    Hi msrctc,
    I had very bad service & rigid behaviour from msrctc shivajinagar pune depot staff. I had booking on ordinary bus as per online system that bus was available to book but when i arrived at depot bus was not scheduled and even depot staff did not adjust with other seats in different bus. I finally pay extra fair for ticket and went to nasik(Home). However i am ordinary travller from pune to nasik since 4 years but these kind of behaviour is worse. I will share this experience on social media and will recommend not to book from mstctc website

      Time of traveling- 9 to 10:30 (From bhandara to nagpur)
      I was traveling from bhandara to nagpur
      I noticed that conductor was misbehaving with people for change while giving ticket.
      But it's common i ignor it. After that he stops a but in front of pragati collage bhandara for a leady who was sit in the bus from bhandara bus stop. Conductor didn't asked that leady for ticket also.
      After that he stopped bud at borgaon stoping of bus is not allowed on the nagpur highway. After that going from mauda to nagpur conductor wascontinuously slipping up to pardi.
      And at last while bus entered in to nagpur instade of turning from hb town bus was going through root so i asked conductor "why bus is going through this root"
      He replied in marathi
      "tulye samjte ka malye be bus roj ethunch jate"
      I was shok.
      I wanted to stop at jagnade squar in nagpur so i asked him for that.
      Again he replied rudely in marathi
      "maya peksha jasti tulech mahit ahe tr tuch ghanti marun utrun jajo"
      So that i m complaining about that conductor to the management to take strick action against conductor.

        Poor service starting from booking a ticket at ticket counter.
        I travel from pune to kolhapur.
        Many times [almost everytime] the bus has some or the other problem like
        1-bus is dirty, dusty & also having cockroaches.
        2-bus has technical problems so it gets stops in between the journey,
        3- 4:30 hours journey takes 6 hours sometime,
        4- Even though bus takes one stop, the place where it stops is very dirty n not having a basic facility of clean toilets.
        5- Drivers stop the bus wherever they like.
        6- Complaint numbers are not reachable easily and if they are connected no proper response & support is provided.
        7- While doing online booking many time the transaction fails and the refund process takes more time.
        8- No surety of Safety & Security of person(specially ladies) as well as their luggage.
        9- Arrogant drivers & conductors.
        10- No risk management process in place( in case of bus fails due to technical issue in it).

        If customer is paying more money by considering it as semi-luxury bus then they have the right to get some basic facilities which semi-luxury kind of buses usually have or as stated above.

        If Msrtc cant give proper service then they should reduce the ticket charges.

          Hello, I am travelling by Shivneri since past many years but this time I faced hell lot of problems. I was travelling to Borivali from Bremen chowk (reservation ticket no.[protected] with my wife and 3 yrs old son on 23.03.2016. Our bus departure time was 5.30pm. Unfortunately due to traffic jam (1st time only), we reached late that day and the bus was departed in front of our eyes. We tried to stop it and requested local MSRTC person. He told that he will adjust in next Borivali bus. However, he did not kept his word. He was arrogant and kept us waiting for 2.5 hrs. My kid was very much disturbed and tired as there is no sitting arrangement there and the area is full of mosquitoes. Finally he told us to take new tickets. I also requested him to drop us at Panvel or Dadar (as we have relatives there) and will manage to travel further. He denied that request also and suggested us to travel next day. After waiting for long time for last Borivali bus (which finally did not come), I was so much frustrated that I booked ticket in Neeta Volvo and reached Borivali at 1am midnight.
          The overall experience was so much depressing. Now I have decided not to do reservation as everyday all Shivneri buses comes minimum 1 hr late (and its 24x7). But this problem is from Pune to Mumbai. While returning from Nancy colony (Borivali) to Bremen chowk, that shivneri departed sharp at its time. In such rearly yet genuine cases, when kids are with you MSRTC should give consideration to
          By this way MSRTC is loosing their regular customers.
          I request to refund my Rs.1030 amount (for one way journey) or one way free ticket to Mumbai at the earliest and oblige. I have also attached copy of the ticket for ready reference.

          Today Osmanabad Solapur non stop bus timing7.00 pm but due to conducter working procedure it started 7.30 pm .

            I am currently travelling by MSRTC bus no MH 14 BT 4893.

            This is an extra bus provided by MSRTC for the commuters like us who had no reservation so first of all I am very thankful for t service.

            But here I would like to make you notice that, usually bus takes only one stop @ Indraprasth, Near Narayangaon,
            But this bus took two stops.
            1. Unauthorized stop of 15-20 mins just before Chandanapuri Ghat

            2. Authorized stop Indraprasth, again for around 35 mins.

            This is not the proper service we look for and I request you to please tale necessary action to avoids such situations in future as I am very frequent round trip commuter from Pune to Nasik.

              Today on 27 April, Iam traveling from Manchar To Vashi by ST bus Narayangaon To Parel Bus no.MH-20 BL 2466.Bus arrived at Manchar alraday about 10-12 min.late.then Driver taken around 10-15 min halt at Manchar.10 min halt at Rajgurunagar, 25 min.halt at Talegaon.
              Each time bus driver take an more time halt at each bus stations also driving bus at around 40-50 speed on road .Due to that bus Departed from Narayangaon at 10.15 am it takes to reach at Vashi 15.40 pm.
              So I hereby request you ask necessary explanation & take disciplinary action against such Time pass doing Bus Driver.

