Hello, I use to travel Shrirampur to Pune and vice versa many times as my hometown is Shrirampur. In Pune I live in Chandannagar and that's why I ask for CHANDANNAGAR ticket only not SHIVAJINAGAR. On 1/7/2015 I was in morning 5 AM bus to Pune and asked for CHANDANNAGAR ticket specifically and "A. S. Tapare" forcefully given me SHIVAJINAGAR ticket. When I asked why it is so then he said "People take CHANDANNAGAR ticket and go upto SHIVAJINAGAR" . When I said its your responsibility to check who is boarding where and give me CHANDANNAGAR ticket he denied that, I even told him that I will raise a complaint and he FEARLESSLY said go ahead, like he is the OWNER of MSRTC. WHO TAKES WHICH TICKET AND WHERE HE IS BOARDING IS TOTALLY CONDUCTOR RESPONSIBILITY WHY PASSENGERS SHOULD PAY FOR THAT ?? I want my extra money back what ever it is and if there are no actions I can see taken on this I will also go and file court case against "A. S. Tapare" Batch Number 0115494 and MSRTC too, PASSENGERS ARE NOT SLAVES!!! I HAVE PHOTO COPY AND ATTESTED COPY OF TICKET AND I DO HAVE WITNESS TOO.

Dear sir, This is a complaint that Today near Nal stop signal, Garware College road, Decan, Pune, , your ST Bus( MH 06 S 8224) ( Swargate to Dadar )made accident by knocking from back side to our Bolero(MH 46 Z 6610) at about 4 PM & the Bus Driver escaped from the accident spot making damage to our said vehicle. Our Driver discussed with your driver to lodge an accident complaint to the near by police station but your driver did not cooperate & escaped form the spot immediately. Dear Sir/ Ma'am, With respect to the above subject yesterday I faced negligence towards the basic responsibility of a government servant. Yesterday I was travelling from Shrirampur to Kopargaon, and I cought the bus Mangrul Pir, Vashim to Shirdi (MH-40-Y- 5305) at 08:30 PM from Shrirampur, When I sit and conductor came for tickets. He was not able to stand properly, also the amount of tickets which he collected was not in good condition. The currency's were about to die. And also all the passengers were feared. This is related to all passengers and I should not be happened. The machine which he was handling to book tickets also was not in place. I was unable to capture the video of that scene. I don't know the action which will take MSRTC against that conductor. But I think this feedback will effect something.

I booked online Shivneri ticket(Nasik-Pune) on 20/6/2015 for 22/6/2015. i booked it through my cell phone but due to some reason the transaction was not successful. the amount i.e rs. 586 got debited from my account but the ticket did not get booked. I need a refund for the same as my ticket was not bookedzeny.

Hi, Myself vaibhav Pansambal, i travel weekly by bus from Ahmednagar to Pune, your buses which or on the route take stop near by to Supa Toll both for atleast 30 min, which delays everyone's schedule . I and almost all people travel from vasai to Mumbai for job I have been traveling for last 10 years . we have to take a auto from papdy to naigaon station everyday as there is no public transportation facility at all in this area .as we leave to work In the morning and come home late at night there r no auto available in this area to go to our house. As the rate of hire a auto is sky high here. The common man can not afford this kind of rate to travel to work everyday . and I am been facing this problem from last 10 years I have complained many times but there is always no response from the authorities. As if we r cats n dogs o them they don’t even see that a man who has to go to work early in the morning he has to walk 1 km till the main road just to take auto to station. and the frequency of auto is very very very low we have to wait for 2 hours just to take a auto to station. I am disappointed because your Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation in vasai as they r not providing any public service which is very much problematic to the general public n this has to be changes so other people donot suffer the thing that I have been going through from last 10 years To resolve the problem I would appreciate your I would pleade to the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation to provide a bus facility to the general public from papdy to naigaon station.. I am a weekly traveler in Pune - Mumbai Shivneri bus. On every Monday am booking 9:00 am bus which before 2-3 months coming to Wakad boarding point at 9:45 am which is acceptable were MSRTC mentioned on there e-reservation ticket boarding timing as 9:30 am. However from last 2-3 month this bus started coming at around 10-10:30 am with this much delay also we are managing but it crossed all there limits on 22 June 2015 and this 9:00 am bus came at 11:30 am to Wakad boarding point and after calling to there Swarget bus depot those guys also not giving proper explanation that why bus is running so late. Msrtc not having there proper bus stop at wakad boarding point, there is no sitting arrangements not even standing arrangements, we have to stand by road side which is not at all acceptable. MSRTC should work on time if they are charging so heavy amount to passenger. They should respect passengers timing.

Dear Sir, With respect to above subject, i would like to inform you that the management staff (Enquiry counter) from Swargate & pimpri chinchwad bus stands are very rude to passengers especially with senior citizens & women. Whenever we use to ask them for bus timings or other information they start shouting us. Request you to please look into this & take necessary action against your employee. Regards, Manoj

Sir...I m regular passenger o[censored]r bus service of nashik ahmedabad up to balsad. This nashik ahmedabad bus service operated by ur nashik 1 depot. I found many times that ur bus are touching to balsad bus stand. Directly go by byepass to ahmedabad or nashik in returned journey. So many times we waiting the bus at balsad bus station but bus not coming there. The controller of balsad stand have also complaint about ur irregular touching o[censored]r bus service.. Actually as per ur sanctioned schedule balsad have authorized stop on both up and down to nashik...please gives orders to ur driver and conductors to touch the balsad bus station on nashik to ahmedabad and ahmedabad to nashik trips...it will increase ur revenue..

