Hi, my name is abhishek. I booked a ticket from pune (Swargate) to thane (Vandana) at 15.00 for 1st january 2017. Bus was scheduled to vanaj at 15.15 but hasn't arrived till the time of complaint that is 16.26. St bus employees keep mixing the buses between adjacent times so as to maximise their efficiency there by making the passengers wait for unseen amounts of time. This has been observed many times.

Kindly take the complaint and give me a redressal.

    I booked ticket online through the www.public.msrtcors.com, for the bus service washi - mumbai central, boarding point - kunthalgiri, alighting point - shivaji nagar pune, the expected boarding time was 01/01/2017 5:15pm, we were there well before time, but the bus driver did't stop at the boarding point. I shouted to conductor but he did't stop the bus, our ticket fare got wasted. The place was a remote place, i had my little kid with me and my wife, we faced lot of problem in reaching to our destination.

    I need my full fare return of 772. Thank you!

      While travelling from shirur to ahmednagar through "dapoli - shirdi" bus of "dapoli" depot on 31/12/2016, this incident was happened.
      I paid rs.200/- for a bus fair of rs.128/- where by conductor of the bus asked me for the change of rs.30/-. As there was no change with me, he asked me to make a provision for change when the will halt at a private hotel. Accordingly i managed for a change of rs.30/- which i provided to the conductor & he returned me rs.100/- back. When i asked him for a refund of rs.2/-, again he told me that he was not having the change & he will provide the remaining rs.2/- only after getting some other passenger till the time my stop comes. I. E. If there was no change with him till the stop comes, i have to get down without the refund of rs.2/-. But i insisted on refund of my rs.2/- which resulted in bad seen where by the behaviour of the conductor was like that i was a beggar, asking him to beg rs.2/-. The conductor indirectly asking me to forget of rs. 2/- by giving examples of passengers of pune & mumbai cities which according to him do not bother for such a "chhilar" money.
      He also told me that as the bus does not belong to his family, he is not responsible for the refund of the rs.2/- i. E. The passengers in such cases have to approach the msrtc.
      In fact the conductor managed for the change within minutes after the hassle but the language used by the conductor, his behaviour towards me was insulting & humiliating.
      This incidence i have logged in the log book of the "tarakpur" depot, ahmednagar immediately after getting down at my stop.
      As the drivers & conductors of msrtc bus are the front face & representatives of the organisation the behaviour directly effects the organisation i. E. Msrtc.
      Hope msrtc will understand my agony & grievance & will take appropriate steps in future to avoid such incidences.

My wife and daughter was traveling by MSRTC bus ( pune station to Chiplun ) dt. 20/01/17 time 2.30pm. she forgot to carry her ID prof. i know its her mistake but as human being your staff has to know how to speak with Ladies and how can he stop the bus on highway to solved this problem. he threaten to ladies passenger " you show me i card or i will drop you on the highway " . Bus conductor Mr. A.D. Kokane Batch no. CPN[protected] was shouting on her and not ready to co operate for this problem. this incident we Scared about MSRTC Staff.

        I am Sham S. Pevekar from Devghar, Dist Ratnagiri pin 415702 age 61 years. On 29/12/2016 I was travelling in the bus no. MH 14 B 7343( but not sure as bus was in speed and not given by bus Conductor). The bus was fro Pandharpur to Guhagar. I got in the said bus at Chiplun S.T. Stand at 4.10 pm and my destination was Devghar . Ticket no. 008313. When bus reached Devghar stop at about 5.15 bus was not stopped at Devghar stop by the conductor and Driver in spite of my frequent requests and I was taken to next bus stop i.e. Zombadi. I had to walk back to Devghar stop.

            There is hattrick happened of swargate (Pune) depot happening of bad managment of buses like shivneri which is been runed on swargate borivali (Mumbai) route is is always in good response. Yesterday from 12 pm to 2.30 pm no shivneri bus for this route, n vacant buses were running on thane route, passengers of 4 bus timings i. E 12.00, 12, 30, 1.30, 2.00. Were kept waiting for 3 hours no proper conversation between depot officials were giving no response, passengers were kept waiting at other boarding locations of the bus route, shivneri bus is the fastest option on road between mumbai & pune. The managment should take into consideration it seriously.

