Respected Sir,
I am regular tthree month pass holder for bus from Dodi Budruk to Sinnar and from Sinnar to Nasik Road. I was travelling by bus no.MH07-9113 (Nasik to Ahmednagar) of Tarakpur Bus Depo on 27/2/2016 at 12.30 p.m. from Sinnar to Dodi Budruk.
As i am three month pass holder, I was showing my pass NO. P[protected] (for ordinary) and and requesting for the difference ticket as the bus was semi luxary. Conductor Shri Karale R.G. refused and and asked to take full bus ticket. Actually Dodi Budruk is a rural area. Another all bus conductors of semi luxury buses are used to give difference ticket.
As he forced me to take full ticket, and taken full ticket amount.

I was harassed and my prepaid pass for that day was refused by the MSRTC.

So, Please do necessary and hope I will get my money back and the conductor will be penalised and punished so that another customers will not get harassed.

    I was travelling from pune to aurangabad and my luggage was kept in locker in shivneri when I reached aurangabad my luggage was missing..
    The driver told we are not responsible for luggage.in the ticket it was not mentioned anything about the luggage ..The driver had not locked the bus trunk ..due to which I lost my luggage..no where in the bus was mentioned that passengers are responsible for their luggage..

      I have travelled from Pune to Aurangabad by Shivneri 23:30pm on 13/02/2016.
      Ticket rate was Rs.625.
      I paid 700 Rs But conductor returned me only 70 Rs.
      & with many passengers this happened..
      He was given a reason that he was not having change & he looked all passengers 5Rs..

        It is observed that maharastra St buses are uncessarily stays for breakfast. Even though the travel distance is short e.g. Pune shirdi or Pune shrirampur. The buses are haulted at dhabas situated at supa which is barely 90 km from Pune. Maximum buses are route through shirur. The haulting time is not less than30 minutes. For night journey buses haulting can be acceptable but buses running in morning are really unnecessary. Many passengers has to attend the duties at ahmednagar & this haulting causes them to suffer from delays which can be avoided.

          I waiting on Talegaon Dabhade ST stand from last 1 hour for radar bus at from 7.00am. And still after 8am depot manager said no driver available...

          Please change your **** system...
          That's why msrtc all people payment is less. Because of no customer service & no customer satisfaction...

            Dear Team,

            I gave Rs. 102/- to conductor for ticket fare of Rs. 22/-
            ( Kasarvadavali to Borivali Station). Conductor told me that he is not
            having Rs. 80 as change.

            Later on I asked again for refund but conductor told that he got the
            change but he needs for safety and will return at Borivali Depot.

            At Borivali station, When we get down tried to search him but he was
            not in depot office ( Might be gone for washroom) but waited for ten
            minutes & then went because getting late for office work.

            I do hereby attaching the Ticket of the same .

            Kindly do the needful.

              I have been waiting since thee hour...but still no bus available to me for zari jamni villege in yavatmal district...wats going on?????

                I was traveling from Sakoli to Amaravati by abovementioned bus of gondia to Amaravati. Bus conductor TN Shahare was on duty, instead of serving people, he was talking rudely, which tantamount to violation of Article 21 of constitution of India which ensures right to life with dignity. Furthermore, he was chewing tobacco which maligns image of MSRTC and ultimately State of Maharashtra of which I'm proud gazatted officer. I hope concerned authorities look into the matter.

                  It seems like driver and conductors of MSRTC BUS travelling from HYDERABAD, don't know the shifted bus stop at MEHDIPATNAM, HYDERABAD. They know only to take full of stomach FOOD at zaheerabad DHABA But they don't want to take the passengers in the bus. Please keep in mind one thing, here Maharashtra people do live in HYDERABAD also. Today I had shown my hand to driver to stop the bus at mehdipatnam, driver saw me but did not stop the bus. HYDERABAD-OSMANABAD BUS leaving at 11.00 in the morning from hyderabad. If I met with that driver. I will certainly teach him a lesson.

