    Hello,

    I had book the ticket from vijaydurg to borivali through guest account. Now i want to cancel ticket to as per suggested by msrtc site first make account of same mail id then you can cancel. I had created the account but still cannot see the booked ticket to cancel in my account history. How can i cancel ticket and get refund?

    Msrtc toll free no or customer care mail id didn't reply why started the unused services to do the harassment of people.

    Please provide the solution early as possible.

      I had done online ticket booking from Paytm wallet on dtd. 21st Feb, 2023.
      my amount got deducted however tickets were not booked.
      transaction id: [protected].
      i had contacted to Trimax Paytm care. they just simply written a single line mail to Paytm for which no reply received from the Paytm team,
      kindly resolve the issue.

          I have cancel my ticket on 10 FEB 2022 but till date refund not recived and customer care syaing issue with paytm and we aretaking folloup with them.
          I had esaclated this matter to higher authority of MSRTC but no one give reply to me is that ID is exist??
          Also in todays digital word more than 2 months required to refund the money??

              When all the passengers were standing at Akashvani Chowk, the bus number (MH 14 BT 4278) arrived there and there was no crowd in the bus, at that time the passengers standing there tried hard to stop the bus but the bus conductor spoke wrong words saying that the bus will not stop here and sit in upcoming bus then bus proceeded from there. took away..

                  Hi team,

                  I have booked two tickets from Pune to Thane using my msrtc account. I made two transactions as below, but still the tickets are not listed into my ticket list. I also have not got any confirmation over email or mobile phone. Kindly refund the money or give the booking confirmation.

                  I did the payment twice once from UPI and once from Credit card.

                      Dear Sir, I canceled my online journey ticket, As per the message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 46120865 . I didn't receive my refund amount even after around 1 month from the ticket cancellation date. I think MSRTC has one of the worst customer care services.

                          I want to compalin that on 30/03/2023
                          I had made a transaction of Rs 530 but the transaction failed ticket was not recieved money was debited from my bank account I tried second time and the ticket was booked but for the first transaction I haven't received any refund yet

                                Swargate to Dadar: Shivneri Bus
                                1. Ticket given of dadar not sanpada while I asked for ticket of Sanpada.. I was told that only one ticket of dadar is given for all.
                                2. Told that bus will hault at Sanpada but while travelling driver says no to stop at Sanpada.
                                This should be told prior to boarding.
                                3. Driver not good communication.
                                4. AC not working.. suffocating bus

                                I request you to please at this matter and this is very hectic for a student like me to get down at another unknown stop with luggage. This was a very upsetting thing for me.

                                  Bus booking details are as follows:
                                  BORIVALI NANCY COLONY to Mogariwadi chiplun, Ratnagiri
                                  Date of Journey : 19/02/2023
                                  Date of Booking:[protected], 2:24PM.
                                  Boarding from: wakola police stn.
                                  Alighting to: MOGAREWADI

                                  I have completed payment Rs.990 using UPI. I have attached is screenshot for your reference.
                                  I have done from Atom payment gateway.

                                  After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

                                    I tried booking tickets online from msrtc site user id - [protected], my money of 640/- got debited but they didn't book my tickets, after which I called their helpline number after one week of interval twice from the date of transaction and they said that it will take 14 working days. It been more than 14 working days now still I haven't received my refund amount.
