    Booked a online ticket from amboli to pune with journey date may 09 2022 time 7:15 am
    Trip no-SNDL0003479 transaction Id-WHMP[protected] and ticket no[protected]
    But the bus didn't came and upon asking sawantwadi depot they told that there is no bus at that time

      Requesting you to please upgrade your online booking system it is super annoying to book tickets from there
      I am trying to create account in msrtc website but I am unable to do so and getting error as invalid address
      Please create an app for online booking as nowadays the young generation prefers doing online booking rather than standing in queue

      For your reference Please check other bus apps such as redBus.in

        In spite of reservation for AC Shivshahi Bus, my mother & Aunty, both senior citizens, had to travel through normal buses.
        Considering the current unbearable heat & heat wave conditions & age of passengers, I had reserved AC Shivshahi to have a pleasant journey but passengers had to travel through normal ST buses (reason unknown) & this caused health issues to both the passengers.
        Additionally, when passengers requested the cancellation of bus service, they were asked to contact Dapoli Bus depot which was not at all feasible for senior citizen passengers.
        Can you please advise how I get the fare difference return? It is not possible for me or my parents to visit Dapoli bus Depot for this. Will it get reflected into my account?

          Dear sir,
          I was booking e-ticket from Swargate (pune) to Kadegaon (Sangli) for date 26.04.2022 of Pimpri To Vita MSRTC 8.30 bus.
          According to online system, I filled all details of passengers &through Atoms Payment gateway 665Rs.deducted as a successful transaction. But E-Ticket is not generated.Also I got the SMS from my bank of deductions of Rs 665.But no SMS or email of ticket confirmation is received.
          Kindly you are requested to REFUND my amount as soon as possible.
          I have forwarded Transactions details in forwarded mail.
          Kindly do the needful.

              I booked the ticket and cancelled it before the given time but they have not refunded my money till now what should I do I called their helpline number but they say that it will be refunded in 2 to 3 days from 25 days they are telling me the same, and also 2 persons said that the money is already refunded to account hoe is this possible if this is the case then why I would call them and also if I say no that I have not got it then they demand for bank statement I also done that I sent them the bank statement but then too I m not getting my money back now this is my last hope please help

                Address: MSRTC MH 20 BL 4077 bus travel on 25th April

                Travelled from Ahmednagar to nashik on 25th April 2022..MH 20 BL 4077. Driver and conductor stopped the bus at worst place .female washroom was very far, in darkness and worst hygeine, no water no handwash, it was in jungle.
                We travel from government bus however bad they smell.. because we feel it is safe..but I will never travel again by MSRTC bus again ..very unsafe for single female to travel.

                  I have booked ticket for 2 persons with travel date 18/04/2022 from kalyan to shirwal. The amount of Rs. 473.52 was debited from my bank account but ticket was not booked. The ticket is also not showing in booking history. I need refund of my money.

                    I was traveling from bhandara to Nagpur and took a bus at 1.20 PM on Saturday ie 16/04/2022 at bhandara depo but bus conductor didn't start the bus till 2.30 PM and gives arrogant answers till the buss gets not full he will not move the bus
                    This type of service is such a pathetic and should take action

                      I have reserved 2 seats from lonavala to dadar east on bus num MH 14 BT 4396 which is a semi luxury bus starting from swargate to dadar east.
                      Though i have reserved 2 seats, i will not able to get seats which we had paid early. Other than that we only get 1 seat . And the driver denied us for having another.

                      This is the worst behaviour i have ever felt while travelling to another state.
                      Take necessary action on it.

                          Money got debited but ticket has not booked

                          I booked a ticket through online website of msrtc and paid through their qr code but its showing paid got failed but my money got debited from my account i was traveling from swargate to Pune please check with the issue...

                          As per the guidelines give on the regional transport website I followed all after all the payment page came I said I will pay using QR so they showed me QR on different pages so so I followed it and after I made the payment I can to the original page there was no change and afterwards the page got close. I need my payment of ₹ 151.

                                On 16 Feb 2022, Wednesday, me and my father were travelling from Panvel to Kolad as we do this twice a week because of medical illness of my father. A bus of Mangaon depot, without having conductor in it. This bus runs nonstop Panvel to Mangaon but has some stop within its route. Kolad is one of the stop from this. We often travel through this bus, but on Wednesday the driver declined to give the ticket of Kolad, I requested him and also told him that we often travel to this bus but he didn't agreed. He told me to take the ticket of Indapur. After a short discussion I told him to give two tickets of Indapur, and I asked his name. Then suddenly he gave my money back to me and told to left the bus. Then I apologized to him but he didn't take us to the bus. At last I asked his name to complaint in the depot but he refused to tell. Then people near me, told him to tell his name, but also he was refusing. At last he told his name as Dilip Khandalge. I don't know is it true name or not. Therefore I note down the bus no. MH 14 BT 2625. The time at which the bus departured from Panvel is 6.50 pm. I tried to contact bus depot of Mangaon but I didn't get any respond . Therefore I request to resolve my complaint as quick as possible about that driver for his rude behaviour with a patient, because the bus is for passengers service. And I wish that this will not going to happen again with anyone. That bus should stop at its given stop and no one should get disturb from the rude behaviour of this driver. I think this complaint will get resolved quickly.

                                      8th Nov'21 MSRTC Emplyoee called sudden strike and I had to pay 3 times to manage the travel from Hyderabad to Pune

                                      I paid 3525 rs to MSRTC to travel from Hyderabad to Pune on 8th Nov;21

                                      Now when I am requesting a refund they are saying I have to visit nearest office, fill the form and it will take 12--15 days to get the amount back

                                      I tried that as well by visiting the nearest office and found that 1000 of people gathered to claim the refund

                                      Why should a common people suffer for everything?

                                      MSRTC department should have the details of buses which was cancelled due to strike and details of the consumers who made online payment to given them refund back to their account

                                      Please help me and others like me!

                                      Finally I gave up, went to MSRTC office, queued, waited, filled a form, submitted to cashier ang got the refund I got to response on my complaint
                                      Mine also not refunded they are saying go to depot & asking about ticket but msrtc doesnt send any msg or mail of confirmation as well as cancellation of bus service ( strike)...so how can i find my ticket and i reserved seat as guest user so what can i do 😞 I have only payment proof through credit card.
