I & my colleague travel everyday Aurangabad naka to Niphad in morning time 7.00AM to 7.40AM we all stand at aurangabad naka and waiting for red buses but not a single red bus come in this time period & We all have service bus pass. In this time period there is no red buses frequency. But in that time MSRTC provide hirkani & shivshahi buses which is not applicable for service pass. So we all request to MSRTC provide red buses also in that time period (7:00am to 7:40am aurangabad naka)
I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $55k to this unfortunate brokers, a friend referred me to Mr Evans Rashad that got me 80% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses.     I have booked an MSRTC ticket from the official MSRTC website.

    Bus booking details are as follows:
    Shrivardhan to Swargate, Pune
    Date of Journey : 28/08/2022
    Boarding from: Mhasala
    Alighting to: Swargate
    Seat number :24

    I have completed payment using Paytm option:(Google Pay)attached is screenshot for your reference.
    UPI Transaction ID :[protected]

    After payment the website directly got redirected to the home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received a ticket on my mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me immediately please.

      I booked ticket for pune from Navapur on 22nd August 2022. The boarding point was from visarwadi at 6:40 pm and I reached the bustop at 6:25 pm and waited for about 2 hours but the bus didn't arrive. When I called at the Navapur depot they said the bus left on time but then where did it go as it didn't arrive at Visarwadi.
      I just want refund of the money as I believe I was at no fault.
      Please help me with the same.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I booked 3 online ticket Seat number 9, 13, 14 on 16th of April 2022 for Pune Balewadi to Mumbai Dadar in 5:30 am AC Shivneri (Which start from Swargate).
        We were at balewadi stop by 5:40 am as bus time was given of 5:43 am for Balewadi stop
        We waited till 7am and the bus did not came.
        we called on toll free number several time during this time only once some one attended the phone and he just said that wait there the bus will come.
        We confirmed to the person that we are waiting at Radha chowk of Balewadi and he said "Haan bus aayegee wait karo" but till 7am bus did not came and at last we booked a cab and travel to mumbai.

        Later on 20th April I reached Swargate bus stop to make a complaint of same and there I met "Mulani Madam" and she confirmed that bus has started late that day at 7:30 am due to strike and that is why it could not reach on time there.
        Please note that there was no pre-intimation given to me of this unexpected delay.

        Madam Mulani has taken a application of refund with a copy of online booked ticket from me and asured me that it will be refunded back in full (i.e. 1605/-) and adviced me that incase it has not reflect in your account back please talk on same toll free number [protected] for followup.

        I called several time on this number but most of tme find busy and if ringed no one responded.
        Can you please look into this matter and help me to get my refund.

          Amravati- Khandwa Bus is not reaching to destination from last 15 days . Bus is belong to Amravati depot.

          According to my observation Driver and conductor contrarily doing this to te passenger.

          I'm working at Khandwa location and daily i used to check Maharashtra state transport bus Amravati-Khandwa for going to Amravati. Butt bus is not reaching to Khandwa fron last 15 days.

          Kindly need serious attention on this issue .

            I am Rajendra Vinatak Dudhane booked a ticket through MSRTC online website on[protected] from Mahad to Kalyan of bus service no 760364. Booking timing was 2.22 PM. But ticket is not booked and amount of Rs. 523.90 debited from HDFC bank account.
            Also, i am not able to view ticket under MYTICKETS-Ticket Details tab.

            Request you to refund the same ASAP.

              Dear sir I was traveled to vaduj from KNN bus stand on 13 th August 2022. I was booked online reservation seat no 42
              Bus no 4903 arrived and saw staphny hanged in front of emergency exit door and between seat.
              On next day i was returned to Mumbai from Vaduj take another bus their is same situation
              Is there no another place to keep staphny's in Vaduj depot buses

                  This is to bring to your attention about MSRTC " Nathjal" Water bottle been sold at higher rate than MRP.

                  I have purchased Nathjal water bottle at Vallabh Nagar ST stand Pune on 13th August 2022. The supplier has given water bottle at Rs 20 which is more than MRP Rs 15.

                  There should be action taken against this. As they are selling water bottle at high rate than MRP

                        The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

                        Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.

                          Unhappy with the bad service provided by Mstrc bus at Pune Chandni Chowk bus stop. I had booked confirmed seats 17 & 18 prior a day before journey but bus was late by 1hour and when bus came my seats were already given to someone else and I was said your bus was cancelled and this is our favor that you have been given a seat in another bus.. Very pathetic and bad service what is the use of booking tickets n paying prior if you not alloted your confirmed seats.

                                      I have booked a ticket for Shivneri bus on 16/07/2022 from Pune to Thane. The ticket was confirmed but bus never arrived even though I have waited for around 1hr.
                                      When I checked with person on bus stop he said there is no bus in yard for Thane and there won’t be any. Due to this I had to travel by Cab.

                                      So I need refund for the same as ticket was confirmed but bus never came.
