Hello,
I was travelling to Mumbai aboard the Shivneri on Dec 22, 2022, the journey commmencing from Nasik bus stand at 2:30pm.
There were about 7-8 passengers on board. The bus number was MH.06 BW.1052
My ticket number was 45566750

Everything was fine untill we halted at Hotel Green View for break which was supposed be for 15 mins. I, along with some other passnegers waited in the bus for an our after which we were told that we would be transferred to the next bus since the brake pipe in our bus had burst. How can that happen on a stationary vehicle?

Some of the regular passengrers on Shiveni started complaining that this has become commion practice when there are fewer passngers. At that point the driver lost his cool.

The excuse is different every time.

It was extremely inconviniienet due to the loss of time and very uncomfortabe as I had to take the very last seat as all other seats were occupied. This worseneed my already existing back pain.

The Air conditioning was also not very effective and despite several requests from the passengers, the driver would not lower the temperature.

I humbly request you to investtigate if there was indeed a bredakdown or the passengers were duped wasting thier precious time.

Booked ticket on 1 Jan 2023 . From Mahad to Shikrapur. Rs 265 were deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.

After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) for 2 people (Ratnagiri to Pune for 21 dec, 2022) . I used Gpay for the online transaction while booking the ticket. Total amount rs. 920/- was cut from my bank account.

I checked "my tickets" on msrtc app, but ticket status was not available nor I have received booking/ticket details confirmation sms/email.

I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

I booked the seats 2nd time for another bus (sleeper) for 2 people (Ratnagiri to Pune for 21dec 2022) and again rs. 1270/- was cut from my account. The same story - i have not received booking confirmation or ticket details via sms/email and still, the same "seats are showing available" even after my 2nd booking.

I have booked a ticket for Shivshahi bus on 17/12/2022 from Katraj to Kolhapur. The ticket was confirmed but bus never arrived even though I have waited for around 1hr. Due to this I had to travel by another bus and taking new ticket.so please refund my money.

I have completed payment using Bill desk option via Indian bank Debit card. Money got detected from my account. (725.40 INR)
After payment, website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id. In My Tickets tab, ticket is not displayed.

Please refund the money as soon as possible.

16/12022, Nasik Mumbai bus not available since 10:15am till 12pm Shivshai, enquiry incharge saying that we don't have bus to send, bus is in garage for repairing, can't say when will be available. This were the answer form official person.

I have booked e-ticket via atomech (Msrtc booking window) on 29/11/2022 from swargate (pune) to vishrambag (sangli) for Date 1/12/2022 bus type shivshai, Bus time 10.30 PM . I used Gpay while booking a ticket. Total amount rs.530/- cut from my bank account.
I checked "my tickets"on msrtc web site, but ticket status was not available nor i have received booking confirmation sms.
I checked the "availability of the seats" which i have booked, but, it was showing seats are available on msrtc site even after my booking.

I booked 2 tickets for Satara from swargate bus stop from the MSRTC website; a transaction of Rs310(GPAY) was completed but the ticket was not booked. It was on 20th October 2022. The authorities at the swargate bus stop it would be refunded in a week or two but still hasn't been refunded.

The bus conductor name is rajani wankhade from malkapur depot it's under buldhana division
This lady getting a money from passenger but she denied to give bus tickets and if passenger don't have change then she didn't give change money if passenger asking about extra charges she threatened to drop out from bus just coz of passenger not given money in changes any passenger asking about the tickets she was treated the passenger very rudely and taking advantage about his position in government services
This happening form lots of month
Kindly take a action against her otherwise we will strick against this crime

I tried to book ticket today, 25th November, 2022 at around 7:27 PM with following details

The amount was deducted from my SBI Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.

Today when i was booking ticket my money was deducted but the ticket was not book so please refund my my money ASAP on priority basis, details as per below.

Today when i booking MSRTC ticket my money was deducted but the ticket was not book so please refund me my money ASAP on priority basis
