Dear sir/madam,

I had a reservation from swargate to baramti on[protected] at 8: pm but unfortunately i was not able to reach swargate, so i want to hadpsar before time.
There, i requested conductor to make the arrangements so that i can board the bus from hadapsar itself.
But when the bus reached hadapsar my seat was already allotted to another passenger, so i requested the conductor to allot me any seat available as i had to reach my destination on time.
But he dismissed my request & asked the driver to go ahead without me.
He threw my bus tickets & abused me.
This incident was very humiliating
The conductor absolutely has no sense of responsibility/humanity & communication what so ever.
I have to bear a loss because i wasnt allowed to board the bus for which i had a proper reservation.
Can you please answer me what is use of online reservation if the person cant board the bus with that ticket? & how come my seat was allotted to some one else?

    I was travelling from Mumbai to Pune today early morning 14/06/16.
    The normal volvo charges are from 350 -400 varies. But today I was charged Rs 446 by Shivneri Bus Conductor for a ticket already taken out before i arrived at spot like fixed charges as he mentioned to me. out of which I was not even tendered exact change at the time. Along with his rude behaviour I have to face this as well. Please take action on this asap as I need to see this every month while I travel between Pune and Mumbai.I travel from Chembur to Wakad

      Dear sir
      I m travelling from dhule to nasik by non stop bus bus no mh14 bt 3338. Time 6.30pm date 8th june 2016. Where bus driver does not allowed to keep travelling bag in bus as bag is heavy n large so unable to keep in laugage compartment. Where driver allowed his relative to keep 8 cartoons in chember which r almost same size of bag.
      Hopefully maharastra state care n issues of passangers. Teach to drivers how to behaviour with passangers

        site graphics layout is poor; also no response on site to book a ticket
        The previous screens/Webpages and all things were very good till May end.. Now all things are changed.

        Pls revert back to old version of site

        2- Halt/stay on hotels for lunch or dinner in journey are the poorest but with high cost. why it is so?I doubt it seems like some fixing .

          Hello I am completing about your MSRTC SHIVNERI bus driver about his rush and unsafe driving to I hit by one msrtc bus near kharghar(Navi-Mumbai) toll Plaza he hit my car and trying to run but stopped him and I got his details and he is talking with me very aggressively and 1 conductor is talking with me in very bad word I told them I'll complent about his behavior but he says me aggressively "Do what you want I'll manage everything".
          Drivers Details are as follows :
          Date : 5/6/2016
          Incident Time : approx 4 pm
          Bus Route : BORIVALI - SWARGATE.

          Driver name : N.S.Bansode.

          So I request you to take proper legal action against Driver for unsafe driving and Coundctor for his arrogant behavior On road.

            Yesterday morning 11.00 am my family (4 members) was travelling from pune to nashik. It was a semi-luxury bus (Green bus). All charges paid in advance.

            The bus failed near sangamner. Msrtc had not made any alternative arrangements. The driver was not at all helpful. He asked them to go buy ordinary bus (Red bus) which was already full. He contacted 2-3 places but there was no response from msrtc to his own employee.

            After one & half hour he stopped one green bus which was also full. My family had to travel by standing. It was pathetic that a disabled senior citizen, ladies and kids had to travel standing after paying full amount.

            I want action taken against the driver and the concerned authority.

              This is irfan kasam karbari.
              All india president of : maharastra united secular association (Ngo).
              Their is no bus after 8pm for burondi fron dapoli. When mumbai dapoli reach to dapoli at 8.30pm then how people will travel till burondi.
              So my request is to start one more bus for burondi at 9pm. And make same bus to move mumbai from burondi eg burondi dapoli mumbai.
              This is request from m. U. S. A (Ngo)
              Hope m. S. R. T. C will take action on our application.

                Hotel green view near khardi kasara
                Is absolutely dirty...
                No veg non veg board clearly written as per rules.
                Using same spoon to serve veg and non veg..
                Msrtc need to raise their standard and should select good place... Poor or reach every one needs good hygiene...

                The people at the hotel says... Let it be what we can do... Nothing is in our hand...
                Etc. Etc...
                No complaint register is found there in the hotel.
                Msrtc should have control or can demand all required hygiene from the hotels... Finally they are giving business to these hotels...

                  I am amit Koli passanger standing in Panvel depot & i have 3 resrvation for waiting bus mumbai to narayangaon on 21 st may 2016. From 8.30 to 10.30 however no one take responsibility in Panvel depot what is status of this bus. After 1.30 hrs they give a number of Mumbai central depot & after calling in depot the contact person says bus arriving from mumbai central depot at 9.00 am however the bus timing from Mumbai central depot is 7.am . what is mscrtc system. This is absolutely redicules.

                    Dear sir

                    Today dated 21st may 2016 about 1.30 a. M i was waiting for st bus for dombivli at panvel st depot, around 2.15 a. M one st bus came named chandgadh-kalyan (Bus no - mh-20 bl 2456, as i know it has a stop for dombivli. I went for board but conducter denied to take dombivli passengers by talking rude manners.
                    After doing so many requests as like beggar he allows us to board. Conducter also refuse to tell his name and badge number by saying 'naahi sangnar je karayche te karun ghya', there was no any badge attached with his uniform.
                    Sir, from our childhood i have very decent image of 'my st'.
                    But as like such staff i have hurted lot.
                    So, request you to please look in the matter and he should be advised not to repeat such cruel things further.

