I am usually travelling from gtr (ghatkopar) to ckn (chakan) in morning from kurla nehru nagar to pimpalgaon rotha via alephata bus the arriving timing of bus as shown on msrtc website should be 5.05 am at ghatkopar, and this bus departure from kurla which is very near to ghatkopar then also it take more than 45 min to reach ghatkopar.in morning there is no traffic problem also.
This problem i am facing from last 3 months, i request you plz solve this problem and let bus comes on stop on time,

    I had booked semi luxury MRSTC bus on 22/8/2016 for 5:15 AM from boriwali Nancy colony going from boriwali to Swargate, boarding from goregaon east posted police station. While I called the customer care enquiring about the bus details. The person receiving the phone would speak rudely back without giving the required information. And eventually pick the phone and shut it as I call to enquire about the timing and the status of the bus. After waiting for 45 mins at the bus stop as early as 5:30AM I decided to go by a private bus boarding from Sion. Kindly look into the matter ASAP. The government run bus staff required taking their job too much for granted and have treated the customers quite petty.

      I had a reserved two seats tickets online with ticket no 26031584
      The bus departure time is 5:30 pm where as my boarding time is 9 pm...
      Y d departments is considering 5:30 departure for my reservation.
      I met an accident i am not able to join my journey an according to rules i am trying to cancel my reservation before four hours.
      In such a special conditions you should show some courtesy towards passengers. I can not afford loss of ₹550 in such troubling and stressful situation for me.

      I tried to communicate both ways by requesting in physical office and also by contacting technical support no one considered the exact issue.

      I wish department should consider boarding time instead of departure time. We are suffering for no reason

        Respected Sir/Madam, I'm one of the college student pursuing degree from Dombivli to Panvel.There are many students like me and also many of the office workers along with company workers travels everyday.We all are facing very less frequency of buses which are affecting us alot.We do not have any convenient transport services other than ST bus.Dombivli is one of the crowded population and many of the people travels to panvel on daily basis.Increase in the frequency will really help us to reach our destination on time.I wish you will look into the matter seriously.Thanking You.

        Everyday it became travelling in St from panvel to belapur and return. The St bus conductor and drivers are rude and never stop at belapur stop and not at properly assigned bustop they stop as per their convenient

        Today on 3.2.2021 while travelling in bus no MH14BT 2410 the lady conductor was so rude to me the bis was totally empty only one Lady passenger was in the bus leaving and I asked the condiuctor the destination as here no destination mention on bus we need ask which doesn't reply properly due to this lady conductor had argument with me and forcing me to get down

        This is the situation of every traveler s travelling in St bus we have to bear them so request you kindly look in this matter and teach a lesson this lady conductor

          I, Mrs Vidya V. Naik Age 70 years, Retired Teacher, was travelling from Shiroda to Forest Chauki at 31st August, 2016 at morning 7.30 a.m. from Shiroda S.T. Stand. Conductor had given me ticket upto Forest Chauki but rejected to ring bell at stop of Forest Chauki to stop the bus. Although again and again requested conductor and driver did not bother to hault at Forest Chauki and arrogantly and rashly ran the bus ahead. Despite of further requests both were laughing and enjoying the scene. I felt helpless, then after intervention of other fellow passengers driver stopped the bus before Ghodemukh stop. I was made compulsion to get down in between where no other vehicle I got and helplessly reached at Forest Chouki by walking of 15 minutes. Treatment given to me by driver and conductor is beyond imagination, for no reasons I was harassed by them. I had tried to lodge complaint on MSRDC Website, but the website was not responding. Therefore, I hereby request you to take cognizance of the same and the act of driver and conductor should be treated as great misbehaviour with senior citizen lady, violation of gross human rights as well as misbehaviour, misconduct and negligence in duties, failure to perform their duties is strictly punishable as per the provisions of the laws. Let me know what kind of action taken against them. Thanking you.

