In nasik road, near vikas mandir school behind muktidham, there is one ground, which was empty, but day by day it is like now dumping ground, and no one taking care for the same, it is comes under msrtc
Near that ground all residence bungalow, building, hospital and school are available and for this reason we feel uncomfortable to live and walking on road

So it is request to take necessity action, so we can reduce all disease and get good environment and air.

Due to the rainy season, the water also getting block in that area, we can't walk thru that road for 0.3 km we have to walk at least 1.0 km

    Conductors details vtl[protected]s t satav

    I was travelling by 21:05 vithalwadi-ratnagiri state transport bus on 8th june 2017. I booked my ticket online.

    Online ticket number: 29019830 trip number:thnl0003781
    Ticket no: 001220 conductor force me to purchase even though i was carrying online ticket and valid id proof

    I shown ticket on mobile, conductor asked me to product valid photo id proof so i shown digilocker generated online driving license. He told me that this license is not valid. I tried to explain him that this is valid proof and valid as per the it act 2000 (Attached the copy of online document for your reference).

    Following is the excerpt from the digitally signed document

    Note:

    1. This driving license is generated by digilocker (https://digilocker.gov.in) as per data provided by the issuing authority in the national registry of ministry of road transport and highways.
    2.
    3. This digitally signed document is valid as per the it act 2000.

    He does not even bother to see the document. He told me that i need to go to the controller of panvel depot to get his view-opinion and i agreed to go to him.

    We reached panvel around 11:30-11:45pm we met the 2 officers, one from them updating in-coming bus entries and other making announcements. Same reactions no one bother to see the document and try to understand what customer is saying. They forwarded us to panvel depot manager.

    Panvel depot manager who was nicely sleeping in room, lights were switched wearing ‘sando baniyan ‘, we wake him up but he does not take any efforts to come out, conductor told him the story he replied from the room, in sleeping position that if conductor is saying ‘it is not valid’ then why are you coming to me. You need to purchase the ticket. So i asked his name and depot manager got angry he put the shirt and came out with screaming “why you need my name? Conductor will tell the name” there were more 2-3 staff members came to the room so i afraid and came out along the conductor.

    I asked him his name while heading towards the bus, he denied telling his name and he asked to purchase the ticket and told me everything is mentioned on the ticket.

    It was very embarrassing situation; i booked the ticket online so i was not carrying much money (I hardly use the cash). I searched in pocket, my bag collect 10, 20 rupee notes to purchase the ticket.

    Finally i got the ticket and conductors name vtl[protected]s t satav.

    Nobody told their names. I don’t know why these people hide their names.in the whole case nobody listen what customer was saying and nor checked the online driving license or adhar card which was original and latest copy.

    There is a document which is mentioned on digi-llocker site (https://digilocker.gov.in/faq.php)

    Digital locker is one of the key initiatives under the digital india programme which is running by government of india

    How can i be sure that the digital rc & dl in digilocker is indeed coming from the morth database? Are these digital records authentic and legally valid under indian laws?
    The digital rc & dl in digilocker is digitally signed by morth. It is fetched in real-time directly from the national register database and has a timestamp for record keeping purposes. This digital document is a legally valid document under the indian it act 2000.
    I understand that customer is least important for msrtc.

    Expectation:
    1. Please look into this matter at the earliest and refund my fare of online ticket.
    2. Politeness while talking to the customer and willingness to understand the problem and satisfy the customer by resolving the issue.
    (I use to travel karnataka transfer while going to mumbai from pune see the politeness of their staff and train the msrtc staff. They help the customer to move their luggage behavior while talking to ladies customer if i am getting such service i purposely avoid travelling by msrtc)
    3. Need to know why msrtc staff wants to hide their identity in such scenarios how the people can get justice?
    4. Need to take mr satav in faith and get the names of responsible people in this case and need to take appropriate action so that customer should not suffer.
    5. Sudden inspection of depots whether staff is working or sleeping in duty hours.
    this is too bad and this amount needs to be reimbursed to the passanger along with compensation.

