On 27.03.2023 I have booked the tickey for Pandharpur to Goa but payment was deducted, ticket not booked.Msrtc generated only response number they had not creadited the amount which was deducted.

My name is Swapnil Prabhakar Chogale. I booked a ticket of msrtc bus for devrukh to borivali sukurwadi dated[protected], for some reason i canceled this ticket on[protected] but i didn't get my refund amount 1362 Rs after deducting cancellation charge 168 Rs cancellation voucher no. 46171825.I request you to refund my amount as soon as possible.

Im regularly travel by nashik boisar bus but bus no 2060 driver no 24825 conductor no16883 he say that ganpat bari is not the stop .but conductor already give me ticket from nashik to ganpat bari 25 rs after that driver arrogantly talk with me and says dont seat in my bus next time he ask me for my ticket also and throwing it this is not good he has no right to take my ticket and throw it so please kindly do as per your rules and inform me nasik boisar bus has stop to ganpatbari yes or no thank

I tried to book 2 tickets from Borivali Nancy Colony stop, Mumbai to Shringartali stop, Chiplun on 7th March, 2023. I filled in all the details and also made the payment. The money got debited from my account and all of a sudden I was redirected to the Homepage of the msrtc site. I tried to check the ticket in the 'My Tickets' section but I could not find the ticket.

I am following up with the helpdesk since 20 days but now the support team has stopped replying to my mails. It's more than 10-15 working days still I have not got my refund. This is defective service.

Today i was booking st bus ticket, Rs. 2550 was debited from my account, but ticket did't generated. Kindly refund my money.

I had book bus ticket using MSRTC mobile aap .Atom Payment option are there so i select it amount was debited from account but i did not give any confirmation from your site so i was booked ticket to another way so i want to refund my payment .

My name is Vaishali Virkar and I had been traveling by Shiv shahi bus from Satara depo towards Mumbai on 29/3/23.
Bus stared late by 30 mins instead of 11.30am and took 2 hrs to reach Pargaon khandala depo saying that some minor problem with engine.
Then driver declared bus won't be going to mumbai now as it can't be taken on road.So if they knew from Satara depo itself that bus is not in travelling conditions, why get it on road and risk lives of all 43 passengers? Waste of our time and money at the cost of lossing lives! Don't they have responsibility towards passengers?When did state govt parivahan dept start behaving with responsibility and maintaining their buses?Instead I landed paying extra money to taxi and then to other bus from salad to reach mumbai.

Today I have traveled from nashik to kasara by MSRTC bus no MH 14 BT 5004 at 6.15 am. Conductor of bus took rs 145 from me whereas the fair from nashik to kasara for female passenger is only rs 70. Conductor took rs 70 from some of other female passengers but charged me more. It is also to mention that bus reached late at kasara due to which local train from kasar to csmt missed

Bus name is akot-nagpur
The has already mozari departed people and they can say us that bus not stop at that depo

My earlier complaint I have not given to me a follow back

I have completed payment using NetBankingoption:

On[protected] the msrtc bus which should arrive at 8:30 pm was not arrived and the other msrtc drivers their said the bus cancelled we waited for 10 pm that night even bus didn't came nd we went through other bus as it was late, so as the bus cancelled we went to msrtc counter at vita depot for ticket money nd submitted the ticket their they enquired with atpadi depot and informed us that the bus was arrived on time but it wasn't as we waited for nearly 2 hours and they refused to give the ticket money
