When all the passengers were standing at Akashvani Chowk, the bus number (MH 14 BT 4278) arrived there and there was no crowd in the bus, at that time the passengers standing there tried hard to stop the bus but the bus conductor spoke wrong words saying that the bus will not stop here and sit in upcoming bus then bus proceeded from there. took away..

I have paid for the MSRTC bus ticket from Borivali Nancy Colony to Guhagar. The payment was successful but the ticket print page didn't come.

I did the payment twice once from UPI and once from Credit card.

Could you please check on your side for the transaction details? As the amount is not refunded it has been more than 10 days.

Dear Sir, I canceled my online journey ticket, As per the message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 46120865 . I didn't receive my refund amount even after around 1 month from the ticket cancellation date. I think MSRTC has one of the worst customer care services.

I want to compalin that on 30/03/2023
I had made a transaction of Rs 530 but the transaction failed ticket was not recieved money was debited from my bank account I tried second time and the ticket was booked but for the first transaction I haven't received any refund yet
Bus name Chiplun-Chinchwad(Shivshahi)
Date of travelling[protected]

I had also called customer care MSRTC but no response from them as well
I had also called my bank they said that the amount is recieved at beneficiary end
Look into it at the earliest

Please initiate refund

I have booked my ticket by MSRTC app and booking user id is shreeva1701 and registered mail id is [censored]al.[protected]@gmail.com and bus was NASHIK TO NAGPUR SLEEPER BUS, and I have try to booked from Malegaon to Malkapur on dated 21.02.2023 for rupees 1440/- ( 3 Tickets ) but booking failed but payment done successfully to MSRTC and amount debited from my google pay account my google pay number id is [protected] or [protected]@oksbi, and UPI transaction id is[protected] to your MSRTC paytm Account paytm[protected]@paytm on dated 21.02.2023.
Sir, one month has already passed. Please do the needful as early as possible. I am waiting for your reply. Thanking you.

Swargate to Dadar: Shivneri Bus
1. Ticket given of dadar not sanpada while I asked for ticket of Sanpada.. I was told that only one ticket of dadar is given for all.
2. Told that bus will hault at Sanpada but while travelling driver says no to stop at Sanpada.
This should be told prior to boarding.
3. Driver not good communication.
4. AC not working.. suffocating bus

I request you to please at this matter and this is very hectic for a student like me to get down at another unknown stop with luggage. This was a very upsetting thing for me.

Alighting to: MOGAREWADI

I have completed payment Rs.990 using UPI. I have attached is screenshot for your reference.
I have done from Atom payment gateway.

After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

I tried booking tickets online from msrtc site user id - [protected], my money of 640/- got debited but they didn't book my tickets, after which I called their helpline number after one week of interval twice from the date of transaction and they said that it will take 14 working days. It been more than 14 working days now still I haven't received my refund amount.

Im regularly travel by nashik boisar bus but bus no 2060 driver no 24825 conductor no16883 he say that ganpat bari is not the stop .but conductor already give me ticket from nashik to ganpat bari 25 rs after that driver arrogantly talk with me and says dont seat in my bus next time he ask me for my ticket also and throwing it this is not good he has no right to take my ticket and throw it so please kindly do as per your rules and inform me nasik boisar bus has stop to ganpatbari yes or no thank

I tried to book 2 tickets from Borivali Nancy Colony stop, Mumbai to Shringartali stop, Chiplun on 7th March, 2023. I filled in all the details and also made the payment. The money got debited from my account and all of a sudden I was redirected to the Homepage of the msrtc site. I tried to check the ticket in the 'My Tickets' section but I could not find the ticket.

I am following up with the helpdesk since 20 days but now the support team has stopped replying to my mails. It's more than 10-15 working days still I have not got my refund. This is defective service.
