Like yesterday, today also same thing happened.
Rs 590 deducted and no ticket received
Transaction Date 10 feb 2023 between 12 to 12.30 noon.
nobody is picking the phone

    Hello,

    I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) yesterday. I used debit card while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.594/- cut from my bank account.
    I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
    I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

    I have sent emails to following ids and call the following phone numbers but no response -

      Hello,
      I undersigned Parag M Desai(travelling currently), would like to complaint about driver of MSRTC mumbai to pune shivneri bus M[protected], bus no (last 4 digits)-7799, date-8 feb-2023, time 15:31:00
      After leaving food mall driver took nasty road to connect to express way that caused 2 bags falling from top
      1. One heavy bag fallen very next to senior citizen
      2. Laptop bag fallen from that height.
      When asked to drive properly, the behavior was too rude where he asked me not to seat on seats( dont know what does it mean?, if not seat on seats then where to seat?) . Also he refused to provide his name for this complaint.
      I have below concerns and hope you address it and provide me satisfying solution by keeping me informed till last action.
      My concerns
      1. Is there any training provided for taking proper road for safety of passengers? If yes what action is taken in such case and what action will be taken in this case ? Need justification
      2. What if something happens to belongings? Hope MSRTC is responsible to get it repaid ?
      3. What actions taken in such behavioral issues ?What process you have in such cases?
      And what action will be taken in this case? Keep me updated

        Hello,
        I am Pranav kachare, travelling from sangli to pune ( Swargate) in shivshahi bus . I choose shivshahi because they promise to provide charging facility in a bus . While traveling charging slot is not working. I complaint this issue to the conductor they said invertor is not working that's why charging slot closed . I am planning to register case in consumer court .

          Just 30 mins period I tried to book ticket from Thane Vandana to Koregaon for my father who is senior citizen.
          First time I paid through available PayTM payment gateway i opted for UPI transaction, amount deducted of INR 210/- but ticket not generated.
          So I tried second time same ticket booking through BillDESK payment gateway and on MSRTC website through credit card payment deducted of INR 211.57 but this time also ticket NOT generated.
          I request refund of my amounts, and request to MSRTC to keep website off if not working, this is your regular behavior to LOOT the passengers!!

            I tried to book ticket from Thane Vandana to Koregaon for my father who is senior citizen.

              I was travelling from Kolhapur to Pune on date 4 th February 2023 at 5:24 pm from shivshahi Bús at that time I asked driver to turn on the charging point but he refused to turn it on and was told me that the bus don’t have inverter . As the government is charging 500 rs but not providing the facilities as other private buses are providing each facilities please look into it and this is not fair please provide everything as you are charging so highhhhhhh

                I am amol kilbile writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 26.01.2023
                Below are the detail
                1. While booking a ticket for 1 passenger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page o[censored]PI google pay. I entered my details and payment done of 520 rupees. But ticket not generate.
                Bus detail - Malkapur (dhad) to Pune
                Travelling date - 29.01.2023

                So i request to you please refund the same.

                  This is second time I am facing the issue.
                  While traveling from Pune to parbhani the half of the sleeper seats don't have certains.
                  And it becomes so awkward to travel when everyone keeps staring at you.

                      Today i have travelled by Islampur Retre harnax bus from islampur to Dudhari kanol stop when i request to driver to stop bus on by stop but he not leave me on stop and he leave me 500 meter away from my stop and he fight with me and gave be bad words so i request you to take action on him

                              Hi,

                              My Mother is 61 year old & not literate, she traveled from Majalgaon to Pune Dated 23/12/2022 - 07:38:56. She gave 250Rs to conductor and ticket charges was 225Rs. Conductor suppose to refund remaining amount i.e. - 25Rs but he kept with himself and not refunded. As my mother is not literate she not asked for refund amount and this is how we lost 25Rs.

                              Here the question is not about 25 rupees but about dishonesty. I would like to draw attention of relevant authorities on such incidences, because everyday many poor people get looted/robbed in such way who travel through MSRTC. For more details, ticket photo attached here with.

                                At Washim bus stand (Dist. Washim), Maharashtra), I was waiting right from 12.15 PM for Washim-Nagpur Shivshahi Bus which had scheduled departure time of 12.30 PM on 10th January 2023 today. Shivshahi Bus having number MH06BW4341 arrived at 12.44, bus driver and conductor parked the bus and went somewhere. They came at 1.33 and bus departed at 1.35. Conductor behavior was extremely rude and arrogant.

                                Due to super fast express nature of Shivshahi, I skipped Two buses which was going towards Amravati/Karanja. Then at 12.44 Shivshahi having number MH06BW4341 arrived on Platform but conductor and Driver left the bus and went somewhere else. After waiting for half an hour, I inquired at enquiry counter about where did the conductor and driver went and why they were doing this delay. At 1.31 conductor came towards bus, I asked him the reason of delay, he suddenly lost his temper and said that if you have a problem of delay, lodge complaint on mine. As a response, I asked him to give complaint book, he refused to give and told me to go enquiry counter for lodging complaint. I went there, authority on counter told me to settle down the matter and asked conductor to not behave rude with passengers who are waiting since an hour for this shivshahi bus.

                                After that also conductor was uttering few abusing words which I couldn't hear properly.
                                As my son at Nagpur was ill and I need to go as early as possible to Nagpur from Washim, I am failing to reach on time at Nagpur due to this delay of bus. By considering this delay and bad service of MSRTC, I have taken ticket till Amravati only and I will get another bus for Nagpur from Amravati if possible.
                                Such delay in service due to stupidity of conductor and driver should not be tolerated. It is hampered overall reputation of MSRTC and the service to customers.

                                Kindly look into the matter and ask conductors and drivers to follow timings and avoid foolish behavior.
                                It ruins the overall reputation of MSRTC which is already degraded and tampered among common man.

                                  I am a regular passenger of the Mahabaleshwar-Medha-Satara Bus at 10:00 am. This bus is present at 10:00 am on ST stand, but the Driver(s), Controler (s) and the Depot Manager always cancel this bus and send it on any other tour(s). When asked about this (multiple times), the Depot Manager threatened me saying, "Get out of my office, or I'll call the Police".
                                  They are very rude and always arguing with passengers, he also addressed my mother very arrogantly. They are misusing their powers. Please look into this, I have not addressed the whole issue as I'm describing the incidence(s) shortly. 'I hereby request the Resignation of Mr. Namdev Patange, Depot Manager, Mahabaleshwar', as We, deserve better service as the Tax payer and respected citizens of this State and Country!
