We had booked an AC Shivshahi Bus from Swargate, Pune to Boisar. The arrival time of bus was 11:30AM on 16th July 2022. It didn\'t arrive and we were asked to board the non AC general bus to Boisar and we\'re also delayed by about 5hours. We want the refund of our AC bus ticket.

My amount was deducted as per this transaction id but ticket was not booked.
Hence I need refund of same.

I am Kishor Jadhav writing to you asking for a refund of an amount deducted while doing a transaction on msrtc website on 07.06.2022.
Below is the detail
1. While booking a ticket for 3 passengers, I entered all the detail and go redirected to the page of Phone Pay UPI. I entered my details and payment done of 1055 rupees. But the ticket was not generated.
Bus detail - Pune Railway Station to Sambajinagar
Traveling date - 10.06.2022.

So I request to you please refund the same.

I tried to book ticket today, 13th July, 2022 at around 11.35 AM with following details

The amount was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page refreshed after payment and took me back to booking page.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets when I checked it with relogin.

I was travelling from Alephata to Bhosari on 11/07/2022.Conductor took Rs 230, but bus got punctured at Narayangaon and they dropped us there and not updated status even after 30-40mins. So we started commuting through shivshahi bus we paid again 290 rps from Narayangaon to Bhosari. So kindly refund our money of 1st bus from Narayangaon to Bhosari.

My ticket has been not confirmed and there is a balance cut in my account
so please refund my balance ...

In jaitala near nirmiti heights water get clogged every time with rain water and other end of road is blocked by the personal construction material...We are facing difficulty reaching home. Neither vehicle nor walking.

Alert, a Killer machine on Road, And that is the MSRTC bus No: MH06 S8929.

I have seen that horror today 27/06/2022. between 11 AM - 11:15 AM while going towards SWARGATE from NANA PETH.

The driver has no ethics of cutting lines. I just want to ask you MSRTC is you started hiring F1 pilates for the ST bus or what?

If not then please limit this kind of driver and don't let a common man's life in danger.

Please take action on this kind of driver or surely this man will be the reason for the accident one day.

I tried to book ticket today, 25th June, 2022 at around 5.45 PM with following details

The amount was deducted from my SBI Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page was unresponsive on payment step and nothing happened after that.

Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets when I checked it with relogin.

I Stay at Vadgaon Bk, Sinhagad road on Mumbai Banglore highway. All the day and night, heavy traffic is there causing traffic jams and air and noise pollution. They use pressure horns of different types and big trailors make huge noise while passing through joints on singad road and Warje bridge disturbs sleep in the night.
This continuous traffic is disturbing whole life and causing serious health issues.
Looking forward for urgent step towards this. Please route this heavy traffic from out side Pune city limits urgently.

I have booked on line reservation from Lasalgaon (boarding at Niphad) to Pune (Swargate) for 3 family members journey on 08/11/2021
1. Girish Limaye --- Age 54

3. Gandhali Limaye --- Age 24

I have paid Rs. 1065/- for reservation cum ticket booking purpose. (Booking ID NU[protected] & PNR C6V2X2UU. However, at the time of journey it was observed that all your Transportation activities had been stopped due to strike called on by your employees all over in Maharashtra. Therefore I was not travelled from Niphad to Pune on 08/11/2021.
I have filled the on line refund application immediately, but there was not responsible person present to take any action. Till today I have received any refund from MSRTC.
As suggested by your Depot in charge at Lalsalgaon, advised to file complaint for refund.
Request you to consider on priority and settle the claim and refund the amount by NEFT or through account payee cheque

Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket no[protected] of Sawantwadi to Nigdi MSRTC Shivshahi bus on 30.05.22 but due to some emergency I had cancelled the ticket on same date Cancellation voucher no[protected].
I had also visited Pune central bus stand for the refund process & they told me that I had got the cancellation voucher so my money will refund directly to my A/C within 72 hrs. but still refund amount not credited to my...

I was travelling towards Kolhapur from Pune on dated 31/05/2022 at about 6pm I reached at Taswade Toll plaza.
My Fastag was not working, So I will tell them please enter the vehicle no MH14GY6848 and cut the toll amount Rs 80/-.

But toll employees & your toll manager told me, When your Fastag not scan you must be paid Rs 160/-.
When I told them swipe my card for Rs 160/- they told swipe machine not available here.
They provide me scaner of Khalatkar Constro.
I will paid Rs 160/-

So please revert me
1)why you are not deduct toll via vehicle no? 2) Why swipe machine was not available at toll plaza?

Have a shivshahi bus booking from nanded to solapur, date 31/05/2022.time 12..pm. I have done booking online and my pnr. No.43999815/593855/[protected]
Till. 2.20 pm the bus has not came. No one isbgiving the answer and i m suffering too much, i have a booking ahead. I got so much trouble. What i do reply
My another booking from solapur to pune was there, i have done much loss of money band time value

He returned to me Rs. 15/- and a ticket of Rs. 185/- and stated that he has cleared Rs.200/- and balance Rs. 300/- he will return when he gets change.

Till the end of the journey he did not return the amount. On reaching the destination there was a mob of travellers waiting to enter the bus due to which I could not find the conductor and since I had to return same day I also had to rush for the darshan as there was a big que.

I request you to please arrange to get my Rs. 300/- from the designated conducted.

I have the copy of my ticket and have attached the same.

Dear Sir,
I cancelled my online journey ticket, As per message on MSRTC online reservation system my cancellation voucher number is 43543369. even after around 3 month from ticket cancellation date i didnt received my refund amount. as per message of MSRTC i should receive my amount within seven days after cancellation, Please guide me to recive my ticket cancellation amount. I booked msrtc Parivartan day ordinary non AC seater (2+2) from redbus.com.

Ticket number is : 43798309.

The bus driver didn't stop at Kalyan where we were supposed to board. When booking they gave the stop 'Kalyan' so we booked it because we thought the bus will stop at Kalyan. It didn't. It took off from vitthalwadi. My parents are old, they had to book another bus there.

I want a refund.