            Dear Sir,
            I have booked 2 nos.E ticket for Semi Lux. Bus on[protected] at 10 25 morning from ashwin11748 login Id for Chinchwad RLY. Station to Dadar East. after making payment through debit card my money was deducted Rs.316.70 but I have not recd. E ticked Either on screen or on my mail. I have contact help line no.[protected] & I got answer that weight for 2 hrs. & checked on MY ticket or My E mail but I have not recd. any E ticket. & also inform by me that your money will be deposited in 7 working days. This is nice theory to collect money without interest & use for 7 days.
            Sir, again at 12.45 on same day I have booked same ticket for same bus again my money was debited from my account & not recd. E ticket. I have try to contact on Toll free no.[protected] more then 50 times but nobody was responding & lifting the phone. (I was getting answer uttar det nahi)
            Please refund my amount Rs. 316.70 + 316.70 = Rs. 633.40 on top priority back to my account. & kindly suggest & improve the system so that this will not happen to any customer in future.

              Respected company mangemant... I alpricate your service for every district in maharashtara.. But i really got irritetting while traveling in tata bus.. I could sitt prooerly
              .. My kneys got stuck between my sit and the front one... I cant even comfortable in my back... While the ashok lyland bus services is very much wel.. And suspension is too much good feel relaxed travelling... But please i would suggest you about tata buses... Please increase the space between two sits.. Thank you

                Conductor Badge no- 47505.
                Bus- Borivali to Swargate.
                Bus time- 4:00pm
                Boarding time 7:30 pm as bus was late.
                Boarding place- Borivali Sukurwadi bus stand.

                I have been facing this issue since long as i am regular traveller of msrtc buses.
                The conductor said the fare was Rs 270/- And he gave me the ticket for Rs 268/- If he had told me the correct amount i could have given the exact change which i was having.
                I keep wondering if he takes Rs 2-5/- more from each passenger of in a bus of 38 passengers, he may be earning upto Rs 300 daily. Where does this money go? It surely doesnt go to MSRTC! Can MSRTC look in this matter and stop frequent overcharging?? Because i have faced this issue regularly and by lady conductors also. At times i have been not returned change upto Rs 10/-

                  We are travelling from bhandara to nagpur Nim aram(Bus no-MH14BT5015).suddenly bus driver stopped the bus 500 m before the toll.He took unnecessary halt for approximately 10 mins.When passengers requested him to continue.He started abusing and said "mere baap ki bus hai, mai kuch bhi karu". Then he abused everyone and told to add complaint to complaint box" mera koi kuch ukhad nahi sakta"were his words.
                  Request you to take bold action against such charectors who are unnecessarily spoiling the quality of our transport.

                      I am regularly travelling by msrtc buses. I make my reservation for nashik - ahmednagar semi-luxury bus which is scheduled at 7.00 pm on 20.08.2016. My ticket no 25870137.
                      I reached my boarding station nasik road 10 minutes before scheduled boarding time. I had wait till 7.20 pm then after inquiry with controller, he conveyed me that there are no any semi luxury bus in this time. I was totally in shocked. Then i spoke to controller regarding this, then he suggested to catch another ordinary bus on the same route. After lot of struggle i got seat in nashik-solapur bus via shirdi. Because of all this i had suffered a lot, mental harassment, loss of money and 1 hour delay.
                      It is much surprising if there is no bus then how online tickets are booked.
                      I don't know if this will be read and actioned by anyone but just wanted to voice out what i went through. I am sure there are many like me facing issues but never voice out.
                      Hope that these small problems will be handled by your good offices. Passengers are looking forward to a pleasant journey by msrtc buses.

                        Hello
                        I had booked a ticket with msrtc with ticket number: 25839096 for date : 21/08/16 at passenger boarding point: wakola police station and alighting point was vanaj.
                        I was waiting 15 minutes prior to the given time. The bus driver was negligent and did not stop at the pickup point despite me waving and indicating him to stop. Due to this i was delayed in reaching pune, inconvenience was caused as i had to book another ticket of neeta bus at a higher rate due to the weekend.
                        I demand a refund for the poor service which in my opinion has disgraced the name of msrtc. I have no faith to continue with your service in future.

                        Kindly refund my money.

                          Aurangabad malegaon bus scheduled on 8.30 am, departs on 9.00 am
                          Very very unprofessional and disgusting experience. Toll free no. Doesn't work. Time is money and u guys even dont bother to ruin valuable time of lakhs of passenger. Please suggest me what to do and where to find help to get bus on time. It is going to be regular practice from msrtc to run bus late.

