I travelled to route Dhule to Shindkheda on date 3rd Jan 2o16 having Bus no MH 20 D 8431 while I have seen the worst seeting arrangement in Bus. Many of seets are totally 100% damaged while others are partially. Bus is from the Shindkheda (Nandurbar). I have tried to contact bus depo manager in shindkheda ST stand but not getting affirmative response. Kindly have a look ASAP because damaged bus traveled all over from past year....

I had my reservation for the semi luxury Hirkani bus from Bremen chowk Today afternoon at 4 PM. The bus was to leave swargate at 3:45 PM. At 4 when i asked the person in the stall of MSRTC he said Hirkani bus does not come by this route. On 24th December 2015, The Shivaneri bus SWARGATE to SOLAPUR which was expected to arrive at 17:30 did not arrive even after 20:00. (waited for 2.5 hours) Hence I request you to refund my amount. R/s sir, I am Umesh Patil servicing in Jalgaon, and daily suffered from jalgaon to dhondkheda bus, But the total management system in the jalgaon (khandesh) its totally unsatiesfied. Why there is no MSRTC bus stop available at Baner in Pune???? Why Baner peoples are made to go to Hinjawadi or Wakad Bus stops to catch the buses????? Why MSRTC not looking in the the issue????? We had booked (Me and my wife) a MSRTC bus from Mumbai (Borivali) to Pune (Swargate). My ticket No. 23152038
- Our pick up point was from Kandivali Samtanagar Police Station and drop point was at Wakad Indira College.