      My reservation was for pune-shirdi bus which was supposed to come at 18.45 hrs on 12th of june 2017 at nashik fata stop, but it came on 20.05
      Such whorst service..
      Even then by contacting control room they managed to take me in bus which departures from shivajinagar bus stop at 17.15 but as usual bus came late at 19.35 on nashik phata stop. And conductor didn't allowed​ me to travel in that bus even after controller had given idea about what happened by just giving reason that he didn't have memo for the same he refused.
      Such a whorst service, bus came late by 1 hour and 30 minutes msrtc should take appropriate action on this because i got late just because i did reservation, strange

        One of your bus conductor misbehaving with me & my family (4 members, 3 ladies+ 1 gent) on 10-jun-2017: 10pm at hyderabad bus stand, we are catching the bus in bus stand we are having 4 cloth bags each one, after he seen my bags he asking us to get down bus and said you are having bags so that we are not stop the bus in zaheerabad and he forcely removed my bags from bus, that is man handling me.

          Please take necessary action on this driver. Bus travelling to pune from rajgurunagar.
          Lane cutting, no safe distance maintain, high speed driving, when stopped and asked he arrogantly replied"do whatever you want i don't care about this job, no one can take action on me"

          Such drivers are putting every bodies life's at risk.
          Send him home and recruit young man who really needs job

          But when bus come to solapur, it found that seat no. 44 is not available.

            Hello sir,
            I was waithing on the bus stop of the village bhilgaon tq. Kinwat district nanded which is one and half km away from my native place. And bus was about to come at 9am. Bus came and a fellow passenger got down from the bus i and my father who is physically handicapped person were exactly standing in front of the bus. But the bus driver delibarately didnt stop the bus even though the bus conductor rang the bell and gave indication to the driver to stop the bus he didnt stop and again few meters away he stopped the bus we went running there but again he started the bus and went ahead o[censored]s. His sole purpose was to make us run behind the bus. He deliberately did that by seeing the female passenger. His behavior was very unprofessional and unethical. By seeing such disgusting actions my father yelled at him in return he didnt stop the bus and made some dirty and vulgar remarks by using his hands and gave abusive word to my father which was literally hurting. Such an ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour of driver towards a female and handicapped passenger is totally unacceptable strong actions should be taken against him. This was harrasment. We always travel by msrtc buses but this was the first bad incident ever witness by us. Please i request you to take strong actions againt him

              I am traveling from pune to aurangabad by shivneri bus (Mh06 9929) scheduled at 5 pm. First of all the bus started 45 mins late from shivajinagar bus stand. After that the driver is driving so slow not even reaching speed of 70 kmph. We reached nagar at 9:05 pm. Passengers complained to the driver for his sluggish driving, but seems no effect.

              We are being charged at 650 rupees for 250 km and should we expect such kind of service???

              Msrtc is not at all managing the show, hopeless service.

Even after around 20 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. Used improper words with me and my co. Which is very shameful for your department. I hope you will take strict action against misbehave as well as attire of person on duty.

                      Swargate - thane shivneri bus conductor who has operated from swargate to vanaz has used very arrogant language with me and fellow passengers on 7th june 6:30.
                      They have merged two bus passengers together i. E. 6am and 6:30am and same seat was allocated to two passengers.
                      He could have requested to both o[censored]s to adjust but he has used very arrogant language.
                      Fully dissatisfied with the language e. G. We are shameless and do whatever u want to do (Nothing will happen).

