      Dear msrtc team,
      I am amol kilbile writing to you asking the refund of an amount deducted while doing transaction on msrtc website on 25.10.2021.
      Below are the detail
      1. While booking a ticket for 4 passenger, i entered all the detail and go redirected on to the page of hdfc netbanking. I entered my details and payment done of 1689.64 rupees. But ticket not generate.
      Bus detail - Chinchwad (pune) to Malkapur (dhad)
      Travelling date - 31.10.2021.

      So i request to you please refund the same.

      Passenger detail as per below
      1) Dnyaneshwar Lokhande (age- 40 years)
      2)Archana Lokhande (age- 36 years)
      3) Shraddha Lokhande (age- 20 years)

          I tried to book the ticket for Shivshahi bus yesterday i.e. on 21'st October 2021 using my SBI credit card. After making the payment at the end, page got refreshed but I did not see any success or failure message and the amount of 977.27 was also debited from my credit card. I did not see the ticket under my ticket section either.
          I want to know the refund process for the same.

              Here I am talking about Dangmode Village in Malvan ( Taluka ), Dist : Sindhudurg .

              In Dangmode village, before corona lockdown 6 bus services are working. During corona all bus SERVICES are shut down due to government restrictions. After lockdown restrictions opens, MSRTC has resumed only 3 bus services and remaining 3 bus services are permanently shut down by giving low pessanger availability as a reason.

              Now I just wanted to ask MSRTC, on what basis they have provided reason for low pessanger availability on route. How they have identified low pessanger availability if buses are already not running due to corona restrictions.

              In Dangmode village, students have started to attending colleges . We have bus to go to colleges but there is no bus to return to home. How can MSRTC has stopped services as a sudden by giving such a nonsense reason.

              I will ask consumer court to take action against MSRTC and ask them to start 3 bus services in Dangmode villlage.

              Bus services stopped from Malvan depot in District Sindhudurg.

              Bus details and timing are as follows :

              1. Malvan - Dangmode ( 11:35 from Malvan depot )
              2. Malvan - DANGMODE ( 16:30 from Malvan )
              3. Kankavali - Viran ( 5:15 from Kankavali depot )

              Please note that there is no single MSRTC bus in Dangmode village from 10:30 to evening 6:30 . My humble request to board taking care of consumer complaint. Please take strict actions / or provide reasoning for sudden stoppage of MSRTC bus services.

              As per trailing mail, I am continuously communicating with MSRTC team, but there is no single revert from MSRTC team. There is no necessity to use motto like "प्रवाशांच्या सेवेसाठी " if MSRTC team has to sit only on their seats without doing nothing.

                          Please ref the subject matter, I was trying to book the ticket from Karad to Wakad Naka for Shivshahi bus Kolhapur - Thane on 25/09/2021, I selected seat No. 09 & 10 and proceed for the payment thru UPI.
                          After entering the details my money got debitted from bank account but ticket and receipt are not generated.
                          So request you to kindly refund my money and oblige.

                            I am trying to book ticket from 3 days for the below bus:

                            From Thane
                            To Tulshi Fata
                            Bus @6am on 26/09/2021

                            While all 4 attempts the amount was deducted from my Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.

                            Also the ticket was not available in My Tickets.
                            Plus there Customer Number is not working.

                              Msrtc buses i am traveling since when I am 1-2nd std and now I am 22 yr old ..same situation about cleanliness..this is 2021 we are paying money and we have to atleast neat and clean buses.. please look into it..

                                  Regarding error while online booking

                                  Dear sir/madam,
                                  I was trying to book a online ticket on MSRTC portal. While booking the tickets i have made a payment through Google Pay UPI. But after successful transaction, tickets are not reflecting in my account.
                                  Tickets were booked for VASAI-RATNAGIRI BUS.
                                  boarding station- Panvel
                                  Destination station- Ratnagiri
