I am traveling by Dhule Nashik bypass bus bus no 8610, tire got puncture near Malegaon Highway Driver tried to change tyre but come to know even stpephny also puncture after wasting a hour help come with another stepeny but by traveling only 5-6 km another tyre again got puncture. Now we are traveling back in Malegaon city to waste another hour really frustrating. Peoples who regularly updown on weekends have to report on there office on scheduled time it's completely irreparabe way to manage msrtc bus transportation

    Right now i am travelling in msrtc bus from barshi to pune in one stop bus (Indapur stop) starting at 8:00 pm. My bus details are mh 20 bl 1842. Though bus is currently running late due to some mechanical problems and this is one stop service, driver had stopped this bus on highway near bhigwan for dinner for another 30 min. If this is one stop bus, then how can driver stop at any point in between at his will. On one hand we are talking about make in india and digital india and on other hand, no one is really sensitive about others timing. If this bus is supposed to stop for dinner, why is this not made clear upfront.
    I am really pissed off about this service and demand your immediate attention to this
    This seems to be normal practice followed by all buses thereby causing lot of inconvenience

      I have a booking for semi luxury category bus from nashik to pune on 21-may-17. Which have 2*2 pushback seats. However we have been ask to board the bus which was not a same category. I take this as fraud from msrtc to customer and need my money back. I also tried asking nashik msrtc officials on this they said we are not responsible for this. Please action else I will have to take this to different forum. MH 06 S. 8369

      This is to inform you that there is always delays in service for Nasik to Pune they always combine 4-5 buses passengers and always need to intervene in the process.

        Hi,

        Here in ralegaon rout no buses are available. We have to wait for an hours.
        No schedule for buses. Depot manager schedule buses as per his convenience.
        People schedule disturbs and people rush to the buses available in crowed. Almost double of people as compare to number seats in buses are there always in bus.

        Literally i had to drag the family to the home back and loose the money around 3600 which i spent for pune trip from yavatmal.
        Two buses cancelled. Most worst thing i have seen that driver said get people drop down immediately. Engine started sound and driver said engine may get burst so conductor evacuated the bus immediately.
        The dangerous moment it was. Because nothing happened lack of driver knowledge found. Started tripped and making noise but the consequences might be different if anybody fell down in between.
        Most memorable black day of my life.

          Bus no-mh14btl 4815
          This is last bus we have to catch any how
          I have asked him what is the revesvertion seat he asked to take seat after only 25..
          When we asked him to give justfaction he said...17, 18, 14 and few seat are vacatient they few passenger and my self asked to why you not update us when we are catching he said you want to seat or don't seat.. I'm not libel to say you anything and use abuse language and try to push me.. Some passenger

            Dear sir, i traveled regularly from swargate to sangli every alternate saturday sunday since last 7-8 years. I always try to grab nashik to miraj bus which reach at 1am morning. After that no any bus available on this root till 4 am. So if i miss this bus or seats get filled by ower crowd then what should i do??? I hv to wait at swargate till 4am with my wife n children's???

              Bus no. 2026 from dadar east departure 6.45 pm on friday, 12th may. Driver was rash, constantly talking to his friend sitting in the staff seat and cutting lanes on the expressway. When another car accosted him at the toll naka.. The driver was abusive and unwilling to even listen or accept his mistake. There were policemen at the toll naka who did nothing to intervene. The bus was full of passengers and the driver was endangering our lives as well as the other vehicles on the expressway

                Swargate- Dadar Shivneri (2:30PM/3PM/3:30PM/4PM) buses have not departed from Swargate bus stop. The bus conductor is unaware of the status and has told to call the Swargate bus stop. Noone is receiving the phone at Swargate bus stop. It has been over 3 hours of waiting at Chandni Chowk stop in the heat. MSRTC should inform passengers if buses are cancelled/ pooled (similar to service provided by Neeta/Purple). Orelse, there should be a facility for on-the-spot cancellation of ticket so that passengers can stop waiting and board other buses. The service provided by MSRTC is disappointing and not value for money (Rs. 461/-). Please note, this inefficiency of overly delayed buses has been rampant for years and the govt does not seem to be looking into the matter. One cannot trust MSRTC Shivneri bus service to reach destination in time.

                  My name is mrs. P s dev. Me and my 3 year old son and sister in law are travelling by aforementioned bus, after departure from dhule bus station conductor said that this bus will not go to shahpur depot even though we're having valid online ticket as mentioned above. Conductor used very rude language (Even with ladies) and also said that soft copy is not valid you 've to carry hard copy of the ticket event though we're having original id proofs. When contatcted for said reason to dhule depot, conductor agreed to stop on highway instead of bus depot. We would like to complaint against the conductor regarding misbhaviour and rude lanuage and not following the guidelines of msrtc.

                    Today morning I book MSRTC online ticket at 11.16 AM payment done but ticket not generated & I am not getting any message or mail from MSRTC When I call toll free no[protected] then he told me amount refunded after 7 days & book ticket after 30-40 min then I book ticket again after 55 min but same happened again.
                    I book Ticket from nerul to shedge mala for mumbai central to vaduj bus
                    for 14\05\2017 bus timing 06.45 Am from Mumbai central
                    Same thing happened with me, facing same problem since last one month and problem is not resolved yet.

                        I am travelling from Amravati to Nagpur on 09/05/2017 and took a ticket no 015129 from conductor Mr R A Agare NAGP[protected]. He stopped the bus no AQ 6214 MH40 at hotel panchwati nr Karanja Gadge for 45 minutes to have meal. I belongs to Nagpur and it becomes very late to reach to home and no convenient and reasonable vehicle I will get to reach to my home.
                        When we asked to rush early he said some casual words which are uncertain to accept by busy people.

