S 8176. Going pune from kolhapur. Left kolhapur at 2 pm. Bus is too slow all other ordinary busses with red color and asiad busses are overtaking this bus. If we are paying so high amount, we are expecting some good service. What's use of paying such hight amount.
                        Bus not Stop At HAL MAIN gate at 15:00 or 23:00 Many person Avail at this time bus not any bus stop here.. please arrange bus at 23:00 & 15:00 o clock

                          I have taken three month service pass I'd no.[protected] from kolhapur to sangli .Today evening 7 Jan 2017 at 7.20pm the conducter of bus kolhapur to Hydrabad rejected the pass and told to step down from bus though I was ready to pay the difference charge .It happened twice with another bus.At evening time the frequency of buses goes down and passengers have to wait long for transport .Being ladies it was important for m to rush at destiny asp @ evening time. So I requested the bus conductor & also to the complaint counter of kolhapur section at that time .But no use .The main purpose of public friendly and easy bus transport has gone.
                          So I kindly request you plz do needful and ressolve the inconvinience of pass carrying passengers asp.
                          Bus was not coming to time .when bus are coming the board at another place are hold in the bus. its so difficult to travelling . any time in Borivali

                            On 29th december i have booked ticket form thane cbs to shrirampur but when reach destination bus was gone as my ticket was showing timing of 22.40 and bus stand timing was showing by 22.00 so i missed my bus how should i get my money back. I have booked online ticket from the application msrtc. So i have ticket in my app online it difficult to take print of that ticket. If it require i can show my mobile massage and ticket. Please help me out form this problem.

                            I you not able to follow timetable then rearrange the same
                            I was Trying to Booked eTicket of MSRTC Online, but eTickt booking is not successful and amt is deducted from my bank account. I started calling to MSRTC No. Toll Free:[protected] | Phone:[protected] but both no. is Always busy.
                            Even i Did not received my refund. To much bad experience.
                            Dear Sir,

                            I am facing problem with Solapur buses Which are arriving late every time as compared to decided time table at swarget stand due to we have always reaching late to Solapur stand .
                            It's observed many times and highlighted authority but till the Same problem here.

                            If you able to follow timetable then kindly rearrange timetable.
                            Ticket no 27328965 hydrabad to pandharpur. Boarding at sanghareddy.
                            Seat no 17 reserved but not alloted.

                              Those the complaint agents the sangli miraj and kupwade munciple corporation have been shown the uncompleted roads from samtanager to the jaysingpur the road is start from the vishram bage mscbe board to the miraj jaysingpur highway this bipase roads the action showing the roads is completed this money is go the nagersavek and taluka aadhikari,
                              Please enquire the uncompleted road and dranage tender uncopleted, and enquire the corrupted people in munciple smk
                              I am regular customer of bus, but its 3rd happening that the reservation seat which booking the window and seat is not cleaned.
                              All india is moving towords Swacha Bharat, but our Sangli, Miraj and Tasgaon Agar depo god knows when will improve.
                              Please think on complaint and act on it...
                              I am Currently at shivajinagar bus stop pune, going to nashik. One selsman asked to buy water bottle. Because of extra price I avoided, then he three time abused me. Even he was abusing till bus driver arive. plz improve this type of things, we cant west our time in stupid fight.

                                Hi, my name is abhishek. I booked a ticket from pune (Swargate) to thane (Vandana) at 15.00 for 1st january 2017. Bus was scheduled to vanaj at 15.15 but hasn't arrived till the time of complaint that is 16.26. St bus employees keep mixing the buses between adjacent times so as to maximise their efficiency there by making the passengers wait for unseen amounts of time. This has been observed many times.

                                Kindly take the complaint and give me a redressal.

                                  I booked ticket online through the www.public.msrtcors.com, for the bus service washi - mumbai central, boarding point - kunthalgiri, alighting point - shivaji nagar pune, the expected boarding time was 01/01/2017 5:15pm, we were there well before time, but the bus driver did't stop at the boarding point. I shouted to conductor but he did't stop the bus, our ticket fare got wasted. The place was a remote place, i had my little kid with me and my wife, we faced lot of problem in reaching to our destination.

                                  I need my full fare return of 772. Thank you!

                                    While travelling from shirur to ahmednagar through "dapoli - shirdi" bus of "dapoli" depot on 31/12/2016, this incident was happened.
                                    I paid rs.200/- for a bus fair of rs.128/- where by conductor of the bus asked me for the change of rs.30/-. As there was no change with me, he asked me to make a provision for change when the will halt at a private hotel. Accordingly i managed for a change of rs.30/- which i provided to the conductor & he returned me rs.100/- back. When i asked him for a refund of rs.2/-, again he told me that he was not having the change & he will provide the remaining rs.2/- only after getting some other passenger till the time my stop comes. I. E. If there was no change with him till the stop comes, i have to get down without the refund of rs.2/-. But i insisted on refund of my rs.2/- which resulted in bad seen where by the behaviour of the conductor was like that i was a beggar, asking him to beg rs.2/-. The conductor indirectly asking me to forget of rs. 2/- by giving examples of passengers of pune & mumbai cities which according to him do not bother for such a "chhilar" money.
                                    He also told me that as the bus does not belong to his family, he is not responsible for the refund of the rs.2/- i. E. The passengers in such cases have to approach the msrtc.
                                    In fact the conductor managed for the change within minutes after the hassle but the language used by the conductor, his behaviour towards me was insulting & humiliating.
                                    This incidence i have logged in the log book of the "tarakpur" depot, ahmednagar immediately after getting down at my stop.
                                    As the drivers & conductors of msrtc bus are the front face & representatives of the organisation the behaviour directly effects the organisation i. E. Msrtc.
                                    Hope msrtc will understand my agony & grievance & will take appropriate steps in future to avoid such incidences.

My wife and daughter was traveling by MSRTC bus ( pune station to Chiplun ) dt. 20/01/17 time 2.30pm. she forgot to carry her ID prof. i know its her mistake but as human being your staff has to know how to speak with Ladies and how can he stop the bus on highway to solved this problem. he threaten to ladies passenger " you show me i card or i will drop you on the highway " . Bus conductor Mr. A.D. Kokane Batch no. CPN[protected] was shouting on her and not ready to co operate for this problem. this incident we Scared about MSRTC Staff.

                                      I am Sham S. Pevekar from Devghar, Dist Ratnagiri pin 415702 age 61 years. On 29/12/2016 I was travelling in the bus no. MH 14 B 7343( but not sure as bus was in speed and not given by bus Conductor). The bus was fro Pandharpur to Guhagar. I got in the said bus at Chiplun S.T. Stand at 4.10 pm and my destination was Devghar . Ticket no. 008313. When bus reached Devghar stop at about 5.15 bus was not stopped at Devghar stop by the conductor and Driver in spite of my frequent requests and I was taken to next bus stop i.e. Zombadi. I had to walk back to Devghar stop.

                                        Sir I am yogesh s bais age 42 accupation business Daily uptown to amravati to nagpur today at from ravi nagar square I am making discount pass for and and not stop bus came mh-40 y5922 that one of passengers ask to driver how many time to take for amravati he said 4 hrs then he go to driver set and even I ask to driver I am requlr customer I knew then he said I am driving if you want to travel sit otherwise go and then don't talk like wise I'll compliant you then he using abusing language and he hold and set out of my bus and physically harm and I also compliant to demo Manger Mr jaiswal complaint against driver Mr chute but he said register complain to complaint register but in ravi nagar no complaint register I requested you to take necessary action against driver
