Online mstrc reservation website is not allowing the user to use 10% yearly concession pass. The feature is there in website but it is disabled from couple of years.So user has to go to authorized reservation booking center to use 10% pass for ticket booking. It is very annoying for user as it is wasting too much time and money. Requesting to start allowing the concession pass through online reservation website. Please do the needful as early as possible.

I have booked a ticket via MSRTC for AC shivneri from Borivali to Swargate and have not received an exact pickup location on my ticket for boarding point in Hiranandani. Since I am traveling for the first time via this route how am I suppose to know d exact location.

    I had booking of swargate to thane asiad bus with boarding point as chandni chouk.
    Approximate arrival time of bus at boarding point was 7.25 pm where i was waiting for bus but bus did not came and i kept waiting for bus till 8.30 pm.

    Mean while i called swargate depo[protected] but they told me that bus left the swargate at 6.45 pm instead of its scheduled time 7.15 pm. Without any prior notification they did this which is like cheating to passenger having online booking.

      Bus name nandgaon nasik

      This bus not carrying toll plaza pass/card with them
      Driver /conductor were not bothered about passenger
      When we asked him regarding the issue, he casually reacted as will do something
      For 6inutes or more he did nothing
      Meanwhile he called up somebody to bring up card which forgot irresponsibly

      The conductor was little bit arrogant as well

      Bus was not having complaint book with it

      We can say they are least bothered about passenger

        आदरणीय महोदय,
        आज दिनांक ३१ जुलाई २०१६ को मई अपनी पत्नी के साथ वर्धा- औरंगाबाद बस से पुलगांव से अमरावती जा रहा था. मेरी टिकट का का क्रमांक है ००३४७५

        रास्ते में पोहरा के आगे आकस्मिक कारण से मुझे बस से उतरना अनिवार्य था. मैंने बस कन्डक्टर से प्रार्थना की तो उन्होंने कहा कि यदि आप चालक को बोल दो तो मैं बस रोक दूँगा. मैं दरवाजे के पास पहुंचा और चालक से कहा कि मुझे आकस्मिक कारण से यहीं उतरना है, आगे नहीं जाना है. कृपया एक सेकण्ड के लिए बस रोक दो, मुझे और मेरी पत्नी को यहीं उतरना है. किन्तु बस ड्राईवर ने मेरे साथ बेहद निष्ठुर और क्रूर व्यवहार करते हुए बस रोकने से इंकार कर दिया और कहा कि बस अब अमरावती जाकर ही रुकेगी. महोदय, मुझे केवल बस चालक की मनमानी के कारण वडाली तलाब स्टॉप तक जाना पड़ा और फिर वहां से वापस पुलगांव आना पड़ा.
        क्या समय समय पर सद्भावना सप्ताह मना कर अपने ग्राहकों से संवाद करनेवाली राज्य निगम की बस के ड्राईवर का यह व्यवहार उचित है? क्या कोई यात्री किसी आकस्मिक हालत में बस से बीच में नहीं उतर सकता है? “हाथ दाखवा बस थाम्बवा” जैसे घोष वाक्य विज्ञापित करके लोगों को अपनी और आकर्षित करनेवाले निगम का कर्मचारी किसी व्यक्ति की मजबूरी में किंचित भी सहायता नहीं कर सकता है?
        महोदय मैं बेहद ग्लानी भरे मन से आपको शिकायत कर रहा हूँ.. मेरा स्पष्ट मत है कि ऐसे ड्राईवर आपके पूरी निगम के लिए खतरा है और इन्हें सभ्य और व्यवहारी समाज में रहने का तरीका सिखाया जाना चाहिए.. कृपया मेरी शिकायत की दखल लें और ड्राईवर पर हुयी कार्यवाही की मुझे सूचना दें.. अन्यथा अपने सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए मुझे ग्राहक न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ेगा..

