Bus number 'MH 14 BT 3264 'did not stoped for me at damani nagar stop on 30/10/2016. At time 4.45PM
I wanted to leave the bus but the conductor and driver talking in very rude manner.they did not stoped the bus, they started fighting with me and my family .
Very bad experience .did not expected this at all. Hope you will take axtion against the conductor and driver.

    I had an internship for two months in Pune. Being a Mumbai resident, I choose to travel by Asiad service provided by MSRTC from Pune Juction to Mumbai every Saturday.
    I would like to highlight the fact that the service provided is highly disappointing.
    It was 1st of October Saturday and I wished to catch a 3.30 or 3.45 asiad bus from pune junction depot.
    It was an average rainy weather which had just started an hour before.
    when I reached at the depot at about 3.15 I was told that the bus would come in a short time.
    When it was about 3.40 I went and inquired about the bus since the bus had still not arrived .
    I was told by the ticket giver at the counter that the bus will come in a short while as the bus must have stuck up in traffic.
    It was the about 4.10 still the bus was not there.
    the person at the counter only gave one answer that the bus is stuck in the traffic.
    the public then started shouting a screaming as there as no bus service for more than an hour.
    the head in the ticket section then called up and asked to arrange for the bus
    the bus came in at about 4.35 but the bus which was called was not is a good condition and it broke down as soon as it arrived in the depot.
    Hence even after waiting for about an hour we had to wait till another bus is asked for.
    The final bus arrived and we left at 5pm after waition for entire 2hours by many passangers.
    such heartrending service is provided by the MSRTC asiad service
    To be very definite and precise the Shivneri volvo service was not disrupted due to rains and were continuously arriving and departing. Only the asiad was stuck in traffic not the volvo bus. I really dont understand how thiss could be possible.

    this was not only one case
    on the next weekend I had to catch the regular 5.30pm bus
    even this bus arrival timings were not known by the person at the ticket counter. It was about to be 6pm still the bus had not arrived.
    I finally had to leave by Shivneri shelling out double the amount of money.
    I didnt had patience to wait for the regular asiad bus since there was again an uncertainty about the bus's arrival and my past week's bad experience.

      To whom so ever it may concern

      Buses from Patan (satara) depot are always arriving and departing late.
      Also if driver or conductor is not present itime in depot. Buses were managed as per there own timing's. Behavior with passenger is worst. Depot manager doesn't care about it.

      Long route buses from Patan depot take halt promptly at private restaurants as they (msrtc staff)were slaves of hotel owners. But dont following time table

      Total mismanagement .

        Honourable sir/madam

        I am juber mujawar. I had booked online ticket on 24 october for travelling from swargate to satara

        But then i cancelled the ticket on 26 october. Msrtc messaged me that rs.106 will be refunded to me. But instead of refunding, they withdraw rs.100 from my account.

        This is not correct
        Please look into this

          Hello sir/ madam, myself yash sankhe passenger from boisar requests your department to start more number of st buses from boisar to nasik new cbs and also return trips as there are no buses during after noon and also during evening time. If any emergency arrives we find very difficult to go to clgs in nasik and also to come back home during evening time we have no sufficient buses.
          So i request to start more buses especially during evening times so that we can attend our full day clg and come back home.

            After moved bus 4 km away from stand they come back due driver fill bus is not in good situation then they take another bus which was puncture that thing they get noticed when bus was moving almost they took 2 hour to move from stand.
            I was travling with my small children who is 2 months & with lot's off material.
            It is possible please tell me.

