Hello, I am travelling by Shivneri since past many years but this time I faced hell lot of problems. I was travelling to Borivali from Bremen chowk (reservation ticket no.[protected] with my wife and 3 yrs old son on 23.03.2016. Our bus departure time was 5.30pm. Unfortunately due to traffic jam (1st time only), we reached late that day and the bus was departed in front of our eyes. We tried to stop it and requested local MSRTC person. He told that he will adjust in next Borivali bus. However, he did not kept his word. He was arrogant and kept us waiting for 2.5 hrs. My kid was very much disturbed and tired as there is no sitting arrangement there and the area is full of mosquitoes. Finally he told us to take new tickets. I also requested him to drop us at Panvel or Dadar (as we have relatives there) and will manage to travel further. He denied that request also and suggested us to travel next day. After waiting for long time for last Borivali bus (which finally did not come), I was so much frustrated that I booked ticket in Neeta Volvo and reached Borivali at 1am midnight.
The overall experience was so much depressing. Now I have decided not to do reservation as everyday all Shivneri buses comes minimum 1 hr late (and its 24x7). But this problem is from Pune to Mumbai. While returning from Nancy colony (Borivali) to Bremen chowk, that shivneri departed sharp at its time. In such rearly yet genuine cases, when kids are with you MSRTC should give consideration to
By this way MSRTC is loosing their regular customers.
I request to refund my Rs.1030 amount (for one way journey) or one way free ticket to Mumbai at the earliest and oblige. I have also attached copy of the ticket for ready reference.