                      From panvel to kalyan with bus name alibaug pen kalyan number mh.12. Ef 6597..
                      When t. C. Come to me he saw my camera bag on seat.. Then he said why u put ur bag here i said my seat is tottaly empty so i keep it here... Then he say loudly keeep it on your head.. This is not the way he taliing with customers.. I really love to travell with st.. But here is some bad experiences.. Still i dont want to fired that man but... He have to teach how to talk..

                        आदरणीय साहेब यवतमाळ आगार येथुन यवतमाळ ते धामणगाव चालनाऱ्या बसेस वेळेवर कधीच चालत नाही यात चालक व वाहक हलगरजी पणा करतात प्रवाशांन सोबत ऊद्धटपणाने वागतात यवतमाळ येथे रेल्वे स्थानक नसल्याने धामणगाव येथे जावे लागतात त्यामुळे बऱ्याचशा बसेस रेल्वे च्या वेळेनुसार आहे तरीही बसेस वेळेवर सुटत नाही तसेच धामणगाव येथून आपल्या वेळेच्या आगोदरच बसेस सुटतात यावर आपण कारवाई करावी ही विनंती

                          I have booked a ticket for 9th may, 2016 boarding
                          From goregaon east police station and departure time
                          From boarding point was 6:20am. Bus starts at 6am
                          From borivali for swargate, pune. I have shared booking
                          E-reservation details at the end of this, please refer.

                          We were waiting for the bus at the boarding point
                          Ince 6am at the boarding point (Msrtc sign board) in the morning.
                          Also, while booking the ticket we had confirmed at the msrtc site itself
                          That whether the bus halts at goregaon east police station or not. It
                          Was clearly mentioned that msrtc has a stop at goregaon east police station

                          Apart from this, as a final confirmation
                          We called so many times at[protected]Borivali msrtc)
                          Tarting from 6:15am, 6:20am till 7am at the interval of 5mins
                          But that guy was not ready to help out on this. He just said
                          That bus is about to come please wait. He had no idea about the bus,
                          From where the bus originates, at what time, which are the stops, etc
                          When we asked more question on this, he put our call on hold and after few secs
                          Call gets automatically disconnected. When i asked his name
                          He said why do you want my name and starts shouting without any reason
                          I mean what the hell is this. Govt. Authorised hai so you people can do
                          Whatever the you want.

                          I will reach out to higher autority (Hon. Shri. Divakar raote) starting from shri. S. D, mainhallikar
                          If no action taken on this. So many people have complaint regarding the same concern, but still no action
                          Has been taken on this. If you wont believe just go through google once.

                          MSRTC — No proper bus service

                          Device between thane and Bhiwandi is not properly managed. In peak hours there are few or no busses whereas in non peak hours there are busses available with very limited occupancy.

                          MSRTC — Refund not received

                          Refund not received for cancellation of one of the journey between mulund to swargate ( to & return journey on 24/09/2015 were cancelled, refund of only one journey received)

                          MSRTC — Money deducted but did not get reservation

                          Sir, on 13 sept 2015 we applied for 12 oct reservation.ticet charges Rs 584 from my accounts of Bank of maharashtra has been deducted but i did not get resevation. You requested to look in to the matter and credit the amount to my a/c.

                          MSRTC — NO BUS AVAILABLE FROM BORIVALI TO AKOLE

                            I went to book reservation tickets for family to travel from ratnagiri to dombivli in dombivli depot, located in midc dombivli.
                            I went to office at 1.40 pm on 11th may 2016. The timings displayed on the board where 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. They had put a handwritten note with timings 12.00 to 1.30 as lunch time. When i requested for the ticket booking, he said me that i have to wait till 2.00 pm. I asked him, that go as per your timings displayed on board, he arrogantly said, do whatever you want to do, i will not book tickets till 2.00 pm.
                            Date 8-May-16, Shivneri Bus which was supposed to depart at 6:00 am, had left at 5:30 am itself. We reached the Shivaji Nagar bus stop at 5:40 am & the person at the ticket counter said that the Bus time is 5:30 from last 1 and a half years and it is mentioned incorrectly on the official website.

                            MSRTC — About compulsory print out of ticket

                            As in indian rail way, they do not required print out of tickets to save the paper. Msrtc should start that policy because one sms will beneficial than print out of ticket. So msrtc should start sms policy of ticket.

                            MSRTC — Txn failure ,amt debited in credit card

                            Trip no RNTG0012762. TXN NO DHDF[protected]. Ticket no 22140759. Txn amt 2160.42. Txn date 4/9/2015 this Txn is debited in hdfc credit card no [protected] but this Txn is failure. Pls credit this amt

                            MSRTC — About the maintenance of maha. bus

                            MH 20 2649 lm travelling into this bus from pune to jalgaon . Rain water is leaking into the bus on the seats . Many passengers are standing into the bus, is it the yourgood service ?

