Dear sir I was traveled to vaduj from KNN bus stand on 13 th August 2022. I was booked online reservation seat no 42
Bus no 4903 arrived and saw staphny hanged in front of emergency exit door and between seat.
On next day i was returned to Mumbai from Vaduj take another bus their is same situation
Is there no another place to keep staphny's in Vaduj depot buses
Why MSRTC playing with passenger ' s life

      Hello

      This is to bring to your attention about MSRTC " Nathjal" Water bottle been sold at higher rate than MRP.

      I have purchased Nathjal water bottle at Vallabh Nagar ST stand Pune on 13th August 2022. The supplier has given water bottle at Rs 20 which is more than MRP Rs 15.

      There should be action taken against this. As they are selling water bottle at high rate than MRP

          I have booked MSRTC ticket from official MSRTC website.

          Bus booking details are as follows:
          Borivali Nancy Colony to Ajara
          Date of Journey : 29/08/2022
          Boarding from: S R P colony
          Alighting to: Ajara
          Seat number :19, 20, 24

          I have completed payment using Paytm option:

          After payment website directly got redirected to home page instead of showing ticket details. I have not received ticket on mobile number as well as email id. Please send my ticket details as soon as possible. Or refund it to me imideately please

            I tried to book ticket yesterdar, 7th August, 2022 at around 21.51 PM with following details

            From - Pune Railway station
            To - Amboli (AMBLI)
            DATE OF TRAVEL- 28.08.2022
            Bus TIME: 04.00 AM
            BUS TYPE- ORDINERY
            Seat: 27
            PASSENGER NAME- MRS. SHOBHA GAWADE

            The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

            Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.

            I have attached transaction details herewith

            Please look into it and do the needful

              Unhappy with the bad service provided by Mstrc bus at Pune Chandni Chowk bus stop. I had booked confirmed seats 17 & 18 prior a day before journey but bus was late by 1hour and when bus came my seats were already given to someone else and I was said your bus was cancelled and this is our favor that you have been given a seat in another bus.. Very pathetic and bad service what is the use of booking tickets n paying prior if you not alloted your confirmed seats.

                    Bus Driver misbehaving
                    Bus number -shivsahi MH14GU 2448
                    I am book online ticket date 1 aug form
                    Nashik (dwarka) to Pune but driver not stop bus in dwarka stop and I am overtake in bus and stop near dwarka signal but driver not open to door and driver telling you follow me 10km to Nashik road stop and come to bus
                    I am follo to bus 10km and asking to driver this is wrong online to show dwarka stop driver says wrong update in online site and bus driver misbehaving

                          I have booked a ticket for Shivneri bus on 16/07/2022 from Pune to Thane. The ticket was confirmed but bus never arrived even though I have waited for around 1hr.
                          When I checked with person on bus stop he said there is no bus in yard for Thane and there won’t be any. Due to this I had to travel by Cab.

                          So I need refund for the same as ticket was confirmed but bus never came.

                              We had booked an AC Shivshahi Bus from Swargate, Pune to Boisar. The arrival time of bus was 11:30AM on 16th July 2022. It didn\'t arrive and we were asked to board the non AC general bus to Boisar and we\'re also delayed by about 5hours. We want the refund of our AC bus ticket.

                                  I am Kishor Jadhav writing to you asking for a refund of an amount deducted while doing a transaction on msrtc website on 07.06.2022.
                                  Below is the detail
                                  1. While booking a ticket for 3 passengers, I entered all the detail and go redirected to the page of Phone Pay UPI. I entered my details and payment done of 1055 rupees. But the ticket was not generated.
                                  Bus detail - Pune Railway Station to Sambajinagar
                                  Traveling date - 10.06.2022.

                                  So I request to you please refund the same.

                                    I tried to book ticket today, 13th July, 2022 at around 11.35 AM with following details

                                    The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page refreshed after payment and took me back to booking page.

                                    Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets when I checked it with relogin.

                                      I was travelling from Alephata to Bhosari on 11/07/2022.Conductor took Rs 230, but bus got punctured at Narayangaon and they dropped us there and not updated status even after 30-40mins. So we started commuting through shivshahi bus we paid again 290 rps from Narayangaon to Bhosari. So kindly refund our money of 1st bus from Narayangaon to Bhosari.
