    Respected sir,
    I am a freaquent traveler from lonavala to mumbai and panvel . In lonavla there is a three diffrent stops for ST buses. Two of them are private (leagle / Illegle Dont know) . So for traveller like me it is beat confusion where to go to catch the bus. On ST stand lot of private agents are doing business on saturdays & sundays charging heavy amount from Customers to drop at dadar. Please do needfull.

      Hi Team,

      I have booked online ticket No : 26896792 from my MSRTC account with user id Erkapse on 24 Nov from Shivaji nagar Pune to Yavatmal for my grand mother and other two ladies senior citizen for journey day on 25/11/2016.
      On that day bus got delayed almost 1 Hr saying the Hirkani/Semi luxury bus got break down at Shirur so the passengers have to catch that Semi luxury bus from shirur so one conductor picked up my grand mother and other 2 senior citizen in local Laal Dabba/General bus. but when they reach there they have been informed there is no Hirkani/Semi luxury bus available in Deopt so they again arrange the same type LALA Dabba/General bus for all the passenger for the terrible long journey till Yavatmal.

      This is very ridiculous service given by ST mahamundale, you have charge me with bus fare of Semi Luxary and provided a general bus which turns back pain to all 3 ladies with mental harassment through out there journey.

      so request you to please refund my money.

        Complaint against mh 06 s 9407 dt. 24.11.2016 time 14.05 hrs. @ kharghar - sion panvel highway.

        While i was driving with my wife and daughter form panvel to nerul.

        As soon we crossed kharghar flyover bridge i kept my car at middle of lane (Second from rt lane).

        In front of me but on right lane one truck was moving in speed of 60km p/hr...

        Suddenly one shivneri volvo mh 06 s 9407 appeared right lane.

        That driver want to overtake truck and i was driving at a speed of 60 km per hr., but this driver having the speed approx 100 km per hr. And shivneri driver put a break, almost to dash front truck.. Any how he manage the speed and bus.

        Now the sceen is that he unable to get to overtake truck and me so he started continuously blowing horn and left indicator, not only that my family members got shocked when he tried to take left turn to push my vehicle to go at last third lane.

        Already in third lane there was a pickup bolero.

        He continuously trying com second lane to overtake my vehicle as well as truck which is infornt of him.

        We manage to maintain the distance from mh 06 s 9407 which was almost reached to my side just some inches away form my car..

        All our family shocked and the heart beat gone up within a second.. My daughter got feared and cried..

        These type of drivers are intentionally doing negligence towards common people by breaking the law and developing road rage and breach of duty by over speeding the bus and also putting life of common people those who are travelling in the bus.

              Hello sirs!
              I am jigar lakdawala a daily traveller from vasai to borivali. The usual time taken to cover this distance is 40 min. Since the fountain bridge is under maintainance for more than a month, it has caused tremendous struggle for people. This bridge was under construction even last year. Now my entire journey takes 2 to 2.5 hours.
              It has been very hectic and difficult to travel. I sincerely request the entire team involved in this construction to please understand the hardship a common man goes through.
              My entire family life have also disturbed it is a sincere request to the govt of India to take care of this issue at the earliest.

                I, nivedita patil, had reserverd a bus ticket dhule-pune bus time 10:00pm. Unfortunately i got late by 2 mins and missed my bus. I have requested to the controller mr. Vijay gawali to help me but he has not the phn numbers of driver and conductor of (Dhule-pune bus).
                Mean while nandurbar - pune bus had came having many seats empty. I requested the contriller again and again to do some adjustment as the that was the night time and i have to travelled all the way to pune.
                The conductor of nandurbar-pune bus was ready to adjust me in his bus but he requested to the dhule depo controller about the signature and stamp on my ticket.
                Dhule depo controller mr. Vijay gawali behaved so rudely to nandurbar-pune conductor and he used the bad words against the same person.
                He carelessly shaked her neck and shoulder and said that he will not allow the passanger i. E. Me to travell in nandurbar - pune bus.

                I am a regular traveller travelling by st bus and that to along with my reservations, but the controller mr. Vijay gawali was so rude and careless, has thrwon her responsibility out all the way leading to inconvinience. Till the end he had not made any steps towords the adjustment of mine and behaved so arrogantly to aladies passenger.
                Looking at the current circumstances as well considering the future please introduce plastic money like swiping debit and credit card facility in bus stations ticket counter for the convenience of people.

                  I am traveling in mh 14 bt 4052 from palus to panvel the bus is from kavathemahnkal to mumbai i had given 500 rs note because my traveling charge is rs335 but conductor is not accepting it. It is so inconvenient. I am facing so much trouble as only few change is remaining with me and now that is also gone. So please look in matter as early as possible. Waiting for your action.

                    I am lady about 55 years old and regular traveller from Dapoli to Thane and to frow. i had net ticket on my mobile showing all the details but the bus conductor (Mr. Rushikesh Bhatankar, Bus route :- Dapoli to Mumbai, Departure Time:- 10:00 p.m.) not accepting that ticket saying " I am not accept this ticket you have to buy another manual ticket from me, and talking arrogantly, rudely. Is this the way to talk to lady
                    My late Husband was also a Bus Conductor ( Dapoli Depot., Ratnagiri Division), So i have lot of faith on S.T. but if this could happen to myself so what about the faith that i had from last 40 years. i am file this complaint and i have to results earlier as it possible.