                As I can see, there is hardly any chance of this compliant being resolved but I need to bring this issue to your notice. I am a passenger who uses your Ac bus facility (Shivneri) because no other state transport buses are diverted from Aundh (Pune) which is very inconvenient at times for many residents as the ac bus charges are not affordable to all as it is presumed. I was travelling in the bus which starts from Pune railway Station to Dadar east on 21st March 2016 at 6.15 am.
                We pay such high charges for a short journey to Navi Mumbai (where I normally get down) but the kind of service we got today when the Tire of the bus I was traveling in burst near Lonavla, is unacceptable. Firstly, there being no helper in the bus with the driver it was impossible to change the tire. Secondly, two of the passing by Shivneris dint stop seeing all the passengers out on the road. There was no coordination whatsoever and some o[censored]s who have offices to attend had to get into a Shivneri which stopped and go all the way STANDING to Mumbai.
                I just need you to understand that there were aged people and few like me who had offices to attend. Kindly provide for backup in such situations or maybe a helper in the bus.
                I am always at loss for booking Shivneri as its expensive, comes atleast 30 mins late to the stated time and is just becomes helpless in such situation!
                A very Bad rating!!!

                  Bus failed at lonavala. At 8.30 pm. We have to spend 200 per head. No arrangement made by company. Plese refund our amount of 480.

                    Today at 7 :15 pm the bus has not stop on the akash Wani chowk jalgaon though every bus is standing daily on this stop near about 15 to 20 shouting at bus and running at bus, bus was empty still the bus has not stop apart this looking after this traffic police also giving the whistle still he did stop kindly take necessary action this .

                      I am raising an compliant against conductor of bus travelling from Shivagi nagar, Pune to baroda. This incident happened on 11/03/2016 at 6pm when my family member(lady) was travelling from Shivagi nagar to go to Nasik. Bus got delayed due to some issues and started at around 6.45pm. She was given the seat next to conductor and after some time this conductor started bad behavior with her by touching at annoying places and abused her.
                      I want "Serious Action" to be taken place against this issue.

                        The conductor (route no:491L) during night around 9PM, denying to issue ticket. when I asked for the reason, he only accepts 100 rupee notes not above that. Also, said a ridiculous answer: he is not able to identify whether a given 500 note is authentic or not. when i asked him to read the instructions on my mobile to identify the correct note, he said he doesn't want to do so. What the hell is he talking about, I was stunned for a while listening to his answers. at that time it is frustrated and disgusting behavior from the employee. An action should be taken against such ruthless, irresponsible employee and suspend them or provide them a tool that evaluates the validity of currency notes.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I am regular tthree month pass holder for bus from Dodi Budruk to Sinnar and from Sinnar to Nasik Road. I was travelling by bus no.MH07-9113 (Nasik to Ahmednagar) of Tarakpur Bus Depo on 27/2/2016 at 12.30 p.m. from Sinnar to Dodi Budruk.
                                As i am three month pass holder, I was showing my pass NO. P[protected] (for ordinary) and and requesting for the difference ticket as the bus was semi luxary. Conductor Shri Karale R.G. refused and and asked to take full bus ticket. Actually Dodi Budruk is a rural area. Another all bus conductors of semi luxury buses are used to give difference ticket.
                                As he forced me to take full ticket, and taken full ticket amount.

                                I was harassed and my prepaid pass for that day was refused by the MSRTC.

                                So, Please do necessary and hope I will get my money back and the conductor will be penalised and punished so that another customers will not get harassed.

                                  I was travelling from pune to aurangabad and my luggage was kept in locker in shivneri when I reached aurangabad my luggage was missing..
                                  The driver told we are not responsible for luggage.in the ticket it was not mentioned anything about the luggage ..The driver had not locked the bus trunk ..due to which I lost my luggage..no where in the bus was mentioned that passengers are responsible for their luggage..

                                    I have travelled from Pune to Aurangabad by Shivneri 23:30pm on 13/02/2016.
                                    Ticket rate was Rs.625.
                                    I paid 700 Rs But conductor returned me only 70 Rs.
                                    & with many passengers this happened..
                                    He was given a reason that he was not having change & he looked all passengers 5Rs..

                                      It is observed that maharastra St buses are uncessarily stays for breakfast. Even though the travel distance is short e.g. Pune shirdi or Pune shrirampur. The buses are haulted at dhabas situated at supa which is barely 90 km from Pune. Maximum buses are route through shirur. The haulting time is not less than30 minutes. For night journey buses haulting can be acceptable but buses running in morning are really unnecessary. Many passengers has to attend the duties at ahmednagar & this haulting causes them to suffer from delays which can be avoided.

                                        I waiting on Talegaon Dabhade ST stand from last 1 hour for radar bus at from 7.00am. And still after 8am depot manager said no driver available...

                                        Please change your **** system...
                                        That's why msrtc all people payment is less. Because of no customer service & no customer satisfaction...
