On 24th December 2015, The Shivaneri bus SWARGATE to SOLAPUR which was expected to arrive at 17:30 did not arrive even after 20:00. (waited for 2.5 hours) Hence I request you to refund my amount. I also missed train which was due to departure at 00:40 to GADAG Worst thing is none of the phone numbers of swargate bus stand responded to check the bus arrival status.         I Have lodge a complaint manually as well as online DT 23/12/2015 at shirdi bus stand.kindly see the complaint book as I have personally written and given my mobile no for your reference. My complaint is that why your conductor has come late without informing your superior authority at shirdi bus stand, the bus was supposed to be start at 7.45, but due to in responsibility your staff is reaching at 8.30, I also told at inquiry counter that my train timing from Nasik is 10.30.but nobody is their to listen, so I quoted a complaint.for your kind information, I have video recording of your staff who was on in uniform while in duty, and he has taken 129, rs from shirdi to Nasik road without returning 1 rs, this shows how irregular and dishonest your conductor is, kindly reply within your stipulated time, other wise I have to take extreme steps.Deepak M mobile no [protected]

          R/s sir, I am Umesh Patil servicing in Jalgaon, and daily suffered from jalgaon to dhondkheda bus, But the total management system in the jalgaon (khandesh) its totally unsatiesfied. Daily problems came in for suffering them. they always said problms in driver setting and also a something bus problm, many time the bus (Jalgaon - dhondkheda) timing 6:20pm being lated. I also registerd complaint to the depo but thoug never took any action. please take something action against this, we always faced same problm.

            Dear Sir, I am the employee of mahindra & mahindra Ltd. and regular traveler of ST bus on the Nashik to kasara route. I was traveling from Nashik to kasara by bus no: MH20 D-7625. I have taken ticket of kasara and requested to conductor to stop at Mahindra bus stop. When the stop had come he was refuse not to stop at that location and using bad words was telling do whatever you want i will not stop at your location. Finally the arrogant driver and conductor has not stopped the bus at my regular stop (Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.Igatpuri). I had got down at KASARA Station and because of this i missed my office duty.

                We have pass of 7 days numbered as 002220 named on V.T.Kalbande, 002221 named on V.V.Kalbande and 002222 named on D.K.Ghumnar but the conductor directly said that no passes allowed in that bus. Also we requested to him but he didn't listen to us and driver started using abussive language. The bus no.is MH14 3374 pune-pandharpur, pandharpur depot. We was at jeruri at near about 4.30pm. Because of this incident we didn't reach to the place were we are going to.

                  Lots of conductors telling that this bus will dont stop at Deogaon Rangari. Why such a wrong message?? I think each and every bus crossing by deogaon have to stop at deogaon. Todays experience is... buldhana nashik bus conductor ignored one 10% passenger and ask her to step out from bus. How shameless behaviour is this...

                    Hi Sir, This is reference to the ST conductor deployed on bus travelling from Pune station to Guhagar on 12/12/2015 at 7.20 AM. We did online reservation of one of the female passenger named "Pritam Nivalkar" who came from the village to stay with us. Due to some family emergency, she has to travel back to her hometown. She belongs to a poor family and was not carrying any kind of identity proof with her. However, reservation was made under ladies quota and the sex and age were selected appropriately. I do understand the terms and conditions however, the staff needs to show some kind of politeness while talking to the lady passengers. They started shouting and screaming on the girl who was travelling alone just because she was not carrying the identity proof. They asked her to get out of bus. When i called them on their cell phone they warned me saying that they are going to drop her on middle of the road. Unfortunately she was having only Rs.200/- with her and could not buy the ticket. I requested them that please lend her additional Rs. 80/- and i'll pay you in your next journey to which they said to me that they travel once in three months. Which is really hard to believe. Then i requested on call to other passengers to lend her some money and asked her to return the money to the passengers at the final destination. The point which i want to make here is all about the way your staff should speak with passengers. Just because you see alone girl who is travelling and is helpless, they should not treat her in such a manner. I am not concerned for the money which i spent twice on tickets reservation. But the language your staff has used was not appropriate. I would appreciate if you can make them aware about this situation and teach how to talk and treat lady passengers. Hopefully you would not receive such kind of frustrating emails from passengers in future. Regards, Sandeep Chavan