              आपण नेहमी लोकहिताचे निर्णय घेतले आहेत. आपला एखाद्या सुचवलेल्या गोष्टीकडे पाहण्याचा दृष्टीकोन वेगळा असल्याने, आपल्यापुढे विद्यार्थ्यांसंबंधी एक सुचना नम्रपणे मांडत आहे. बापु ग्रामीण भागातील विद्यार्थी शिक्षणासाठी विविध ठिकाणच्या शाळा, महाविद्यालयात एस.टी.ने जाऊन शिकत आहेत. एस.टी.पास घेण्यासाठी विद्यार्थ्याला तास बुडवून, शाळेला दांडी मारून पास घ्यावा लागत आहे. पास काढण्यासाठी पास व्यतिरिक्त पैसे खर्चुन यावे लागत आहे. उदा. बापु तुमच्या मतदार संघातील मुलगा शिक्षणासाठी पानवडी, मांडकीवरुन परिंचेला शिकायला एस.टी.ने येत असेल तर त्याचा पास संपल्यावर, त्याला पास काढण्यासाठी शाळा बुडवून सासवडला यावे लागते. त्यामुळे त्याचे प्रत्येक महिन्यातील एक दिवसाचे शिक्षण, वेळ, पैसा वाया जात आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील अशा अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांबाबत हे वर्षानुवर्ष घडत आहे. महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांचा शिक्षण, वेळ, पैसा वाया जात आहे, त्याचे आर्थिक गणित मांडले तर आकडा मोठा निघेल.
              बापु मी फक्त प्रश्न उपस्थित करीत नाही तर, त्याला पर्यायही सुचवत आहे.ते पुढीलप्रमाणे
              १) सध्या प्रत्येक एस.टी.मध्ये डिजीटल मशीनच्या सहाय्याने तिकीट दिले जाते, त्याच मशिनद्वारे पासही देता येऊ शकतो. उदा.पी.मी.टी.ने प्रवास करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्याला, प्रवाशाला एक दिवसाचा तसेच मासिक पास बसच्या कंडक्टरकडेच मिळतो. तशीच सुविधा एस.टी मध्ये उपलब्ध झाल्यास विद्यार्थ्यांना पाससाठी तास किंवा शाळा बुडवावी लागणार नाही, वेळेची बचत होईल.
              २) पास काढण्यासाठी प्रत्येक महिन्याला पास व्यतिरिक्त पैसे खर्चुन यावे लागणार नाही, पैशाची बचत होईल. फक्त वर्षातुन एकदाच विद्यार्थ्याला विद्यार्थ्यी ओळखपत्र काढण्यासाठी पास केंद्रावर यावे लागेल.
              ३)पास जर एस.टी.त उपलब्ध झाल्यास, पास केंद्रावर येणारा ताण कमी होईल.
              ही कल्पना जरी प्रथमदर्शनी छोटी वाटत असली, तरी ती विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी फायद्याची आहे. आपण आपल्या पक्षाचे परिवहनमंत्री मा.दिवाकर रावते यांच्यापुढे ही संकल्पना मांडुन ती अमलात आणण्यास नक्कीच पुढाकार घेताल याची मला खात्री आहे.विद्यार्थ्यांचे चांगले आशीर्वाद सदैव तुमच्यासोबत असतील.

                On 22/10/2016 at 8.00 pm diesel finished on expressway for bus number mh-20 bl 3422 after 15 kilometres from ahmedabad for ahmedabad to dhulia bus. After 2 hrs driver relative brought 20 lts diesel and bus moved to near by reliance petrol pump. Bus delayed by more than 3 hrs. Second thing is that conductor provided tickets only upto navapur although one has to travel till dhulia. At navapur we again took ticket for dhulia.

                  I had book the ticket from pune to akola through guest account. Now i want to cancel ticket to as per suggested by msrtc site first make account of same mail id then you can cancel. I had created the account but still cannot see the booked ticket to cancel in my account history. How can i cancel ticket?

                  I had went to cancel the ticket book by guest account at pimpri chichwad bus stand.
                  Behaviours of lady is very bad she is shouted and told us this ticket is not book my me so cannot cancel.
                  I had wait 2 hours they started reservation window 2 hours late due to breakfast.
                  Really it harassment of passengers by msrtc pimpri chichwad bus stand services is poor.
                  No body care about the passengers i want to cancel the ticket otherwise i will go to court.

                        Pathetic enquiry couner at wai bus station, why these seats on desk if they don't want ans query,

                        I ask for navewadi bus timing three time and he was unable to ans, once again I ask then he said tumhala sangiltala na gadi Ali kee lau, but he was not sure weather it will go or not, den he started shouted unnecessarily on me, i I said I will complaint about this he said konachya bapala nai ghabarat what the tuck is this

                          Sir i mr sitaram chaphe senior citizen age 79 years book a ticket of nallasopara dapoli bus of date 23/10/16 of 8.30 am.i arrive at 8.00 o clock at nallasopara st bus depot.but the st bus depart 45 minute late at 9 .25 i ask the depot incharge he answered me st bus is going always late what is new in that.i didn't satisfied with his answer because it make me unconvinced to caught another st bus to reachmy native place because there are limited bus to my destination.please take strong action on my complaint to whomever responsible for this.my ticket no is 2642255 mob no [protected].

                            Employees sitting at enquiry section are not at all supportive and cooperative. They directly ignore the questions asked to them regarding any buses. If this is a case then why the name is given as Inquiry section? Service given by them is really worst and not all helpful to a common man. Please take some action or provide instructions to these people.

                                The state transport stop of vallabh nagar, pimpri - pune give wrong information to consumers and the bus arrives from highway itself and does not enter the stop and the help desk people do not provide any correct information ever . Common people and tax payers are fooled by goverment employees with theri disgusting service and language . The reservation was for 7.10am and the bus left from outside main road at 6.40 and the help desk are not ready to spit their mawas and answer properly instead playing games on the phones talking to relatives and having a holiday sitting on the seat . The official there when asked 5 to 6 times for something, in return they give a look at us as if they are donating us everything still we are expecting us more form them . And i know very well my complaint would ho unseen and unresolved . After working with private companies and MNCs, these goverment bodies feel like a boon to us

                                  I booked my ticket of date 12/10/2016 at 6:30 am the money is deducted but ticket was not confirmed.the bus route was Aurangabad to shivaji Nagar Pune semi luxury bus.
                                  I booked online ticket on MSRTC Site for Latur Hyderabad Journey on date 12.10.2016 at 12.30 PM . but that bus was cancelled. But yet I have not received my money.