        I am traveling daily form Wai (Kenjal) to Pune, Bus Time is morning 7AM from Wai to 9.15am Pune Station, in past experience last six month back bus is coming on time &reaching by Swarget by 8.45 to 9 AM, form last six month daily this Bus coming late by 15 to 20 Mints, i already inform many times to ST controller & Manager . he agree on phone but daily bus is coming late, today this bus coming sawarget at 9.20AM, we are facing problem for office time, & its happened regularly form Driver & contender coming late .

        request to inform to the depo manger only request is that plz. send bus on proper time at 7AM.& good condition, .

          Dear sir,
          Few days back it had appeared in new paper that s. t employees along with family would come on road to prevent government from giving permission to mesi cap from thane to borivali.
          Even after rending 67 years of service you are not able to improve your service to passenger. who except basic needs from you as.
          1) thane depot to borivali bus to protect from sum & rain.
          2) trained staff to attain to passenger.
          3) controlled who is in position to give buses as per situation at depot (can divert buses always on round to see shortfall of buses on routes & not just slitting & signing conductor driver report)
          4) you hiring private buses for service on your third party job with your brand & ticket & management as lots of private buses are parked on roads can be utilized for benefit of passenger who can reach home & office comfortably.
          5) direct buses to borivali goes from mira road bridge this bus go through highway & delayed by 15 to 20 minutes due to 3 signal. if goes through road it reach early.
          You can think on this today at 8.15. i got in st bus. which was without conductor. there way one conductor available. who also gave ticket to bhiwandi bus this in new development. there were 3 buses fall waiting for ticket each bus took 30 to 40 minutes mean while local st left if this was inform people would have gone as there was no rush or controller could have asked local st conductor to punch ticket for one bus & then go with it as there was no rush.
          Now your buses without conductors problem is there are two fare rs 33 & 44. instead if you fix fare conductor can punch ticket prior to arrival of bus so at least 30 minutes are saved both of passenger as well as your playing time.
          So there are few small changes & increase your service.

            Hello!

            On 9th july 2016, i was travelling to ahmednagar by shivneri at around 10 am from shivajinagar (pune). i was alloted seat no 28, but because i have problems of sitting in the back seat (vomitting problem), i requested the ticket checker to allot me the front seat, (which is supposedly vip seat) and the tc told me to sit on it, as the seat was not alloted to anyone, even vip.

            By the time we reached to yerwada, the driver had already dodged many 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheelers and pedestrians, by almost killing them. when we reached yerwada, i went to the driver and requested him to drive slowly with caution, and wow, i was amazed to see the most rude as well as rash person almost hitting me. he was like shouting at the top most of his voice and asking me to get down of the bus.

            The tc at the yerwada bus stop also requested the driver to behave, but he was very rude. he even delayed the bus by 20 minutes and was acting very rude. after i told him sorry, for what i had requested him to do so, he started the bus.

            But honestly, it was my mistake, i should have actually got off the bus, because the driver was driving really very crazily. he drove the bus @ 120 kms per hour, whenever the road was empty, and also very rashly.

            When we got stuck in the traffic at shikrapur, the driver cursed me like anything, and was telling, because of me, the situation is like this.

            My complaint is, that msrtc should know what their driver's are doing and how they behave with passengers.

            My complaint is that, msrtc should kick out the driver (billa no. 22162) with immediate efect.

            If driver's like him are on duty, then let msrtc change the name of the bus service from shivneri to yamraaj express, so people will actually know, what they are entering into.