              We were two people driving on bike on Karad Tasgaon road near Shenoli Station! Your Bus MH 14 BT 3269 was going from Karad towards Tasgaon. It was on 24-12-16 Saturday at 5:15 pm. At 5;15 bus came near Shenoli village and The driver was trying to overtake one car and changed the lane and Suddenly entered our lane which lead us to step down from road near a pit and nearly killed us. This IS Serious issue and I request no order you to take this seriously and reply me as soon as possible and take necessary action. If not we have to take some serious action ourselves.

                Complaint regarding inappropriate behaviour by your driver and conductor of your bus number 2 from Talati office Towards Narhe Gaon Bus no.MH14 CW 1769 at 7 pm on 20 Dec 2016 the driver did not stop the bus at the bus stop inspite of me showing my hand and after that I had to run after the bus to catch it thankfully due to traffic bus halted and I could board in when I asked the conductor why he did not stop the bus at the bus stop he was rude and said it's not my job to see where bus stops you ask the driver while getting down at my stop I asked the driver why he did not stop the bus at bus stop he was rude and began using foul language and arrogant.
                This kind of persons bring bad name to your ST service I request to kindly look into the matter as bus frequency is of more than an hour and accidents can happen if passengers run after bus and it is cause of concern to senior citizens, children and females.

                  I have made a payment of rs. 637 for the reason i had booed two tickets from pune to nashik, i got amount debited msg. From hdfc bank but my tickets were not confirmed. & it happens twice when i again made a payment for same reason, so when i vl get my money refund into my bank account?
                  My complaint is about online payment system of msrtc web site, kindly refund my money asap

                    Sir i am doing travelling every saturday from Belgaum but I am not getting bus on time from belgaum to Kolhapur.
                    Today i was waiting for bus from 19:00 hrs to 20:10 Hrs and Finally i got Karnataka Bus for Kolhapur.
                    Karnataka govt sending many buses towards Pune n Mumbai via Kolhapur. I could went by Krnataka bus around 19 hrs but i was waiting for MSRTC Bus. Hence compalled for me to travel by Karnataka Bus.
                    This is worst thing plz look into the matter..

                      I wanted to book a ticket online for my daughter for her journey from pune (Swargate) to goregaon (Raigad).
                      I got the following three options on putting in the relevant search:

                      1 06:15 swargate, pune to shrivardhan via parvati paytha semi luxury general — 0
                      2 09:45 shirdi to mandangad ordinary express general — 0
                      3 12:30 swargate, pune to dive agar via paud ordinary express general — 0
                      I selected the second option as the timing seemed convenient and booked the tkt. Tkt no : 27059862; transaction id : hsb[protected].
                      Today when she reached swargate, pune at 09:30 to catch the bus, she was told by the traffic controller that the time mentioned ie 09:45 is the time of departure of the bus from shirdi!
                      I demand answers to the following questions :
                      1. When my search had clearly asked for buses and bus timings from swargate, pune why did the answer mention the departure time from shirdi?
                      2. Why was it not clarified on the same page or the subsequent page where i filled in the "boarding at" box, that the time mentioned is in fact departure time from shirdi? Or better still approx time from the boarding point (Swargate, pune) is such & such?
                      3. Why am i not entitled for full refund of the charges paid as the mistake was entirely caused by the idiotic system installed by msrtc?
                      4. Who is going to compensate me for the inconvenience, hardship & expense caused to my daughter in spite of having a valid ticket booked well in advance?
                      Kindly find the time to answer the questions within a week.
                      I intend to follow this matter to the highest authorities till i get satisfactory answers as this is not the way to offer service platforms to the general public if hon. Pm mr. Narendra modi's diream of digital india and e-governence is to be turned into reality.

                        The bus do not stop on taloja phata bus stop which is near to kharghar.
                        The st buses bypass the bus stop by getting on the bridge which creates a lot of issues for the travellers as they get less options of buses arriving on the stop.

