Hello,

I had book the ticket from pune to akola through guest account. Now i want to cancel ticket to as per suggested by msrtc site first make account of same mail id then you can cancel. I had created the account but still cannot see the booked ticket to cancel in my account history. How can i cancel ticket?

Msrtc toll free no or customer care mail id didn't reply why started the unused services to do the harassment of people.

Please provide the solution early as possible.

The state transport stop of vallabh nagar, pimpri - pune give wrong information to consumers and the bus arrives from highway itself and does not enter the stop and the help desk people do not provide any correct information ever . Common people and tax payers are fooled by goverment employees with theri disgusting service and language . The reservation was for 7.10am and the bus left from outside main road at 6.40 and the help desk are not ready to spit their mawas and answer properly instead playing games on the phones talking to relatives and having a holiday sitting on the seat . The official there when asked 5 to 6 times for something, in return they give a look at us as if they are donating us everything still we are expecting us more form them . And i know very well my complaint would ho unseen and unresolved . After working with private companies and MNCs, these goverment bodies feel like a boon to us

मि दि. ७/१०/२०१६ ला निगडी ते मालवण या गाडीने मालवण ला येणार होती. दि. ६/१०/२०१६ ला नीगडी मालवण Night Express या गाडीचे online तिकीट बुक केले होते. त्या तिकिटावर Departure from starting place ( NIGADI ) 20:30 Hrs अाणि Approx Boarding Time 22:15 Hrs असा होता.

मि बरोबर 21:45 ( 9.45 pm ) ला स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात होती. मि १० वाजता स्वारगेट बसस्थानकाचे वहातूक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांना विचारले की निगडी मालवण बस कधी येणार ते म्हणाले अजून अली नाही अाहे. अली की सांगतो.
म्हणून मी वहातुक नियंत्रक कक्षा च्या बाजूला उभी राहिली अाणि चिंचवड बस स्थानकात फोन केला. ते म्हणाले बस Right Timeing ला सुटली अाहे.
म्हणून मि गायकवाड ना १०.१५ ला विचारले काधी येणार बस... ते म्हणाले अजून अली नाही. अाली की entry कारणार मग सांगतो.म्हणून मी वाट बघत बसले.

११ वाजता माला त्या बस चा. नंबर मिळाला.(४६२१)
माज्या मित्राने मालवण डेपो च्या एका चालका कडून त्या वाहकाचा मोबाइल नंबर घेतला जो वाहक. गाडी नं - ४६२१ नीगडी मालवण या गाडी मध्ये होता. वाहकाचे नाव L. V. PARAB.
बरोबर रात्री ११.१० ला त्यांना फोन केला अाणी विचारले गाडी कुठे पोचली.मि ९.४५ पासून स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात अाहे. तर ते म्हणाले मला माहीत नाही. मि सांगितले चालकाला विचारा अाणी सांगा तर ते म्हणाले गाडी दुसरे टोल नाका कडे पोचली. मि म्हणाले माज seat no. 9 Reservation अाहे स्वारगेट वरुन.. मि ९.४५ पासून स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात अाहे मग अाता मि काय करु... तर त्या वाहक L. V. PARAB. यांनी माझा फोन कट केला... मि परत खुप फोन केले त्यांना पण त्यांनी एकदा पण उचलला नाही.

मि वहातूक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांना हा सगाळा प्रकार सांगितला... ते म्हणाले अाम्ही काय करणार... मि एकटी ९.४५ पासून १२ वाजेपर्यंत बसस्थानकात होती.

Reservation असतानाही रात्री १०.१५ ते १२ वाजेपर्यंत ( निगडी मालवण) गाडी नं- ४६२१ या गाडीची नोंद रात्री १२ वाजेपर्यंत स्वारगेट बसस्थानकात झाली नाही. मग ती बस स्वारगेट मधून पुढे गेलीच कशी.

निव्वळ मालवण डेपो च्या वाहक L.V. PARAB अाणि चालक यांच्या हलगर्जीपणा मुळे मला नाहक त्रास सहन करावा लागला.
अाणि वहातुक नियंत्रक गायकवाड यांनी सांगितले कि आता मालवण जायला बस नाही.त्यामुळे मला परात जावे लागले.

S.T च्या या ढोबळ कारभारामुळे MSRTC वरचा विश्वास उडाला अाहे.

तरी या हलगर्जी वाहक अाणि चालक यांवर कारवाई करावी.

कारण वाहक ने मेमो घेणे गरजेचे होते. पण त्यांनी तो घेतला नाही. अणि सवारगेट बस स्थानकात वहातुक नियंत्रक कक्षात entry न करता परस्पर बस नेली.

कृपया याची गंभीर दखल घ्यावी अाणि माझे तिकीटाचे सर्व रुपये परत मिळावे.

Dear sir, i cancelled my online journey ticket, as per message on msrtc online reservation system. Even after around 20 days from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. As per message of msrtc i should receive my amount within 7 days after cancellation, please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount.

As i was traveling from msrctc shivneri bus from dadar to swargate at evening time 20.00. but due to heavy traffic bus was already late.
As we enter pune driver was dropping passengers as per their stop.
But as the bus left deccan gymkhana i ask him why he taking other route (i. e. from left turn before dandekar pool) but he did not answer.
As per rule bus route is from dandekar pool to mahalaxmi mandir to sarasbaug to tilak road and swargate.
Even 2-3 passengers ask him to drop at after dandekar pool, but he forcefully drop passengers before dandekar pool & talk in a rough language the bus will take left turn towards sanas statue (which is wrong route).
He too drop some passengers far from there stated destination.

