Hello,

I'm Tushar Dinde frequent travel from Dapoli to Pune & vice versa for 1 year. It has been observed much time often sleeper bus is converted to the normal bus without intimation to the customer. We have a complaint about this many a time regarding change of bus on the online portal so that a lesser amount would be incurred to the customer but no response.

Yesterday too I book a sleeper bus from Pune (time - 8:30 PM- 28thMar'21from swargate) to Dapoli however the bus was changed without intimation. The bus conductor doesn't refund the difference amount since the ticket booked is online. We every time can't take a print of bus ticket & submit to Bus depo. Why a customer should suffer from an MSRTC mistake.

Pathetic response from Bus Depo team (both Pune & Dapoli). Since we don't have the travel option to dapoli we have to choose the bus irrespective of which category it is provided.

    I am Kanakam Pasharamulu from Karimnagar, Telangana. I tried to book a bus ticket with MSRTC Service No. 678304 through MSRTC Mobile app from Ballarpur to Karimnagar on 20 march 2021 at 2:30 pm. "Bus ticket fare Amount has been debited from my Account" but i did not any confirmation about reservation and bus ticket not confirmed. So please Refund my Amount.

      Respected Sir,
      I am a State Government employ.I want to launch a complaint against one of your BUS conductor.He didnt stop the ST bus at scheduled stoP.When I ran and tried to catch the bus, he refused to open the door.I kept running for around half kilometer, but he didnt open the door and didnt stop the bus.When i tried to run hard, the ST bus would have gone over me causing a severe accident.But still the conductor didnt stop the bus.So I request you to take immidieate action against conductor or else I may have to file a police complaint against the conductor.

        मी १७.०३.२०२१ रोजी २२:५७ वाजता मोबाईल वरून एम एस आर टी सी अॅप द्वारे सोलापूर ते पुणे दोन तिकीट बुक करत होतो. माझ्या अकाउंट मधून पैसे कट झाले असून तिकीट बुक झाले नसून fail transaction दाखवत असून पैसे परत मिळाले नाहीत तरी कृपया मदत करावी. उमेश ईमेल [protected]@gmail.com

            Dear Team,
            I have booked ticket from kurla nehru nagar mumbai to mangaon of 11:30 am Shivshahi bus of 17th March 2021
            Did booking on 16th March .

            Payment deducted but ticket page did not appear neither sms received, please help in refunding my amount at the earliest.

            I have done the same booking 3 times. Same the payment was detected but ticket was not booked.

            I did payment through canara bank account.

              I hve completed my payment through Google pay from my Canara bank account for TPSL Government but the payment was successful thrice but my ticket was not booked . I have not even received my refund nor my ticket was booked . though I have done my payment thrice . Payment of Rs 266.25 (thrice)

                On 13th march, I book 2 reservation through msrtc my money deducted but I did not receive any ticket. And msrtc didn't receive call so I don't understand where to book my complaints

                  I'm traveling trough a msrt bus from Nashik to malegaon.. And here went something wrong.. The conductor of this us is only focusing to add more peoples inside the bus.. And there is no space for old citizens and handicap passengers.. Bus no. MH40Y5667..

                  Hello Sir/Madam,


                  I wish to draw your kind attention to the misbehavior of a bus conductor taking trips from Shivaji nagar bus stand Pune. Conductor is smoking a cigarette in bus and its clearly violation of the rules. and for your kind of information same conductor is irritating me on facing by sending bad messages. In fact he is keeping eyes on me.

                  Conductor Name: Balaji Rathod.

                  I would like you to take strict action against him. I will have this complain letter with me for future reference, .

                    I had applied for Hypothecation clearance in 2014 for my vehicle no MH 02 BM 7202 to the Andheri RTO, Mumbai with all the required fees. However, haven't yet received the copy of Fresh RC clearing the hypothecation. Saw this portal and hence thought of complaining trying to see if it gets resolved.

                        Ridiculous to say Abad to Nasik by Shiv Sai bus 2nd grade Ac charging 450 RS takes almost 6 hrs for 180 km travel from 2.30 dept to 8.30 arrival.

                        I want transport minister and his CM must be made to sit with same driver and conductor in agnyat vaas beach and then experience.

                        The Dept manager, traffic controller Driver conductor are to be ripped off from job for no reason but due to inefficient handling of operations and execution of job. No mercy try hv to be sacked with no second thought to give befitting lesson to other fraternity of MSRTC.

                        I know the CM and minister will work on Rafa data of case bhaad me jaaye Janta .

                            I was travelling from Humnabad to Hyderabad in MH 40 AQ 6301. This bus is too old and unfit. It is a clear violation of safety norms. Hence request you to modify or replace this bus with a better one

                              I am traveling from Amravati to Yavatmal on 19/02/2021 at 1.30 pm. Driver driving a bus very Rash badly and speedily. He doesn't care about passengers safety and Government property ST Bus. He drive over speedily and passengers not feel safe in st bus traveling. So please take the action on such types of driving. I humble request you.
                              Passengers are blindly trus on st maha mandal. Don't break there trust.

                                  I am Lalit G Funde.. I travelled from Amravati to Nagpur on 15th Feb 21 . The bus MH 06 BW 1233 left Amravati bus stop on 6:30 pm. During my journey I observed some major lapses in your maintenance viz are...
                                  1. Ac was not working properly
                                  2. Charging ports were not on
                                  3. Speed of bus is not upto the mark
                                  4. Even there was less traffic over the roads it took 1hr more to reach Nagpur
                                  Kindly take serious action and do proper maintenance so that no passenger should face problems what I faced... Because of the delay I missed my train...
                                  Hopefully you can understand and do what is needful...

                                    मी व माझे सहकारी अकोले आगार तालुका अकोले जिल्हा अहमदनगर येथून सकाळी सहा वाजता सुटणारी अकोले पुणे या बसने प्रवास करतो त्यानंतर संगमनेर येथून सर्वांचा प्रवास वेगवेगळ्या मार्गांनी होतो परंतु
                                    अकोले आगारातून सुटणारी सकाळची सहा वाजताची अकोले पुणे बस नेहमी दररोज सतत विनाकारण चालक वाहक यांच्या मर्जीने नेहमीच उशिरा सुटते त्यामुळे संगमनेर इथून वेळेत सुटणाऱ्या बस निघून जातात व पुढील प्रवास सर्वांचाच त्रासदायक व वेळेत होत नाही त्यामुळे मानसिक त्रास होतो तरी कृपया अकोले आगार प्रमुखांना समज द्यावी की सकाळची सहा वाजताची अकोले पुणे बस वेळेत आणि वेळेतच निघावे सोडावी अशी सूचना करावी ही नम्र विनंती धन्यवाद
