Hello,
I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) for 2 people (Ratnagiri to Pune for 21 dec, 2022) . I used Gpay for the online transaction while booking the ticket. Total amount rs. 920/- was cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets" on msrtc app, but ticket status was not available nor I have received booking/ticket details confirmation sms/email.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.
I booked the seats 2nd time for another bus (sleeper) for 2 people (Ratnagiri to Pune for 21dec 2022) and again rs. 1270/- was cut from my account. The same story - i have not received booking confirmation or ticket details via sms/email and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.

Requesting refund for both the transactions.
