Payment was successful but the Ticket was not generated.

Hi Team,

I was booking ticket in MSRTC portal, my 1st transaction was done, money debited but ticket not generated. so i was tried from mobile App of MSRTC again same issue that money debited but ticket not generated. I have received 1st transaction refund amount which i have done from billdesk payment gateway but i have not received refund of 2nd transaction which is done from Paytm gateway.

I have booked bus for 12.46 pm from pune.
After waiting for 2 hrs there is no sign for bus or any tracking update.
Highly disappointed and lowest quality service provided by shivshahi bus support.

I want my ticket refund.

This is 4th of March 6.30am bus swargate to Alibaug. conductor said whole bus is full by reservation but I will adjust your seat just give me 100 rs extra.we were seating on jeshtha nagrik seat which was not reserved.
We refused to give extra money.
At nigadi 2 old ladies came and he offered our seat to them which was ok to us as they were older so we gave our seat no. 7 and 8.
The question is if we would have given the extra money to conductor how he is going to adjust our seats?
The bus was really full or not?
At start only he should tell which seat is full and which is not

I tried to book ticket on 13-Feb 2023 for the below details

The amount was deducted from my HSBC Bank throw internet banking (3rd party is Paytm) but the ticket was not booked .

Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets.

1. When I take ticket from Vashi to Pune, the price is 460.00, but in return when I purchase ticket from Pune to Vashi, it is 515.00. How two different rates can be for same journey, same route and same bus.

2. 1st Bus moved from Pune at 5.15 takes diesel which take too much time resulting there is inordinate delay and it get the purpose of doing journey at high price. We left Pune at 5.15 and reached Vashi 9.00 around 4 hours which is too hight time. Normally we may highest price because of expectation of timely journey. We can understand traffic which is not in hand of anybody, but time in taking diesel on account of passengers is at all not justified.

The ticket for to and fro journey should be same and filling diesel on time and cost of passengers should be stopped. At least 1st bus leaving Pune should have diesel in tank.

I booked ticket on 20 Feb 2023 for Shivneri (Pune-Thane)The amount was deducted from my bank account but the Ticket is not Generated in MSRTC and neither have I received any confirmation SMS. My phone number is already saved on MSRTC website.

Shivneri (Swargate Pune to Nancy Colony Borivali) was scheduled to depart at 18:00hrs was delayed for 2hours.

I am requesting a full refund of the ticket accordingly to the policy of bus cancellation as the delay was unreasonably wrong.

For non stop booking from Pune to Baramati buses are not available for longer duration and when bus come, seats gets full but the queue does not reduce. Don't know how they are booking the tickets.

माननीय महोदय/महोदया मेरा नाम पिंटू पाल है और मैं संतोष भुवान नल्लासोपारा पूर्व का निवासी हूं। मैं आप का ध्यान एक ऐसे समस्याओ पर केंद्रित करना चाहता हूं।जो रोजाना यहां के लोगो को सामना करना पड़ता है। नल्ल्लासोपरा पूर्व पोलिस स्टेशन के सामने एक चौक है इस चौक पे रोज शाम को 8 बजे से लेकर रात के 11 बजे तक ट्राफिक जाम रहता हैं। पर दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि यहां उस समय कोई ट्राफिक पोलिस नहीं दिखाई देते। जिससे लोगो को काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता हैं। उस समय पूरा रोड ट्राफिक से जाम हो जाता है।और 3 से 4 घंटे तक ऐसे ही ट्राफिक लगा रहता है।
सबसे ज्यादा ऑटो रिक्शा चालको के वजह से ट्रैफिक जाम होता है। लेकीन आर.टी.ओ इस पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करते जिससे इस चौक पर रोजना ट्रैफिक जाम होता है ।
आप से नम्र विनंती है कि आप यहां शीघ्र अति शीघ्र आप के अधिकारियों द्वारा कार्यवाही करके यहां के लोगो को इस समस्या से छुटकारा दिलाए।

Dear Sir,
While we were travelling in your subject AC Bus today, we faced acute inconvenience because of withdrawing AC services by the driver of the bus frequently. While enquiring the reason for his such action (without any intimation to the passengers) he told that the bus is unable to run along the high altitudes with AC in operation.
How funny is said explanation.
In that case why your bus runs in the route and who has given you the permission to operate in that route ?
I attach here with my said Bus ticket which I purchased from Alibag bus depot today for your information.
I want an immediate explanation in writing for the said inconvenience, we all the passengers had to face failing which appropriate legal action will be initiated against MSRTC with compensation thereof.

वाजता मी नितीन गोपाळ वाघमारे रा. बार्शी उस्मानाबाद आगाराच्या पुणे उस्मानाबाद या एशियाड बस मध्ये कुर्डुवाडीत बार्शीला येनेसाठी बसलो.
येताना माझे truke कंपनीचे हेडफोन वायरलेस केस सह बस मध्ये राहिले.
मी Osmanabad आगराशी संपर्क करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला पण होऊ शकाल नाही.
बस तिकीटाची छपाई अत्यंत अस्पष्ट असल्याने अधिक माहिती देऊ शकत नाही.

Dear Respected,

This is to bring it to your notice that,
It was very much unfortunate to have a bad behaviour, Arrogancy, abusing from your one of the Bus Lady Conductor who was in bus no *MH 14 BT 4920*, which we had a Journey from Pune to Belagavi on 10th Feb 2023 at 11.25 pm starting point Swarget Pune,

1) when we had a Reservation, she has allowed NON reserved person to sit at our leg space and in a threatening tone she asked us to adjust,

2) After filling the entire seats aslo, she had a adjustment with some of the NON reserved passengers, by making half charge ticket and some percentage she was taking cash as a bribe

3) Many of the luggage was supposed to be allowed with making luggage receipts, where as in that matter she has cash adjustment with the NON reserved passengers, ( i do not know the conductor name, but have taken the photo of her and attached in the mail for your reference ) in this luggage matter your next conductor which shifted to next lady at Kolhapur, she was the one who identified and promptly did her job to making the luggage receipt of the same,

4) When we have raised the question to her that why you are allowing such person in the reservation place, then suddenly she started abusing us, where as we were four members from our family that is myself, two sisters, and mother, with out understanding the relationship, she has started giving unwanted relationship name, which was out of sense of humour or right behaviour from any of the Government service holder.

4) Despite we were in the right manner, but she was threatening us to take us to Police station and make the police complaint, in reverse she was doing all illegal activities in the bus and deceiving MSRTC,

5) We are from Belagavi, and with our family members we were talking in our language Kannada, on the same she started making the issue of Karnataka and Maharashtra people are like enemies, which was not a healthy behaviour towards any other than Marathi language passengers, this kind of behaviour will avoid us to avoide Maharashtra transportation in future,

6) Also in Marathi with out using Plural words, she continued to speak on Singular words with lots of abusing words, ( which was projecting as Mannerless Lady, even other passengers were keeping her away from this bahavior )

*Here i am under impression that you will take my all statements and complaint very SERIOUSLY and take the proper action on that lady conductor to avoide such behaviour to future passengers*

Rs 590 deducted and no ticket received