              Respected sir/madam,
              I, my friends or my family members always travel from mahad-borivali semi luxury bus - timing is 4:30 pm from mahad, conductor name - awsare, driver name - nadkar. This two person are always available for this bus. Driver drivers the bus too slow everytime like bullockcart. This problem is not only once it is about many times and because of this many ladies get problem since the bus reaches to the destination too late i. E. 12:30 am some time 01:00-1:30 am and after reaching at late night ladies face problem to reaching their home, ladies cant walk alone at late night to reach their home and the autos are also not available. Generally the time took from mahad to reach borivali is 5 to 5:30 hrs i. E. It should reach till 9:30 or 10:00 pm but they take almost 8 to 9 hours. And if we ask them why the driver is driving too slow then they always give reason that 5th gear is not working the same reason everytime and we ask them if the bus is taken from mahad depo then why didn't you check then they reply don't ask us, this is not our problem we are not taking salary of giving any answers to you. The ticket of this bus is so higher then the any other buses but the service is always worst.
              Last month the driver started the from mahad depo and travels till mahad highway which tooks 20 minutes after that he takes the bus back again to depo saying the 5th gear is not working we ask him to change the bus but the mechanic gave the same bus saying i have repaired it but again the driver drives to highway and he again brings all o[censored]s back for the same reason this is the another incident within the month.
              There are many students and working girls and boys from mahad who lived in mumbai so we are always traveling from mahad to mumbai on sunday but the problem is not solved yet and every sunday we are facing the worst condition.
              We request you to please take some action asap.

                I am a student daily travelling adul tq. Paithan to cidco aurangabad in this root, beed agar, latur agar, parali agar, solapur agar, ambojagai agar and other msrtc buses are travelling but the fair and stage difference in all the agars for example latur agar fair for night and ashied rs. 61, and other agar fair is rs. 46, it is very big difference for poor people are suffeed from so many days no any officer take the action on that issue all the styudent are farmer chield facing the problem and other passenger also sir it humble reuest to u prority basis take the strict action on that issue thanking you.

                  I travel several times by shivneri leaving from swargate at 6.00 am and going towards dadar east via chandni chowk.

                  The arrival time as per schedule at vanaj is 6.07 am. earlier the bus used to come by 6.15 am to vanaj stop. however recently i have been observing that the bus comes to vanaj around 6.45 am.

                  This being a rainy season there is heavy traffic on the expressway and in mumbai. this contributes to further delay. since the early morning bus is used for office/business visits this type of delay leads to considerable problems.

                  I request you to ensure that the bus proceeds as per scheduled timings to avoid inconvenience to the passengers.

                    This is regarding the 2 tickets booked on msrtc site for shivneri bus from andheri east to pune. the scheduled time was 7:30pm departure from borivali and was suppose to reach andheri by 8:03pm. however, we reached before time on the pickup point. after waiting for complete 1 hour (7:30-8:30). tried calling on the number shared on the website. but, it was highly disappointing noone was responding to the call.
                    At the same time we drafted mail for the same. it has been 3 days. no-one bothered to revert on mail or call after repeated attempts.

                        Attention

                        This is regarding very rash, life threating, care less and irresponsible driving from driver of msrtc bus mh 40 - y5769 on july 4th 2016while travelling from nagpur to wardha.
                        This driving was contoinusly blowing the horn through out the journey. He did not showed any respect towards other vehicles travelling on the road. There is drunken aggression in his driving without any care for life fellow passengers. Many two wheelers has to get down from road to save from rashness of driving. Driver was continusly listening songs from mobiles with headphones plugged in ears.

                        I was wondering how such person is allowed to drive the bus. Such person should not be allowed to drive the bus as many innocent life's will be at stake.
                        I request strict action against this driver and mechanism to evaluate driving capabilities for each driver to avoid any mishaps.

                          Hello,

                          This is to put into notice to you that, buses that are leaving from Murud Janjira Dist - Raigad towards Borivali (Mumbai) are into a worst state. We are paying for luxury white color buses but the buses are into really bad condition.
                          We are facing problems like leakage during rain inside the bus, very bad and dirty seats and broken glasses at drivers cabin. Please see attached photos. There are total 4 buses that are leaving from Murud towards Borivali and tho,
                          se buses are doing good business for MSRTC.
                          But on other hand buses that are going towards Swarghat are brand new buses and in total there are 5nos of buses towards Pune which are almost empty.
                          I want to know why we are facing this problems and are we paying less amount as compared to Pune?
                          Please resolve this issues regarding the buses that are moving towards Mumbai.

