Hello Sir, I have cancelled my ticket 9 days before, as per the policy, ticket amount should be refunded in 7 days after cancellation. I am not yet refunded. My Ticket Cancellation Voucher Number is :26509199 and Original Ticket Number is :26458809. Please help me getting my money refunded. Please contact if required.

We did booking &we asked on phone atlist 10 to 15 times what is bus name & also time . As we have to catch bus at 3:30 but we on stop before 30 min . Also we called before 3:30 atlist 4 to 5 times .they provide wrong bus name N number as result we lost bus. They making argument not even sorry.attitude so careless & arrogant. Hope you will take action against them.

My son he reserved his ticket for mumbai from pune swargate for the asiad bus to start at 2.15 pm on 28/10/2016 on line crediting full amount.
He reached at swargate at about 2 o'clock to catch the bus. But to his surprise he had to wait and wait for 2 hours and more.
He had to reach mumbai at 6-7 o'clock. But he reached at 10.30.

Their are bus from Nagpur to chandrapur which don't take middle stop passenger. The direct buses even didn't full the bus, bus take only 6-7 passenger but their are more than 20 passenger of middle stop but they did not take those passenger. Bus number 'MH 14 BT 3264 'did not stoped for me at damani nagar stop on 30/10/2016. At time 4.45PM
I wanted to leave the bus but the conductor and driver talking in very rude manner.they did not stoped the bus, they started fighting with me and my family .
Very bad experience .did not expected this at all. Hope you will take axtion against the conductor and driver....

I had an internship for two months in Pune. Being a Mumbai resident, I choose to travel by Asiad service provided by MSRTC from Pune Juction to Mumbai every Saturday.
I would like to highlight the fact that the service provided is highly disappointing.
It was 1st of October Saturday and I wished to catch a 3.30 or 3.45 asiad bus from pune junction depot.
It was an average rainy weather which had just started an hour...

To whom so ever it may concern

Buses from Patan (satara) depot are always arriving and departing late.
Also if driver or conductor is not present itime in depot. Buses were managed as per there own timing's. Behavior with passenger is worst. Depot manager doesn't care about it.

Long route buses from Patan depot take halt promptly at private restaurants as they (msrtc staff)were slaves of hotel owners....

I am juber mujawar. I had booked online ticket on 24 october for travelling from swargate to satara

But then i cancelled the ticket on 26 october. Msrtc messaged me that rs.106 will be refunded to me. But instead of refunding, they withdraw rs.100 from my account.

This is not correct
Please look into this

Hello sir/ madam, myself yash sankhe passenger from boisar requests your department to start more number of st buses from boisar to nasik new cbs and also return trips as there are no buses during after noon and also during evening time. If any emergency arrives we find very difficult to go to clgs in nasik and also to come back home during evening time we have no sufficient buses.

After moved bus 4 km away from stand they come back due driver fill bus is not in good situation then they take another bus which was puncture that thing they get noticed when bus was moving almost they took 2 hour to move from stand.

On 22/10/2016 at 8.00 pm diesel finished on expressway for bus number mh-20 bl 3422 after 15 kilometres from ahmedabad for ahmedabad to dhulia bus. After 2 hrs driver relative brought 20 lts diesel and bus moved to near by reliance petrol pump. Bus delayed by more than 3 hrs. Second thing is that conductor provided tickets only upto navapur although one has to travel till dhulia. At navapur we again took ticket for dhulia....