                                    मि दि. ७/१०/२०१६ ला निगडी ते मालवण या गाडीने मालवण ला येणार होती. दि. ६/१०/२०१६ ला नीगडी मालवण Night Express या गाडीचे online तिकीट बुक केले होते. त्या तिकिटावर Departure from starting place ( NIGADI ) 20:30 Hrs अाणि Approx Boarding Time 22:15 Hrs असा होता.

                                    मि बरोबर 21:45 ( 9.45 pm ) ला स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात होती. मि १० वाजता स्वारगेट बसस्थानकाचे वहातूक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांना विचारले की निगडी मालवण बस कधी येणार ते म्हणाले अजून अली नाही अाहे. अली की सांगतो.
                                    म्हणून मी वहातुक नियंत्रक कक्षा च्या बाजूला उभी राहिली अाणि चिंचवड बस स्थानकात फोन केला. ते म्हणाले बस Right Timeing ला सुटली अाहे.
                                    म्हणून मि गायकवाड ना १०.१५ ला विचारले काधी येणार बस... ते म्हणाले अजून अली नाही. अाली की entry कारणार मग सांगतो.म्हणून मी वाट बघत बसले.

                                    ११ वाजता माला त्या बस चा. नंबर मिळाला.(४६२१)
                                    माज्या मित्राने मालवण डेपो च्या एका चालका कडून त्या वाहकाचा मोबाइल नंबर घेतला जो वाहक. गाडी नं - ४६२१ नीगडी मालवण या गाडी मध्ये होता. वाहकाचे नाव L. V. PARAB.
                                    बरोबर रात्री ११.१० ला त्यांना फोन केला अाणी विचारले गाडी कुठे पोचली.मि ९.४५ पासून स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात अाहे. तर ते म्हणाले मला माहीत नाही. मि सांगितले चालकाला विचारा अाणी सांगा तर ते म्हणाले गाडी दुसरे टोल नाका कडे पोचली. मि म्हणाले माज seat no. 9 Reservation अाहे स्वारगेट वरुन.. मि ९.४५ पासून स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात अाहे मग अाता मि काय करु... तर त्या वाहक L. V. PARAB. यांनी माझा फोन कट केला... मि परत खुप फोन केले त्यांना पण त्यांनी एकदा पण उचलला नाही.

                                    मि वहातूक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांना हा सगाळा प्रकार सांगितला... ते म्हणाले अाम्ही काय करणार... मि एकटी ९.४५ पासून १२ वाजेपर्यंत बसस्थानकात होती.

                                    Reservation असतानाही रात्री १०.१५ ते १२ वाजेपर्यंत ( निगडी मालवण) गाडी नं- ४६२१ या गाडीची नोंद रात्री १२ वाजेपर्यंत स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात झाली नाही. मग ती बस स्वारगेट मधून पुढे गेलीच कशी.

                                    निव्वळ मालवण डेपो च्या वाहक L.V. PARAB अाणि चालक यांच्या हलगर्जीपणा मुळे मला नाहक त्रास सहन करावा लागला.
                                    अाणि वहातुक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांनी सांगितले कि आता मालवण जायला बस नाही.त्यामुळे मला परात जावे लागले.

                                    S.T च्या या ढोबळ कारभारामुळे MSRTC वरचा विश्वास उडाला अाहे.

                                    तरी या हलगर्जी वाहक अाणि चालक यांवर कारवाई करावी.

                                    कारण वाहक ने मेमो घेणे गरजेचे होते. पण त्यांनी तो घेतला नाही. अणि सवारगेट बस स्थानकात वहातुक नियंत्रक कक्षात entry न करता परस्पर बस नेली.

                                    कृपया याची गंभीर दखल घ्यावी अाणि माझे तिकीटाचे सर्व रुपये परत मिळावे.

                                      Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system. Even after around 20 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount.

                                        As i was traveling from msrctc shivneri bus from dadar to swargate at evening time 20.00. but due to heavy traffic bus was already late.
                                        As we enter pune driver was dropping passengers as per their stop.
                                        But as the bus left deccan gymkhana i ask him why he taking other route (i. e. from left turn before dandekar pool) but he did not answer.
                                        As per rule bus route is from dandekar pool to mahalaxmi mandir to sarasbaug to tilak road and swargate.
                                        Even 2-3 passengers ask him to drop at after dandekar pool, but he forcefully drop passengers before dandekar pool & talk in a rough language the bus will take left turn towards sanas statue (which is wrong route).
                                        He too drop some passengers far from there stated destination.