                            I would like to inform that conductor charged extra rs. 156 to me. As online shiveni bus fare charges shows 380+10=390 from swarget to boriwali. Today dated 22/06/2016 i have taken shivneri bus from aundh stand shivneri bus m7093 a88418 to gundavali andheri east. Conductor a b thombr took rs. 546 from me. When internet shivneri booking fare shows 380+10=390. I have just don't understand why did he took extra rs 156 from me. When other buses purple metrolink and neeta charge 350 to 400… this is huge amount.. When i have asked conductor he said i don't know anything u have to pay rs. 546.. Which i have paid as i was having option.. This is like government authorised buses openly cheating on us.. Expecting you would reply asap and solve my problems and return my excess charges.                               Dear sir/madam,

                              I had a reservation from swargate to baramti on[protected] at 8: pm but unfortunately i was not able to reach swargate, so i want to hadpsar before time.
                              There, i requested conductor to make the arrangements so that i can board the bus from hadapsar itself.
                              But when the bus reached hadapsar my seat was already allotted to another passenger, so i requested the conductor to allot me any seat available as i had to reach my destination on time.
                              But he dismissed my request & asked the driver to go ahead without me.
                              He threw my bus tickets & abused me.
                              This incident was very humiliating
                              The conductor absolutely has no sense of responsibility/humanity & communication what so ever.
                              I have to bear a loss because i wasnt allowed to board the bus for which i had a proper reservation.
                              Can you please answer me what is use of online reservation if the person cant board the bus with that ticket? & how come my seat was allotted to some one else?

                                I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune today early morning 14/06/16.
                                The normal volvo charges are from 350 -400 varies. But today I was charged Rs 446 by Shivneri Bus Conductor for a ticket already taken out before i arrived at spot like fixed charges as he mentioned to me. out of which I was not even tendered exact change at the time. Along with his rude behaviour I have to face this as well. Please take action on this asap as I need to see this every month while I travel between Pune and Mumbai.I travel from Chembur to Wakad

                                  I m travelling from dhule to nasik by non stop bus bus no mh14 bt 3338. Time 6.30pm date 8th june 2016. Where bus driver does not allowed to keep travelling bag in bus as bag is heavy n large so unable to keep in laugage compartment. Where driver allowed his relative to keep 8 cartoons in chember which r almost same size of bag.
                                  Hopefully maharastra state care n issues of passangers. Teach to drivers how to behaviour with passangers

                                    Pls revert back to old version of site

                                    2- Halt/stay on hotels for lunch or dinner in journey are the poorest but with high cost. why it is so?I doubt it seems like some fixing .

                                      Hello I am completing about your MSRTC SHIVNERI bus driver about his rush and unsafe driving to I hit by one msrtc bus near kharghar(Navi-Mumbai) toll Plaza he hit my car and trying to run but stopped him and I got his details and he is talking with me very aggressively and 1 conductor is talking with me in very bad word I told them I'll complent about his behavior but he says me aggressively "Do what you want I'll manage everything".

                                        Yesterday morning 11.00 am my family (4 members) was travelling from pune to nashik. It was a semi-luxury bus (Green bus). All charges paid in advance.

                                        The bus failed near sangamner. Msrtc had not made any alternative arrangements. The driver was not at all helpful. He asked them to go buy ordinary bus (Red bus) which was already full. He contacted 2-3 places but there was no response from msrtc to his own employee.

                                        After one & half hour he stopped one green bus which was also full. My family had to travel by standing. It was pathetic that a disabled senior citizen, ladies and kids had to travel standing after paying full amount.

                                        I want action taken against the driver and the concerned authority.