                        I want to make complaint of rash driving and arrogant behavior of driver of vehicle number mh-40 y-5276, (Hinganghat to akot) dated - 04/06/2017 time - 2:17 pm. Driver name - shri bahadure. I was driving my vehicle with my old parents near dhotra village, as there is road construction in process there is single lane open for the users. The driver of the bus was coming from front, so i indicated him by light signal to let me cross first. After watching me coming on the lane, he still accelerated the bus toward my car nearly dashed me. When i asked him for side again he behaved rude and was using very bad language. He deliberately moved his bus towards my car making me move my car on the construction lane through the stone. There was little damage to my car and fortunately no harm to anyone. I don't want any refund but want you to take some action against him.
                        The jaygad malgund borivali Bus does not stop in Jaystambh Ratnagiri while I will stand on the stop from 8:00 AM for waiting Ratnagiri Borivali Bus but this bus not in time. On 8:40 AM. Jaygad borivali Bus pass From Jaystambh Ratnagiri I will show my Hands for Stop the Bus but Driver didn't stop the Bus
                        I want to make complaint of rash driving and arrogant behavior of driver of vehicle number MH-13 CU 6842, (Karnala to Pandharpur) dated - 05/06/2017 time - 3.30pm. I was driving my vehicle with my family including baby and ladies in the vehicle. Driver was cutting the lane and giving dash to almost all vehicle on the road. He have intentionally provided dash to my vehicle and overtake from left side and damaged my cars side mirror. I was chasing him to ask and again he dash one two Wheeler in front of me. After ward I have chase him and put my vehicle in front on ST then he stoped. I go and ask about him at that time he have given me bad word including ladies family member in my car. He have also intentionally racing the bus on my family who were standing side of the road. Bus driver is very arrogant and not accepting his mistake instead giving bad words. Strict action need to be taken against him also his mental health need to be checked as such type of rash driving is very dangerous and can happen serious accidents.
                        This car driver kept honking on every small occasion despite there wasn’t any heavy traffic or a reason to honk.

                          I am traveling from Pune to Ahemadnagar, Patoda depot Bus. Conductor name DP Dahiph. He gave me ticket Pune to Maliwada. But I have to get down from the bus to Pune stop. He is not responding properly. He should cooperate with passenger.
                          I am not demanding to drop me at my home. Whatever you print on ticket just follow the same.

                            I was waiting for st to go wardha by jalad scheduled at 6.00 am at rahate colony nagpur mh31 6288 bus came but even after waiving my hand and watched by the driver, he didnot stop. The bus was almost vacant. Inspector msrt also had waived his hand to stop but the driver flew away. This deprives us to attend college/service at time at our destination and also encourages private bus services pl look into the matter and inform.

                              सर आज दिनांक 31 मे रोजी सायंकाळीमला urgently चाकण मध्ये जायचे होते कारण माझ्या मित्राचा accident झाला होता so मी मिळेल त्या वाहनाने जाणार होतो तेंव्हा संध्याकाळी 04.05 वाजता MH14 Q6406 ही bus भोसरी स्टॉप वर आली मी मध्ये बसलो लवकर जाण्यासाठी । मी कंडक्टर ला 100 rs धिले तिकीट काढण्यासाठी पण कंडक्टर ने अतिशय उद्धट पणे वर्तवणूक करत मला पैसे परत धिले आणि सुट्टे पैसे मागितले माझ्याकडे सुट्टे पैसे नसल्यामुळे मी त्यांना request केली आणि नाव विचारले त्यांनी अतिशय उद्धट पणे माझ्याशी वर्तवणूक करत मला मधेच बस मधून उतरवले, मी त्यांना request करून देखील माणुसकी नसल्यासारखी वर्तवणूक माझ्या सोबत झाली ।। तरी आपण त्या बस कंडक्टर ला समजूत द्यावी ही विनंती ।।
                              बस सेवा ही ग्राहकांसाठी आहे पण असे कंडक्टर चे अपमानजनक बोलणे जास्त वेळा पाहण्यात आले आहे

