My name is sanket mutadak
I have a pass from ghoti to nashik,
So i have to go from bus, but your buses are sometimes come late or sometime come before time, today the bus which have time of 12:30 is dispatched before it, i try to stop it at the out side of bus stand but the driver doesn't stop now i have to go to college and i don't have any options either for wait for another bus which was also late from schedule so i asked for a complaint book, first they don't give me the book and then i called there seiner then they give me a simple note book for it which don't have any page number or doesn't look a official. I will send you some pictures of it. And when the students try to come from kasara buses they don't allow for it and say, "we don't take the students because they have pass" so we have to wait for 2 hours for the bus regularly. I am a students of 12th standard so i have to study but because of your staffs rajeshahi i have to west my to hours. Then from 2am to 5am (This is the time of leaving the first bus and time of second bus respectively) the passengers of three buses wait for it. When bus come it just overflow so please do something for us as i am a regular costumer of st

    Bus department of osmanabad 413501 . I am complaining about the bus driver and the conductor . And the route of bus was osmanabad - kalamb MH20 0788 . The time of the bus to osmanabad is 8:15 am and the bus was delayed and came on 8:45 . The bus was tried to stop by customer but the conductor did not gave attention and the bus was forwarded so far after that the customer had tried ti catch the bus but suddenly the conductor had given bell and the customer fall from the door.so please give me necessary support and take action against the conductor to avoid further consequences taken by me against MSRTC OSMANABAD.

      I would like to complain you about jalgaon shirpur bus no. mh40 n9824. this but didn't stopped at gujaral petrol pump jalgaon today evening at 5:45 pm. my wards use to travel daily from dharangaon to jalgaon for school. but they didn't get bus from gujaral petrol pump stop. jalgaon amalner bus also didn't stop in spite having enough space in the bus.
      Kindly look in to matter and solve the problem.

        I am Sudin, staying at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.I always preffer ST buses for travelling.I am a paramedic, working at Taloja MIDC.The subject is that the bus driver for Uran Dadar bus, is not behaving like that the bus is provided for public transport.Especially in the morning time the frequency of the bus service is too low.The incident was happened in today morning that the driver for uran dadar bus which arrive at Morava phate (the time is 6.15 am ) was not stopped there.Because of that I couldnt reach my office at Exact time.The main matter is that they behave as they are driving the vechicle from starting point to destination for them only and not for public.Here I am unable to give the bus details.but i can give only the timing of that bus

          I want to request to you that all outstation buses are stop at kamothe but only kokan region buses i.e. dapoli, ratnagiri sindhudurg buses not stopping at kamothe please do the needful and make vinanti thamba at kamothe for all buses it is a great help to all of commuters who are staying at kamothe and khandeshwar, kalamboli.

              I booked online ticket no 26122773.
              My daughter want to come before 8 hours of booking ticket.
              So i want cancel it same ticket.
              After many tried i could not cancel ticket. That day i also call helpline no. For canceling booked ticket. But they could not attend helpline no.
              My daughter come by msrtc bus no. 8904 by taking new ticket of rs 316 ticket no. 007417 dated 14/09/2016.

              I am very sad.

              So please kindly requast you to return my online booking fair.

              even after continous remainder and phone call to depo the bus dosenot stop at Amritvahini engg college stop this is routine now even if the bus is vaccent still it dosent stops at the college stop students are forced to go by private vechile.

Mh40 5266 यवतमाळ नागपूर विना थांबा /विना वाहक दुपारी 1.30 ला वर्धा वरून निघाली. सोमलवाडा येथे बस थाबविण्या विषयी विनंती केली पंरतू वाहकानी सोमलवाडा येथे थांबा नाही असे सांगून बस छत्रपती नगर येथे थांबविली. मी त्वरीत फोन नं. [protected] वर श्री.बेग यांचे कडे तक्रार नोंदवली. आपणास विनंती की, या तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन त्वरित कारवाई करावी.

                      Undersigned has not received the cancellation amount refund of Rs.617 against e-cancellation number 23887754 for travel by shivneri dated 23.8.16 from Pune to Aurangabad.
                      Why such a delay.

                        It is very unfortunate to feel unsafe in the ST bus due to rash driving from the driver while coming from the Islampur to Swargate (Bus no. MH 14 -BT 5033, Sangli to Pune Station date 10th Sep 2016 time 6:30 from islampur). me and my wife had sat on the last seats of the bus, we feel many times careless drive from driver
                        my wife has sufferred stomach pain due to careless driving, even when enter in the pune city same pace and rash were there, bus jump as high, we could not tolarate, severe pain has been started, from last 2 days she is still feeling pain. i hope pain would be stop as early as possible, if it is continues, i would take next steps

                        we are not expecting anything from MSRTC, we just want to highlight unsafe as we feel about ST bus.

                            We done reservation for bus starting from Thane. Bus thane to fauji Ambewadi morning 6:15 am from Thane CBS for 08.09.16

                            After multiple follows with controller bus came at 7:30 am

                            Further it looks 15 mins more to take bus on road.