                          Hello my name is dr. Manish jha today i went to catch a bus for nallasopara from thane station. At around 3 pm when i saw there was bus i try to catch that bus but conductor of that bus not allowed me because that bus going without conductor i dont know why and the i ask him why you not allowing me to catch the bus than he told me lie this is not going to nallasopara i know he telling me lie because on front of the bus written nallasopara depot than i ask him his name he said in hindi nai bataunga jo ukhadana hai ukhad le than i went to depot incharge first he is not ready to listen me ànd he is taking side of ounductor than after some argument he start to miss behaviour with me he kept his hand on my solder and push me twice and thrice time and that all thing that most seniour person watching and he is even not react than i try to take complaint book and write the complaint but while the writing a complaint i ask him what is the name of counductor and office staff than he also start arguing me and telling me like a fool in complaint book you dont have to write the name. And than he took the complaint book from me. And there no body ready to tell me any one name.

                            Today on date 8 May 2017, I board "Partur to Pune" MH 20 BL 2867 bus for Pune from Jalana at 8:45 AM. I requested​ for ticket of Chandan Nagar but conductor has denied for Chandan Nagar ticket and gave me Shivaji Nagar ticket. Can you please explain why conductor asked me extra money for extra kilometers which I didn't travel.

                              As we know every call will be attend by the employee of ST MAHAMANDAL but pathatic condition in swarget st stand i call 47 times but nobuddy can reveice my call what is this ST MAHA MANDAL employees work for passengers or self faltu service ever seen my life they dont want to grow as compared to private services if they dont want to reveive call just terminate the employees amd who really need this job appoint them
                              Its like सरकारी काम महिना भर थांब
                              M travelling from nanded to bhokar by bus no MH 20 BL 0484 and there r many male passengers seating on female reserved seat and conductor also not co operating. my request is that either u erase that reservation details else do some action against this. this is the time to realise our rules.

                                Before writing any complaint here, i am amazed to see the number of complaints pending are almost more than 400, and satisfaction is barely 1 %.
                                Whats is the point then?
                                Is the government bothered even?

                                The state transport bus never comes on time and conductor or instructor is not even bothered to inform the commuters.
                                I would never suggest anyone to travel by such mode of transport ever.
                                Conductor very poor behavior and driver also on driving use to sell phone.. .
                                So really bed expiration on msrtc
                                Not a next visit.. On a msrtc

                                And got me 200 / -
                                And I was not given anything back

                                  I was waiting on wai bus stand since 20 min. I have reserved ticket for pune for bus 8:30 am. When i ask controller in controller room when will be the bus available he is not at all responding. If you guys can not organize bus on time then you should not print time on reserved tickets. People reserved tickets for assurance one may have exam or have some emergency to reach on time, i have seen this many times. Controller should have responsibility of organize bus on time and they should not be arrogant.

                                    I'm frequent traveler on the route of Dhamangaon Railway- Amravati, Dist- Amravati Taluka- Dhamangaon Railway 444709.
                                    On the above mentioned route specially in Dhamangaon depot, management is not serious towards running massager transport as per scheduled time. Most of the times they have been cancelled bus on time without giving Any intimation to passengers. Bus Drivers have been doing late without any reason. They are spending time on chat, siggarate etc. Station master is also not available in station. Most of the time he found on Panshop instead of his chair.

                                    Requesting you to please look in this stations. Because passengers facing problems day by day, and all employees of depot ignoring our inconvenience.

Suddenly I cancelled them due to some emergency. 24 hours have been gone, though I haven't received my refund to my bank a/c. Even I haven't received any cancellation message or e-mail.                                         I have booked a ticket from Borivali Sukurwadi to Pune Swargate on 28th Apr 2017 vide Tckt No 28379471 in AC Shivneri Bus Departure Timing from Borivali was 6:01 as the ticket was booked for 2 passenger as there was not option at the time of booking to select 2 different boarding place for departuring at 1 location i.e. Swargate, as my colleague was suppose to board from Borivali Sukurwadi and me from Rabale Station, but the bus conductor for vehicle no MH06S9578 has conveyed to my colleague that the bus will be enrouting through Kanjurmarg due to road repair work is being carried out at Vashi Road and requesting my colleague to ask the 2nd passenger to board from Kanjurmarg and on hearing the same I have reported to Rabale Boarding location and reported the incidence the duty boarding controller at the location Ms.Jyoti Kadam for which she patiently heard my grievance and requested to call back my colleague so that she can speak the bus conductor on doing the same the duty officer Ms.Jyoti kadam has put the question and asked the bus conductor the bus should be enrouted as per the schedule stop and it was just astonishing on reaching the rabale police station ST pick up location the hooligan conductor stepped out of the bus and started quarrelling with Ms.Jyoti Kadam and making the bus halt for another 15min and delaying the departure time and creating havoc to other passenger on the board. The duty bus conductor for vehicle MH06S9578 was talking in very rude way to the lady officer and requested me to step down from the vehicle and to accommodate my reservation in the next bus. On noticing the incidence the co-passenger a elderly mid age person has cross question the vehicle conductor how can he could took such decision of stepping out the reserved passenger for which the conductor has later on also had spat with him also.

                                        This seems the conductor and the driver for the above said vehicle was enrouting the bus as per their convenience without informing/updating the respective other location boarding passenger and also their reporting duty manager.

                                        I request to take stern action against bus conductor and driver for not fulfilling the duty properly and misbehaving with the colleague especially to a lady who was rightly fulfilling her duty and resolving the customer grievance.

                                        Salute the Woman and appreciate her role played during such scenario...highly commendable...

                                        Feel pathetic for the poor service and duty reporting employee who not only working on their convenient