                    I am working in Pune and I travel to Borivali (Mumbai) every Friday. I come back to Pune every Monday. I am one of those regular weekend Travellers who use the Shivneri. I travel every Friday from Breman Chowk to Borivali Nancy Colony. I book my tickets online.

                    Last Friday on 22nd January I had booked the 6:30 PM bus from Swargate to Borivali. I was waiting for 3 long hours from 6:30 to 9:30 PM.

                    After 3 hours we were informed that the 6:30PM and 7:30PM buses were clubbed with the 8:30PM bus which finally came to Breman Chowk at 9:30 PM.

                    All borivali passengers of 6:30PM and 7:30PM were waiting and no one information was passed by SWargate officials that these 2 buses were cancelled. Even the on duty conductor at Breman Chowk had no information from the Swargate officials.

                    This is becoming a regular routine. When there are less passengers in 6:30PM or/and 7:30PM buses they are abruptly cancelled or merged with another bus.

                    MSRTC Shivneri buses have a reputation of being always on time irrespective if the buses are 100% occupied are NOT. They leave the depot at the time they are scheduled. This reputation is fasting loosing ground. People are left without infomation. Even after calling multiple times in the Depot we do not get a proper answer.

                    Earlier I had another experience where the 6:30 PM bus never arrived and then when the 7:30 PM bus came he somehow accomated us in that bus. When the bus halted for break at Lonavala, we met the 6:30 PM bus conductor there. When we asked why the 6:30 PM bus did not come at the Breman chowk, he said he was instructed by the depot manager to take it from another route and skip the Breman Chowk stop due to traffic? How absurd was this answer. I told him there were 5-6 passengers waiting and they never informed the on station breman chowk conductor. He said he is following as instructed by Depot.

                    I think there is something drastically wrong going on at Swargate Depot especially for the weekend Shivneri Buses. Please investigate and I hope this will not cause any Inconvenience to the Passengers.

                      I had reserved a bus seat for Kolhapur-Swargate bus, the details of which are as follows:
                      Trip No : PNEM0007194
                      Ticket No: 23682341
                      Date of journey: 27/01/2016
                      Bus type: semi-luxury
                      Departure time from Kolhapur: 5:00 Hrs
                      Boarding Point: Karad Naka.

                      I was at my stop, when the bus driver did not bother to stop the bus at the stop. When I called the Kolhapur depot, I was blown away saying it is driver's mistake and we cannot do anything.
                      How can they be so irresponsible. People do not reserve tickets to see such stupid things early morning. This exploitation should stop. Such incidences have happened earlier with many. And they still continue. This is such a shameless thing for MSRTC!
                      I want my ticket amount to be refunded and the person responsible for this to be punished badly!

                        The bus is part of semi luxury service provided by MSRTC for transport from Pune to Aurangabad . On date of 23rd Jan 2016, bus no MH 06 S 8369 was provided for transport of 9am. The condition of bus was worst. It seem like one of the oldest bus ever.
                        If the special services are provided, the corporation should make sure that bus conditions are upto the mark. The cost of this semi luxury services are more than normal bus services. And so the condition should be better. Seats of the bus were old and dirty. Nothing was even remotely luxurious about it. This bus must be discarded from semi luxury trips

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          Today on 22 nd January 2016, I travelled from Sinnar to Nasik by MSRTC bus. (Ticket is attached herewith for reference)

                          It was very painful experience by the treatment given by lady conductor – S M Adsul[protected], when I asked 1 rupee change back. Ticket fair was Rs. 29/- & I had given Rs. 30 /-

                          She has told that she will give afterwards while getting down at my stop. While getting down when I asked for my 1 rupee, since she was using headphone & listening songs on mobile, she can’ t hear me & when I urged again she removed headphone & she was laughing on me. When I again asked for 1 rupee she started commenting on me. When I requested again she raised voice. When I raised voice she started using bad words. (Marathi madhe Shivya dilya).

                          This is very painful experience & very bad treatment by this lady conductor.

                          I kindly request you please look into the matter and ask this lady conductor to behave mannerly with passenger. Ask her to not use mobile headphone on duty to listen songs.