                            The controller behavior was totally arrogant and he is not co operative to passenger. Request you to please check who are all in fault and make sure they will get finalise for same.

                              I am usually travelling from gtr (ghatkopar) to ckn (chakan) in morning from kurla nehru nagar to pimpalgaon rotha via alephata bus the arriving timing of bus as shown on msrtc website should be 5.05 am at ghatkopar, and this bus departure from kurla which is very near to ghatkopar then also it take more than 45 min to reach ghatkopar.in morning there is no traffic problem also.
                              This problem i am facing from last 3 months, i request you plz solve this problem and let bus comes on stop on time,

                                I had booked semi luxury MRSTC bus on 22/8/2016 for 5:15 AM from boriwali Nancy colony going from boriwali to Swargate, boarding from goregaon east posted police station. While I called the customer care enquiring about the bus details. The person receiving the phone would speak rudely back without giving the required information. And eventually pick the phone and shut it as I call to enquire about the timing and the status of the bus. After waiting for 45 mins at the bus stop as early as 5:30AM I decided to go by a private bus boarding from Sion. Kindly look into the matter ASAP. The government run bus staff required taking their job too much for granted and have treated the customers quite petty.

                                  I had a reserved two seats tickets online with ticket no 26031584
                                  The bus departure time is 5:30 pm where as my boarding time is 9 pm...
                                  Y d departments is considering 5:30 departure for my reservation.
                                  I met an accident i am not able to join my journey an according to rules i am trying to cancel my reservation before four hours.
                                  In such a special conditions you should show some courtesy towards passengers. I can not afford loss of ₹550 in such troubling and stressful situation for me.

                                  I tried to communicate both ways by requesting in physical office and also by contacting technical support no one considered the exact issue.

                                  I wish department should consider boarding time instead of departure time. We are suffering for no reason

                                    Respected Sir/Madam, I'm one of the college student pursuing degree from Dombivli to Panvel.There are many students like me and also many of the office workers along with company workers travels everyday.We all are facing very less frequency of buses which are affecting us alot.We do not have any convenient transport services other than ST bus.Dombivli is one of the crowded population and many of the people travels to panvel on daily basis.Increase in the frequency will really help us to reach our destination on time.I wish you will look into the matter seriously.Thanking You.

                                    Everyday it became travelling in St from panvel to belapur and return. The St bus conductor and drivers are rude and never stop at belapur stop and not at properly assigned bustop they stop as per their convenient

                                    Today on 3.2.2021 while travelling in bus no MH14BT 2410 the lady conductor was so rude to me the bis was totally empty only one Lady passenger was in the bus leaving and I asked the condiuctor the destination as here no destination mention on bus we need ask which doesn't reply properly due to this lady conductor had argument with me and forcing me to get down

                                    This is the situation of every traveler s travelling in St bus we have to bear them so request you kindly look in this matter and teach a lesson this lady conductor

                                      I, Mrs Vidya V. Naik Age 70 years, Retired Teacher, was travelling from Shiroda to Forest Chauki at 31st August, 2016 at morning 7.30 a.m. from Shiroda S.T. Stand. Conductor had given me ticket upto Forest Chauki but rejected to ring bell at stop of Forest Chauki to stop the bus. Although again and again requested conductor and driver did not bother to hault at Forest Chauki and arrogantly and rashly ran the bus ahead. Despite of further requests both were laughing and enjoying the scene. I felt helpless, then after intervention of other fellow passengers driver stopped the bus before Ghodemukh stop. I was made compulsion to get down in between where no other vehicle I got and helplessly reached at Forest Chouki by walking of 15 minutes. Treatment given to me by driver and conductor is beyond imagination, for no reasons I was harassed by them. I had tried to lodge complaint on MSRDC Website, but the website was not responding. Therefore, I hereby request you to take cognizance of the same and the act of driver and conductor should be treated as great misbehaviour with senior citizen lady, violation of gross human rights as well as misbehaviour, misconduct and negligence in duties, failure to perform their duties is strictly punishable as per the provisions of the laws. Let me know what kind of action taken against them. Thanking you.

Station to Dadar East. after making payment through debit card my money was deducted Rs.316.70 but I have not recd. E ticked Either on screen or on my mail. I have contact help line no.[protected] & I got answer that weight for 2 hrs. & checked on MY ticket or My E mail but I have not recd. any E ticket. & also inform by me that your money will be deposited in 7 working days. This is nice theory to collect money without interest & use for 7 days.
                                        Sir, again at 12.45 on same day I have booked same ticket for same bus again my money was debited from my account & not recd. E ticket. I have try to contact on Toll free no.[protected] more then 50 times but nobody was responding & lifting the phone. (I was getting answer uttar det nahi)
                                        Please refund my amount Rs. 316.70 + 316.70 = Rs. 633.40 on top priority back to my account. & kindly suggest & improve the system so that this will not happen to any customer in future.