                      Date of travelling - 10/12/2015 shegaon to aurangabad ( bus achalpur aurangabad) we had e-ticket & we was travelling from shegaon to aurangabad but conductor refused to give seats because he dont have memo of such tickets. And he denied to see our ticket & accommodation in the bus so we tried to convince him but he didnt give any response so we convince to driver and he agree to move bus again to the shegaon depot. Shegaon depot manager tried to convince him but he was refused again & again to accommodate us . Bus depot manager give note on his memo but still he didnt give seat to us. I am attaching our bus ticket for your reference. Please inform us what action taken by you on such incidence. Please note that such incident never happens again.

                        Why there is no MSRTC bus stop available at Baner in Pune???? Why Baner peoples are made to go to Hinjawadi or Wakad Bus stops to catch the buses????? Why MSRTC not looking in the the issue????? Why are the buses going towards Sangli, Satara, Karad route does not take stop at Baner?? WHy???? Why Baner ( Sandanand Hotel) bus stop name not included in the bus routes of Pune Depot???? Why MSRTC is running the buses of Pune Station to Dadar from Aundh-- Wakad instead of Aundh-- Baner or run the Shivneri buses from Hinjawadi Bridge-- Baner Highway bridge instead of going towards hinjawad and blocking all the traffic in the Hinjawadi road by taking U turn. What kind of nonsense driving is this?????? I expect feedback and action from MSRTC for Baner at the earliest

                          I am travelling from Pune to Thane by Shivaneri which has started at 6:30 PM from Swargate. I noticed that while driving driver was continuously talking o his cell phone causing danger to all travelers. Please take a appropriate action such a driver who is breaking the rules and putting life of all passengers in danger.
                          Is it lawfull to talk with passenger? while driving an state transport bus.

                              MSRTC management does not have time to pay attention, unless we take an aggressive steps against such malpratices and even they don't even response to the complaint even if it belongs to Govt.

                                We had booked (Me and my wife) a MSRTC bus from Mumbai (Borivali) to Pune (Swargate). My ticket No. 23152038
                                - Our pick up point was from Kandivali Samtanagar Police Station and drop point was at Wakad Indira College.
                                - Booking was done through MSRTC Online booking website.
                                - The booking timing was 20:30 (Starting Time) and our pick was at 20:43 (Kandivali Samtanagar Police Station).
                                - We waited and waited and waited from 20:15 and for ALMOST MORE THAN TWO HOURS till 22:15.
                                - There was no place to sit also and WE JUST STOOD ALL THE TWO HOURS.
                                - An MSRTC bus arrived at 22:15 which was the 21:30 bus and not the 20:30 bus.
                                - The conductor of the 21:30 bus conveyed that the 20:30 was cancelled.
                                - We DID NOT GET any calls, emails or messages WHATSOEVER, the bus was just cancelled without any notice.
                                - What's so difficult in this day and age to at least float a message regarding the cancellation? Why such lethargic and careless behaviour?
                                - We luckily had place in the 21:30 bus so we travelled to Pune with the same booking.
                                - We had to painfully stand the TWO HOURS, while MSRTC cooly cancelled the bus WITHOUT ANY SORT OF COMMUNICATION TO US.
                                - WE ARE VERY VERY FRUSTRATED, IRRITATED AND IGNORED AS A CONSUMER.
                                - We demand an explanation from MSRTC regarding the same.