                                I have booked AC Shivneri - Mumbai Central Online ticket on 05.05.2016 from Pune Swargate to Maitri Park Chembur Mumbai at 7.30 AM.
                                However till 8 AM there was no any bus for Mumbai Central. Attendent at Swargate was telling that bus will come.At 8 AM they announced to go Mumbai Central Passengers with Dadar Shivenri bus accomodating available seats.
                                If Mumbai Central bus was having 8-10 reservations online, how they can cancell the bus. Finally Dadar bus left at 45 mintes delay.
                                I came to know that other passengers having online booking at Chandani chowk and wakad of Mumbai Central bus were already sent by other buses.

                                Return Journey experience was terrible.

                                I have booked return journey onlien ticket of Borivli Swargate Shivenri of 5.30 pm. As per schedule this bus was supposed to reach Maitri Park at 6.35 PM. However till 8 pm this bus has not reched Maitri Park. However I have requested attendent to accomodate me in another bus. He told me that as i have booked online ticket I would not get accomodated in another shivneri bus ( having vacant seats). Till 8 PM this bus has not arrived . I took another bus at extra cost and reached finally at 11.30.

                                I dont understand that in morning journey they can accomodate passengers in different bus however during evening journey they have denied.

                                This is very bad experience with Shivneri after paying handsome money.

                                  I booked Borivali to Swargate, Pune Shivneri bus via powai on 6th may. It was a 5pm bus and supposed to reach Powai at 5:30 pm. As this is the new route we wanted to confirm the exact stop and called the toll free number and Borivali Nancy bus stop several times but the phone was never picked up though it was ringing for long. So we waited at Hiranandani bus stop after the signal till 7:30 pm and the bus never turned up. I had to drop my travel plans. I had booked the tIcket online, and now I am not able to cancel the same. I want the refund back as the bus never came. Please do let me know the procedure and way forward.

                                    I'm travelling to Mumbai by Shivaneri . 5 minutes after leaving pune, the AC didn't work. driver said IIt will be started within 10 mins..but through out the journey it didn't restart. The conductor was answerless. We called the officer Mr. Shaikh, but he talked roughly with one of the passangers. The ticket price is Rs. 516..We requested to return at least half amount. but Shaikh instructed the conductor not to give money back.
                                    so the bus conditions and the people working for MSRTC both are DUMB and useless. that is why India can't compete with other countries. I know that NO ONE will look at my complaint, but still I'm submitting it.

                                      List of complaints -
                                      1.ST conductor did not even seen for the reserved passenger.
                                      2.Driver ran the vehicle without picking the passenger.

                                      3.After the ST passed from the Kamothe stop we got local panvel ST after 10-12 minutes.We inquired about this ST but they said it is left.So i catch the Narayangaon ST & catch the Reserved Jambut ST in Talegaon Depo & i asked the conductor for why they left without picking the reserved passengers.He say sorry we did not seen you & requested us to now come.
                                      From our 3 passengers our 1 passenger we send to this ST bus.He ask me for Print copy but i shown him the my ID card along with the soft copy on mobile.But he said he want print copy.I said it is not compulsory in today's world.We just want to show the SMS or the soft copy but he demand us the print copy.Then he called some one.But due to me i don't want to waste the time of other peoples so demanded his mobile number & said i will send you the SMS.My other bus also a started to left so i said carry our 1 passenger who have his ID card with her.Their bus & our bus left but later i seen that reserved persons also he have taken money for ticket.
                                      4.I tried to complain this matter with Manchar ST Depot but they said do this complaint in Parel Depot.

                                        मी आज मुंबई- नंदूरबार बसने ठाण्याहून भिवंडीला आलो. ठाणे भिवंडी बसचे भाडे २६ रुपये आहे. परंतु नंदुरबारच्या बस वाहकाने माझ्याकडून ३२रुपये घेतले. त्याला या बाबत विचारणा केली असता एस.टी. चा गोंधळ लक्षात आला. पूर्वी मुंबईचे भिवंडी पर्यंतचे भाडे ५६ रुपये होते ते आता ६२रुपये झाले आहे व हा फरक भरून काढण्यासाठी ६रुपये सरचार्ज वसूल केला जातो. भिवंडीबाबत तसे नही. त्यामुळे प्रवाशांना नाहक भुर्दंड सहन करावा लागतो. माझे तिकीट नंबर ०००७२१ ४/५/२०१६ ८:४६:२० व ०००७२२ ४/५/२०१६ ८:४६:३४ हे अनुक्रमे २६रुपये व ६रुपये [Extra / Surcharge Bhiwandi ] असे आहेत.
                                        तरी यावर तातडीने कार्यवाही करून ठाणा - भिवंडी प्रवाशांसाठी तिकीट दर २६रुपये करावा.
                                        I m travelling from wardha to hinganghat and on in this route there is not enough bus to passenger ...I m requesting to pls increase bus service on this route, passenger is suffering problem because of this...
                                        Rajur - Pune ST Bus not allowed passengers from Alephata to peth and forced to leave bus at manchar.

                                        Time was 7.30 pm at manchar.

                                        Passenger s are a woman with her 6 years child.