                        A year ago there were less travellers from that bus stop so it could be understood at that time but now there are lot of travellers who face a issues.

                        Due to this, the revenue of msrtc also gets hit as we have to take other options such as nmmt.

                        I request you to kindly take action as needed.

                          Today i'm travelling by bus from tiroda to yawatmal.
                          Bus no. Mh 40 y 5313
                          Both driver and conductor is not allowing me to sit on the seat which besides the driver seat.
                          I'm talking about the seat which in driver's cabin.
                          I do daily up down bhandara to nagpur.
                          Conductor is saying that no one is permitted to sit there.
                          So i want to know is there any such rule there.
                          If not then please take proper actions.

                          And now in picture you can see conductor himself is sitting there.

                            This is Serious case about passengers Safety & worst service by State Transport Bus .

                            I Boarded bus MH 14 BT-4584 Thane-Tuljapur ST from Rabale to pune (wakad) on[protected].40PM IST, after sometime in bus i realized that Bus was having total 3 Conductors (All Drunk).

                            After almost 2 Hours bus reached Panvel Bus Depo, where bus was kept hold for almost 30-40 mins just to wait for one of those 3 Conductors sitting in bus .

                            When bus left Panvel, Me and few co -passenger requested conductor, not to take any break stop till pune at least as we are already 2 hours late, But in return what i saw is that ..driver stopped bus on highway and all 4 bus servents (Driver+ 3 Conductors) shouted on us " He Shyasnachi Gadi aaahe, Ashich Chalte ani asich chalnar ) tumhala trasa hot asel tar tumhi basle kashayala "

                            at this time when we realized that, Along with Conductors driver was also drunk, when we asked ETA for reaching pune, Conductor said it will take another 2.5 hours .

                            So that means, they need 6 hours to cover 126km distance that to by Express Highway .

                            This ia seriously very painfull for few o[censored]s in this bus, i am writting this complain right now while sitting in this bus, hoping to see appropriate punishment for such as careless & drunk drivers and Conductors .

                                Since One year work of Flyover is on at Kalwa Naka. After 5 Pm there is heavy trafic due to heavy trucks and big big potholes.

                                Due to big potholes my car's camber has broken and oil leaked from engine.

                                No body is bother about the road. 90% trafic due to potholes in road.

                                if some bike fall into that potholes then there will be a death for sure.

                                Kindly get a solution immediately.

                                Pls stop trucks morning 8 to 10 am and 5 to 8 pm.

                                  Hello,
                                  On 11/12/16 i took abus from kalla shivaji chok no. 007759 at 19:51:22. before getting in the bus i asked the driver if the bus will take me to ghansoli railway station and he said yes. when i asked for ticket for ghansoli he asked me "ghansoli naka or station" i told him i want to go to station.
                                  After a while i noticed the driver take a turn at rabale after we had crossed airoli station. he travelled in the interiors of rabale for quite some time and wen he came on the main highway my stop was missed. when i enquired the driver he said he was new to the road and the conductor started making lame excuse. i was new to the road myself and petrified as no person was on the road and the conductor was asking me to get down in the middle of nowhere. as a women i felt insecure to just get down. so i told him i won't get down here take me to the rickshaw stand atleast. but he dint know where it was so i got down at koperkhairane railway station still having no clue where exactly i was until a rickshaw walk guided me. am very disturbed by the public transport facilities and the manner they talk to us. please take a note of the matter.
                                  I hope this letter help improve the state of the services and that no women feels the way i felt that moment of my life.

                                      Today from 6 pm. To 7.15pm there are 3 non stop buses are available for jalgoan to dhule in that three buses there are only 25 passengers are traveling. near about each bus is 85 % empty traveling during this time there are 200 to 250 passengers are waiting for bus for destinations erandol and parola there is 100 percent miss management for traveling the buses for evening timing.
                                      In evening timing there are lots of passengers are from erandol and parola there are no need for non stop bus services for particular route
                                      So we are requesting you please take proper planing for that timing other wise there will be department get 100 % loss and for that decision department is definitely suffering to the passengers