                                The Schedule departure of Pune Swargate - Mumbai Borivali AC Shivneri Bus on 31/05/2017 was 15:00 from Swargate bus station. The bus MH12 HB 1098 started app 45 mins late from Swargate. I was waiting to catch the bus at Pune Vanaz bus stop. MSRTC attendant was present at Vanaz stop but there was a literal chaos. My complaints and suggestions are as below:
                                1. There was no information with Vanaz MSRTC attendant about the bus being late. Also no one was picking call at Swargate customer care number[protected]. There should be a separate emergency contact number to be provided to MSRTC attendant who will contact control room and will in turn provide correct and factual information to valued passengers.
                                2. The Vanaz attendant has no authority to adjust passengers in another Shivneri Swargate - Borivli Bus though it was vacant. Also he cannot give refund to customers who would like to cancel the trip due to bus delay. The attendant being face of MSRTC with the customers, he has to be provided authority to adjust passengers in other vacant buses and shall be authorized to pay passenger refund.
                                3. Online passengers has no information about bus number, time of arrival at various stops. While all other operators are sending SMS to passengers then why not MSRTC.
                                4. Poor Shivneri Bus Management at Pune Swargate.

                                  हमारी शिकायत भोपाल अमरावती वाया वरुण मुलताई को लेकर है यह गाड़ी भोपाल तक हमेशा भरकर चलती है इस रूट पर और गाड़ी चलाने की आवश्यकता है मैंने 40 साल के आवागमन में आज तक मध्य प्रदेश में इस रूट पर चेकिंग नहीं देखी गाड़ी वाले बसों में यात्रियों को टिकट नहीं देते महाराष्ट्र राज्य परिवहन समझता है कि इस रूट पर उत्पन नहीं है इस कारण इस रूट पर चेकिंग की आवश्यकता है इसी कारण इस रूट पर बसे कम है बसों की संख्या बढ़ाई जाए और नागपुर भोपाल बस भी शुरू की जाए ...

                                    I had booked 5 tickets of A/C Shivneri from Breman Chowk to Borivali Nancy Colony on 21.05.2017. The bus timing at Breman Chowk as per the ticket was 10.45 a.m. Though the bus timing at Breman Chowk was 10.45 a.m., I reached there at 10.30 a.m. with my old aged father (age 87), mother (age 79), wife and son and luggage. Awiating for the bus for more than half an hour, at 11.15 a.m., I phoned up to Swargate Bus Depot inquiring about the Bus. I was shocked to hear that the bus has left Swargate at 10.30 a.m. and it might had gone by another route and not with the route shown on my ticket. They promised me to make arrangement in the next Borivali Bus which was at 12.00 noon. which came at Breman Chowk at 12.45 hours. It means I was at Breman Chowk for 2 hours and 15 minutes in this hot season. I appeal MSRTC to take strict action against the Driver and Conductor for the mental harrassment I suffered.My Ticket No. is 28388138 and Trip No.of MSRTC is PNEM0007077.

                                      I m a regular passenger from savantsar (Kopargaon) and i am learning in sanjivani college of engineering.
                                      Today bus no. Mh 20 bl-2874 came from aurangabad bus depo to pune stop at 7.30am but the bus driver could'nt stop the bus at that place when there are 4-5 passenger is weaiting for the bus including me because of this i cant reach the exam successfully before tha time.
                                      And this think is happen twice or three time with me at the same bus and. This think is happen regularly with me n some of my friends n traveller of this route so i think that u have to take strict action on that or not happen it again with anyone...

                                        I was wating for the bus for dadar from Vashi village highway
                                        One st bus arrived I saw it was panvel - Dadar bus
                                        Hence I tried to get on board... But door was locked from inside and conductor didn't opened it...
                                        One passenger​ opened it for me...
                                        Now as soon as in get inside the bus driver very disgusting asked to to get out of the bus at the start I don't understood the issue then I asked why??
                                        He told me that as we don't have conductor
                                        Now my complaint is why conductor was not in bus we're yet journey is not completed...

                                        Bus reservation on 15 may 2017 9:30 pm but your bus is not start the journey at the right time it will start the journey on 12:00 am how can I believe msrtc third class sevice by msrtc