                                  My name is Priya I was traveling from Patas, Pune to Thane by Usamanabad- Borivali Parivartan Bus MH 20 BL 2097 arrival time at Patas was 2.18 pm with my father. We are hoping to reach at Kalwa, Thane. When I asked to conductor about some information regarding arrival time @ Kalwa I eperienced very arrogant reply and misbehavior from Conductor of the bus also he used very abusive language for talking with me as well as other passengers who was traveling with us and asked him about why he is abusing. He was not ready to stop the bus at Kalwa but by fortune driver was good enough he stopped the bus at Kalwa without confirmation by conductor but still he was not opening the door. Kindly take some strict action against the same that is my humble request as an Indian lady.

                                    On 24th November, 2015 Me and my mother were travelling from Nashik to Kasara. From Kasara we have local train to cst at 12:23 pm in afternoon. We caught Kasara bus from Mahamarg bus stand of Nashik. Bus started at 11:10 AM from Nashik. When Bus conductor came to charge ticket, cost of the ticket was Rs. 238 (Normally when we travel by ST bus from Nashik to Kasara, ticket is Rs. 166).
                                    1. Reason behind the cost of ticket being Rs. 238 was that it was a semi luxury bus. But taking into account the facilities provided by semi luxury bus, this bus did not provide the required comforts like AC, Cold water, TV, etc. Forget about the mentioned facilities, there is no discipline on grounds of reservation of seats for women, senior citizens and differently abled people.
                                    2. Conductor straight away demanded Rs. 240. He didn't even have dignity to ask for the exact ticket amount which illustrates that Rs. 2 from passengers will directly go into his pocket. I had to ask him for the change to which he replied that he will give me change once it is available. 1 and 1/2 hour passed but conductor didn't give me the change. Bus reached Kasara past 1:30 PM in afternoon. When bus stopped as Kasara I had to ask him for change to which he replied its my duty to keep the change. When I told him its his duty to give the change but he spoke very rudely with me. Its not matter of Rs. 2 but its matter of sincerity and humanity. If Bus conductor is earning Rs. 1 or 2 from each passenger, then this money is directly going into his pocket and its a scam.
                                    3. I asked him why can't they bring the bus on time because I have missed my train by nearly 15 to 20 mins. To this he replied rudely that he is doing the service for past 27 years and he knows the train time being 1:30 PM. Later on when I did the analysis, 1:32 PM train at Kasara arrives at 12:40 PM so its easy for Bus to get passengers to Nashik. But what about the passengers who travelled from Nashik to Kasara? They have to wait on Kasara for 1 hour. what kind of justice is this? I tried to reason out this with him but he told me he is not afraid of anyone and I can complaint or do whatever I wish to do.
                                    4. Regarding Bus driver I would say that in first place Bus did not start at right time and secondly Bus driver was inefficient to cover the required distance and help people reach their destination on time. I asked the conductor the name of Driver to which he replied its none of my concern and I can do whatever I wish to do. He is not afraid of anyone. What kind of service is this provided by Bus? For what are they charging Rs. 238 exactly? Neither are they providing convenient bus facilities nor are they helping public reach their destination on time.
                                    As per my understanding, Nashik to Kasara buses are connected and in sync with Kasara trains so that people travel without any discomfort. But here the scenario is altogether different. Bus crew are working for their own benefit and service to the passengers is not as per expectation.

                                      We booked a ticket for 4pm shivneri from dadar had to board from maitri park 15min later. We waited for more than 1.5hrs as the bus didn't come. This has happened quite a few times. I[censored] r unable to be punctual stop charging sky rocket prices! Shivneri sucks! Last time saw cockroaches all over...

                                        I am regular traveller of Bhiwandi-Thane route. Yesterday I had bad experience while travelling from Thane to Mankoli morning by 9:30. I am sending ticket in the attachment issued to me. When I asked to give me proper ticket. Conductor said I gave her short fare by Rs.1. Further she said machine is not working properly. I asked her if checker enquired me about ticket then, she said don't eat my brain, I am helpless. I told her if machine is not working then issue manual tickets. She said go and talk in depot. She didn't give me complaint book even. She was very rude. Bus no. was MH 20 D 9306.