                            My name is shrikant tawari, when i was booking for msrtc online ticket i got error on my payment transaction. My account is debited but i does not get ticket. I tried three times but three times it was failed and debit my account three times. I was tried on 5aug 16 but till i didnt get refund so i request you

                              Date of journey 12/08/2016
                              Time : 18 : 30 from shivajinagar pune.
                              Type :- hirkani (From shivajinagar pune - nagpur)
                              The bus had been failed/punctured at jalana (3 am app) after fitting new tyre again failed at chikhali (7 am). Lot of time spent at jalana and at chikhali, nobody responding and hand up by all department people.
                              We departed from chikhali around 8 : 50 am.
                              All the work done by conductor and driver with help of passenger including carrier luggage. The driver and conductor was helpful that is why works became faster.
                              I reached at my destination on 4:00 pm (13 aug 2016)
                              I was going for one of condolence meeting but unfortunately everything was finished there. May be lot of people shall have similar problem like me.
                              Kindly note that, the ats - chikhali was not responded well.
                              Lot of thing want to write but its all about seriousness of people.
                              I would like to remind these kind of people what mahatma gandhiji said about customer.
                              — "in a speech in south africa in 1890 mahatma gandhi said this: “a customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him."

                              I have attached my ticket and photograph of vehicle.
                              Lot of suggestion will be come once some seriousness will reflect from them.

                              I don't think every time the problem coming means coincident, because when i was coming back, we have wasted 1 hour at akola because of wiper problem.

                              Truly said, intention is not for getting money return but want to change this system.

                                I am a loyal passenger of msrtc shivneri buses. I travel between pune-aurangabad-pune, pune-thane-pune frequently. The most important reason for me boarding these buses was the prompt departure timings and cleanliness.
                                But since the past one year i have noticed a very pathetic service from these buses. 9 out of 10 buses never leave on time now. Many of them are more than an hour late! Especially pune-thane-pune. And just like the rest of the private buses, shivneri has started waiting for the bus to get full of passengers first even if it takes half hour extra and the rest o[censored]s have to just sit inside and wait.

                                Yesterday i booked a bus from aurangabad to pune-12:00 pm

                                The bus was so unclean, there was dust inside it all over!
                                The ac vault was broken - a polythene was stuffed inside it.
                                The leg rest was broken for most of the seats.
                                The plastic net behind the seats where we can keep snacks was broken for most seats, including mine.
                                And they charge me 666₹ to pay for such a service!?

                                Shivneri is a premium bus service and charges almost 3.5 times than basic bus by the corporation and much more than any private travel bus services.

                                My only concern is that when we are paying a premium amount for short time, we expect a premium service from the corporation.

                                I am very very disappointed with msrtc. Never did i expect such a gross service of buses.

                                  I am travelling from ahmednagar to pune via bus no : mh 06 s 8453. This bus is from aurangabad to pune. I got seat no. 11 in bus when i did reservation. But when i boarded into bus, i came to know that the seat no. 11 is not vacant. Then i asked depo manager regarding this issue. I was told that this is not starting stop, so you need to seat at the vacant seat only. So i have no option than boarding into bus. So my complaint is that, if this is so, why are you guys printing seat no on ticket. And if you say it's a system issue, why does railways are not having this issue. This is te reason, people do not prefer public transport.

                                    My flight is from lohgaon airport.. At 11:00.. Driver is not available from 6:50pm now it's 7:51pm..

                                      As per shivneri bus charges they need to provide water bottle and news paper to passenger. Today (12Aug16, 6:45pm Bus no:9492) I am traveling in shivneri paying highest charge in this route but not even getting basic things like water bottle and news paper (charges include in fare). Even seats lights not working and over head AC duct jam very bad service from shivneri.

                                        Today i was travelling from aurangabad to pune by non stop bus (Bus no 3779). (Morning 6am bus) journey started at 6 am, i was on last sheet. Driver is driving bus very rash, very fast that last row passengers jumping 1feet, risky overtake, when we try to tell him he is arguing with us. At kharadi by pass he taken bus by service road.
                                        Again when i ask at kharadi bus stop he came to beat me and use words like maderchod, with the help of point auto rickshaw driver i save my self.
                                        O gunda hai ki driver samaz me nahi aa raha tha.
                                        Please take action so other passengers may not suffers