                          Finally She gave me one rupee, but the way she treated & behaved is wrong. Also How she can use mobile / headphone on duty.
                          Please provide a feedback. Many passengers have same experience of bad treatment by this conductor.

                            Today I boarded on msrtc vehicle number MH 06 S 8013 from Gondia to Tumsar and I took the seat beside of driver as I m comfortable with this one but driver and conductor make me to leave the seat without giving any reason in front of passengers. Feeling very insulting and hope u'll take an appropriate action.

                              I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads in my locality, Our Area Nardas Nagar to Tembhiapada, Bhandup west, Mumbai-400078. There is no smooth run for the transport. The buses, trucks, cars, three-wheelers all and two-wheelers have to halt after every five-six minutes, just to adjust with the road breaks and pits.There is always a traffic problem on the roads.I request you to get the roads constructed/repaired without any further delay. The cement blocks are not comfortable for drive. We would like to inform first to our area corporator but everyone knows that they didn't take initially at all. We want to cement concrete road because will drive safely.

                                Had booked shivneri bus ticket from Thane to swargate on 10th. January 2016, boarding point was Nerul Fata, the bus was leaves at 9:00 am and was mentioned on site that it reaches nerul at 9:15, we reached at 9, and the bus still doesn't arrive for the next 1 n half hour. The other shivneri bus also doesn't allow to travel inntheir bus, inspite of having seat vacant. The conductor at nerul stop also requested the bus driver to take us in, still no use, Msrtc is very ignorant about the valuable time of their passengers

                                  I was travel on Sunday, 01, 2016. I am in too trouble because of MSRTC bus slowness. That bus took 6 hrs instead of 3 hrs from Umbrej(Satara) to Swargate(pune).So I can not reach on time at my home. I was reach at home 2 am(Monday) instead of 11pm(Sunday).The bus was from "Radhanagari Depot(Kolhapur)", people get bored and ask to the bus driver and conductor but they said bus speed is lock on 40 km/hrs but charges are same as per the other busses. us no. start with 08**.                                     I travelled to route Dhule to Shindkheda on date 3rd Jan 2o16 having Bus no MH 20 D 8431 while I have seen the worst seeting arrangement in Bus. Many of seets are totally 100% damaged while others are partially. Bus is from the Shindkheda (Nandurbar). I have tried to contact bus depo manager in shindkheda ST stand but not getting affirmative response. Kindly have a look ASAP because damaged bus traveled all over from past year.

                                      I wish to inform you that on 12th December 2015, i have booked 02 full and 01 half ticket for final destination MANGAON, ( Reservation Ticket No. 23262310 = Seat No. 21, 22 & 24 - Bus Name : Borivali Nancy Colony to Mahad, Departure time at Borivali was 6.30 AM and Boarding Place : Bandra Circle - West @ 6.57 am, Date of Journey 25th December 2015 ). On 25th December 2015, me and my family was reached at boarding place i.e. Bandra Circle - west around 6.40 AM but the above ST bus was not come till 8.30 AM at the said boarding place. Thereafter i try and get the telephone number and contacted to controller of Borivali and understand that the bus was moved on right time from borivali i.e. 6.30 Am . I therefore request you to investigate why bus was not arrived at boarding place & time as per schedule. I am really not happy with ST Service .                                         I had my reservation for the semi luxury Hirkani bus from Bremen chowk Today afternoon at 4 PM. The bus was to leave swargate at 3:45 PM. At 4 when i asked the person in the stall of MSRTC he said Hirkani bus does not come by this route. He sent me to Wakad via a shivneri and boarded me in some other bus going to my destination. .i.e. Mulund. IF THE BUS DOESNOT GO BY THAT ROUTE (VIA BREMEN CHOWK)(AUNDH) WHY DO YOU GIVE RESERVATIONS ON THAT ROUTE. IT WAS SUCH A TENSION AND MESS. I am a student travelling alone between Pune Mumbai. PLEASE SEE TO IT THAT THIS IS RESOLVED.