I was travelling with my family from my own car having regd no. MH-01-BU-1538 from Dadar (Mumbai) to Parel(Mumbai) on 14/06/2015 at about 4.50 pm. Suddenly ST having regd. no. MH-20-BL-1074 dashed to my car from back side . He stopped for a while and runaway with ST and women conductor, while i was taking snaps on my mobile. I tried to stop him and to lodge police complaint but in vain. My entire family and old mother of 80 year old was jerked and shocked due to this incident. we saved due to God blessings only. I am attaching some photographs. There is damage of my car dickey, rare glass broken. rare lights are broken. back side mudguard etc are broken. ( survey will be carried out by insurance co. about damages to vehicle.) you are requested to take stringent action against ST bus driver and women conductor and arrange to pay the damages. Dear All, please look into as after reservation of ticket due to Inefficiency of service to received sms Bus conductor has been charged without ticket after producing required documents which has been resistor when reservation process happend i.e Aadhar card and Name which has been mention on Conductor carrying in the bus. Conductor Behavior with senior citizens was very Harsh/rudely and abusive. below mention ticket number was issue by bus conductor. Respected Sir I was travelling in Auranagabad - Sillod(General Bus) on 11th June 2015 at 07.00 pm in Bus No.-MH 40 N 9726. Conductor Name- D.S. Kurhe. I have ticket from Aurangabd to Aland. But I wanted to leave Bus before Aland at Khamgaon Phata. There is a stop at Kahamgaon Phata, But the conductor didn't hear my request and didn't stop the bus at Khamagaon Phata. I request you to take action on this issue because this incidents happening with me every time whenever I travel this route. . I have My ticket Proof and also proof of having ST stop at Khamgaon Phata Thank You

The ST Bus was to come in Sukkurwadi-Borivali from Satara via Thane at 10:30 AM. My wife & my son of 2 months old are waiting at Bhuinj-Satara from 10:30 AM onwards. I have been calling Satara ST Bus Depo 10 to 15 times but they are giving different excuses like the Bus tyre has punctured, then giving some other excuse. i reserved dadar-pune station shivneri of 5.30am dated 8/6/2015 from nerul. The approx time of arrival of bus being 6.10 am. I reached nerul LP stand before time when i came to know the bus has left! The driver was in so hurry, he did not even waited in next stop which is belapur even after stand incharge told him so. I had to catch him up at khargar stop. When i asked the driver why he could not wait for atleast approx time he replied because of reservation. I told him even i have reservation and came just before time but he was careless about it. Please take note of such misbehaviour & take proper action against such carelessness.

Hello Sir, I was travelling Chinchwad to Solapur on saturday 6th june 2015 I started journey from Vahallabnagar. I had booked a bus from Alibaug to Kalyan for 07/06/2015 at 6:30 PM. The bus did not come till 9 PM. We were stranded there for 3 Hrs, and later we booked a private cab from Alibaug to Dombivli. Nobody at enquiry counter had any idea about the bus, whether the bus will come or not or where has it reached currently. Now I am trying to claim for refund, but no option available at their website.We made reservation online, but still faced so many problems. MSRTC services are not at all good. I also booked the ticket from Kalyan to Alibaug. Even that bus was 1 hr late. And, even though we reserved our seats online, conductor was unaware of which seats we booked and there were elderly people sitting at our place. So we had to travel by standing till PEN. This was the worst experience we have faced while traveling. MSRTC is a big thumb down.

Dear MSRTC, मी रोज औरंगाबाद ते खुल्ताबाद आणि खुल्ताबाद ते औरंगाबाद Up Down करतो. सकाळी 9 वाजता बाबा पेट्रोल पंप स्टॉप वरती Conductor आणि Driver (जास्त करुन औरंगाबाद धुळे बस) बस रिकामी असताना सुद्धा थांबवत नाहीत किंवा फक्त खुल्दाबाद चे प्रवासी बस मध्ये घेत नाहीत. का? कशामुळे?. परत सायंकाळी 4 नंतर खुल्दाबाद कडे बसेस येतच नाहीत. वेरुळ फाट्या वरुन डायरेक्ट्ली औरंगाबाद क़डे जातात. दोन दोन तास बस साठी प्रतिक्षा करावी लागते. खुल्दाबाद साठी एक ही स्पेशल बस किंवा सिटी बस सोडण्यात आलेली नाहीय. जर महामंडळाला प्रवाशांसाठी सोयी करायला जमत नसेल तर त्यांनी तसे स्पष्ट खुल्दाबाद च्या नागरीकांना सांगावे. महामंडळ ओरडत असते प्रवासी नाहीत प्रवासी नाहीत. profit मध्ये तर कधीच नसते. याला जबाबदार महामंडळ स्वतःच आहे. Conductor आणि Driver चा मुजोरीपणा ह्याला कारणीभुत आहे. कशाचा पगार मिळ्तो Conductor आणि Driver ला. बस न थांबवायचा? स्वतःला अधिकारी समजायचा? असंख्य तक्रारी करुन थकले आहेत आता खुल्दाबाद चे नागरीक आणि खुल्दाबाद ला रोज नौकरीसाठी Up Down करणारे. ह्या झोपलेल्या महाम्ंडळाला कधी जाग येईल हे त्या देवाला आणि वरती झोपलेल्या अधिकार्यांनाचा माहीती. बस चा पास काढला आहे ह्यामुळे बळजबरी प्रवास करावा लागतो बस ने. तीन महिन्यांचा पास कधी संपतो आणि ह्या महाम्ंडाळाच्या जाचातुन सुटका होते असे झाले आहे. जर प्रवाशांचे हित कळत नसेल तर बंद करा महामंडळ.
