Dear Sir/Madam,
I booked 3 online ticket Seat number 9, 13, 14 on 16th of April 2022 for Pune Balewadi to Mumbai Dadar in 5:30 am AC Shivneri (Which start from Swargate).
We were at balewadi stop by 5:40 am as bus time was given of 5:43 am for Balewadi stop
We waited till 7am and the bus did not came.
we called on toll free number several time during this time only once some one attended the phone and he just said that wait there the bus will come.
We confirmed to the person that we are waiting at Radha chowk of Balewadi and he said "Haan bus aayegee wait karo" but till 7am bus did not came and at last we booked a cab and travel to mumbai.
Later on 20th April I reached Swargate bus stop to make a complaint of same and there I met "Mulani Madam" and she confirmed that bus has started late that day at 7:30 am due to strike and that is why it could not reach on time there.
Please note that there was no pre-intimation given to me of this unexpected delay.
Madam Mulani has taken a application of refund with a copy of online booked ticket from me and asured me that it will be refunded back in full (i.e. 1605/-) and adviced me that incase it has not reflect in your account back please talk on same toll free number [protected] for followup.
I called several time on this number but most of tme find busy and if ringed no one responded.
Can you please look into this matter and help me to get my refund.