                      I was travelling too Mumbai from Dapoli on 13Nov16, i purcahsed my ticket online on MSRTC site on 12nov16 for the bus for 13nov16 at 2200hrs from dapoli and this was the extra bus(zyada bus), while purchasing the ticket online i was the first or may be second person when i purchased the ticket and that time the full bus was empty, i choose the seat number 41window seat which was showing in the send row from drivers seat, and next day means on 13/nov16 bus got full booked and not a single seat was available, when on 13/11 i entered the bus i saw my seat no 41 is on last row last seat, and i was shocked, when i spoke to the conductor, he was not ready to listen and he said not possible, i told him that i am not blind and this is not the first time when i am booking online tickets, it was shown in the seat map at 2nd row window seat behind the drivers seat but he was not ready to listen!!!
                      i was helpless and i had to sit on last row, but again the big problem there was there were six seats on that last row which practically not possible to sit all six passengers on last row because your bus is 02seater and just a small passage is there to walk and in that small passage MSRTC is booking for 02more setas!!!what kind of harassment is this!!!because of this nonsense of MSRTC we all six passengers could not sit properly!!!i generally go on friday night and come back on sunday night and monday morning i have to resume work, i try and always make my reservation in advance for better seats and to have some rest while travelling so that i should not get any problem while going to office next day, but i have faced so many problems from MSRTC manier times and i had sent many complaints also, about the same for example during rainy seasons your buses always leaking and we have to sit that kind of bus where you cant evenn change your seat!!!
                      but this time its too much from MSRTC and i need to have compensation from MSRTC and for that i will go to the consumer court also, i need the proper clarification and compensation from MSRTC on urgent basis or else i am going to raise complaint with consumer court for the same.

                        I am traveling from satara to Mumbai central on dated 13 nov 16. Bus started from satara 6.30 p.m. and bus driver continuelr fill air in tire. Finally bus driver Change tire at Panvel depo at 1 a.m. it is very worse service by Msrtc. I will be riche 3 .am. I am private job working. on morning I have to go office . How I can attend my office.can you check all buses on road running o satara road. From last two year I m suffering Msrtc service like bus not come on time . It is delay by 2 hours. Bus fare is more and worst service provided by Msrtc.

                          Herewith i am attaching a photo copy of a lady conductor working with her child of one year,
                          I really dont know whether its real or fake photo, but a responsible citizen of india i have to notice this to you,

                          If its a real then its very touching to us, how could she manage to preserve her child in rush.

                          You are requested to do the needful.
                          Im traveling on pune nagar highway on twowheeler. St number Mh20BL2529 try to hit my twowheeler near shikrapur.(4:42pm.

                          From Thane Stn to Boriwali ST conductor Mr. D D Sonawane is a rough persone. How is not give passengers money back. and he abusing to passangers.

                            The conductor of this bus was drunk ...nd also was not allowing passengers ti le go coz he didnt gave the change to all o[censored]s while collllecting the ticket but when our stop cane when we demanded our change he said leave it na its juat 10 rs and dor some he gave 50 rs nd told u give change to him...wtf its not good ...maybe u look inti the matter

                              I sat in bus kalyan pathardi bus. Bus number MH 14 BT 4441
                              I SAT ON SEAT NUMBER 2 NEAR TO CONDUCTOR SEAT . THEN CONDUCOR CAME AND ASK ME TO LEAVE SEAT. SO I ASK REASON, NOT NOT ANSWERED ME. I ADKED REASON THEN HE JUST SAY SEAT BACK THERE OR LEAVE BUS. Then I argued with conductor he makes dun of me and said leave bus and come by next bus.

                              I AM CONSTOMER AND IF SEAT IS AVAILABLE THEN HE HAS KNOW RIGHTS TO ASK ME TO LEAVE SEAT.I weekly traveling by bus and no one treat me like that.

                              I want from you to take action about this.
                              I will also register complaint in nagar office .
                              When I sat in another bus no is MH 14 BT 3534
                              THIS CONDUCTOR BEHAVES LIKE HE IS TAKING REVENGE . I HAVE NO RECORDING FOR THIS UNLESS I WILL MAIL YOU.
                              I FEEL LIKE BEGGER SUCH THEY TREAT ME.
                              PLEASE I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STRONG ACTION ON THIS..

                                The bus no MH-14-BT-1305 and it's route is Nashik to Ahmednagar has act cruelly against a women passenger who was made to stand-up. She was suffering an ankel sprain and was told to stand up in the bus despite her telling the conductor she had pain in her ankel. Please take action against this conductor because this conductor has shown injustice to North East people and did not treat her equally.she even paid the full payment of Nashik to Ahmednagar...

                                  This is regarding my journey by hirkani bus of msrtc from dadar (mumbai) to pune (chinchwad) dtd 06.11.16
                                  Bus :- mh 07 c 9060.
                                  Seat no. 23
                                  Scheduled time was 6.30 pm and the journey started at 7 pm.

                                  There was some kind of jam in the mechanism of gear shifting.
                                  This issue was first observed at sion bridge and after that it continued till the last stop. the delay in the journey could have been avoided if the bus was changed or the issue was reported to the msrtc depo.
                                  This is the worst service i have ever experienced by msrtc.
                                  Hence forth i'll never travel by msrtc bus again.

                                    Tried to contact the phone numbers and the e-mails provided on the site but never received correspondence.
                                    I had booked a ticket under ordinary bus category
                                    What has to be done with the E-voucher received after cancellation??

                                        We did booking &we asked on phone atlist 10 to 15 times what is bus name & also time . As we have to catch bus at 3:30 but we on stop before 30 min . Also we called before 3:30 atlist 4 to 5 times .they provide wrong bus name N number as result we lost bus. They making argument not even sorry.attitude so careless & arrogant. Hope you will take action against them.