I have a pass from ghoti to nashik,
So i have to go from bus, but your buses are sometimes come late or sometime come before time, today the bus which have time of 12:30 is dispatched before it, i try to stop it at the out side of bus stand but the driver doesn't stop now i have to go to college and i don't have any options either for wait for another bus which was also late from schedule so i asked for a complaint book, first they don't give me the book and then i called there seiner then they give me a simple note book for it which don't have any page number or doesn't look a official. I will send you some pictures of it. And when the students try to come from kasara buses they don't allow for it and say, "we don't take the students because they have pass" so we have to wait for 2 hours for the bus regularly. I am a students of 12th standard so i have to study but because of your staffs rajeshahi i have to west my to hours. Then from 2am to 5am (This is the time of leaving the first bus and time of second bus respectively) the passengers of three buses wait for it. Bus department of osmanabad 413501 . I am complaining about the bus driver and the conductor . And the route of bus was osmanabad - kalamb MH20 0788 . The time of the bus to osmanabad is 8:15 am and the bus was delayed and came on 8:45 . The bus was tried to stop by customer but the conductor did not gave attention and the bus was forwarded so far after that the customer had tried ti catch the bus but suddenly the conductor had given bell and the customer fall from the door.so please give me necessary support and take action against the conductor to avoid further consequences taken by me against MSRTC OSMANABAD.

I would like to complain you about jalgaon shirpur bus no. mh40 n9824. this but didn't stopped at gujaral petrol pump jalgaon today evening at 5:45 pm. my wards use to travel daily from dharangaon to jalgaon for school. but they didn't get bus from gujaral petrol pump stop. jalgaon amalner bus also didn't stop in spite having enough space in the bus.
Kindly look in to matter and solve the problem.

I am Sudin, staying at Ulwe, Navi Mumbai.I always preffer ST buses for travelling.I am a paramedic, working at Taloja MIDC.The subject is that the bus driver for Uran Dadar bus, is not behaving like that the bus is provided for public transport.Especially in the morning time the frequency of the bus service is too low.The incident was happened in today morning that the driver for uran dadar bus which arrive at Morava phate (the time is 6.15 am ) was not stopped there.Because of that I couldnt reach my office at Exact time.The main matter is that they behave as they are driving the vechicle from starting point to destination for them only and not for public.Here I am unable to give the bus details.but i can give only the timing of that bus

i am working in privet job last 3 year and daily up down form chandrapur to mul and lot of peoples are up down but bus services is not good & on time buses not gone, ur driver and conducter daily let buses or before time buses left from bus stand i am inquiry in msrtc complaint office but they not respond to me, and also asking about complaint book but not given to me .

I booked online ticket no 26122773.
My daughter want to come before 8 hours of booking ticket.
So i want cancel it same ticket.
After many tried i could not cancel ticket. That day i also call helpline no. For canceling booked ticket. But they could not attend helpline no.
My daughter come by msrtc bus no. 8904 by taking new ticket of rs 316 ticket no. 007417 dated 14/09/2016.

I am very sad.

So please kindly requast you to return my online booking fair.

महोदय, मी ड़ाॅ. सुरेश खोडवे वय 64 वर्ष, मी वर्धा येथे दररोज नोकरी निमित्त ये जा करतो.आज दि.14/09/16 लानागापूर डेपो ची बस क्र. Mh40 5266 यवतमाळ नागपूर विना थांबा /विना वाहक दुपारी 1.30 ला वर्धा वरून निघाली. सोमलवाडा येथे बस थाबविण्या विषयी विनंती केली पंरतू वाहकानी सोमलवाडा येथे थांबा नाही असे सांगून बस छत्रपती नगर येथे थांबविली. मी त्वरीत फोन नं. [protected] वर श्री.बेग यांचे कडे तक्रार नोंदवली. आपणास विनंती की, या तक्रारीची दखल घेऊन त्वरित कारवाई करावी.

Even if I had reservation( from Kasegaon for below bus dtd. 12/09/16. Bus was not stopped at kasegaon stop. Due to which I was unable reach on time at my destination. Also controller was not available at Kasegaon to report my compliant. It is very unfortunate to feel unsafe in the ST bus due to rash driving from the driver while coming from the Islampur to Swargate (Bus no. MH 14 -BT 5033, Sangli to Pune Station date 10th Sep 2016 time 6:30 from islampur). me and my wife had sat on the last seats of the bus, we feel many times careless drive from driver
my wife has sufferred stomach pain due to careless driving, even when enter in the pune city same pace and rash were there, bus jump as high, we could not tolarate, severe pain has been started, from last 2 days she is still feeling pain. i hope pain would be stop as early as possible, if it is continues, i would take next steps

we are not expecting anything from MSRTC, we just want to highlight unsafe as we feel about ST bus.
same thing should not happen with others.

Dear MSRTC

We done reservation for bus starting from Thane. Bus thane to fauji Ambewadi morning 6:15 am from Thane CBS for 08.09.16

After multiple follows with controller bus came at 7:30 am

Further it looks 15 mins more to take bus on road.

The controller behavior was totally arrogant and he is not co operative to passenger. Request you to please check who are all in fault and make sure they will get finalise for same.
